    Beef Stew Noodles
    Young Kyung K.

I thought this place was great! It did feel like people to go more than dine in. I was craving pho for a few weeks now so when my friend came from out of town I took her straight to get pho. I didn't get pho tho.... Haha I got the beef stew with rice noodles! It was a little sweet but it was delicious! The meat was very tender and they gave you a lot of meat. We ordered egg rolls and spring rolls to for the table and they were great- no pictures because we basically swallowed them as soon as they hit the table. The lady working was nice and very accommodating, we asked for extra lime, jalapeño and onion and she had no problem getting them for us. Overall I enjoyed this meal very much. I'm not too sure if I would go out of my way to dine here but it's solid.

The place was not busy when we dined here on a Saturday night. I ordered this bowl of vermicelli topped wit beef lettuce peanuts and added an egg roll. They give you a small dish of fish sauce to toss in. It all tasted amazing. It was a very large portion. We also ordered the combination fried rice which was mediocre. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My son wanted chicken pho to share with my daughter and they were kind enough to split it up before serving it to us. The pricing was quite high but everywhere is nowadays.

Called half an hour before they closed to order their combination pho. It was fully stacked with bean sprouts fresh basil jalapeños, hoisin and the whole nine! They are very generous with their servings and their broth was rich and clear as it should be. I loved that it was piping hot even after I got home during a chili night. I can't wait to go back in person and dine in!

I was craving some good Vietnamese Pho and was originally planning on going to Chinatown, but I knew that it would be slammed on a Sunday evening. My friend suggested this place, as it was near his house, so I agreed. We walked in and it was brightly lit, a little off-putting, but after looking around, I thought the decor was cool. We sat down and were given menus. Our server brought us water, and we ordered drinks and looked at the menu. We all settled on Pho, all beef, but just different versions- I ordered the combination. I also ordered Spring Rolls. The Spring Rolls arrived, and they were HUGE! They were tasty, and the Peanut Sauce was perfect. A minute later, our Pho arrived, piping hot with a huge plate of basil, bean sprouts, lime, and sliced Jalapenos. First of all, the broth was incredible! So tasty. All the beef was tender and tasty, the noodles perfect. Definitely some of the best Pho I have ever had. Our server was happy, friendly, and helpful, it was just a nice dinner with good food and good company. While it's not fancy, it's good and I will definitely be back!

What an authentic Vietnamese restaurant! My husband and I just came back from Vietnam and as soon as we walk in it took us right back to Vietnam. The smell, the ambiance, the service was all 10/10 For appetizers we had shrimp spring rolls which were 8/10 I had the combination Pho which was 10/10 absolutely one of the best we've had in Vegas and very authentic! Plus it was a huge plate. We couldn't finish it. My husband had the combination fried rice 10/10 it just tastes so authentic. This is a place we are definitely coming back to.

One of the BEST PHO spots in vegas!!! The broth is so clean and delicious. We drive across town just to eat here once a week. The lady who works there is always so nice and the pho is always consistent. 10/10

Stumbled on this place picking up star bread next door ! Took mom's phone to do this review ... This was the best pho I've ever put in my mouth the flavors were absolutely divine, and they had the perfect meat to noodle ratio. My 14 year old taste buds were astonished Absolutely bomb!! Mom had the pork chops and there was so much flavor we live very far from here but we will definitely make the hike when we want pho!

Pho OC has quickly become my go-to spot for takeout, and it never disappoints. Whether I'm picking up an order or dining in, I always see the same woman running the place--I'm pretty sure she's the owner. Her hard work and dedication don't go unnoticed, and I really respect how tirelessly she keeps things running smoothly. The pho here is reliable. I remember dining in once with my sister, and we both noticed that the flavor was a bit different from other places we've tried. We realized it's because there's noticeably less oil in the broth, which I really appreciate--it feels a lot cleaner and healthier without sacrificing taste. Service is consistently quick and prices are fair, especially considering the extensive menu with plenty of options to choose from. If you're in the area and craving some good pho, I definitely recommend giving Pho OC a try!

Food and service was excellent and I loved all the bonsai trees inside . Portion sizes it's made it well worth the price . I really loved all the honey tea options . My tea really made my meal .

ordered the vegetarian spicy soup. it came with chunks of meat in it. adding two pieces of tofu does not make a meal vegetarian. if you don't eat meat then skip this place.

I also had their Egg Rolls to start - pork and vegetable inside. It is super tasty and it comes out nice and hot from the fryer. The contrast of wrapping the crisp egg roll in a piece of lettuce is a texture that I love. Lastly, I always get a side of their Charbroiled Pork as well. When you live only 10-15 minutes from Little Saigon, getting amazing Vietnamese food is almost too easy. That's one of the reasons I love Vegas though. Not only do they have Chinatown, but it has really grown into more of a "Little Asia" with so many different cuisines and restaurant options to choose from. I stopped into Viet Noodle Bar after seeing a few recommendations, especially for their Bò Lúc Lắc, also known as Shaken Beef. It's a Vietnamese dish made with marinated, cubed beef stir-fried in a hot wok with onions, named after the "shaking" motion used to cook the meat. It's easily one of my favorite rice dishes, so I had to try it. I started with the crispy egg rolls, and those were amazing. They were wrapped perfectly, crispy, flavorful, and delicious. Unfortunately, the main course was a bit of a letdown. The waiter mentioned filet when he brought it to the table, but it definitely didn't taste or feel like filet to me. The beef was tough and overcooked, which was disappointing because Bò Lúc Lắc is one of those dishes I really look forward to when it's done right. The flavors were there, so I wouldn't write the place off completely. I'd come back and try some of their other dishes, but I probably wouldn't order the Bò Lúc Lắc again. It just wasn't the version I remembered or was hoping for. Overall, the egg rolls were great, the service was fine, and the flavors had potential, but the dish I came in for missed the mark.

The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case.
