    N1. Beef Brisket Noodles

The food honestly speaks for itself. My partner says it tastes authentic and brought him back to China. Will absolutely be coming back often.

This place has the best fried rice in Vegas! I'm never disappointed! People need to check them out!

Absolutely excellent, fresh, flavorful food! We ordered the dumplings, beef soup, beef roll and the Vegas roll. Everything came out promptly and all around excellent and at a decent price. Definitely worth a stop on the way back from Mt Charleston

Great food and great service! We stumbled upon this place by accident and I have no regrets! Every item we ordered was bursting with amazing flavor. We ordered the Mongolian Beef Chow Mein, Baked Mussels, Xiao Ling Bao, and Japanese lasagna roll. Chow mein had hand pulled noodles which are pulled in front of you! Noodles were soft and the flavor of the Mongolian Chow mein has just enough spice and was packed full of flavor. The chef and server were sweet and checked up on us periodically. 10/10 definitely coming here as a regular again!

Spicy beef brisket noodle A1. Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumplings) (8) potstickers, F4. Combination Chow Mein (Chicken & Beef & Shrimp)

First off when you walk up you see a huge noodle bowl and it's so cute the kids wanted to take a picture with it. Once you walk in you are always greeted with smiles. We have been here 3 times already and we live in centennial. The hand pulled noodles are delicious, the kiddos love the potstickers, beef and broccoli, chow mein & my husband & I usually get the spicy beef brisket soup with the hand pulled noodles. This place has THE best chow mein we've ever had. We keep coming back for this spicy beef noodle soup. There is nothing else like it. The spicy wontons were also such a great appetizer if you love spicy like I do. Such a charming atmosphere and you can see the cooks pulling the noodles. Overall 10/10 every single time. Love this place and will be coming back again very soon.

Food was okay, soup came out boiling hot with too much broth for it to cool down in a timely matter.

Food was delicious per usual. My family enjoys the food and flavor is very consistent. My dad was in town for 2-3 weeks and we ate here at least 2-3x. Service was great but I felt bad for our server because it was a busy Saturday night and he was waiting on us with an assistant but also waiting on at least half of the main dining room as well. He did a good job, but it felt a bit chaotic in the small private space as food kept coming in but the tables were already full. Their Hokkaido cheesecake is so good that I ordered a full cake for my mom's birthday a week in advance. Everyone loved the cake and they were fighting for seconds.

He was defensive and passive-aggressive, with several clearly sarcastic/dismissive lines. To clarify, I ordered crispy beef and egg fried rice for pickup. I understand that fried food can lose its crispiness during takeout, which is why I didn't make a huge issue out of the beef being soggy. My bigger issue was the egg fried rice. What I received was essentially white rice with pieces of egg. When I mentioned that it looked and tasted nothing like the egg fried rice pictured on their online ordering site, the business manager responded that he wasn't sure what else they were supposed to put in egg fried rice besides "eggs and white rice." although the site clearly shows green onions. He also suggested that I order the house combo if I wanted more ingredients. That's not really the point--I ordered egg fried rice, not a house combo, and expected the item to resemble what was advertised. As for the soup, I understand that it is hot and sour soup, not sweet and sour soup. My review was about the fact that I personally found the taste unpleasant, not that I expected it to be sweet and sour. The response also suggested that my crispy beef became soggy because of the time between pickup and eating. However, I picked it up, drove approximately three minutes back to the hotel, and ate it immediately. I had also already waited past my original pickup time because the order was pushed back. I don't expect every restaurant to be perfect, and I understand that takeout food can differ from dining in. What bothered me more was the response to legitimate criticism. Rather than acknowledging the discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received.
