This location has great interior decoration and truly feels like an upscale Chinatown location! The bowls are large, convex shapes and the servings are generous. The meat quality is also great! I would definitely consider coming back here as audition to be THE main pho spot. One little suggestion I have is that the tables mainly come with Sriracha sauce to spice your soup up with. I would also like to suggest the best fried rice dish on their menu: crab fried rice, stir fried rice with small pieces of scallops and scallions. As Vietnamese, I m picky with my pho and I think this place nails the broth. Very close to what I have in Vietnam. Ofc still tastes Americanize. But one of the best pho place in Las Vegas for sure. Genuinely surprised with the quality of food here. The macaroni has a very unique, bouncy texture - think cavatappi but more noodle-like. The pork patty rolls were pretty standard, nothing to write home about. The pho broth here though is some of the best I've had, generous noodle and protein portions as well. There were plenty of seatings but it was really crowded with lots of big parties. I ordered the House Special Vermicelli noodle bowl. It was a huge bowl filled with the normal vermicelli noodles, lettuce, and carrots/daikons. Noodles were cooked perfectly. The pork was flavorful and tender. Eggrolls were crispy and seasoned well. It came with a little bowl with the sauce and with the big noodle bowl, I ended up using all of the sauce. I also ordered their Thai Tea with no boba. Their Thai tea tasted more like milk than Thai tea. Maybe it would had been better if it wasn't so heavy on the cream/milk. Also heard that they make their own pho noodles. We came here on a Saturday afternoon, table of around 15 people. They seem newly opened and service was still working out a bit of the kinks. It's good that they double checked orders for us since we were a larger party. I got the rare steak and meatball pho which was a good portion and super delicious! Shrimp spring rolls and the egg rolls were pretty good as well. I got the avocado smoothie and unfortunately it was just too bland and icy. They need to blend the smoothie a bit more and add some more sweetner/avocado. Overall pretty good experience and would stop by again! read more

This place recently replaced the old Pho Saigon 1. I came here for their soft opening and so far, it was a pretty good experience. The overall place is clean and a nice switch up from what it used to be. Staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. As someone who is Vietnamese, I thought it was decent. The egg rolls were good and so were the pork patty spring rolls. Flavor wise, the pho was not too bad. It was nice to have especially since I wasn't feeling too well. Checked this place out as we noticed it was finally open after replacing the former Pho So 1. Turns out they had just opened a couple of days prior and so not all menu items were available yet. Redesigned interior looked great. The egg rolls were fine, but the char-grilled short rib pho was really good! I was also pleased that their plate of garnishings included coriander snd rice paddy herb! Thats how you know it's authentic. This has to be the best executed Pho shop in town! Very clean modern decor, well trained staff, and most importantly the food tasted fresh and delicious! I ordered the Pho special Combo bowl at $20, and the broth was spectacular! You can taste they use real beef bones, not filled with artificial powders and msg. The portion was huge compared to most places I've been to and the meat quality was also superb. I don't get others saying it's bland as I think most places are overly seasoned and the natural beef broth flavor is over powered by saltiness and artificial flavors. I was so full by halfway through the bowl, but I managed to finish the whole thing because it was that good! I enjoyed everything here, and I'm really impressed by who ever opened this shop. Decided to try out this new restaurant during their soft opening. They sat my family and I down very quickly. Ordering and having our food delivered was also quick. I ordered the combination pho and it was okay. All the meats were super tender, but the both was okay. This was the most expensive pho I have ever eaten in Vegas and it did not taste like the most expensive. The Nem Nuong Cuon was surprising super thin. You could barely taste it. My hubs and I were in town for the BTS Arirang concert and wanted a good bowl of pho before the show. Pho Concept did not disappoint. We ordered Oxtail Pho and Combination Pho with beef rib on the side and both pho was delicious. The waitress was nice and provided good service. Food here is decent However the service I experienced today was not great. 30+ minute wait time for food. They messed up one of our food items during the dine in meal. We also ordered 2 to go orders which were messed up. One of the orders was pho dac biet which was not given to us yet we were still charged. The other order was bun Bo hue, they gave us bun Bo hue items with pho broth, which they confirmed was a mess up after we showed them a picture of what we got. I called them over the phone to dispute it, they told me I had to be in the restaurant to refund. I had to uber back to the restaurant and then back to the hotel which costed more money. When I got the restaurant they were willing to give me 2 new to go orders of bun Bo hue and pho, but they told me they won't refund even though they told me over the phone they would. Their mistakes costed me more time and money. I had to pay the consequences for their mistakes. Make it make sense. Will not be coming back. read more
