    The RSTLNE
    Evie S.

I was curious to try the RSTLNE sandwich with housemade soy curl bakon jam. Being very protective of every lunch and dinner on trips to bigger cities I decided to get this for take out breakfast since they opened in the AM and I wanted to save the day's other meals for other places that were stronger targets for me. The sandwich was good, especially for a breakfast. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!

Great lattes and friendly staff. Clean and chill inside. My friend enjoyed her Hazelnut Latte. They have a nice outdoor area, and they have many Vegan options too. Lots of parking. They offer military discount too! We shall return!

    The Vegucated Order

This is such a cute place hidden in a shopping plaza that I wouldn't have visited if I wasn't referred here. The staff were so friendly and we were greeted upon arrival and even offered a sample cookie, which was delicious! I had the Vegucated order and this sammich is the yummiest I've ever had since becoming vegetarian in 2020. It's so yummy that I've been back twice in one week. The owners are so pleasant and really put much thought and care into their business model and menu. I would absolutely recommend this place for a pop-in visit or for catering. I promise, you will not be disappointed. Buen provecho

Upon walking in we were immediately greeted and there are so many options to choose from here! If you need gluten free, vegan options or just healthier food choices this is your spot. They offer sammiches, salads, pastries, smoothies, and lattes. It's really pretty in here and so bright with the surrounding murals inside the cafe, it's a really nice touch. They have indoor and patio seating if it's a nice day and you want to enjoy some vitamin d lol. The customer service here was pretty great, the cashier was very kind and gave great recommendations since it was our first time here. I will say it was a bit of the wait for the food so don't get hangry, I swear it's worth the wait! You can taste the quality in the ingredients here. And the greens are nice and fresh! The latte I got was the perfect ratio of sweetness and they use crushed ice! Love it. The sandwiches and salad on the side with the vinaigrette was absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best I have had in a long time to taste the quality in the bread, the greens and the meat. I will def be back !

    Avocado Toast
    Dawn C.

I've been to their location at the springs preserve and I liked it. So I met a friend here but it was disappointing. I got avocado toast and when I asked for a sunny side up egg they seemed stunned and asked if I wanted an egg patty -- apparently what they serve on their breakfast sandwich. Um. No. So the avocado toast was 3 Avocado halves sliced and bread that was just too touch to break with plastic utensils. No one else came in for breakfast. But people go their lunch sandwiches and they looked incredible. I may come back for the coffee and quiet outdoor seating. Perhaps a sandwich. But breakfast is a pass for me.

Don't let the name fool you--Bronze Café is pure gold. Everything here is super delicious, and with plenty of vegan and non-vegan options, you can bring anyone and know they'll find something they love. The David Special salad is crisp, fresh and dressed just right. Their vegan sandwiches are alwaysss a win, and the MudWater smoothie is the perfect ending (or treat on its own). Every person in my family can't get enough of the vegan s'mores turnover--chocolatey goodness inside baked to light perfection. Servers are all upbeat and friendly. The food is amazing, and the colorful wall art just makes the experience even brighter. Stop in and bring friends! 082625

Such a quaint little takeout spot with a warm, inviting vibe. There are a few small seating areas if you want to take a beat, enjoy your food, or sip your coffee while people-watching. The place has a cool, relaxed energy and moves quickly, so it's perfect if you're on the go or want something fresh and satisfying fast. The vegan options are really impressive. I had the vegan bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and honestly, you could not tell me it wasn't the real thing. The flavors and textures were spot-on. They don't offer typical condiments like ketchup, but instead have their own house-made mayos that add something extra and unique to every bite. Coffee lovers will appreciate the espresso and latte options. Everything is made with care and the quality shows. I had a latte that was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced--not too bitter, not too sweet. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They move fast but still manage to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Whether you're vegan or not, this is a great place to stop in for a bite or grab a really good cup of coffee. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

I've truly come to love the Bronze Cafe. Their food is consistently delicious and their service is always great. I've had a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and lattes and all of them have been fantastic. The price point is great too IMO and who wouldn't love a place with a painting of Dolly on the wall!?! I will most definitely keep going back

Bronze Cafe reminds me of a restaurant I used to go to as a child growing up in San Diego, it gives me a very nostalgic feel. The restaurant is very much health-oriented but nonetheless everything they serve is absolutely packed with flavor. Nothing beats having a delicious and healthy meal!

My friends and I had our book club here and it was PERFECT! The food was amazing and the worker was very informative of all the ingredients in our coffee. The best part was oat milk being the base for the coffees. We loved how kind they were to our bigger party. They even offered us samples of their pumpkin muffin which was super good! Overall, the workers were kind and the space was perfect for us. We will be having bookclub here again!

I think my expectations were just set too high. The restaurant itself was pretty crowded. There was a steady stream of people coming in during the lunch hour. You order at the register. Take your number. And find a seat. The staff bring you your food and drinks and the service is very efficient. There is a large mural of the birth of Venus in their dining room. We had the basil chicken salad sandwich- it had a lot of flavor, but I found it to be a little bit dry and overwhelming. The complicated order was very good. Both sandwiches came with a little side salad and a simple vinegarette. I can't speak to any of the beverages as I didn't have any. However, they had a very extensive coffee menu, and everyone seemed to be getting a coffee. I feel like maybe my expectations were a little bit too high? I just didn't feel like I would come back.

Friendly quick service. Greeted when we walked in and our order was taken. And they answer questions we had about the many flavors of lattes. The inside is cute. So many options. We have a different breakfast place picked out otherwise, I would have had breakfast here.

Ask the Community - Bronze Cafe

Are there vegan cheeses and meats?

    Yes!

Are any of the baked goods vegan?

ALL (about 18-20) of the baked goods prepared and sold at Bronze Cafe and Springs Cafe are vegan and baked from scratch at Bronze Cafe.

Do they offer gluten free bread?

Yes, any of our sammiches can be made with GF bread for a small extra charge. Please be advised that our vegan turkey and vegan corned beef contain gluten, but our vegan Bakon and animal meats are GF.

They don't do the daily special discounted sandwiches anymore, do they?

There is a special sandwich posted in the store on the menu board each day. It appears to be lower priced than usual.

So are the meats and dairy plant based or real?

The meats and dairy listed on the Bronze Cafe menu are real animal products. The plant-based items on the menu are vegan. More than half of our sammich and salad selections and all of our house baked sweets are vegan, but we are NOT a vegan… Read more

Do you have soy free options?

Can I call in an order and pick it up at the cafe myself or are you only doing catering/ delivery service right now?

You can call in orders at 702-852-2830 during our open hours 10am-9pm daily. Thanks for your interest in Bronze Cafe Summerlin!

Is the Good Earth Pita available? Not on online menu! :(

The Good Earth Pita is no longer available. While it was a favorite of Chef Peter and our staff, it didn’t sell as well as the other sammiches so it was cut from the menu. We’re sorry!

If you are craving that classic Chicago flavor, this part of the menu absolutely delivers. Unfortunately, the Italian beef did not live up to the same standard. I ordered the half hot dog, half Italian beef combo, thinking it would be the best way to try both, but I ended up regretting that choice. We also considered a milkshake, but after hearing a long list of items they were out of, we changed our minds. We ended up paying $42 for what turned out to be a very underwhelming meal. After we paid, we were told they were out of the only diet drink option, which should have been mentioned beforehand. Then our food service started off rough. We were first brought the wrong order, and when our actual food came out, the server nearly spilled the nachos all over the table. As for the food itself, it was very disappointing. The nachos were basic, with chips that tasted like they came straight from a bulk supplier and dry, flavorless meat. Nothing about them stood out. It honestly felt like something you would throw together at home in a pinch. The sandwich was not any better. The pork was dry and lacked seasoning, and the addition of wilted, overcooked spinach gave it an unpleasant aftertaste. Overall, there was no flavor, no creativity, and nothing memorable about it. What stood out most was the lack of care. Nothing about the experience, from the atmosphere to the service to the food, felt like there was any pride behind it. While we were there, another couple came in and we overheard the same employee telling them that even more items were unavailable. I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. With how expensive dining out is right now, it is frustrating to feel like you wasted your money. I really hope management takes feedback like this seriously because there is currently no reason for customers to come back.

Unbelievable. It has taken me 20 years since I left NJ to find a bagel as good as the ones I used…read moreto make at my hometown bagel shop! These bagels bring back so many memories! Crispy on the outside, soft and perfectly "fluffy" on the inside. Not too moist and not too dry. Not chewy where your jaw gets tired like from trying to eat a sponge. OMGosh, the amount of poppy and sesame seeds on each was a delight. In most places out here, you can't tell if a plain bagel got an accidental dusting of seeds or they skimp or don't know how to top them so the seeds stay on. If you have to take a drug test, don't eat a poppy, you might fail - they are loaded. Their pumpernickel too is OUTSTANDING. We will definitely be back!

Checked this place out on a Sunday morning as it was down the street from my son's soccer…read moretournament. I was met with a long line when I walked in, so I assumed that it was a popular place probably served quality grub. But the long lines are really just due to bad logistics as they don't have a person dedicated to taking orders; the same person who takes your order has to go sliced bread or get whatever else you get besides a bagel (they got 2 guys toasting and prepping those. Ordered 2 bagels and a loaf of sourdough. Paid with a card and then was surprised to see a credit card fee on my receipt; not that big of a deal -but maybe a sign that says there is a fee - so that people would know they have the option of avoiding it by paying with cash - would be nice. Bagels were about $5 each with cream cheese and very mediocre; also so much smaller than any other bagel shop I've been to. Took a whole 15 minutes to get my 2 bagels and it's a good thing I checked my order before leaving as one that I ordered with tomatoes did not have them. Had to wait a little bit to get to the front of the line as I was not able to get anybody else's attention and then I let them know that the tomatoes were missing. Had to wait another 5 minutes for the replacement bagel and I think it would've been a nice concession for them to let me keep the bagel they messed up on, but this was not the case. Additionally, the other bagel I had ordered for my friend had gotten cold while I was waiting for the replacement for mine. The gentleman who was taking my order initially was apologetic and the staff is very nice, but man somebody needs to fix their processes because it just takes way too long to get a bagel to a customer. Sourdough was not that good. It's the first time I've brought home a fresh loaf to my kids and they haven't even touched it because it also looks weird. Overall, I would say this place is pretty overpriced, but more power to them that they have survived with the way they run their business.
