Miến Gà (Glass Noodle Chicken Soup)
    Khánh Hà C.

My family recently visited **Phở Gà Bắc Bắc in Las Vegas** and tried quite a few dishes. The **chicken glass noodle soup** was our favorite--the broth was flavorful and suited our taste well, while the free-range chicken had just the right amount of chewiness without being too tough. We also tried the spring rolls, steamed rice rolls, and beef pho, and overall, most of the dishes suited our family's taste. One small downside was that the **chicken pho and beef pho seemed to use the same type of broth**, so the flavors didn't feel quite as distinctive or authentic to each dish. The biggest drawback for me was having to use my personal phone to **scan a QR code to view the menu**. I find this unnecessary and inconvenient, especially for older customers or those who are not comfortable with technology. The menu is also displayed on a relatively small phone screen, making it difficult to see everything at once, and the food doesn't look as appealing as it would in a well-designed physical menu. It can also be inconvenient when the internet connection is poor, or family members have to pass one phone around to look at the menu. I hope the restaurant can consider offering a **printed menu as an additional option** to make the experience more convenient for everyone.

Came here again recently on a late hungry night. It was around 2am so very little patrons maybe only 1-2 tables. Without much customers, you'd assume they'd be more attentive but nope! Had to wave them down every single time. Also it was even harder finding someone to wave down in the first place! They were either hiding out in the kitchen or hurried away without making eye contact and pretending not to see you so they don't have to tend to you. What's even worse was in the middle of our meal, a group of drunk girls came in with a mini videographer so what must have been the owner came out and was talking to them the whole time and kissing butt. Like wow we couldn't even get service and these drunk girls who were loud got special attention.

Only good 24 hr Pho place. Off-strip Food: diverse authentic Vietnamese dishes Good flavors Service: can be shorthanded at times but attentive staff Ambience: good spacious seatings

Everytime I come to Vegas this is my late night spot! My family and friends love going here. The food is authentic and I am never disappointed. Love the food and the vibe. Be friendly to the staff and they will take care of you.

Theyre open late night and have a small menu with the basics. Service was good for a late night. The broth was a nice balance of and wasn't too fatty. I'd come back here for this broth! The fried rice with chicken had a great grilled/char flavor that I enjoyed.

I had contemplated going to the Izakaya spot in the same plaza. However, that place had a wait time that prompted me to walk in here. I have been here once before many years ago. The place is absolutely spacious and massive, and while there were people it was certainly not as busy in the best way. You got seated immediately, we're giving waters immediately, pretty much got our food immediately. It was everything I needed it to be considering I was hungry and it was late at night. I ordered the chicken pho broth. I think chicken broth is generally not preferred by people. However , I thought it was delicious.

    this is Beef spare rib
    Stone P.

I was working in a recording studio tonight, so my family went to the restaurant. I always get a short rib pho but they sent me home a spare rib with no meat barley on the rib and it's not what i ordered & for 20 dollers it's truly unkool and disrespectful i had the same situation Happen the other day when I Dined in the same problem but only this time we paid for a short rib and we get a spare rib this is clearly cheating the customers!!!!!!!! how can I patronize a business one? They're cheating us out of food that we paid for might as well go back to the place on rainbow and make sure we have enough short rib .. in our pho i'm truly disappointed!!!!!

    Missing utensils for food.
    Samantha P.

I ordered food from this restaurant through the Fantuan app while staying at a hotel. Before placing my order, I specifically called the restaurant and explained that I was staying in a hotel and would need proper utensils. I asked them to include extra utensils and hot sauce with my order. When my food arrived, the only things included was the extra hot sauce and a single pair of chopsticks, despite my order containing three food items and my clear request for extra utensils. Since I was staying in a hotel, I did not have access to utensils and was unable to properly eat the food. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened, but instead of addressing the issue, they argued that the utensils had been included. They were not in the bag. I ended up filing a complaint with the delivery app because the restaurant failed to provide what was requested and then refused to take responsibility. This was extremely disappointing customer service. I made a reasonable request, communicated it in advance, and was still left without the basic utensils needed to eat my meal. As a result, the food went to waste. Very frustrating experience, and I expected much better customer service.

Only pho place that opens 24/7 that we found on Yelp. Came in right after we landed in Vegas. Very spacious but dated restaurants. We were seated at one of the booth table. They offer a massive varieties of noodles soup and rice combos. We ordered beef pho and BoNe (hot stone plate with rib eye steak, eggs, pate, and pork cake). We enjoyed the flavors of the beef pho. The BoNe is also delicious. Will definitely come back if we are in Vegas.

    Mini Shrimp Crêpe (Bánh Khọt)

Service was lacking. We walked in to only one other customer there. Should've left but we had Ubered from area 15, so we stayed. Waiter we only saw once and then I think owner or manager took over. We ordered through the app but for some reason nothing would come out unless he confirmed it, so not sure why he just didn't take the order himself, why make us order only. Half our party had to wait 20-30mins after we got our food to get theirs because what they ordered wasn't confirmed. Overall, pho broth was simple. It was good don't get me wrong. Could have done with more protein. It was a good size. However the banh khot was undercooked and stil very watery at the center. We basically forced everyone to take one so we didn't leave any behind but we weren't sure if we were going to get sick with it being underdone. No one ultimately got sick. Trendy hipster vibes. It has potential but it was just odd how the service was. Small parking lot. We would only comeback if it was the only thing open. Happy eating.

Crispy Pork & Shrimp Crêpe (Bánh Xèo)
    OJ J.

Stopped by Pho Ga Bac Bac and ordered the Crispy Pork & Shrimp Crêpe (Bánh Xèo) and it was absolutely amazing. The crepe had that perfect golden crunch when you break into it, and the pork and shrimp inside were seasoned just right. Fresh herbs and greens on the side tied everything together and made every bite pop. Service was great and super welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away and the food came out fast, which is always a plus when you're hungry and ready to eat. Between the flavor, the freshness, and the quick service, this place definitely earned five stars from me. I'll be back to try more soon.

There was a time when another pho spot (#1) claimed the 24 hour throne of the Las Vegas late night food scene, but now that title belongs to Pho Ga Bac Bac. Their all day availability, along with their variety of foods is impressive, but unfortunately that's where the appeal ends. The dining room is modern, spacious, and very group-friendly. Even at their busiest, parking is still abundant, and the place never feels too busy. I am still undecided on whether lunch or late night is better, but either shift has had its shares of service woes. The staff needs a lot of work with prompt service, cleaning tables, and handling orders in a timely manner. Like some of the Chinese restaurants, food is ordered through their website and brought directly to the table. The variety is a bit overwhelming for first timers, but I applaud them for offering more than just pho, even if the prices are a bit on the high side. My group and I managed to order a hundred dollars worth of food, which included both chicken ($17) and beef pho ($17). whole Hainan style chicken ($38), fried rice flour cake ($17), banh cuon ($18), banh khot ($18), cha gio ($10), goi cuon ($10), bac bac short rib pho ($20), chao ga ($17) and chao long ($18), and a com crispy chicken leg ($17). While the chicken dishes held their own, the rest did not. The banh khot lacked the crispiness I was hoping for and the beef pho was very unmemorable. Banh cuon as well as the banh bot chien was dry and unappetizing, even when drenched in sauce. I would highly recommend not ordering the beef short rib to just simply save some money. It's not a complete farce and I would never rule out a return. After all, once most everyone in Chinatown is closed, Pho Ga Bac Bac will remain. I'm optimistic for their other dishes and really hoping for tastier experiences going forward. ____________ (#1) Pho Kim Long: https://www.yelp.com/biz/pho-kim-long-las-vegas

Hoang provided us great service! Pho was fragrant, provided us plenty of fresh basil, beef was tender and not overcooked. Rice dish with pork was flavorful and eggs were perfectly cooked and slightly runny yolk. Was a perfect breakfast spot. Convenient that they have large tables to accommodate big groups. Order can be done with server or QR code on table.

Hey, y'all…read more Y'all... I guess I've been living under a rock because I'm just now finding out about Cheongdam Food Hall! Where have I been?! Anywhoddles I ordered from Eki Ramen, and when I tell y'all this ramen was RAMENING! Aka delicious. Aka... fire I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, and as you can see from the menu, it was only $12.95. I added an extra egg, extra pork belly, and extra black garlic oil because... why not? Anywhoddles with the extra "trimmings" it came to $18 dollars. Let's get back to the review Now lean in so I can tell y'all about this broth. It tasted authentic to me. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk. So... if you're a ramen lover--or if you've been thinking about trying ramen for the first time--I highly recommend giving Eki Ramen a try. And while you're there, take your time and explore Cheongdam Food Hall because there are plenty of other restaurants waiting to be discovered. Until next time... y'all already know what time it is! I'll be doing a boomerang back to this spot because there are way too many restaurants in this food hall for me to stop at just one!

The former Rite Aid pharmacy that once stood in its place has never looked better and features a cool curated mix of Japanese and Korean-inspired concepts. It's not a large food hall, but it's a good start. The current line up is: Smile Shota, Curry Ya, Namsan Tonkatsu, Market Green Table, Tiger Go Go, Downtoner Sandwich, and Broken Coffee. Market Green Table and Tiger Go Go managed to replace GT Poke and HoHo Crunch earlier this year, and thank goodness. Market Green Table has some of the most creative renditions of musubi and is my favorite of all that I've tried so far. Smile Shota is the most intriguing at the moment, which offers all you can eat sushi throughout the day and even has a late night AYCE special ($25 for now). If there is any knock on the place is that it's small enough to present some major challenges during their busiest times: crowd flow, seating, and especially parking. Peak times include lunch, weekends, and some weeknight dinner hours. Takeout is inevitable, but their least busy hour is usually between 2-4pm.

The décor is simple, with about six tables inside and tables outside for al fresco dining. You go there for the food, not the décor. They offer a tasting menu for two for $190, that is amazing. What's more amazing is the deluxe version for $370. As a solo diner on this occasion, I couldn't avail myself of either so I made my own, three Shigoku oysters ($12), three Oyster / Uni / Foie Gras ($30), U3 Prawn with truffle butter ($40), Truffle Bone Marrow Filet with Foie Gras ($76), two glasses of wine ($14 and $16), and Illy coffee to finish ($4). The three Shigoku oysters were great; the ones with uni and foie gras were sublime! I had a glass of 2024 Touraine Sauvignon Blanc with the oysters. The Truffle Prawn was out of this world! The large prawn was split and grilled with truffle butter. The meat was perfect, and I scooped all of the goodness from the shells and savored each bit. I wanted another order! The Truffle Bone Marrow included two bone halves, topped with sliced medium rare filet and seared foie gras. I can never have too much foie gras! The marrow was so unctuous and combined with the filet and a slice of foie gras, I was in food heaven! It's so decadent and insanely good. I had a glass of District 7 Pinot Noir with the meat. Alas, no room for dessert. If I did, I would have ordered another Truffle Prawn. I ended my meal with a cup of Illy coffee, then headed back to my hotel. Ah, what a meal! Superb from start to finish! The total came to $253.08, including a tip. Highly recommended! Rating: 4.75.
