Pretty solid Vietnamese spot in Vegas. The service was so quick when I went and the portions here are pretty big. We got a couple bowls of their pho, their com suong, their egg rolls, and their salad rolls. Everything was good but I thought that their rice plate was a bit dry and underwhelming. Overall, not bad but I think there are better Viet spots in Vegas.

We came in here on Friday morning and it wasn't too busy. They had free parking lot in front. We got seated right away. There were lots of tables and chairs and the place was big. We ordered two pho bowls, one vermicelli bowl, and banh canh soup. This place was a very authentic Vietnamese restaurant. We also got three Vietnamese coffees and one egg roll appetizers. The coffee was real strong but it tasted good with a fair amount of sweetness. All the food was really good. The broth for the pho and banh canh was super rich. The egg rolls were fried very well. Everything was great but the down side was that their system was not working so we were waiting for a bit to pay the bill. We ended up just paying in cash.

Food quality is ok but food portions very small and very expensive now everywhere now we all get ripoff doesn't matter where u go eat at

I got one of the bun bowls with pork and shrimp and it was delicious! My mom got pho and she enjoyed hers as well. Service was fast and the food came out quick. Would visit again when in the area!

Had lunch here today. Food was solid. We had tofu spring rolls, chicken, bun cha gio, Vietnamese coffee. Service was good and the ambiance was decent. In town for a wedding. Parking lot is small and cramped.

Decent spot for pho, but not my favorite in Vegas. My party of 3 was seated immediately on a Friday evening. I got #18 pho which comes with rare eye round, flank, fatty brisket, beef ball and tripe for $19.15. Their pho ranges from $18-$20 depending on your choice of meats. Portion size was good. Generous with meat. I really liked the fatty brisket, and the rest of the meat were tender and not tough or overly chewy. As for the broth, it tasted very clean and a little on the sweet side. I'm used to pho broth that tastes more heavily of spices and has more fragrance, so Pho Saigon 8's was a little too light for my personal preference. Service was attentive and they were constantly topping off our water cups. The place has a large dining room, which stayed about half empty the whole time we were there. Very homey/mom-and-pop shop type vibes. You pay at the register when you're done.

I was referred this restaurant from a friend. Small clean place with ample seating. There were a couple of diners there when I came. We ordered their combination pho and their Vietnamese pancake (banh xeo) Everything was nicely presented and looked good. The portion was ok, but I thought it was kinda pricey for 2 people. The servers were friendly & helpful. I would come back since it's close by.

Best spot after a massage. People already know we only want lime, no bean sprouts no veges hehe. Service always good, Great ambiance, less crowded,

Ordered a avocado shake to go. On the way home felt hard pieces in drink. When I got home poured into zip lock bag and figured out it was a plastic utensil that was blended in drink. Contacted restaurant and gave them notice to ensure no one else gets served crushed plastic in their drink. You can clearly see a handle in zip lock and unsure how much plastic I digested before figuring it out.

Good selection, fair price and the amount of food was sufficient. Food was good but not great. I wish there was more I could base the review upon but there wasn't.

It was my mom's birthday and it was a cloudy day and she really wanted pho. They have been coming for years but I haven't been since I was a teen. It did not disappoint. The waitress was sweet and accommodating to us who were following lent (no red meat). Order a seafood pho which is my mom's favorite because of the rich flavor of the broth. I ordered vermicelli noodles with shrimp and chicken. The chicken had so much flavor! Sometimes it's hard to not have dry chicken but this place grills it to perfection. The portions were big! The place is very spacious and we got seated right away. Once we were seated big parties started coming in since it was lunch time. I will definitely be coming back and trying more good. Would recommend to locals and tourist.

Food's OK, pretty basic. Compare to other Pho places in town, the price here seems lot more higher, and I think they haven't updated the menu for a while, it doesn't match the price on the menu when you pay. Service was alright, no complains. I do like to go there for a after work quick fix for dinner, not so busy, always got seated almost right away.

I love this place!! Food was delicious!! There are several Pho Saigon 8 in town but I really like this location. The place has nice relaxed and spacious atmosphere. Very clean restaurant. Everything was clean here. I ordered Vegan Spring Roll (#3), Vermicelli noodles with Chicken with side of extra sauce (#64), and Iced Coffee with condensed milk. For the vermicelli noodle bowl, I always pour the entire sauce onto the bowl and stir very well. I always ask for extra sauce. It is very tasty. I also put a lot of red chili sauce for extra savory flavor! I don't use sriracha for this one. It's the way you supposed to eat it. The sauce and red chili sauce if you want it little spicy. Everything was perfect. I was very pleased.

Typically I get the Chicken or Beef Pho, but on this visit, I went for the Pork Udon. The soup comes out temperature hot (a must!) and the broth is so good. I also had their Egg Rolls to start - pork and vegetable inside. It is super tasty and it comes out nice and hot from the fryer. The contrast of wrapping the crisp egg roll in a piece of lettuce is a texture that I love. Lastly, I always get a side of their Charbroiled Pork as well. It has a great marinade and flavor in it and I also like to add this to any noodle soup that I'm having. The staff here is really nice and always prompt. When you live only 10-15 minutes from Little Saigon, getting amazing Vietnamese food is almost too easy. That's one of the reasons I love Vegas though. Not only do they have Chinatown, but it has really grown into more of a "Little Asia" with so many different cuisines and restaurant options to choose from. I stopped into Viet Noodle Bar after seeing a few recommendations, especially for their Bò Lúc Lắc, also known as Shaken Beef. It's a Vietnamese dish made with marinated, cubed beef stir-fried in a hot wok with onions, named after the "shaking" motion used to cook the meat. It's easily one of my favorite rice dishes, so I had to try it. I started with the crispy egg rolls, and those were amazing. They were wrapped perfectly, crispy, flavorful, and delicious. Unfortunately, the main course was a bit of a letdown. The waiter mentioned filet when he brought it to the table, but it definitely didn't taste or feel like filet to me. The beef was tough and overcooked, which was disappointing because Bò Lúc Lắc is one of those dishes I really look forward to when it's done right. The flavors were there, so I wouldn't write the place off completely. I'd come back and try some of their other dishes, but I probably wouldn't order the Bò Lúc Lắc again. It just wasn't the version I remembered or was hoping for. Overall, the egg rolls were great, the service was fine, and the flavors had potential, but the dish I came in for missed the mark.

The last time I was here I got the bun rieu and it was ok, not my favorite version of the dish. I'd stick to the pho which feels like a safer choice here and more in line with what they do best. The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case.
