Late post We used to frequent this location quite often, especially after the southeast location closed. Since we were much closer to this restaurant than the Eastern location, it became our go-to spot for a while. Unfortunately, our recent visit wasn't quite as enjoyable as we remembered. The service was friendly and efficient, and our food arrived quickly, which was appreciated. However, the quality and flavor of the food seemed to have declined from what we remembered in the past. While fast service is always a plus, we'd much rather wait a little longer for food that is more flavorful and memorable. So I've been going to this little spot for more then a decade now, and I can say that they've had their ups and downs, but their food is definitely good! We came in here on Friday morning and it wasn't too busy. They had free parking lot in front. We got seated right away. There were lots of tables and chairs and the place was big. We ordered two pho bowls, one vermicelli bowl, and banh canh soup. This place was a very authentic Vietnamese restaurant. We also got three Vietnamese coffees and one egg roll appetizers. It was my mom's birthday and it was a cloudy day and she really wanted pho. They have been coming for years but I haven't been since I was a teen. It did not disappoint. The waitress was sweet and accommodating to us who were following lent (no red meat). Order a seafood pho which is my mom's favorite because of the rich flavor of the broth. Everything was clean here. I ordered Vegan Spring Roll (#3), Vermicelli noodles with Chicken with side of extra sauce (#64), and Iced Coffee with condensed milk. For the vermicelli noodle bowl, I always pour the entire sauce onto the bowl and stir very well. I always ask for extra sauce. It is very tasty. I also put a lot of red chili sauce for extra savory flavor! I don't use sriracha for this one. It's the way you supposed to eat it. The sauce and red chili sauce if you want it little spicy. I REALLY enjoyed this place. I love Pho a lot and I've had difficulty finding a place that I enjoyed a lot after Sunflower closed down. I told my nail lady how much I really love this soup and how hard it's been to find a really good one. She offered that when her mom cooked it next time, she will give me some.
