Extremely Disappointing Experience - Questionable Food Quality and Poor Customer Service…read more My family and I visited this Thai restaurant and ordered their "Crying Baby Tiger" steak dish. Unfortunately, the experience was absolutely disgusting and concerning. The moment we tried the steak, both my wife and I noticed an extremely foul smell coming from the meat. We each took one bite and immediately had to spit it out because of how terrible it smelled and tasted. Based on the odor and taste, we strongly believe the meat was spoiled and should never have been served to customers. We brought this to the restaurant's attention, but instead of removing the dish from our bill, they offered to remake it or provide another dish. Considering we had just been served meat that appeared spoiled, we had absolutely no interest in ordering anything else from their kitchen. To make matters worse, the restaurant still charged us FULL PRICE for a dish we couldn't even eat. This is not simply a complaint about food preferences or poor customer service. This is a serious food safety concern. I will be filing a formal complaint with the local health district to have this incident investigated. Serving customers meat with such a foul odor and then expecting them to pay for it is completely unacceptable. As a customer bringing my family out for dinner, I expect food that is safe to eat and management that takes legitimate food quality concerns seriously. Extremely disappointed, and I would strongly caution others about ordering meat dishes from this establishment.

Even the fries were surprisingly good The prices are reasonable for the portion size and the area. Definitely worth a second trip to try more options. My only slight concern was the time it took to get my meal. However, since they cook everything fresh, it wasn't a big issue. Definitely let the server know if you have a lunch rush or get it to go.
