This is our sixth year coming to Pho & Beyond, and no other pho restaurant I've tried compares. My favorite dish is the brisket pho. The brisket is tender, juicy, and full of flavor, while the broth is rich, creamy, and incredibly comforting. The fresh green onions, white onions, and cilantro add the perfect finishing touch, and the noodles are soft with just the right amount of chewiness. My family's favorite side is the egg rolls. They're filled with a mix of vegetables, including carrots, spinach, and other fresh ingredients. They're perfectly crispy on the outside with just the right amount of seasoning. To finish our meal, we always order the coconut smoothie. Whether you enjoy it as a dessert or a refreshing drink, it's the perfect treat for a hot summer day. It's cold, creamy, refreshing, and one of our absolute favorites. If you're looking for amazing pho, I highly recommend Pho & Beyond. Definitely a 5-star experience!
New found favorite spot introduced by a friend! Great portion and great flavor! I tried multiple items from their menu like spring roll, , vermicelli with grilled beef, bun Bo hue with short rib, which all are delicious. However, nothing beats a good old comforting combination pho. I usually get beef broth, this time decided to give chicken broth a try. Compared to beef broth, chicken broth is lighter and more refreshing. Both are equally tasty, pick what your heart and soul desires!
FOOD: Vermicelli grilled beef with fish sauce. Large portion with good flavors and fresh vegetables. Service: good attentive service by staff even when busy. Ambience: spacious seatings and organized settings.
The food tastes good - I would say solid flavors all around. The prices were a bit expensive, but I get it. Food costs have gone, fuel costs have gone up, inflation, etc. We ordered pickup and I like how they package up the pho - the soup container had a separator thing kept the meat and noodles separate. We ordered the beef pho (the broth was great) and the spring rolls (these were just okay, other pho places include more herbs for flavor). The final item we ordered was vegetable pho, but we swapped tofu for shrimp with an additional cost. I didn't mind paying extra for shrimp...even at $7. However, when I opened the takeout bag, what I found were three sad shrimp in a separate container and one of them wasn't fully deveined. ...three cooked shrimp for $7. If this was an organic cafe with sustainably farmed shrimp, I could maybe swallow $7 for three juicy wild shrimp. ...but... $7 for three farmed shrimp that was likely supplied by Sysco Foods? Nope, not okay.
This place was an accidental find while I was driving toward Las Vegas. I realized I was going to arrive way too early to check in at the hotel, and since I was craving pho, I pulled up Yelp and found this highly rated spot far away from the Strip. It did not disappoint. Pho & Beyond is tucked away in a quieter area and seems to be popular with the locals. The restaurant has a nice, clean ambiance, and everyone on the staff was friendly and always smiling. Service was also proactive. Before I even had the chance to ask where the restroom was, one of the staff noticed me looking around and immediately pointed me in the right direction. Small thing, but it says a lot. The food came out quickly. I ordered the pho, spring rolls, and Thai tea. The pho broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, different from what I usually get back. The noodles also stood out. They were very soft and tender, but still had a really good texture and taste. The spring rolls were fresh, generously filled, and came with a thick peanut sauce. Portions here are huge. I did not finish everything, not because the food was not good, but because there was simply too much. Including the tip, I paid around $43, but honestly, what I ordered could easily have been a meal for two. Great food, generous portions, quick and friendly service, and a relaxing break before dealing with the craziness of the Strip. Definitely worth the little detour.
Forgot to update the last review. Definitely is a 5 star spot! Food is amazing with flavor. Every single item is delicious. They pack items very well for food delivery as well. Especially the pho! Tried the beef short ribs and they have a delicious flavor to them- can taste lemongrass in the marinade-yum. The combo pho with springs rolls will always be my go to because they're so good but I suggest trying other dishes too. Won't be disappointed with anything here.
4.5 stars with over 1,000 reviews? Coming from LA where there are a lot of legit pho spots, I definitely had to check out Pho & Beyond to see if the hype was real. And honestly, this place deserves to be up there as one of the top pho spots in Vegas. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had that deep slow-cooked taste you look for in a good bowl of pho. The short ribs were super tender and practically melted in your mouth. You can tell they don't cut corners here. After a long day walking around Vegas, this was the perfect way to end the night with a comforting and satisfying bowl of pho. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving good Vietnamese comfort food.
Need me some good Pho here in Summerlin Las Vegas area and I found it!! Such good comfort food with rich broth and good quality steak, tender and sliced just the way I like it! The Hank you Pho & Beyond, your service was on point and my glass was always filled. We will be back.
Was craving pho so decided to try this place. I live in N Las Vegas so it's quite the drive but thankfully it was well worth it. We arrived around 7 pm on a Saturday night & there was no wait at all. First impression the restaurant looked very nicely put together, clean, great ambiance with soft calming music. Now to the food: I tried the rocket shrimp, fried gyoza, & the oxtail pho. The rocket shrimp was delicious. Fried crispy on the outside with soft hot shrimp on the inside served with sweet chili sauce. Gyoza was good but nothing extraordinary, however the dipping sauce was tasty. The oxtail pho was the star of the show the broth was steaming and seasoned well. The oxtail pieces had a lot more fat than I would prefer, but gave great flavor & the meat I was able to try was delicious. Overall I enjoyed & will make the drive soon to try again.
My first time here, I really wish the service matched the aesthetics of this restaurant. Our server was super complicated. We have twins and she first sat us at a booth that accommodated 4 guest. But there was 5 of us including the babies. She wanted us to sit at a bigger table and put the babies on chairs, which for one is very unsafe. When we asked to move to a back booth, she gave us a hard time stating it's only for 4 people. Mind you, the tables could be moved to accommodate a bigger party. Seating arrangements had already stressed us all out. She kept giving us an attitude too. I don't think she took in consideration that we had babies in car seats. Food was ok, my pho broth was good. Spring rolls are ok, the sauce didn't have much flavor. My Bánh xèo (Vietnamese pancake) was good but the sauce tasted like water. It didn't even have a fish sauce scent. Going back to service, not one time did they come to check on us. We got us for napkins and we got up to ask for water refills. Definitely will be my first and last time here.
This may sound strange, but whenever I eat at an ethnic restaurant, I always make note of the music play. This establishment not only had Vietnamese music, but also a video showing scenes of Vietnam. It was 1pm on a Friday and the place was quite empty.72 seats and only 6 guests. The place of clean, with simple grey toned furniture, and the aroma of Vietnamese spices permeated the place. We were seated immediately and our drink orders taken. We were served cold (not iced) water without asking. There were 3 kinds of spicy condiments on the table and 1 bottle of Hoisin sauce. I ordered the plain pho (Beth and noodles only) for my food picky daughter and the beef chow fun for myself. We were served within 5 minutes of arriving. The chow fun noodles were perfect but the beef was a little bit chewy. The pho was huge with plenty of noodles and very tasty.
Decided to give this place a try due to their impressive reviews. And to keep it direct, the reviews were not lying. We came on a Friday afternoon around 3pm and the restaurant was pretty empty. They have a large dinning room with large tv screens showcasing Vietnam's countryside. We ordered the pork spring rolls, combination pho, and ban xeo. Every dish was so flavorful and delicious. The pho broth was clean and aromatic, with a rich beef flavor. Ban xeo was crunchy with good amount of pork and shrimp stuffing, which made the perfect lettuce wrap. Great establishment. Food is spectacular.

You can get vegan pho here! It's veggie & tofu, and the broth is veggie based. :) Sadly, this is the only vegan on the menu aside from French fries, but maybe they'll expand their menu one day read more

Found this spot on Google while searching for pho near me and I'm glad I did. The space is cozy with really nice decor, and as someone who loves flowers, I was obsessed with all the beautiful flower bouquets throughout the restaurant. Service was fast and smooth. A gentleman came by right away with menus and water, and just a few minutes later another staff member took our order. The food came out fairly quickly. I really enjoyed the egg rolls and the gyoza. GET THE VIETNAMESE COFFEE. Seriously, get it. I repeat, GET THE VIETNAMESE COFFEE. It's hands down the best Vietnamese coffee I've had. I ordered the brisket pho. It was good overall, though I personally felt the broth could've used a bit more flavor. Once I added extra lime and some of the chili at the table, it definitely came together. Our server was kind and kept checking in on us. Even though they seemed short-staffed, everyone was working hard and functioning as a solid team. Was craving pho and was in the area so I decided to come here. I saw there was another location of Pho & Beyond, so I thought it would be really good, but it honestly was just okay. The service was pretty quick and they came to refill my water once which was nice. Rare Beef and Brisket Pho - The broth was blander than I would have liked and wasn't super aromatic. I wished that there were more noodles as well. However, there was a decent amount of meat. Overall, I would try other pho places before I come back, but if this was the only option, I would come back! read more
I split an order of grilled pork spring rolls and the combo pho. The pho broth is slightly more spiced than other broths I've had at other Viet places, but feels nice and light without being too heavy. There's a decent amount of meat inside, and the noodles carry the broth flavor well. The grilled pork spring roll was also pretty good: the pork flavor balances well with the other ingredients & paired with the peanut sauce is *chefs kiss. Service was pretty fast: about 5-10 minutes for the food to come out. Inside they have ample seating and play calming jazz music. Plenty of parking in the parking lot as well read more
It's been awhile since we've eaten here and decided to give it another try. It's a very nice design of the dining room and decor it's very pretty inside. Service was very attentive and friendly we especially enjoyed that. Great portion size as always. I tried the seafood pho and it was full of variety of seafood the broth was excellent without tasting overly fishy. I love that this particular bowl comes with two different types of noodles. Yummy Prices are very reasonable and we will absolutely be back again we had a great dinner. read more

Pho & Beyond delivers a solid bowl of pho with some real highlights. I ordered the brisket pho, and the brisket was impressively tender--clearly cooked with care. The broth was well made, flavorful without being overpowering, and tasted like it had been simmered properly. I also tried the combination pho (large), which was satisfying overall and hit the spot. That said, for a large bowl, I was hoping for more meat, especially larger cuts of tendon and more noodles to really make it feel complete. The quality is there, but the portions could definitely be more generous. On the drinks side, both the Vietnamese coffee and the brown sugar milk tea were hearty and well sweetened--great balance, not watered down, and perfect to pair with the meal. Overall, Pho & Beyond does a good job with flavor and execution. With slightly bigger portions, especially for the large pho, this place could easily be a go-to spot. read more

The broth in the pho is delicious! We had thr Pho Rib Eye Beef, Pho Chicken, and Pho Brisket. The interior is open and airy, with many monitors showing beautiful Vietnam beaches. We had a large party of 12 and the staff was super friendly and patient. read more

Pho & Beyond Noodle Bar, Grill, Rolls & more! A nice addition to the Hualapai & Peace Way area. Modern and well designed. The atmosphere is delightful with pretty decor inside the restaurant. Friendly staff and good service. Simple menu choices from appetizers, specials, noodles, pho, rice and drinks. I like that the menu shows some food and drink pictures it gave us an idea of what the food would look like. On the menu: Charbroiled Pork Roll Combination Pho minus the Tendon Generous portions and fresh ingredients. The beef broth in the Combination Pho was savory good. The charbroiled pork roll was delicious. We liked that the roll had more pork than the vermicelli noodles and the vegetables = A+ on that! Glad we stopped in for dinner this restaurant will be added to our list of places to eat at. read more

Pretty disappointed in this place, I ordered the shaking beef (Com Bo Luc Lac) and the flavor was just okay until I added my own sauces. The major letdown was paying $24 dollars for a mound of rice with what came out to just a quarter cup of beef, maybe even less. My girl got the Pho with fatty brisket and loved it, but I will not be coming back. Their profit margins must be great! read more

Man, I was not feeling great and needed some HOT soup and Pho & Beyond hit the spot so good!! The ambiance was good, nice staff and tentative, however, they did not offer any takeout boxes and we had to grab them ourselves. I would still return though. The avocado smoothie, and also the brown sugar milk tea drink with boba were so good. read more

Disappointing experience - Misleading menu and poor service I ordered from here based on the high ratings, but my experience was incredibly frustrating. I ordered the Hokkaido Milk Tea through DoorDash; the description explicitly states it comes with boba. When it arrived without it, I went inside to politely point it out. Instead of a quick fix, the staff member argued with and talked down to me in a patronizing manner, acted annoyed that I showed him the description, and complained to his manager in Vietnamese within earshot, making me feel very uncomfortable. They eventually gave me crystal boba instead of the standard boba, but the attitude over a small, $0.95 menu error was uncalled for. By the time I got home, my pho was cold because of the delay. To make matters worse, the brisket was a very poor cut--tough and gristly to the point where it was actually difficult to swallow. I'm really disappointed given the 4.5-star rating. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful and the tea was delicious, but, between the rude service and the low-quality meat, I won't be ordering from here again. read more

Not our go to place for pho but we were down the street and I had a craving for a combo rice plate so I got that and my husband.got the combo pho. The rice plate was just ok the pork chop doesn't have that grilled char taste like how it's suppose to seem like it was cooked on a flat top, I did like that I came w the shredded pork skin and the steamed Vietnamese egg. The plate was a little pricy same w the pho that came w very little meat I think they were $18.99 each,the broth was good and flavorful just wish they gave more noodles and meat. We Probably will just stick to our go to place for pho. Service was ok they were busy so I get it . The inside is nice and open. read more
