The description on door dash, saying it comes topped with chewy boba.
    Brigitte O.

Disappointing experience - Misleading menu and poor service I ordered from here based on the high ratings, but my experience was incredibly frustrating. I ordered the Hokkaido Milk Tea through DoorDash; the description explicitly states it comes with boba. When it arrived without it, I went inside to politely point it out. Instead of a quick fix, the staff member argued with and talked down to me in a patronizing manner, acted annoyed that I showed him the description, and complained to his manager in Vietnamese within earshot, making me feel very uncomfortable. They eventually gave me crystal boba instead of the standard boba, but the attitude over a small, $0.95 menu error was uncalled for. By the time I got home, my pho was cold because of the delay. To make matters worse, the brisket was a very poor cut--tough and gristly to the point where it was actually difficult to swallow. I'm really disappointed given the 4.5-star rating. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful and the tea was delicious, but, between the rude service and the low-quality meat, I won't be ordering from here again.

My first time here, I really wish the service matched the aesthetics of this restaurant. Our server was super complicated. We have twins and she first sat us at a booth that accommodated 4 guest. But there was 5 of us including the babies. She wanted us to sit at a bigger table and put the babies on chairs, which for one is very unsafe. When we asked to move to a back booth, she gave us a hard time stating it's only for 4 people. Mind you, the tables could be moved to accommodate a bigger party. Seating arrangements had already stressed us all out. She kept giving us an attitude too. I don't think she took in consideration that we had babies in car seats. Food was ok, my pho broth was good. Spring rolls are ok, the sauce didn't have much flavor. My Bánh xèo (Vietnamese pancake) was good but the sauce tasted like water. It didn't even have a fish sauce scent. Going back to service, not one time did they come to check on us. We got us for napkins and we got up to ask for water refills. Definitely will be my first and last time here.

Food: authentic dishes to choose from. Recommend rare steak on the side with small bowl of hot broth for medium rare folks. Good attentive staff service Good spacious ambiance vibe with bar seatings (can be super busy)

Decided to give this place a try due to their impressive reviews. And to keep it direct, the reviews were not lying. We came on a Friday afternoon around 3pm and the restaurant was pretty empty. They have a large dinning room with large tv screens showcasing Vietnam's countryside. We ordered the pork spring rolls, combination pho, and ban xeo. Every dish was so flavorful and delicious. The pho broth was clean and aromatic, with a rich beef flavor. Ban xeo was crunchy with good amount of pork and shrimp stuffing, which made the perfect lettuce wrap. Great establishment. Food is spectacular.

When we want Pho' 2 this is our go to spot. The food is very delicious. Big portions. We got the A5. Grilled Shrimp Patty Roll, N6. Noodle Soup, N4. Seafood Noodle Soup. And we finish it every-time! The service is hit or miss. Sometimes they will take awhile to check on you. And some days they're very attentive. Over all they are friendly. The ambiance is inviting and nice inside. Will always come back!

Was craving pho and was in the area so I decided to come here. I saw there was another location of Pho & Beyond, so I thought it would be really good, but it honestly was just okay. The service was pretty quick and they came to refill my water once which was nice. Rare Beef and Brisket Pho - The broth was blander than I would have liked and wasn't super aromatic. I wished that there were more noodles as well. However, there was a decent amount of meat. Overall, I would try other pho places before I come back, but if this was the only option, I would come back!

Found this spot on Google while searching for pho near me and I'm glad I did. The space is cozy with really nice decor, and as someone who loves flowers, I was obsessed with all the beautiful flower bouquets throughout the restaurant. Service was fast and smooth. A gentleman came by right away with menus and water, and just a few minutes later another staff member took our order. The food came out fairly quickly. I really enjoyed the egg rolls and the gyoza. GET THE VIETNAMESE COFFEE. Seriously, get it. I repeat, GET THE VIETNAMESE COFFEE. It's hands down the best Vietnamese coffee I've had. I ordered the brisket pho. It was good overall, though I personally felt the broth could've used a bit more flavor. Once I added extra lime and some of the chili at the table, it definitely came together. Our server was kind and kept checking in on us. Even though they seemed short-staffed, everyone was working hard and functioning as a solid team. I'd definitely come back and look forward to trying more items next time.

I split an order of grilled pork spring rolls and the combo pho. The pho broth is slightly more spiced than other broths I've had at other Viet places, but feels nice and light without being too heavy. There's a decent amount of meat inside, and the noodles carry the broth flavor well. The grilled pork spring roll was also pretty good: the pork flavor balances well with the other ingredients & paired with the peanut sauce is *chefs kiss. Service was pretty fast: about 5-10 minutes for the food to come out. Inside they have ample seating and play calming jazz music. Plenty of parking in the parking lot as well

Was craving pho so decided to try this place. I live in N Las Vegas so it's quite the drive but thankfully it was well worth it. We arrived around 7 pm on a Saturday night & there was no wait at all. First impression the restaurant looked very nicely put together, clean, great ambiance with soft calming music. Now to the food: I tried the rocket shrimp, fried gyoza, & the oxtail pho. The rocket shrimp was delicious. Fried crispy on the outside with soft hot shrimp on the inside served with sweet chili sauce. Gyoza was good but nothing extraordinary, however the dipping sauce was tasty. The oxtail pho was the star of the show the broth was steaming and seasoned well. The oxtail pieces had a lot more fat than I would prefer, but gave great flavor & the meat I was able to try was delicious. Overall I enjoyed & will make the drive soon to try again.

Pho & Beyond delivers a solid bowl of pho with some real highlights. I ordered the brisket pho, and the brisket was impressively tender--clearly cooked with care. The broth was well made, flavorful without being overpowering, and tasted like it had been simmered properly. I also tried the combination pho (large), which was satisfying overall and hit the spot. That said, for a large bowl, I was hoping for more meat, especially larger cuts of tendon and more noodles to really make it feel complete. The quality is there, but the portions could definitely be more generous. On the drinks side, both the Vietnamese coffee and the brown sugar milk tea were hearty and well sweetened--great balance, not watered down, and perfect to pair with the meal. Overall, Pho & Beyond does a good job with flavor and execution. With slightly bigger portions, especially for the large pho, this place could easily be a go-to spot.

The broth in the pho is delicious! We had thr Pho Rib Eye Beef, Pho Chicken, and Pho Brisket. The interior is open and airy, with many monitors showing beautiful Vietnam beaches. We had a large party of 12 and the staff was super friendly and patient.

Not our go to place for pho but we were down the street and I had a craving for a combo rice plate so I got that and my husband.got the combo pho. The rice plate was just ok the pork chop doesn't have that grilled char taste like how it's suppose to seem like it was cooked on a flat top, I did like that I came w the shredded pork skin and the steamed Vietnamese egg. The plate was a little pricy same w the pho that came w very little meat I think they were $18.99 each, the broth was good and flavorful just wish they gave more noodles and meat. We Probably will just stick to our go to place for pho. Service was ok they were busy so I get it . The inside is nice and open.

Spring Roll (Gỏi Cuốn) Rare Rib Eye Phở - Tái Rib Eye

What a wonderful spot. The decor immediately stands out with artistic chandeliers, beautiful murals, and unique touches throughout, including a life-size artificial tree in the center of the restaurant that really gives the space character. The food was excellent with authentic flavor, service was fast and polite, and portions were generous for very fair prices. My only small downside, and not really the restaurant's fault, is that part of the large counter area has been converted to handle delivery orders. It's great to see the business doing well, but having delivery drivers waiting up front and a visible to-go station slightly takes away from the otherwise beautiful dine-in atmosphere.

Service was ok, especially for how slow and empty the restaurant was when we arrived. The timing of the food was poorly managed. My wife's entree came out far before mine, and she had already finished eating before my dish even arrived. Also, while she was still eating her egg rolls, the server brought over the rice paper with hot water in a plastic container and placed it right next to her plate mid-meal. The service felt unorganized and awkward overall. The egg rolls tasted like they had been refried. The veggies and herbs looked stale and close to going bad. The vermicelli with pork patties had a very small amount of meat and tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave. The hot water served for rice paper came in a plastic containers, "Hot water in plastic". The peanut sauce also had an unusual coconut flavor that did not taste right. We also ordered the Vietnamese crepe. It was burnt, the pork tasted awful, and the shrimp was overcooked. Again, the vegetables and herbs did not taste fresh. The fish sauce dip was probably the only thing that tasted decent. Sadly, this place is not what it used to be. This place is now on our "Do not eat at" list.

I remember their pho being much better before. I normally order pho tai but went with Shaking Beef Pho this time. Prices have for sure gone up! $25 for a bowl of pho that barely tasted like pho!! This one adds some sate or chili in it but it still lacked any of the pho spice flavors. One of my friends also ordered this as well and agreed. My other friend ordered the Oxtail Pho. I tried a sip of his broth and it was the same. No pho spices at all. It's already a bad sign when you walk into a pho spot or when they bring the bowls out and you don't smell the aroma of pho. My friend's oxtail wasn't even cooked long enough. The pros: the noodles were cooked perfectly and the shaking beef in the pho was tender. Our server was also nice. Not sure if maybe it was just an off day or maybe they were still making the broth and forgot the spice. Idk but I will be choosing a different pho restaurant next time I'm in Vegas
