Such good food. Such great service and nice staff. We really needed a comfort meal in a friendly place. Nailed it.

Haven't been thru here in awhile and when are in the area, we usually dine in. Today was different, was a busy day so thought I'd try a take out order and make the trek back home rather spending time at the restaurant and dealing with the dreaded wait list. So I called (I could have ordered on line, but I prefer to have a human confirm order and price where possible) . Ordered the fresh spring rolls and fried chicken wings as an app. Ordered the combo pho as well. They said 15-20 minutes so I got there at the appointed time. The place was busy, after all it was Saturday evening. My order was ready, confirmed the contents weee as I ordered and tootled home. The spring rolls were fresh, wrapped in Saran to keep moist, came with a small container of their peanut sauce as well as some peanuts and chili sauce. My chicken wings were very crisp and still warm when I got home. The pho was packed well, broth in one container, noodles and proteins in another and bean sprouts and basil in a bag. So everything could be assembled when I got home. They also included plenty of napkins, chopsticks, etc. even a couple packages of hoisin. My parents took us here for our first time after raving about it for a while. I wanted to like this place as much as they did but other than the service the food was just not up to par for me. Walking in, you are greeted by friendly workers and a cute ambiance. We tried the deep fried egg rolls and I thought they were okay, nothing special about them. The calamari was breaded similar to shrimp tempura but had little to no flavor. I ordered the shaking beef and although the flavor profile was good, the beef was way too undercooked for my liking so it ruined the experience for me and it made me weird to finish it. Just left the place today after a disappointing lunch. We have been coming here for 2yrs at least 2 times a month but lately the inconsistency of the flavor of the pho is not there anymore,today was the worst! My broth tasted like water down even putting fish sauce,hoisin and sriracha didn't do it for me it was flavorless. I literally just ate the meat even my husband agreed that it was lacking the pho broth flavor. He got bun Bo hue it was ok nothing crazy but it had more flavor than mine for sure, but what a disappointing lunch. We told two of the servers and the one who cashed us out said they were having problem w the broth a week ago having it being too salty so now they literally took flavor off. I should have just gotten a rice plate. I think this is going to be our last time here yes it's $14.99 for the bowl but it's not worth it anymore better go back to driving to the strip and pay $18 something for a good bowl of pho. read more

This is now my favorite go-to pho spot near home. My go-to spot USE to be "Sunflower" since they are closer to me but ever since they changed ownership, I will make the slightly further drive to Pho Aimie. I always order the same thing when I go to pho restaurants--the rare steak and beef ball pho + fried eggrolls. My daughter isn't big on pho so she orders their fried rice which she enjoys every time. The pho here ALWAYS hits the spot. If you like spicy, don't forget to ask for chili oil on the side. Food is portioned well and pricing is decent--I don't feel like they are overpriced like some of the other pho restaurants I've been to. Service is always great when we come--we are always seated immediately, we never have to wait long for our food, we are constantly checked on, and drinks are always refilled. It's comforting to know I don't have to drive that far or go to Chinatown when I'm craving a bowl of hot pho. I got a little too excited and got to the restaurant 30 minutes before the employees even came in. They open at 11am. There were other people waiting behind us. We got seated as soon as they opened. Service was friendly even though our server forgot to give us our drinks. Pho Tai Nam: This is my go-to bowl of pho. Thin slices of rare beef and flank. Toss in some sprouts, basil, and chili. Dip the meat in sriracha and hoisin, followed up with a mouthful of vermicelli, and a scoopful of broth. Yuuummm!!! The broth was hot and tasty. The meats were tender. The noodles were plentiful. I ended up taking half of it to go. 4/5 Spring Rolls: Gỏi cuốn. Shrimp and pork spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. The peanut sauce was just right flavor and consistency-wise. It's a light and refreshing appetizer. 4/5 Vermicelli Bowl with Grilled Beef and Egg Rolls: Bún Bo Nuong chả giò. The grilled beef was excellent - good smokey flavor and tender. The egg rolls were perfect - meaty and crunchy. A very satisfying bowl of noodles. 5/5 The restaurant is spacious and clean. I am so disappointed that they don't deliver. At the same time, I understand as they want to preserve the integrity of the food. This is my parents' favorite place. Now I know why they like it...it's not just the food, but the staff as well. My parents are elderly and the staff always recognize them when they dine in. I've started going to pho Amie with my parents when we visit and the staff now recognize our family as well. The food is amazing, and they offer many noodle options. One of our favorite is the egg noodles with duck broth. I don't think I've found such a dish at any pho restaurants. Definitely a special dish. It can get busy during dinner times, especially on cold days & Friday nights. We usually have lunch here after 1:00pm during the weekdays-best time. It's a small place, but plenty of seatings for 1 or more and can accommodate large groups. Everyone in this place is super friendly. Everything arrived hot-from the Pho to the perfectly crispy fried chicken wings. We ordered the rare beef Pho. The broth strikes a perfect balance-savory and clean, without being sweet or fishy. Their crispy chicken wings have the best crunch on the outside and still light and juicy on the inside-has a subtle garlic flavor. Their shaking beef are tender bite size pieces of filet mignon. It has a peppery taste that's not overpowering-just the right amount with plenty of savory sauce to soak into the rice. This dish has a side of beef broth soup which sadly is not my favorite. It runs a little sweet for me, so I prefer to skip it. I haven't tried everything on their menu, there's definitely a variety of dishes to choose from. I knew I was going to get some amazing pho, when my partner and I walked in and it was packed on a Wednesday night. Every single table in the restaurant was full, which was a great sign. We got seated pretty shortly after arriving, and were greeted with some waters. Not long after that, we placed our order and food came out really quick. We started with the Pork Japanese Pot Stickers, which were so tasty. The filling had so much flavor and it was the perfect starter to our meal. I opted for the Vegetarian Pho, since that's my normal go-to and my fiance got the Rare Steak Pho. We loaded our dishes with sriracha, hoisin and all the other fresh toppings that were dropped off for us. It was delicious! Perfect for a nice cozy dinner. The service was outstanding. Despite the restaurant being packed, we were checked on several times and our waters were constantly being refilled too. All of the servers were so kind and attentive. Came here on a Saturday night around 7:30 pm & they were busy so I took that as a good sign. My fiancé and I have never been so we didn't know what to expect. We signed our name in on the writing pad and were seated about 20 minutes or so later. I think they should have a larger sign telling you to sign yourself in because I say there for a few minutes waiting for a server to check me in, then another patron told me I should write my name down. The establishment was clean and our server was great. We ordered the chicken potstickers, chicken wings, shrimp fried rice, and the brisket and flank pho. Everything was delicious and the wings were some other best I have ever had, they were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The shrimp fried rice had amazing flavor full of garlic. I came here on a Friday night for dinner and it was really busy, which I took as a good sign. I'll start with the good, which was the food. I got pho and someone else got bun Bo hue. Not all pho restaurants offer that and my aunt said this place actually had pretty good BBH and that's her go to. The pho broth was light and well seasoned, not too salty or overly spiced. The noodle and meat portions were excellent. This place definitely knows what they're doing when it comes to their food. The food alone gets a 5/5 from me. Now for the not as good. This is not a reflection on the staff at all. I could tell the staff were working very hard. However, it was a Friday night and quite busy. Their phone was ringing non stop probably for take out orders. They had parties waiting to get seated and also people coming in to place take out orders. Their staff were definitely over worked and they seem under staffed in general. Their waiters not only wait tables but also seem to have to bus the tables and act as host and cashier as well. As a result, many tables would be sitting waiting to get cleaned and then tables that were cleaned would just be waiting for someone to seat them there. The wait was pretty long when it definitely didn't need to be. The staff were running around doing everything they could, which I appreciated, but for their staff's sake, I feel management should at least have more staff for weekend nights. Even after being seated and having food served, we still had to wait for utensils, sauce trays, sauce. We ended up just grabbing those ourselves. Overall, food is great but more staff to help with the flow and busy environment would probably be helpful. I'd still recommend this place for those craving Viet food in Vegas but might be better to go on a weekday/night. read more
