Service is top notch but I come here for the incredible food!!! I didn't realize how generous the porridge portion was gonna be.... They have every from nem cua to whole coconuts!!! You're surrounded by a million "flowers" while your taste buds climax... I have nothing to add so enjoy the photos.
First time trying this place. Very good food and comes out quick. Portions are large here so come hungry. Tons of options of food here. Prices are about 30% cheaper than other Vietnamese spots. Service is friendly and their sugarcane juice was very refreshing as well. Will be back to try more items.
A great find in Vegas. Great food here with a whole page menu for vegan options. So good!!! Definitely coming back.
Pho Thanh is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants! They have a great variety of authentic dishes, from bánh mì and bánh cuốn to delicious Bun Rieu, pho and other noodle soups. Everything I've tried has been fresh and full of flavor. They also offer a nice selection of drinks and snacks, which is a great bonus. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food with plenty of options, I highly recommend Pho Thanh!
We came to Pho Thanh after Day 1 of EDC. Man this placed was packed! I could tell the staff was feeling over whelmed. Unfortunately they didn't have a good system to take queue. The person behind us which was a larger party got seated firs- they split their party into two tables. We ended up sharing a large table with another party which was fine. The food took about 30 mins to arrive but the food made up for it. It was such a delicious bowl of pho, which I really needed that day! The broth is so good, probably the best broth in a pho that I've had. The food was a 5 Star but the messy sitting system was a 3! I definitely plan to come back when in touch, hopefully they learn how to plan for a big crowd coming into town.
The owner is very nice & accommodating. Food came out fast. Fried rice was good. The pho is light to taste. If you like it a little more robust flavor, can add fish sauce and other condiments to your taste. The restaurant ambience is nice and can accommodate large parties. Lots of variety of food and drinks to choose from.
Unfortunately it seems we were delivered reheated food. The shumai wasn't steamed it seemed air fried and was tough. The pork bun seemed microwaved and reheated. We were really looking forward to a solid meal but maybe you have to eat there and don't order take out.
Very floral decor in the place. The waitress was super sweet but the food unfortunately didn't live up to its ratings here. I got the bun bo hue. It didn't have all the usual fixings I'm use to in the soup no pork hock or pigs blood or beef really... just lots of unrecognizable sliced meats. The soup was super duper greasy where I couldn't get myself to drink it. It was the worst bowl I have ever had and I have had plenty. The 4 star is because the waitress was nice and cute decor but the food was less than 1 star in my book.

Pho Thanh (not related to any other spots; Thanh is a common Vietnamese given name) is a restaurant that quietly opened post-pandemic in the same plaza as New Asian BBQ. I've been getting back into trying Vietnamese food lately after the last one was surprisingly good, so I figured why not the closest one right across the street? Sadly, the pho here is the same overpriced, mediocre offering you'll get at most Vegas spots. Even though my Pho Dac Biet ($16.00) was prepared very quickly, suggesting that they have a bowl of piping hot broth ready to go in the back, the broth was not very flavorful. It just didn't have enough spices or overall savoriness. The portion was modest too, and with no apparent option for a larger size. On top of that, one of the beef cuts was outright extremely difficult to chew. The lime and basil were fine, but both were a little on the dry side. I wasn't done though. The sandwiches looked affordable enough to try, and House Special Combination ($6.50), aka Banh Mi Dac Biet, and Beef Brisket ($6.50), aka Banh Mi Pho Cam Tay, both sounded interesting enough. The Banh Mi Dac Biet probably could have been legitimately good with pate to complement those pork slices, but just mayo didn't do the trick and I'm pretty sure pate isn't even available as an optional add-on. It also needed a few more pickled veggies to hit the right ratio. I know these things aren't free, but I'll pay more if it tastes right. The Banh Mi Pho Cam Tay was a little more intriguing. The brisket was plentiful and meaty yet tender. The lack of veggies didn't quite bother me as much since this is supposed to be pho brisket, but I didn't really get a ton of pho flavor either. Maybe they could go full dip style by adding a side of pho broth, go for a gimmicky option by adding hoisin sauce, or just add a dusting of spices. Service is passable in the sense the food comes out quickly, but you'll have to wave someone over if they forgot something (which they didn't). The music was from some local "jazz and more" radio station, so it did the trick to fill the quietness of the off-peak hours. As much as I want to support all or any Vietnamese restaurants in Las Vegas, Pho Thanh simply needs to do better in the flavoring and execution of their food. It remains disappointing how other cuisines in Vegas have advanced while Vietnamese remains stuck in a rut and leaving me longing for California.
Came here after a long night of drinking and partying ... the food was ok . The Thai tea was mid. I usually prefer with half and half. The actual pho was good but the broth was very "thick " spring rolls were good. Service was ok ... I would try another spot before returning . The place is nice and cozy inside . Very authentic
Checked this place out for Mother's Day as I was craving pho. It wasn't too busy when we arrived at around 1015 though it got busy. We ordered Pho tai Bo VIEN, Nuoc Mia, spring rolls, banh mi and banh xeo. The food was pretty good for this area. The pho was amazing- the broth did not need anything extra. We originally did not get the banh xeo as the waitress told us it was a 40 min wait for the item but then I overheard her tell an older Vietnamese gentleman that it would be 15-20 minute wait. That rubbed me the wrong way, so I decided to add it to our order. It definitely was not 40 minutes. It took about the same amount of time as getting our other items. Surprisingly. The pho took the longest to come out. If you can get by the wait times, this place is worth it. It was extremely affordable. The store is small, only one walk way path and a part of their restaurant was used for storage. I'd come back and order Togo tbh. The workers were nice but I thought service could have been better. Maybe they were overwhelmed , who knows but lost a star for that. Parking lot is quite busy, but it seems to rotate quickly. (Cars left and came often!)
I placed an order online through their website because I was in a rush and wanted my food within 15 mins. When I got to the restaurant and looked at the menu, I realized the online prices were like $1-$4 more per item and they charged $3.45 online platform fee. I paid $78.17 for one order of chicken wings, two orders of egg rolls, one special combo banh mi, and one bun bo hue. They gave us no lettuce or any other accompaniments for the egg rolls, just sauce. They gave hardly any vegetables for the bun bo hue. A little but of cabbage and bean sprouts and tiny bit of basil, onions and cilantro. No chili oil, no shrimp paste. On top of everything, my order came out late!! I
They advertised fresh sugar cane. Nope it's a rip off. Cost $8 dollars. Taste nothing like it. Please correct your advertisement.
My new food obsession is Vietnamese, and I wanted to try this restaurant because when I searched for Banh Khot, this place came up. I was not disappointed, and this will probably be my new favorite. Dined in at 130p on a Tuesday. It wasnt empty, but most booths and small tables were full. We only needed 2 seats, and were seated right away. I already knew what I was ordering when I walked in. Banh khot, banh mi and Pho. Nothing out of the ordinary, but the basics have to be good. So that's what we started with. The Banh Khot was nice and crispy, I love it, its similar to Banh xeo just not as big. I will try their Banh xeo next time for sure. The Pho was really good. I almost want to say better than the one I had in Vietnam. We got the rare beef which basically cooks as it sits. And lastly this place serves many kinds of Banh mi, but my favorite is grilled pork. Everything was tasty, and we decided what we'll have on our next visit. Restaurant is big inside, but half of it is not used. I'm not sure if they open it up during dinner. The small little restaurant probably has the biggest menu of a receive l o l so many choices. I always play it safe and order the pho. They are pretty consistent, generous portions and reasonably priced. Lisa, our waitress, always takes great care of us and is always super friendly. Parking here can be a little tricky.As there is a limited amount and the stalls are tiny and there's a lot of businesses in this shopping area. The decor is cute.They put up a lot of pink flowers on the ceiling.I would hate to clean that. Check out their large selection of smoothies also. The food was amazing! They gave a generous amount of meat and their beef broth was a delight! The service was nothing more than average. One thing however, the restaurant was a little dirty: the walls had tiny food stains and the table they pointed us to was wiped down after they noticed a sauce stain. Overall the food was delicious and plentiful, while the vibes and the service weren't really there. read more

If you're craving one of the standout Vietnamese restaurants in Las Vegas, Pho Thanh is a hidden gem you don't want to miss. We had the seafood Pad Thai, the Bún Riêu, and a fresh winter melon juice that was especially refreshing on a hot day. Judy and the gentleman who served us were both very friendly and nice, and the service was fast, attentive, and welcoming. The food came out quickly, everything was delicious and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommended! read more

No definitely not and would not return ever! We gave them another chance because they were the only place in town that offer somewhat of a shareable Vietnamese meals. In laws was in town and they are Vietnamese so we figured they would like this place, Such a disappointment! Food for the most part was just ok but they tried serving us some spoiled shrimp on our Cahn chua shrimp it was so gross that the shrimps was covered In black spots everywhere which tells me the shrimp was old or was re froze.My in laws refused to eat it and called it out to the server because you can get sick eating it,they asked them if we wanted a different Cahn chua w fish and they agreed.They tried to remake the Cahn chua w a whole cat fish? Skin and all, That was the most disgusting soup ever,it tasted so fishy and that's all you pretty much tasted.Never again going to this place or suggest this place ever. The server we had was nice and attentive and he apologized about the whole shrimp situation,but would we go back ever no. They tried to renovate this place from the first time we came a while back and honestly it's a little tacky with the whole pink flowers themed, even my in laws thought that was a little odd. My husband and I wanted to try this Vietnamese place and overall food was great. We had their shaking beef and combination pho with spring rolls for the appetizer. The place was busy when we were there on a weekend but worth visiting. We will definitely be coming back to try their bang mi and fruit drinks. read more

I never leave reviews but this place was genuinely really good. The best to be honest. Everything about this place was amazing. The food (I ordered grilled chicken rice wraps and the beef pho) was, for a lack of a better word, delicious and the portions were huge. I had to share. Not only the food was amazing but they have fresh fruit juices to help rehydrate and refresh you after a long hot day here in Vegas. I also really enjoyed the decor. Makes you forget you're in the middle of the desert LOL. Would definitely recommend, whether or not you're a fan of Vietnamese food read more
This place stays open late, and that's how I ended up here, looking for dinner after hours. Their Banh Me is great, my favorite is the Egg & Sausage, great for dinner or breakfast. Their fish sauce fried wings are amazing; you have to try them. The spring rolls were ok. read more

Came here on a Saturday night with a group of seven. It was getting late and Pho Thanh was one of the few spots still open, so we gave it a shot. Most of us ordered pho, and unfortunately, we all agreed it wasn't great. Living in Vegas, there are plenty of solid pho spots, and this just didn't measure up. I got the rare steak pho--usually the meat comes out red and cooks in the hot broth. But here, the broth was so lukewarm that the meat never fully cooked the way it should've. Service was good enough--staff was friendly and all but one person got their food in a reasonable amount of time. One thing to know: half of the restaurant is actually a market. It's feels like a garage sale with random items like deodorant and toothpaste for purchase scattered around! read more

I've been to many pho places in Chinatown of Las Vegas and this place was recommended to me by someone whose opinion I trust when it comes to food. Let me tell you- I'm not disappointed in the least! This place starts out with a beautiful background of flowers everywhere from the walls to the ceilings, setting a peaceful ambience before you even get your food. The host sat us very quickly and the server followed suit with our orders for beverages and any questions about the menu a few minutes later- peak service in my opinion. After order, drinks came about 2 minutes later and the food came 5 minutes after that. Normally fast service comes with a lack of quality, but Pho Thanh didn't lack quality in the slightest- everything was delicious and tasted fresh and made with care! I will be coming back for any future cravings for sure. read more

I ordered the banh Ghana $16. They use actual udon noodles here. The combo came with pork, cuttlefish fish, shrimp, imitation crab. Flavor was decent just not super authentic but I'd come back as they have a good variety. Overall id give it a 3.5 read more

Tried this place out, wanted to like it but don't see myself returning. Banh khot didn't have the crispness it should and leafy veggies were too simple, no mints or herbs just lettuce and picked daikon/carrots. Fish sauce dipping sauce was bland. Bánh beo texture was not it. Only thing good was the pennywort drink. Service was ok but took too long to get the check when it wasn't even busy. The best way I can describe the ambiance inside was it had take-out/to-go vibes (not very inviting to dine in) and messy. read more
Was a little hesitant at first because the restaurant was quite empty when we got there on a Saturday night but the food was good! Their nuoc mam was especially addicting lol. Their mam nem was a little too diluted to my sister and I but the dishes themselves were good. read more
I had pho with tendon and the spring rolls with shrimp cake. Both were amazing. There are not that many places that do the shrimp cake inside the fresh rolls and they put the crunchy piece with it too. My pho was hearty and hot. The broth was flavorful and big chunks of tendon. The only thing that wasn't great was the banh mi I ordered to go. The bread is soggy and not the crusty French bread it should be. But I will definitely come back here for the pho and spring rolls! read more
