    Pad Kra Pow w/Shrimp

Quality Thai is a small but very good Thai Restaurant located in the Centennial Area. Inside is only six tables so when they get busy you either wait or do take out. The day I was there the two owners do all the cooking and service to guests. We started out by sharing the Vegetable Thai Fresh Rolls. They were perfect and very fresh and came with a peanut laced dipping sauce. For my main I had the Garlic Thai Basil Eggplant with Chicken (#6 out of 10 for heat). I thought that it was very good. It was also made with a generous amount of what looked like Thai Basil. The sauce got infused with the basil. The eggplant was prepared nicely and didn't come out oily like it does at some places. My husband tried the Thai Basil Dish called Pad Kra Pow with Shrimp (Number 8 for heat) He said it was good but will ask for #7 heat next time. It started to get a bit busy when we finished. The two people there were hard at work cooking and answering the phone so we had to wait a little to leave. It's wonderful that such a very good Thai Restaurant has opened here. Give them a try when you can! 4.5 Stars

We stopped by Quality Thai on the way to Utah, and it was fantastic! The owner was very attentive and friendly while helping me place my order. He's also a cook at the restaurant, which made it extra special because you know you'll get the "quality" meals for sure. One unique thing about this place is that you can choose crispy roasted pork as your protein for many of the entrees, which we did and it didn't disappoint! The kids' meals come in good portions, and the orange chicken was very delicious! They also have a happy hour menu, which made me want to order even more! Given the current economy, I admire how dedicated this owner is to making it work, and I will definitely be back to support our local good business! :)

Beef Panang. Added eggplant bc it's my fav ($2 up charge)

Might be my new favorite Thai spot for take out! Their name definitely matches the food they serve. Will keep them in rotation for my take out days when I'm too lazy to cook! (:

Garlic Pepper Chicken Delicious and the broccoli cooked perfectly!

We stumbled upon this quaint and Quality (haha see what I did there!) restaurant and have been craving it ever since! The restaurant owners were there when we dined in and shared that they recently purchased the restaurant and are transitioning into making it their own. They were so nice and gracious, you can tell they pour their heart and soul into the place. They are doing a wonderful job!! I can't wait to return to see what they have in store for the place. The aesthetics are warm and welcoming with beautiful vibrant photos. You get an elevated feel compared to other Thai restaurants I've been to in Vegas. Now onto the most important part- the FOOD! We sampled a few items and everything we tasted was simply delicious!! I'm half Thai and I've had authentic Thai food many times and this is pretty spot on. I enjoyed some of their fusion dishes as well. Our go to orders are the crab fried rice and the panang curry with sticky rice. But truly everything we've tasted has been amazing. I'm always so full but I still order their desserts because I just can't pass them up. I live in Hawai'i but stop by this gem of a restaurant every time I visit Vegas. I encourage everyone to stop by and try them out. You will not be disappointed!

    Tiny crab rangoons, 8.99

Overpriced, portions are tiny. Curry has little to no meat, has 95% bell peppers & was bland. Rice was good, about the only upside to the meal. Paid 8.99 for some tiny crab rangoons that again, had little to no stuffing. Other reviews must be from family / friends, steer clear.

Tom yum, pad kee mao, fried rice, curry and soft shell crab. Honestly, i felt like one of your foodie youtubers with the spread on our table. Each dish was made well and with care - we enjoyed every bite we were able to eat and would recommend coming here out of any place on the strip. Had I not gotten TOO tipsy at the bar nearby, I would have taken better photos. Sorry about that :) Our server, I didn't catch their name, was so charismatic. Good at upselling in a way that felt genuine, not salesy. Yes, I will spend an extra dollar on sticky rice, thank you very much! We decided to order a noodle, a rice, and a curry. I got the 3 color curry, asked for it medium leaning toward spicy. It was not spicy at all. That was my only complaint. My friends got garlic fried rice with chicken and pad Thai with chicken. Both were excellently well done, especially the garlic fried rice. I wish I had pictures of the interior, it was really nice. Their drink selection looked great, though we didn't try it. We finished off with ube crème brûlée and mango sticky rice. Whatever you order, order the crème brûlée.

Consistently delicious, well-executed Thai food combined with a relaxed neighborhood-bar vibe makes it pretty irresistible. Wonderful aromas, even better flavors. I also love that Le Thai has separate lunch and dinner menus, plus a happy hour with some genuinely good values. I moved here from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where back in the day we had a stellar Thai restaurant called Bangkok Orchid. Off-menu, they served a dish the chef called "Waterfall Beef": marinated grilled steak with sticky rice and an intensely spicy dipping sauce made with fish sauce, Thai chilies, lime juice, and a touch of tamarind or brown sugar. Lo and behold, Le Thai has an appetizer called Waterfall Beef. It's very similar. The sauce here is a little less fiery, but that's easily remedied with some extra heat from Le Thai's spice tray. For me, it's a little taste of nostalgia and one of my favorite things on the menu. A few other favorites: Larb - Ground chicken or pork with cilantro, red and green onion, lime juice, and Thai chili, served with green leaves for wrapping. $14 Papaya Salad (Som Tum) - Fresh shredded green papaya tossed with Thai chili, garlic, carrot, tomato, and lime, topped with toasted peanuts and served with sticky rice. $13 Three Color Curry - Le Thai's blend of red, yellow, and green curry with vegetables. $16/18 And if you're in a hurry, grab a seat at the bar. You can order from the full menu--and have yourself a delicious cucumber gin cocktail while you're at it. Great food, great value, and about as far from the pretense of the Strip as you can get. I've been back again and again for a reason. Don't just try one dish--work your way through the menu.

This place does a great job on Thai curry. I know many reviews will say "the curry was good"…read morewithout any details, but let me give you the details. -They seem to use actual whole spices in the curries, you'll see flecks of coriander and lemongrass and such. I suspect they make their own curry paste. -The curry flavors are REALLY well balanced. Someone or some people with very good cooking sense are making their recipes and cooking. -Massaman curry is hard to get right, but theirs has the perfect mix of umami, tangy, sweet, salty. -Yellow curry can often be really bland and just like sweet coconut milk at other restaurants, but the yellow curry at Panna Thai is intense and chock-full of spices (you can see the spice pieces in it, probably coriander and other things) and it's one of their best curries, really excellent balanced and flavorful taste -They take care to prepare the vegetables well, and the pumpkin in the pumpkin curry has the perfect texture, the eggplant is very soft and melt-in-your mouth, I've never had bad vegetables in their curries -The coconut milk is very rich and thick and the curries are thick (not just like water) -Each curry tastes like what it's supposed to taste like and they all taste very different. I think the best taste is in the yellow curry, Massaman curry, red curry, and pumpkin curry. The curries are not oily, no layer of oil or little drops of oil, and don't seem to have seed oils in them (we asked and were told the curries are a good dish if you want to avoid seed oils) -The curries are consistently good and I've had them maybe 15x between dine-in, trying my husband's food, and delivery -- been great every time -The curry fillings are good -- chicken is tender, they include lots of vegetables, the pumpkin in the pumpkin curry is melt-in-your-mouth -They add the things that are supposed to be included in authentic curry (like Thai basil for the red curries, fish sauce, etc.) -They are accommodating to allergies and dietary preferences -They'll actually make the curry spicy if you request it, I have a high spice need/tolerance and this is one of the only places that will make it taste spicy to a level where I can feel it if I ask for their highest spice level -The jasmine rice is the best of anywhere I've eaten in Vegas -- so fresh, so bouncy/springy, high-quality rice grains, clearly handled well and rinsed prior to cooking, cooked perfectly every time I've had it. It's a big part of the experience of curry to have bouncy, high-quality jasmine rice to contrast with he creaminess of the curry, and this place does a great job with it. -The portions are large and I almost always take some home, delivery portions are pretty large, too There are only 3 Thai places in Vegas that I can say that about, and this is the only one in SW Vegas that I've found to be like this. the service is also great and you actually feel like a guest there. they have little extra touches like real candles. they do a great job with refilling water, lemon in your water, mints by the door, lots of extra touches. above-par Thai restaurant, please support them! and try the curries! I think most people would enjoy their yellow, Massaman, and pumpkin curries.
