I came and got the number 1 and the crispy pork belly sandwich to go. The bread was fresh but the sandwiches barely had any meat in them. I had to get the search party out to find some. Now if the sandwich was 3 bucks I would say ok, worth the money but I think I'll pass next time. Everything else looked pretty legit. The guy serving us was really nice tho!

I think this is my first review for 2026. Enter Dan Han! My GF said she wanted Banh Mi while we were at Town Square, so I looked on Yelp and found this highly-rated place. (See--Yelp works!). We drove the 20ish minutes here and then struggled to find parking on a Saturday night. Yayyy. All good though. This place is very quiet and no frills. They serve Banh Mi's off the regular menu. That's it. But they sell extra appetizers under some heat lamps and cold snacks and drinks in their fridges. Houng was the man at the front who took our order. He answered my questions about the offerings as I'd never been here before. We ordered 3 Banh Mi's to try and an eggroll. I ate the House Special and the Grilled Beef. She had the Grilled Pork and an Eggroll. I thought my sandwiches were just fine and hit the spot. She on the other hand, did not like her pork bahn mi and preferred Lee's version of it. Well, this is my review so I'm going 5/5! I think the taste is good. I think the value is fair. And I liked the friendly cashier, Houng.

Banh Mi Dan Han - Spring Mountain Great low-cost spot for a quick lunch! I usually do takeout and the chicken sandwich is my favorite -- fresh, tasty, and filling. The staff is very friendly, and service is always quick. Perfect for a casual and affordable lunch break.

The Bo Bun Hue (Hue style spicy beef & pork noodle soup) with its coagulated pig's blood cubes seems super authentic, while the Bánh Mì selections - we tried the Thịt Nướng (Grilled pork), Bò Nướng (Grilled beef), and Phở (Beef brisket) - are more approachable for less adventurous palates. Despite the restaurant being empty about an hour before closing time, it took surprisingly long for our food to be ready. Not the most welcoming ambiance for dinner (this definitely is more of a daytime place!) so our party of 3 ended up taking the sandwiches to go after sharing the Bo Bun Hue.

I tried three different sandwiches: the number one house special, the number seven grilled chicken, and the special pho one. All very excellent. The bread is crunchy and delicious. Sometimes the bread is too hard or just sometimes not good. It was not the case here. I also tried the noodle with ground pork and mushroom and fish sauce that was on the counter. Excellent option as well. And their pan dan sponge cake. Everything was really good. It's a no nonsense café with a few tables inside. The person who took our order was very nice. It was a bummer that the buy 4 get one is now buy five get one. If only we had discovered this earlier on our trip, we would've gotten five and had more time to eat the leftovers. Definitely would return again when we have another chance to be in Vegas. Highly recommended if you're looking for a high-quality banh mi and other Vietnamese snacks!!! Plenty of parking in the plaza!!

Came with my family to pick up some breakfast before our road trip and the staff was kind and super helpful with any questions we had. We got the banh mi heo quay and dad biet, and I also got the nam nuong rolls. The banh mi was yummy and the rolls reminded me of how my family does it back home. Great if you need to pick up something quick in the mornings!

On the search for the best banh mi in Vegas, and this place does not disappoint. So far it's top of the list. Like it better than Co Anh and Dakao when it comes to balance in flavor/fillings. Owner is friendly. Service was quick but it wasn't busy when we went on a late Saturday morning. The interior is casual and clean with the usual deli and che selections. Only downside is the size of the banh mi and amount of filling. I like my banh mi's packed and this felt smaller than the usual banh mi.

What can I say?? The best bun rieu ever ever ever. The bun bo hue is excellent and the sandwiches are very affordable! The food that they sell on the counter is delicious. Their quiche is so flavorful and delightful, their cha lua/pork loaf ! The fried one is sooooooo good! They have the best consistency/texture and flavor than any other place. This place rocks. Its small inside but super cozy! I've been coming here since they first opened and ill never stop going here! The owner is just too awesome amlnd friendly. Just a good feeling when I come here!

This casual diner offers basic banh mi sandwiches that are served quite fast. Servers are very nice.

Amazing value for banh mi in Las Vegas for on the go. I tried the combination sandwich and it was prepared in less than 5 minutes by the super friendly staff. The dining room is spacious and very open but could use a little more decor. The portion was plentiful and very flavorful, only knock would be the bread wasn't as soft as i'd liked but maybe because it was toasted and towards the end of the day. Overall a great lunch and dinner spot for authentic vietnamese banh mi!

Delicious banh mi, only $6-7 each. We picked up sandwiches before doing a daytrip to national parks and it was still so good many hours later. Crispy soft bread yummy filling just the right size. Ordered with extra pate but didn't seem like it

I've passed by this place numerous times and never stopped by. Curiosity won today so I went in l. Smaller spot but clean with sandwiches, soups, and other snacks ready to go. I went with the Banh Mi Ba Chi which is pork belly. Bread was crispy with the pork belly cooked well. The freshness and crunch of the cucumber and jalapeño really upped the Sandwich. It was also only $7, how can you beat that. Overall good place and I'll have to stop by for some soup when it gets colder.

My sister and I were craving banh mi and happened to find Dan Han on our walk! We ordered the grilled pork banh mi (#2) and the veggie banh mi (#10). The bread had a great crisp without being too crunchy! The veggie banh mi had bamboo shoots, which gave off a meaty texture. The grilled pork had a touch of what we think is pork fat spread providing a touch of richness. Each sandwich had just the right amount of filling too. Their service was great as well! After we ordered, the banh mi's came in less than 10 minutes. Dan Han is definitely now on my list of restaurants to re-visit! I look forward to trying their other menu items in the future!

We ordered the Lulu's Sando box and the chips. The bread is what makes this sando amazing! The chicken katsu sandwich was definitely the winner and our favorite. The egg salad needed a little more flavor and one of the egg salad sandwiches barely had any egg salad in it, after 1 bite the rest was literally bread. The steak sandwich was tender and good. Chips had a homemade taste and seasoning was good. Service was fine, very busy and seemed short staffed. Staff was nice and doing the best they can with the crowd. While we were wawiting, seems like the owner came in and took charge and things started moving more efficiently. Overall, it was decent. If there was no wait, I'd definitely order the chicken katsu or the steak sandwich just on its' own.

Because it was our first time, we wanted to sample a little of everything (and feed hungry kids),…read moreso we ordered the Steak Sando, Spicy Chicken Katsu Sando, Shrimp Sando, Pork Belly Rice Box, and the Chef's Box. Everything came out flavorful and well put together--no bland bites, no soggy bread, and nothing felt "thrown on a plate." Even our kids (who aren't big sandwich fans) couldn't stop eating, which is basically the highest compliment in our house. The shrimp sando was the clear standout. The shrimp patty is huge--honestly burger-sized--with a crispy panko crust that stayed crunchy, and the shishito pepper mayo added just the right kick without overpowering the shrimp. The shokupan bread deserves its own shout-out too: soft and pillowy, but sturdy enough to hold everything together without falling apart or getting soggy. If you're going for just one thing, I'd start there. The Steak Sando was rich and satisfying, and the Spicy Chicken Katsu hit that comfort-food spot with a nice little heat. If you're more of a rice person (or you want something extra filling), the Pork Belly Rice Box and Chef's Box are great choices--both were packed with flavor and felt like a solid meal, not a skimpy "side box." We ordered a mix and it was perfect for sharing family-style, but everything also works as its own main. Another pleasant surprise: the space is larger than it looks from the front. There are a few high-top seats up front, plus a back room with tables and booths, so it's not just a quick grab-and-go spot. And Thursday through Saturday they set up a social lounge and offer a bonus menu with additional options. We're definitely coming back to check that out (and the karaoke setup too).

I enjoy coming here for the food however the layout of the sitting is a bit cramped inside. When there's a line waiting to order and then a lot of ppl sitting down eating there's really no room to move around so it's a bit uncomfortable. Now for the food, I absolutely love their mochi beignets. It has a sprinkle of matcha powdered sugar and it's just so yummy! Best eaten warm and be warned, it gets messy with the powdered sugar. Second thing that I love are the fresh mango mochi, with or without the cream - they are both delish! I had also tried their butter squash soup (it's a seasonal item) and I also enjoyed it very much, it was rich and creamy and I wanted to drink a gallon of it. I like the concept of the egg sandos however it was difficult to eat and then became quite messy. So I'll pass on those in the future. I actually haven't tried their chocolate cake but my boyfriends manager loved it the first time I got it for her so I've gotten it a couple more times for her bcs she said it's the best cake she's ever had. Parking in this shopping center is crazy. I think a lot of ppl park across the street at the 99 Ranch Market and walk over. If you are dining in, they have outdoor seating as well. They do have a server but I believe there's only one so they are bringing out the food, grabbing stuff, cleaning off tables... but there's still some self service aspect as well so it might be more helpful if they either hire more servers or make it all self service and ppl go pick up their own food when it's ready. When I dined in, my mom and I had to wait quite a bit to flag the lady working to ask for boxes and stuff. All in all I enjoy this place and I like how they do seasonal items.

We ended up coming back during our most recent trip because we were craving the mango mochi again, but this visit left me a little disappointed compared to our first experience. I personally think using Asian mangos would make a huge difference since they tend to be much sweeter and more flavorful. The shop itself is still cute and worth trying at least once, but I do hope the consistency improves because I know how good it can be!
