Tried the fish and it was delicious. Good portion and nice spices. Exceeded expectations. Friendly service and clean atmosphere.

Panang Curry #7 Spicy and some eggrolls. Lets see if its worth it :)

This is a to go style place but also has a few tables to enjoy your food. All food was packed to go. The food was served nice and hot and tasted awesome. I ordered a 7 spicy and it was perfect. The egg rolls were crunchy and very tasty. I would definitely order from here again.

Skye Thai is a small Thai Restaurant located in Centennial. It is mainly a take out restaurant because they only have four tables to sit at inside. It's casual and you order at the counter or call in your order. You order you dishes with a no heat to up to ten for you heat. Dishes come out in take out containers with paper plates and plastic silverware. Short story - The food really was very good but this Thai Restaurant is different and offers some different dishes that we don't usually come across at most Thai Restaurants. I am familiar with Pad Kra Pao. The version here is very good. They hand chop the protein so there is more surface area and that means more flavor. The chicken was also well infused with basil flavor so it was very good. The garlic Brussels sprouts were very tasty. Could have been fried slightly longer but very tasty. I tried the stir fried pumpkin/zucchini with egg with #7 for heat. It was tasty. It was almost too hot for me. All the heat was absorbed into the pumpkin and you got relief from the zucchini that didn't absorb any heat. The zucchini was cooked very nicely and was fresh and crisp. The pumpkin was somewhat mushy but still tasty. Gotta come back to try some other dishes! Worth a try!

Pad Thai 10/10 delicious Pad See 6/10 Papaya salad 8/10 - a lil too spicy we ordered spicy level 4/10 and it was still too spicy Tom yum 10/10 Panang curry 8/10 flavor is on point, just wish the consistency was a little thicker. Service: 10/10

The panang curry and pad Thai was 4 I ordered spice 7/10 and the Panang curry was hot! I also got 7/10 spice level on the pad Thai which was good because it was a little sweeter than other of Thais. The zucchini with pumpkin was 1 , I honestly did not like the flavor and I think it was the egg or the oil it was cooked in. I was hoping to add it to the curry for more veggies but it was a bust. I would order the pad Thai and curry again!

The service was fantastic even have a small area to have sit in. I ordered pad Thai and it was sent to my table very quickly. The pad Thai is solid. I asked for a 4 spice level wish I went up higher. I do believe the portion size is quite small for the pricing. I would still try this spot again.

drunken noodle, shows pork clearly when I ordered beef.

Second time ordering from this restaurant. I am a bit of a connoisseurof Tom Kha. It is one of my favorite dishes and the most important thing I look for in Thai . Their Tom Kha recipe is severely lacking. The flavors are just not there. I looked carefully at the soup and there was no galangal, I saw one tiny, flake of what looked like lemongrass and one possible kaffir leaf. Normally in good Thai food, you would see a fair amount of these spices in the soup. They were pretty much nonexistent here. Now some recipes call for straining these out, but the flavor was just not there. If the owner is reading this, they should just google the recipe online and they'll see the difference between what is typical and what their soup is made out of. I also ordered Pad Kee Mao aka drunken noodles. It was lacking and vegetables, their menu does say it has bell peppers and there were none. I also ordered it with beef and they put pork. Probably the worst part is the noodles were overcooked. They were too soft. I also ordered red curry with pork And it was pretty good. The last time I ate here, I ordered green curry and the green curry was very good so the curry are good. But two out of three being wrong is definitely a letdown. That being said, the staff is very nice. Hopefully they can look at the recipe of Tom Kha and the drunken noodles and fix these.

We ordered online through Uber eats which was super easy. We got takeout of the cream cheese wontons which were great! I ordered the pad prik king with chicken with a spice level of 8. It contained lots of chicken that was cooked correctly but for me the flavor was lacking. Disappointed! Spouse got green curry with chicken that wasn't that green and in a small container. Spice level was 7. It was bland. Again disappointed. We so wanted to like this place.

I'm so happy Skye Thai has come to Skye Canyon! My husband and I have stopped by twice so far and everything we've ordered (combination pad see ew, khao soi, spicy glass noodles with shrimp, mango sticky rice) has been flavorful, fresh, and delicious! Offering authentic Thai food, Skye Thai is much better than the Thai restaurant it replaced, and has quickly become my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood.

The crab fried rice was delicious!! The service was also great! Family owned restaurant and the owners were so nice. Definitely recommend this place. My new favorite Thai place in Vegas.

Food was amazing! We had to go in and try it to support our new local restaurants. We dined in and had chicken satay, pad see eiw /beef and Tom kha soup with chicken and 2 thai iced teas. We dined in. This was a mistake. They really are set up for take out. They don't have bowls for soup, but did give us plastic cutlery and paper plates. But we had fun seeing how brisk business was for take out. It's really great to see them busy on a Saturday night. At least while we were there. The taste of the food was amazing. You can custom order your spice level to your liking. We have had Thai food all over Los Angeles and all over Vegas as well. This is the best in that it reminded us of the food from our all time favorite back when we were in California. Service in the restaurant was nice and it was cool to see obvious family members all chipping in cleaning tables and bringing food out. Definitely coming back again. Price for our meal was $55 a bit on the high side, but worth it for the tasty, authentic Thai food and was better than the prior establishment.

Chicken Pad Thai post mix and some bites. Too delicious to wait for a before picture.

Consistently delicious, well-executed Thai food combined with a relaxed neighborhood-bar vibe makes it pretty irresistible. Wonderful aromas, even better flavors. I also love that Le Thai has separate lunch and dinner menus, plus a happy hour with some genuinely good values. I moved here from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where back in the day we had a stellar Thai restaurant called Bangkok Orchid. Off-menu, they served a dish the chef called "Waterfall Beef": marinated grilled steak with sticky rice and an intensely spicy dipping sauce made with fish sauce, Thai chilies, lime juice, and a touch of tamarind or brown sugar. Lo and behold, Le Thai has an appetizer called Waterfall Beef. It's very similar. The sauce here is a little less fiery, but that's easily remedied with some extra heat from Le Thai's spice tray. For me, it's a little taste of nostalgia and one of my favorite things on the menu. A few other favorites: Larb - Ground chicken or pork with cilantro, red and green onion, lime juice, and Thai chili, served with green leaves for wrapping. $14 Papaya Salad (Som Tum) - Fresh shredded green papaya tossed with Thai chili, garlic, carrot, tomato, and lime, topped with toasted peanuts and served with sticky rice. $13 Three Color Curry - Le Thai's blend of red, yellow, and green curry with vegetables. $16/18 And if you're in a hurry, grab a seat at the bar. You can order from the full menu--and have yourself a delicious cucumber gin cocktail while you're at it. Great food, great value, and about as far from the pretense of the Strip as you can get. I've been back again and again for a reason. Don't just try one dish--work your way through the menu.

This place does a great job on Thai curry. I know many reviews will say "the curry was good"…read morewithout any details, but let me give you the details. -They seem to use actual whole spices in the curries, you'll see flecks of coriander and lemongrass and such. I suspect they make their own curry paste. -The curry flavors are REALLY well balanced. Someone or some people with very good cooking sense are making their recipes and cooking. -Massaman curry is hard to get right, but theirs has the perfect mix of umami, tangy, sweet, salty. -Yellow curry can often be really bland and just like sweet coconut milk at other restaurants, but the yellow curry at Panna Thai is intense and chock-full of spices (you can see the spice pieces in it, probably coriander and other things) and it's one of their best curries, really excellent balanced and flavorful taste -They take care to prepare the vegetables well, and the pumpkin in the pumpkin curry has the perfect texture, the eggplant is very soft and melt-in-your mouth, I've never had bad vegetables in their curries -The coconut milk is very rich and thick and the curries are thick (not just like water) -Each curry tastes like what it's supposed to taste like and they all taste very different. I think the best taste is in the yellow curry, Massaman curry, red curry, and pumpkin curry. The curries are not oily, no layer of oil or little drops of oil, and don't seem to have seed oils in them (we asked and were told the curries are a good dish if you want to avoid seed oils) -The curries are consistently good and I've had them maybe 15x between dine-in, trying my husband's food, and delivery -- been great every time -The curry fillings are good -- chicken is tender, they include lots of vegetables, the pumpkin in the pumpkin curry is melt-in-your-mouth -They add the things that are supposed to be included in authentic curry (like Thai basil for the red curries, fish sauce, etc.) -They are accommodating to allergies and dietary preferences -They'll actually make the curry spicy if you request it, I have a high spice need/tolerance and this is one of the only places that will make it taste spicy to a level where I can feel it if I ask for their highest spice level -The jasmine rice is the best of anywhere I've eaten in Vegas -- so fresh, so bouncy/springy, high-quality rice grains, clearly handled well and rinsed prior to cooking, cooked perfectly every time I've had it. It's a big part of the experience of curry to have bouncy, high-quality jasmine rice to contrast with he creaminess of the curry, and this place does a great job with it. -The portions are large and I almost always take some home, delivery portions are pretty large, too There are only 3 Thai places in Vegas that I can say that about, and this is the only one in SW Vegas that I've found to be like this. the service is also great and you actually feel like a guest there. they have little extra touches like real candles. they do a great job with refilling water, lemon in your water, mints by the door, lots of extra touches. above-par Thai restaurant, please support them! and try the curries! I think most people would enjoy their yellow, Massaman, and pumpkin curries.
