Brisket & Flank Pho
Sheila K.

It was 100°+ in Vegas and yet we still felt the need to go get Pho... ha! They were pretty packed but we still managed to get seated right away, party of 4. Lots of tables/seats. Staff was friendly. Worked quickly... never did come around to give me a water refill though (I drink a lot of water). There wasn't anything that screamed out at me aesthetically but I also never really expect that at a pho restaurant. Oh, & they kept it tidy. As for food: my sister ordered eggrolls to share. Her husband ordered one of the Rice plates (pork? didn't try it), and the rest of us got Pho (I got Brisket & Flank, they got Oxtail). Eggrolls were decent. The sauce was alright. The pho got the job done, but I wasn't fully satisfied. Honestly, everything was good but didn't really leave a lasting impression... I've had better. I don't necessarily feel the need to go back, but if my sister or anyone wanted to, I also wouldn't mind it. Again, it was good... just not the best I've ever had. Anywho, we were in and out of there, tummies full... all you need, right?

I ordered the Combination Pho and menu #24 (can't remember the name!) the portions were huge, definitely more than I could finish. The broth was flavorful, the meat was tender, and everything tasted really good. Service was attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. The only small downside was the Coke Zero, it came from the fountain, so it didn't have that fizzy kick I was hoping for. A little disappointing, but not a dealbreaker.

I came here last May 2024 and had really bad service. They were really busy so understandable. I decided to give it a try again this time, May 2025, and had really good service this time. I ordered a pho with rare steak and meat balls. The broth was okay. I think this place has good food but I think I've had better tasting broth. If you're looking for a pho place this is a safe option.

Was trying a new matcha place close by and got hungry and stumbled upon this place. Service was super fast and nice staff. Pretty big space and nice and quiet. Lots of parking. I always order fresh spring rolls for appetizer. So good I only you the last of it in my pictures. Big portion size. Definitely would recommend and good price.

Food rating 4.5 stars. ...still waiting for half stars for ratings, Yelp... Our waiter seemed unhappy. Demeanor wasn't friendly as he took our orders. Other friendly servers thay brought out our food made up for his grumpiness. The restaurant itself is a good size. They were able to easily accommodate for our party of 16. There is a 3% card fee if you use credit card here. I got the banh canh with pork and shrimp. The broth was flavorful and beautifully clear. The udon in it were perfectly cooked as were the pork belly and shrimps. I loved it. We also got the fried egg rolls/spring rolls. They were quite heavy and dense. Good flavor, but not foodgasmic. After eating one of those, I couldn't finish my udon. Perhaps I shouldn't have ordered a large. Lol. Something to be mindful of if you order them. I took a spoonful of the pho broth just to taste. That was also beautifully clear and flavorful. Great beefy broth for pho. They are generous with their meat offering in their pho. I feel you get your value worth. Side note. There are no banh mi on their menu. I would come back next time I'm in Vegas.

Small Pho Tai Sach Nam

Ended Vegas the right away after a hefty night out and of course we had to end at pho! I've been going to a different place, but wanted to give this place another try based off the reviews. I got the Small Pho Tai Sach Nam. The portion was perfect and they didn't skimp out on meats! Unfortunately, the broth was a bit oily and tasted too light for me. It was still a delicious bowl nonetheless and perfect for the ride home. Our server did not disappoint. So attentive and quick! Maybe I'll come back to try the other stuff offered.

Small pho tai chin

Great and fast service. Prices are good. I ordered a small pho tai chin and a Vietnamese coffee. Broth was hot and flavorful. The pork eggrolls were also very crispy. Everyone in here is Viet so you know it's authentic. Would come back again.

Servers were on point and soft spoken, pretty fast service. Large portion of noodles with bowl of pho. Broth was flavorful, and I couldn't finish my bowl the number 7. Egg rolls were good and crispy. Restaurant is surrounded with a lot of competition but I would definitely return.

Pho So 1 is pretty big for a pho restaurant so there's plenty of seating. It's also in a big Asian strip mall so there's lots of free parking too. Service was quick and friendly. We ordered the Pho Bo with brisket and tendon, Ribeye Pho, and a cold Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. I don't see many places offering tendon so I was really happy to see it being offered here! Coffee was really good and smooth. Pho broth was very clean, savory, and came piping hot just how I liked it! Tendon and brisket pieces were delicious and good portions.

The food here was a pretty generous portion. There was a lot of protein in the pho bowl that I had. The staff were super nice and very welcoming. And the atmosphere wasn't too noisy, so it's great for a group outing. I minus 1 star because the noodles just didn't taste like how pho noodle should taste like. Think of it having the chewy and after taste of rice paper. I would expected the noodles to be a bit more firm.

Good food! Huge portions! Good option if you're craving Vietnamese food outside the strip.

char siu noodle soup
Michelle Z.

Got the char siu noodle soup and it was amazing!! The broth was incredible and I loved the egg noodles. I finished the whole bowl which never happens for me at soup restaurants. The char siu was fine -- not the best I've had, but there was also some ground meat in the soup which I appreciated, as well as some veggies. Service was efficient and there's a lot of seating inside.

Pho time.

Have they permanently closed? Do they have a sister restaurant with the same good food?

Hi we are temporarily closed. But we don’t know the exact date for reopening yet. Please come visit our sister restaurant Viet Noodle Bar, 5288 W Spring Mountain Rd, our menu is very similar. Thank you. We appreciate your support.

Is there vegetarian or vegan options?

I eat the Vegetarian Pho and similar soups every time. Its meatless. Is it Vegan?, I am unsure. It is meatless and they use rice noodles.

Does anyone know if for their chicken pho they use chicken broth or ginger broth?

The flavors of the food in place is just divine! First, you walk into the place and they have it designed as the streets of Saigon. It's quite interesting. Their menu is also very interesting - snails on the menu, cooked different ways. My favorite is their shrimp patty spring rolls. That crunch factor in the middle - love it. Their Rib Eye Pho, worth the money. Their Banh Mi is also pretty good. They were quite busy on a weekday dinner so just taken note. Every time I go, I fully intend to order it... and then something else catches my eye. Today was no different. You have to start with the spring rolls. The fresh ones come packed with shrimp and a crisp roll of rice paper inside for that perfect crunch, all dipped in their sweet-yet-tangy fish sauce that ties everything together beautifully. Today I went with the Garlic Noodles and Wagyu Steak (medium rare), and it was hands-down the best thing on the table. (My wife will probably fight me on that.) The garlic noodles were bold and savory--strong enough to keep even the friendliest vampires away--but with just enough sweetness to keep you coming back for more. My nephew and I couldn't get enough. And the Wagyu Steak? Absolutely divine. Perfectly cooked, buttery, juicy, and packed with flavor. Easily the best I've had here. The interior is fantastic too. They've styled the place like a charming little Asian street market, with each table set up like its own market stall. It's fun, immersive, and I love the vibe. One quick heads-up: they take a one-hour break between lunch and dinner (4-5 PM), so plan accordingly if you're coming in during that window. We arrived right at 5 PM when they reopened, and our party of six was seated immediately with menus and water. Our waitress was attentive, and the orders came in quickly. Highly recommend!

It did not disappoint. Pho & Beyond is tucked away in a quieter area and seems to be popular with the locals. The restaurant has a nice, clean ambiance, and everyone on the staff was friendly and always smiling. Service was also proactive. Before I even had the chance to ask where the restroom was, one of the staff noticed me looking around and immediately pointed me in the right direction. Small thing, but it says a lot. The food came out quickly. I ordered the pho, spring rolls, and Thai tea. The pho broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, different from what I usually get back. The noodles also stood out. They were very soft and tender, but still had a really good texture and taste. The spring rolls were fresh, generously filled, and came with a thick peanut sauce. Portions here are huge. I did not finish everything, not because the food was not good, but because there was simply too much. Including the tip, I paid around $43, but honestly, what I ordered could easily have been a meal for two. Great food, generous portions, quick and friendly service, and a relaxing break before dealing with the craziness of the Strip. Definitely worth the little detour.

The final item we ordered was vegetable pho, but we swapped tofu for shrimp with an additional cost. I didn't mind paying extra for shrimp...even at $7.
