This time I had a Burger a la carte. I ordered all the topping choices plus bacon. Side of fruit. It was an expensive burger and I won't order it again, but it was good. The bacon was competing with all the additional ingredients.

Great selection of vegan sandwiches, salads, breakfast food, smoothies and bakery treats. Great place to rest and relax after time going thru the gardens and museums here. Cafe has a great view of the strip. Employees are friendly and helpful. Husband likes the grilled cheese so much he was afraid it wasn't vegan

Great aesthetic with of seating! The menu is friendly for all my vegan and gluten free people! There are menus you can grab upon entering and walk up to the cashier to order. There are some nice pastries and chocolates to choose from at the counter as well. I ordered a salad that was very flavorful. Next time I would add chicken for some extra protein. The chocolate was a little tart but still delicious. I love the balcony seating overlooking springs preserve. The service was great! You grab a number and they brought out the food to me pretty quickly. They have someone else who comes picks up your plates from the table when you finish.

We went here last sunday, for lunch. We took some of the boy's team mates to see the Springs Preserve. Give your tele number for the next time. I almost got the turkey sandwich but saw that it was vegan, so I opted instead for the chicken tender sandwich, at $13, with fries- could've been more done, for me. But the sandwich was really good, the chicken was to my liking. It was positioned a little awkward, I had more bread on one side, because of it. The bun was a pretzel bun, mmm. I love pretzel anything. I'd probably get this one again. Hubby got the basic burger and it was good, but I liked my sandwich better. We split then traded back. The boy also had the basic burger, and I think that it was too much bread, because he had to ditch the last of it in the end. I suggest if you bring little kids, you can order off of the kids menu. We ended up taking the rest of the fries home, all three of us had the fries as the side. One of the team mates got the bacon burger and the other one got mac & cheese (this was like a side size) so he could also get a smoothie, but good on managing the finances. I opted for a large round table inside, but didn't see that there was outside seating too, which was a nice day. Oh well, next time. The bathrooms are outside. They bring your food and then afterward, collect your dirty dishes. Everyone working there was nice, which is a plus.

If you're looking for a brunch spot that combines gorgeous scenery, fresh flavors, and a bright, inviting atmosphere, Springs Cafe is a must-visit. Nestled inside Springs Preserve, this spacious café lets you enjoy your meal while soaking in stunning views of the Strip from the patio--perfect for that weekend treat or a midweek escape. What I loved: Bright, cozy, and airy interior Patio seating with panoramic Strip views Vegan-friendly options for plant-based eaters Fresh, healthy drinks that hit the spot No Springs Preserve ticket required just to enjoy the café! Favorites I can't stop thinking about: Boomtown Burger on a pretzel bun - juicy and flavorful Fried Chicken Sammich - crispy perfection Avocado Toast - simple, fresh, and delicious Pancakes with strawberries, bananas & whipped cream - brunch goals Mango Mimosa - fruity and refreshing Almond Banana Berry Smoothie - smooth, healthy, and energizing Whether you're a local looking for a relaxing brunch or visiting Vegas and craving a scenic spot, Springs Cafe hits all the right notes. I'll definitely be back for more of that patio magic and delicious food!

The view is amazing. Love that you can over look springs preserve while grabbing a coffee or bite to eat. I decided to try the ice coffee this time. With so many different flavors/syrups to try. But I was disappointed. I didn't even finish my iced coffee. Tasted like water down even though was espresso and would never get the flavor banana nut again. I liked it hot but not iced last time. For the desert we got a triple chocolate and that was so sweet I loved it. So chocolately, soft, and not dry. I would come back if visiting springs preserve but not on my free time. My sis ate a sandwich too. Presentation was great but that I didn't eat so can't say if good or not but looked appetizing.

If you have a Bank of America card, you can come to Springs Preserve for free during the first weekend of each month! The Springs Cafe has a nice view of the strip, fresh air and open space. Haven't tried most of the food items, but have tried the birthday cake waffles at $7 for 4 slices. It's good! The whip cream is dairy free and the syrup they give you is sugar free. You can add on potatoes or a cup of fruit on the side. Service is also efficient here, really nice people and etc.

Outdoor patio

Cheeseburger & fries were great, pistachio latte was good, service was nice, and views were amazing from the outdoor patio!

Beautiful view.

This place has been on my list for a while. I am extremely happy that I finally made it out here. I'm vegan and they have so many options! First of all it's located at the springs preserve which is a gorgeous view to look at from the restaurant. There is ample free parking. I decided to get an iced latte and was overwhelmed by how many different flavors there are to choose from. The kind cashier helped me to narrow down my choices. I wanted to eat at the cafe but since I got there kind of late (1 hour before closing) I ordered my food to go. The food. Wow my mind is blown. Amazing amazing amazing. I got David's Special and the Vegucated Order. I'm in heaven. I also picked up a couple of vegan muffins which I will try later today. This place is quite a drive for me but I want to come back!! :) thank you for the great food and service!

It was okay. The salad I had was a good size but the bacon bits are mediocre, the chicken on my salad was really cold. The avocado and tomatoes seemed fresh so bonus points for that. I ordered a pancake order for my little sister. It had more whipped cream than she knew what to do with. It was pretty pricey too. I ordered us two lattes and those were yummy. The other benefits of this spot is the beautiful views of Las Vegas, the great setup of tables, the whole ambiance is really welcoming and unique for this side of town. The service was also great.

Located in the Beautiful Springs Preserve, I stopped by for an early lunch. It's on the second floor with an elevator if neeeded. The second floor allows for indoor and outdoor seating with a wonderful view. It was already busy when I walked in, but the line moved along. Order at the counter and you get a number so that they can bring the food and drinks to you (there's a fountain drinks station inside). The staff also came around cleaning the tables and anything you were finished with. Very friendly. The Botanical Burger came with fresh hot well-salted crispy exterior and soft interior fries. The impossible patty was tender and flavorful. The caramelized onions added a lovely sweetness and balsamic tang to balance the sharpness of the arugula. The Chai Latte (24oz, iced, with oat milk) did take a while to come out (I devoured the burger and half my fries before it came out). Worth the wait though. It was heavy on the spices, and not overly creamy. The cafe is very family friendly (kid's menu, wide spaces between tables to push strollers along, and high chairs), so it's a nice spot to grab food and enjoy the view without having to leave Springs Preserve.

She was so kind to accommodate me to try this vegan restaurant and now we both regret we don't have any future plans to come back to Vegas now that she's moved out of sin city. Our first visit was a bit rushed since we came in close to closing. Many items were understandably off the menu. My friend had the cowboy burger and I went with the mac n cheese with "ribs". It had been a few days since we had "real food" since we were on a road trip of sorts with no real rest stops. We nearly cried tears of joy, the food was soooo amazing! It's important to note that my friend eats all the things, so for her to be equally obsessed with this place says a lot! The following day, she came back here to grab us brunch takeout (chkn & waffles x 2) + an extra banh mi for my flight later. We noshed on the leftovers from the day before + the brunchy bites she picked up. Mind you, we had no microwave so we were eating the mac n cheese cold from the fridge. It was a weird move but the food was so good we didn't care! If we ever find our way back in Vegas again, you can bet we'll be here. Probably for the entire day!

I didn't know this while I was dining, but I wasn't surprised to find out later that this spot is ranked among the top 10 best vegan restaurants in the country! Everything from the ambiance to the service to the food was top-tier. Our waiter greeted us warmly and seated us relatively quickly despite the restaurant being packed. Once we were settled, he gave us a great overview of the menu: everything is plant-based, they use high-quality ingredients, and they even avoid seed oils due to their link to inflammation. They also have a full gluten-free menu available for those with further dietary restrictions. The menu itself is phenomenal, featuring a large variety of Italian dishes and a brunch menu with pancakes. We ordered the Mascarpone Pancakes and the Ultimate Margherita Pizza. I genuinely would not have been able to tell these were vegan. The pizza was INCREDIBLE--tasting just as good as, if not better than, any "traditional" pizza I've ever had. I would come back regularly just for that pizza alone. The portions were quite large, so we didn't have room this time, but I'd love to come back to try the vegan cheesecake or tiramisu. I also had a chance to speak with the owner, who was incredibly friendly. She mentioned they are hoping to open more locations soon. I'm praying they open one in Texas! There are stairs or there's an elevator located close by for the ADA. It is very small inside: 3 tables pushed up against the wall so they only accommodate 3 seats each. Since it was our first time, they gave us a chance to look over the menu and ask questions. They were very accommodating to our requests for substitutions and even recooked our French fries to make them softer. My son and I shared the Salami sandwich with fries and I also got the southern fried oyster mushrooms with a Housemade dragonfruit lemonade. My son despises any vegan cheese or vegan mayo and he tore this sandwich UP! He even added extra mayo on his half of the sandwich. The olive jalapeño tapenade was tasty and really pulled the sandwich together but it was slightly spicy so careful to those who are sensitive to spice. The southern seasoned oyster mushrooms were so flavorful. The batter was light and crispy, the mushrooms were sliced thick and not too thin. One of the best I've ever had. The lemonade was okay. Could have used more flavor and more sweetener. Overall, I will definitely be back to try some more items on the menu.

Overall, I very much enjoyed Crossroads 5 course tasting menu. As a non-vegan only eater myself, I…read morewould probably opt to try somewhere else next time, but having this option on the Vegas Strip is a rare and welcome offering that creates a great experience for those seeking it. The service was good, the staff very attentive. It was not overly crowded when we went, dimly lit, comfortable. Maybe I am comparing to another tier of restaurant, but there was not an explanation with each course. But then again, the dishes were not complex enough to require one. Bottom line, extremely good, but not the finest dining available. Crossroads - 5 Course Tasting Menu Review 1st Course: Spring SaladBright and refreshing, with a pleasant crunch and a touch of sweetness. However, the acidity, driven heavily by mustard and vinegar, dominated the dish and tipped it slightly out of balance. A nutty element like walnut or pistachio could have rounded it out nicely. 2nd Course: Mushroom PizzaDeeply umami-forward, with the crust as the undeniable star. It was impressively thin with a pronounced sourdough character, and the truffle flavor was well-judged. That said, like the previous dish, it leaned a bit one-note. even a bit more salt could have added contrast and complexity. 3rd Course: Mushroom Pasta with Wine SauceThe standout dish of the evening. The pasta was cooked perfectly, with a satisfying toothsome bite. The sauce struck a beautiful balance--rich and buttery with a pleasant acidity from the wine. A hint of red pepper added lift. The mushrooms were slightly rubbery, but the overall flavor composition worked very well. 4th Course: Eggplant with Mashed Potatoes & Roasted GarlicThe sauce--red wine-forward with mushroom and gravy notes--was flavorful, delivering both umami and acidity. It could have been better utilized across the entire dish, especially the potatoes. The roasted garlic (nearly half a bulb) felt more like a novelty than an integrated component; incorporating it into the mash might have elevated the dish. The mashed potatoes themselves were decent, not too decadent possibly due to a lack of butter and cream. The eggplant, however, had an excellent texture. It was meaty, more mushroom-like than squash, which was a pleasant surprise. 5th Course: Dessert (Chef's Choice - Banana Pudding)The best dish of the night. The cream was thick and luscious, with coconut cream that didn't overpower with coconut flavor. Layers reminiscent of shortbread added a buttery, salty contrast that balanced the sweetness beautifully. The bananas were perfectly ripe, charred and likely green which added an unexpected sharpness and complexity. The only drawback was the portion size; it was quite large, especially at the end of the meal. Serving it in a coupe glass instead of a stemless wine glass might have made for a more refined presentation and a more manageable portion. Drink: Mezcal French 75A thoughtful twist on the classic. Bright lemon notes came through clearly, while a touch of added sweetness helped balance the mezcal's smokiness.

I've spent every birthday, some holidays, date nights, and random dinner outings at this restaurant. Out of all the times I've been here. I probably had three not so great experiences which isn't bad because I've been here a lot. But I'm pretty disappointed at this last visit. The scallopini Parmesan was DELICIOUS as well as the side of grilled artichokes. But it was extremely small. The drinks were decent. The charred leeks appetizer is NOT at all what you would think. There were four tiny, sliced leeks and four small pieces of grapefruit, which isn't even mentioned on the menu nor do I like. It was served cold, which also threw me off. Not a good appetizer and not in any way shape or form worth $18. We also got the leaks and risotto side. The risotto was not cooked thoroughly and was hard. It's laid out on the plate to make it look like a decent amount but yet again a very small small portion, especially for the price. I should've stuck with the basics. The zucchini blossoms the cigars and the scallopini Parmesan are probably the best things on the menu and consistently good. I get excited to try new things, but it seems to just end up being disappointing lately. There was also finally a new dessert which was a Matcha cake, but of course it was out. Probably for the best since all the new stuff seems to be a thumbs down this season. Our server was super nice though, and staff was very attentive as far as setting down new plates and clearing finished ones. Little things like that are appreciated. And I don't think they ever let our water glass get empty. I usually like to sit further back inside the restaurant but we sat in the very front by the rail this time which was a nice change and got to do some "people watching". It's a more casual feel area. Side note-I'm not sure what's going on with the lack of uniform for the hostesses, but it's not a very classy look for such a nice restaurant

There is a chance that you will get a table as a walk-in, but not a 100% chance, and you will probably end up waiting a long time I would recommend doing what we did and grab a drink or two nearby while you wait I will say, there probably isn't a bad thing in this menu, but there also isn't much on here for the "picky eater." This is also a fine-dining Vegas experience, so, I wouldn't expect the most inexpensive prices. I wouldn't worry about any of that and just try as much as you can, share, and you will have an amazing time Cheers!!

Vegas price for dirt flavor food…read more I've had this restaurant 4 years ago and was largely disappointed. I went this time again with my spouse and we both got a Tonkotsu Ramen, Pork Belly Bun, and a Yuzu Lemonade. The ramen tasted like cup noodles but the buns were at least decent. The lemonade was nothing special. The service was good but given the price and the quality of food, I couldn't care even if their service was superb. Save your money and your time, go somewhere else for ramen.

SO GOOD! Favorite spot of the day , hands down. What a great way to end our day trip to Vegas!…read more We started with two appetizers which were more on an amuse bouche. Small in size but packed with flavor. The Himachi? We could've eaten ten of them. Deeeelicious. The main course came out while I stepped away for a few minutes so I missed the fire show, but got to see it when another table got it later. The taste of the beef was absolutely amazing and loved the accrucements that accompanied it as well. We ended our meal with an almost missed Tres Leches. (Silly me didn't ask for the dessert menu, almost had grounds for being left in Las Vegas!). I'm so glad we circled back and got it, cause it was fan freakin tastic Service also was amazing - our server was so patient and kind

CHICA a Latin restaurant inside the Venetian on the same first floor as the Casino floor. This…read moreplace is super nice and overall the interior is dark and dreamy. I came here for brunch, and the menu was small but tasty. I had green juice, coffee, and sparkling water. I was for sure very thirsty. For food, I shared a potato flauntas which is a must order! The taste was great and super flavorful with the sauce all over it. I ordered a gem salad because I was feeling like I wasn't eating enough vegetables at all during this trip. Service was super nice and overall I did enjoy all the drinks and got super hydrated. Wouldn't mind coming back to check out their dinner options for sure.
