My parents took us here for our first time after raving about it for a while. I wanted to like this place as much as they did but other than the service the food was just not up to par for me. Walking in, you are greeted by friendly workers and a cute ambiance. We tried the deep fried egg rolls and I thought they were okay, nothing special about them. The calamari was breaded similar to shrimp tempura but had little to no flavor. I ordered the shaking beef and although the flavor profile was good, the beef was way too undercooked for my liking so it ruined the experience for me and it made me weird to finish it. The service was great but the food just didn't match the great service we received.

Happened to be under the weather last and truly didn't have much an appetite. I wanted to get some soup and PHO' Aimie hit the spot. Service was great and it's always positive, courteous, friendly, pleasant, and the hospitality is always a plus. I can't load anymore photos onto my page for but I had the Brisket and Steak PHO' is was hot, soothing, and hit the spot delicious.

Just left the place today after a disappointing lunch. We have been coming here for 2yrs at least 2 times a month but lately the inconsistency of the flavor of the pho is not there anymore, today was the worst! My broth tasted like water down even putting fish sauce, hoisin and sriracha didn't do it for me it was flavorless. I literally just ate the meat even my husband agreed that it was lacking the pho broth flavor. He got bun Bo hue it was ok nothing crazy but it had more flavor than mine for sure, but what a disappointing lunch. We told two of the servers and the one who cashed us out said they were having problem w the broth a week ago having it being too salty so now they literally took flavor off. I should have just gotten a rice plate. I think this is going to be our last time here yes it's $14.99 for the bowl but it's not worth it anymore better go back to driving to the strip and pay $18 something for a good bowl of pho.

Pleasant staff, comfortable seating, with TVs. Had good pho with bbq pork, egg rolls, chicken egg noodle soup and combination Lo mein.

I was visiting a friend in North Las Vegas and we were both craving Pho for dinner. We both have never tried Pho Aimee so we decided on giving it a go. Restaurant is kinda roomy with lots of tables. We were greeted and seated immediately after entering. I ordered the Pho with steak & brisket. I must say it was pretty darn good and hit the spot! Also, pho was reasonably priced at $13.99 and well worth it! Good portion, lots of meat, and broth was tasty! recommend trying this place!

The food was good. The vermicelli sauce could use a bit of sweetness as it was a little tangy. The fried chicken is a must try. Crispy and flavorful. The spring rolls were fresh and cooked just right. The 3 color was also very good as well as the lychee drink. The ambiance was inviting and clean.the service was excellent. Overall, we will definitely be back when we visit.

Ordered P14 which is a pho' noodle soup with meatball and all the extra goodness; bean spouts and basils ;)

Your friendly neighborhood pho' restaurant without having to drive to the Chinatown area for some good soup! Simple ingredients with so much flavors and spices. I'm never disappointed with the food and service, whenever I come here. I usually get the pho' noodle soup with meatball. If you're extra hangry lol also try their crispy chicken wings, spring rolls, and fried Vietnamese egg rolls.

I live on the north side and it's hard to find good pho places so when I found this gem I was so happy! Wasn't too busy when we arrive but became very busy when we left. It's a pretty big place don't think it would take long to get seated. The server was so nice and fast. The food was a huge portion and took some home. Very tasty. Will be brining my husband here.

This is now my favorite go-to pho spot near home. My go-to spot USE to be "Sunflower" since they are closer to me but ever since they changed ownership, I will make the slightly further drive to Pho Aimie. I always order the same thing when I go to pho restaurants--the rare steak and beef ball pho + fried eggrolls. My daughter isn't big on pho so she orders their fried rice which she enjoys every time. The pho here ALWAYS hits the spot. If you like spicy, don't forget to ask for chili oil on the side. Food is portioned well and pricing is decent--I don't feel like they are overpriced like some of the other pho restaurants I've been to. Service is always great when we come--we are always seated immediately, we never have to wait long for our food, we are constantly checked on, and drinks are always refilled. Nice quick spot to get our pho craving out the way instead of having to drive all the way to Chinatown. We will definitely be back over and over again.

Walked in and greeted us, then walked away and forgot about us, got us and the parties that were also coming in mixed up. Food was alright, wasn't great but wasn't bad. Not very impressed with the Bun Bo Hue but still ate it. Never refilled our empty cups of water or bothered to check on us.

Shrimp fried rice for my daughter. The side of the shrimps are huge. My daughter said it was yummy.

We haven't eaten inside for a long time. We normally order to go. Most of the time it's Sue who's helping us. Today we didn't see Sue but we're glad to have an awesome customer service by ANNA. She was so attentive, patient and friendly. She has an awesome work ethics. She made sure we're ok, she kept checking with us making everything is ok and or if we need something else. Overall this dining in is awesome. We got, ordered and ate our fave. Taro egg rolls, B3 my all time fave and my kids got their C13. This location is lucky to have ANNA. Thanks Anna

Yelp Review 2025 #104: There's not a lot of good Vietnamese restaurants on the north side. Pho Aimie has a location in the southwest and it's pretty good. It's comforting to know I don't have to drive that far or go to Chinatown when I'm craving a bowl of hot pho. I got a little too excited and got to the restaurant 30 minutes before the employees even came in. They open at 11am. There were other people waiting behind us. We got seated as soon as they opened. Service was friendly even though our server forgot to give us our drinks. Pho Tai Nam: This is my go-to bowl of pho. Thin slices of rare beef and flank. Toss in some sprouts, basil, and chili. Dip the meat in sriracha and hoisin, followed up with a mouthful of vermicelli, and a scoopful of broth. Yuuummm!!! The broth was hot and tasty. The meats were tender. The noodles were plentiful. I ended up taking half of it to go. 4/5 Spring Rolls: Gỏi cuốn. Shrimp and pork spring rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. The peanut sauce was just right flavor and consistency-wise. It's a light and refreshing appetizer. 4/5 Vermicelli Bowl with Grilled Beef and Egg Rolls: Bún Bo Nuong chả giò. The grilled beef was excellent - good smokey flavor and tender. The egg rolls were perfect - meaty and crunchy. A very satisfying bowl of noodles. 5/5 The restaurant is spacious and clean. The bathroom was decent...but I was the first one to use it that day so I can't say what it's like later in the day. This is now my go-to Vietnamese restaurant in the north side!

Toss in parking in a huge shopping plaza and can't ask for much more. Well, can't forget service - forgot his name though. He was awesome. Helpful, courteous and nice. As for the food, I really enjoyed it. Pho broth was piping hot. Lots of ingredients (meat, noodles and veggies) and large enough that adding in a Spring Roll - I was pretty much fat and happy. I will say that on my first visit, the Gyoza was ok. See pics. It's nice cozy dining room but I noticed a lot of to go orders. Including one for me. Grabbed an order of Pho for my niece that was packed and packaged really well. And from what I could see - no skimping on ingredients there either. Like I said - enjoying this place to the point of being a repeat customer. And I'm sure I'll be back again.

I was a bit bummed that they ran out of lime which I love to add to my broth. They had lemon, but it wasn't the same. The potstickers and egg rolls were delicious according to my kids. The fried rice with chicken was good. The chicken is marinated and really tasty! I personally wanted a little more salt on the fried rice, but it was still cooked well and not dry at all, it was cooked very nicely! Service was a lie tricky to get the attention of on occasion despite that it was on the slower side. Ambience is nice and modern. The ladies bathroom does have a changing table for anyone wondering. The bathroom is a single large room type.

Service was ok, especially for how slow and empty the restaurant was when we arrived. The timing of the food was poorly managed. My wife's entree came out far before mine, and she had already finished eating before my dish even arrived. Also, while she was still eating her egg rolls, the server brought over the rice paper with hot water in a plastic container and placed it right next to her plate mid-meal. The service felt unorganized and awkward overall. The egg rolls tasted like they had been refried. The veggies and herbs looked stale and close to going bad. The vermicelli with pork patties had a very small amount of meat and tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave. The hot water served for rice paper came in a plastic containers, "Hot water in plastic". The peanut sauce also had an unusual coconut flavor that did not taste right. We also ordered the Vietnamese crepe. It was burnt, the pork tasted awful, and the shrimp was overcooked. Again, the vegetables and herbs did not taste fresh. The fish sauce dip was probably the only thing that tasted decent. Sadly, this place is not what it used to be. This place is now on our "Do not eat at" list.
