It's one of those longtime neighborhood spots that's built a loyal following over the years. The menu focuses on traditional dishes, everything is well prepared and authentic. Flavor-wise it's good, though not the best Vietnamese food I've had, especially compared to what you'd find in SoCal. The last time I was here I got the bun rieu and it was ok, not my favorite version of the dish. I'd stick to the pho which feels like a safer choice here and more in line with what they do best. The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case. Like everywhere else in Vegas, prices feel high for what you get. That said, service was good, the staff was efficient, and the food came out quickly. Pho So 1 is a favorite of my family and I. We usually will stop for lunch or dinner before heading next door to Tous le Jours for dessert. I usually order my go-to which is the vermicelli noodles with grilled shrimp and pork egg rolls. Topped with fresh cilantro and pickled vegetables. The fish sauce to top it off makes it even tastier and you can't forget the crushed peanuts. My family usually orders pho or vermicelli noodles too. Never any complaints. Depending on the staff - service can be great or okay, but never bad. Overall a good choice for casual lunch or dinner in a spacious spot. It was 100°+ in Vegas and yet we still felt the need to go get Pho... ha! They were pretty packed but we still managed to get seated right away, party of 4. Lots of tables/seats. Staff was friendly. Worked quickly... never did come around to give me a water refill though (I drink a lot of water). There wasn't anything that screamed out at me aesthetically but I also never really expect that at a pho restaurant. Oh, & they kept it tidy. As for food: my sister ordered eggrolls to share. Her husband ordered one of the Rice plates (pork? didn't try it), and the rest of us got Pho (I got Brisket & Flank, they got Oxtail). Eggrolls were decent. The sauce was alright. The pho got the job done, but I wasn't fully satisfied. Honestly, everything was good but didn't really leave a lasting impression... I've had better. Our normal stop every time we come to Vegas. Their tabletop BBQ is really delicious especially wrapped in rice paper with veggies and vermicelli. We came on a Thursday, night after Christmas, so it was very busy. Luckily the wait wasn't too long because it's a relatively large restaurant. They play good music and have large screens with closed caption on the walls. We ordered 1.5 orders of the beef and shrimp bbq for 3 people. We cooked the beef and shrimp ourselves on the grill, and finished all the sides they provided. Service is very friendly and efficient but beware because they charge for extra veggies and vermicelli and add a credit card fee of 3%. read more

I ordered the Combination Pho and menu #24 (can't remember the name!) the portions were huge, definitely more than I could finish. The broth was flavorful, the meat was tender, and everything tasted really good. Service was attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. I came here last May 2024 and had really bad service. They were really busy so understandable. I decided to give it a try again this time, May 2025, and had really good service this time. I ordered a pho with rare steak and meat balls. The broth was okay. I think this place has good food but I think I've had better tasting broth. Food rating 4.5 stars. ...still waiting for half stars for ratings, Yelp... Our waiter seemed unhappy. Demeanor wasn't friendly as he took our orders. Other friendly servers thay brought out our food made up for his grumpiness. The restaurant itself is a good size. They were able to easily accommodate for our party of 16. There is a 3% card fee if you use credit card here. I got the banh canh with pork and shrimp. The broth was flavorful and beautifully clear. The udon in it were perfectly cooked as were the pork belly and shrimps. I loved it. We also got the fried egg rolls/spring rolls. They were quite heavy and dense. Good flavor, but not foodgasmic. After eating one of those, I couldn't finish my udon. Perhaps I shouldn't have ordered a large. Lol. Something to be mindful of if you order them. I took a spoonful of the pho broth just to taste. That was also beautifully clear and flavorful. Great beefy broth for pho. They are generous with their meat offering in their pho. I feel you get your value worth. Side note. Ended Vegas the right away after a hefty night out and of course we had to end at pho! I've been going to a different place, but wanted to give this place another try based off the reviews. I got the Small Pho Tai Sach Nam. The portion was perfect and they didn't skimp out on meats! Unfortunately, the broth was a bit oily and tasted too light for me. We ordered the Pho Bo with brisket and tendon, Ribeye Pho, and a cold Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. My friends that were visiting from LA told me about this place so we had lunch here before I dropped them off at the airport. I don't know how I missed this place because it's a pretty big venue right next to TLJ bakery and SF market! There's pho offerings aplenty in Vegas so I'd say this is your standard pho spot. You want pho, you'll get pho. Hubby got the pho dac biet. Nothing mind blowing but definitely not bad in any way. My seafood hu tieu mi was pretty solid; I think it was better than the pho... but it's standard issue in the hu tieu world. You order but pay up at the counter at the end of your meal. I would like to say that's standard practice out in these places but it's the only Vegas restaurant that was like that. I'm not a lazy person by any means... just it's different. Wait staff was attentive, I will say! It was busy the day we went on a Saturday morning (large families, some old people, mostly all were out of towners).
