It was my first vegan/vegetarian restaurant. The restaurant had a very classy ambience. The food was amazing. All the dishes we tried were tasty. We also spoke to the chef and was delighted to hear his view on food served. The service was very good. The staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. It's a great experience.
I'm not vegan but the food here is amazing! The vegan meatballs and sourdough bread was moist and delicious. I couldn't even tell it was vegan. For entrees my group of 3 shared the lions mane steak, the spicy rigatoni with chicken parm and the truffle pizza. We didn't care much for the lions mane steak. The chicken parm and truffle was superb. Desserts were all really good too. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town
After a long day, we decided to run down to crossroads for some appetizers. Hostess is greeted us at the door and took us to a table. Our server Will was one of the best servers we've ever had there very kind offered suggestions and when we ask about items he gave us a detailed description of it. He touched back to see if we were doing OK offered us beverages and Desert better experience tonight than we had on her birthday so kudos to Will he's awesome and also the bartender he needs a shout out. He's a great bartender.
This place looks like it's fine dining but dress code varies. Some are dressed for a night out and others casual. Top notch ambiance dim lights, cool background music and friendly staff. Love the menu options! Blackberry parade non alcoholic was refreshing with delicious hint of lavender. Truffle mushroom Bianca pizza was so great. Light and flavorful. Eggplant Filet I enjoyed with side of mashed potato and baked garlic yum! Ended with a house coffee and brownie sundae. Great place!
Such a beautiful, intimate spot. The food was honestly amazing--like little pieces of art. We had the Moroccan cigars, meatballs, lion's mane, and piccata, and everything was so delicious (and the portions were actually generous). We ordered the Banana Pudding which was in a stemless wineglass. It was kinda hard to share and eat out of. Still can't believe the food was all 100% vegan. A few things could be better though--there's nowhere to put your purse or coat, and the dishes they served the food and dessert in were small. The leftover situation was awkward too... they gave us a tiny bag for each box that was hard to carry. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but we expected that. Also, our server and the overall vibe came off a bit pretentious at times.
It's nice to have a vegan fine dining option but I don't think I would return. The spicy chicken parm was good but the eggplant dish definitely felt under cooked and a little tough. The squash blossoms were very good and worth the order! Our server was very kind, but he also seemed to rarely be around. We had to wait quite a long time before he came to take our order and another long wait to get our check once we finished. We were also there to celebrate my husbands birthday and the hostess did say happy birthday when we arrived but they didn't do anything special other than that. Obviously it's not necessary, but it would have been nice to have a little sweet or something brought out to celebrate.
Would highly recommend the seven course tasting menu. Comes with a signed cookbook, full of sauce and prep tips.
my family and i visited during the brunch buffet on sunday, and we were able to be seated quickly since we had a reservation. it wasn't too busy luckily, and there was varied selection for the buffet. one side was breakfast foods, like waffles, pancakes, sausage, etc, while the other side had salads and fruits. they also had a fresh pasta making station, and the spicy vodka rigatoni was delicious! the restaurant had lots of seating and was clean too. there were some foods that i could do without again, like the strawberry banana pudding (the whipped cream tasted artificial, kind of like the frosting they put on cupcakes).
Met some plant-based friends here for dinner while in town for CES. I did a tiny bit of research, so I knew I wanted to try the lions mane steak. It was def not the texture of an actual steak, but it did have the color and size. Lions mane itself doesn't have a ton of flavor, but they've done an excellent job of marinating and seasoning, as it was quite a tasty new experience. It is served alongside crispy potatoes, which were an excellent pair. We started with the stuffed zucchini blossoms, which were excellent! If I'd not known they were vegan, I never would have guessed. Paired the meal with a couple of glasses of red wine, the first of which was on the house due to being the end of the bottle. One of the many signs of exceptional service, which was a really nice touch.
I'm a carnivore at heart, but when my vegan family member visits from California, I try to keep an open mind. Enter Crossroads Kitchen at Resorts World, a restaurant that came highly recommended in my search for vegan dining in Las Vegas. The location feels a little tucked away off one of the main hallways, but once you step inside, it's clear you've arrived somewhere special. The space screams opulence: tall red curtains, modern crystal chandeliers, striking photography, and a dark, sexy dining room. Even the bar is a visual delight. Honestly, I felt like I should've dressed up more to match the vibe. The staff was polished and professional, exactly what you'd expect from a restaurant this sophisticated. Now, here's the twist: the menu reads like it's full of meat dishes--pepperoni pizza, Italian sausage, even caviar--but everything is plant-based. I hadn't realized this at first, and while that was a surprise, once we embraced it, we dove in. Here's what we tried: Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms ($17) - Beautifully presented, fried blossoms filled with almond ricotta and marinara. Light, refreshing, and delightfully bougie. Celery Root Tartar ($16) - A creative dish with Granny Smith apples and other finely chopped ingredients, served with dill pickle chips. Cool, crisp, and unexpectedly stellar. Fusilli Pesto ($27) - Perfectly cooked pasta in a creamy pesto, topped with pine nuts, basil, chili powder, and vegan parmesan. Rich and satisfying. Campfire Potato Gnocchi ($26) - Sadly a miss for me. The texture was off and the flavors didn't quite land. Grilled Lion's Mane Steak ($36) - Showstopper! A mushroom dish that looked and pulled like real steak, served with truffle potatoes and mushroom bordelaise. Unique and delicious. Side of Bread ($3) - Forgettable. Brownie Sundae ($13) - My vegan family member was thrilled! Apparently good vegan sundaes are rare. I tried a bite and it was excellent. Sorbet of the Day ($8) - Mango sorbet with fresh berries and mint. Generous portion, refreshing, and honestly my favorite part of the meal. So, just to reinterate. It's not that the staff, ambiance & food are not worth 5-Stars, because they are. It's the uncertainty of what one is going to get when they eat there. And, what you're going to get is absolutey delicious VEGAN FOOD!
This place is fantastic. They are plant based and taste like phenomenol. They make their own fresh pastas and I highly recommend the fettuccine with shaved truffles. Can't wait to back and sample other items. We started with happy hour so got all the HH apps at $10/plate before our mains. Delish!
I went to Crossroads for the brunch buffet. I have had dinner here previously and the brunch buffet is by far my favorite now. There was not one thing I would change. From sweet to savory to pasta and charcuterie they really covered all the best brunch items. There's even vegan caviar !!! I cannot wait to go back. There is also a dessert table. Come hungry and save room for dessert and an Irish Coffee. You won't be disappointed. The atmosphere and service are top notch. Everyone was so nice and attentive.
Yum, yum, YUM! This review is based on my visit on 11/7/25. My hubby and I selected this restaurant to celebrate our (belated) anniversary. We were pretty set on going all out on the 7 Course Fall Tasting Menu, and boy, were we happy with that decision! Dinner started off with glasses of bubbly. The champagne they were offering was too dry for my liking, so our waitress kindly swapped mine out for a Prosecco. The first course was a small teacup of cauliflower soup, drizzled with scallion oil. The soup was silky-smooth and velvety. A great start to our meal. That was followed by a salad of beets and pears, adorned with cheese and balsamic "pearls" which provided nice pops of acid. I loved the different flavors and textures of this salad. Next up, stuffed zucchini blossoms. The batter was perfectly crispy and not oily. Really nice. Also really surprising at how much the almond ricotta tasted like a traditional dairy-based cheese. Skipping ahead to the heartiest dish... a "grilled lion's mane steak". This came with a many-layered potato "baton" and a super-rich sauce that was like a demi-glace. I loved all the flavors, but wasn't sure I 100% loved the texture, which kind of reminded me of the fatty/ melty part of a pot roast. It was like a love/ hate kind of thing but I really appreciated the creativity and artistry that clearly went into it. Our meal ended with a decadent banana pudding. I love banana pudding - having first been put on to it by Magnolia Bakery's version. This one didn't disappoint - and I was amazed by the fact that it was achieved sans dairy. So good! When we went, the 7 Course Fall Tasting Menu came with a visit from a chef AND a copy of the restaurant's cookbook, which I thought was a really nice memento of our amazing meal. Also, the service was absolutely on-point and wonderful. All in all, we had an amazing time, and I love what Crossroads is doing with plant-based cooking. 10/10 recommend!
All I can say is "wow wow wow". This place is an upscale vegan (or maybe just vegetarian) restaurant. I used to be a vegetarian for 7 years. I love vegan/vegetarian food, even though I'm not longer living that kind of dietary lifestyle! Crossroads has a lot of great options, from "steaks" to "calamari". OMG I have to give a BIG shout out to the calamari. It was so good that I had to order that dish twice in one sitting. It's made from mushrooms, which I already love, and they are seasoned SO WELL! I didn't even need to dip it in the marinara sauce it comes with to enjoy it. To be completely honest, the calamari here beats out A LOT of real calamaris I've had in my life, which is a lot. If calamari is on the menu at any spot, best believe it will be ordered by me. I got the "steak", which was a big piece of lovely lion mane's mushroom. Very nicely cooked. The sauce on top was on the saltier side, but I didn't mind it. I liked the stuffed zucchini blossoms too. All in all, I would go back just for the calamari even - can't get over how good it is. Our server was nice and helpful when explaining the menu. I did have questions about what veggies were substituting out what "meat" dishes. Mainly mushroom, which is great! read more

Experience-Wellll. This experience was much better than the last however this is yet ANOTHER year I spent my birthday here and nothing is ever done. The hostess did say happy birthday when I walked in so it was on the notes but nothing was ever said by the server and we got dessert therefore they didn't even have to send anything but there is never a candle or a plate that says happy birthday or even a happy birthday from the server. I feel like this is one of the only fine dining restaurants that does nothing. Food/drinks- I got the 5 course meal. The meals weren't coursed the best. We sat for too long between each course. First course- ..... was so flavorful and delicious. I could've had five of them! I believe it was a cucumber and melon salad Second course- Pizza. Not great. And didn't have half with mushrooms like asked. Third course- Linguine scallops -flavorful and yummy. Would've liked some pepper but no one came by. Fourth course- eggplant filet. This. Was. DELICIOUS. I'm actually upset I couldn't eat it all hot and fresh. This was amazing and I'd definitely get it again. Dessert- Banana pudding. Probably the best dessert they have. This was also delicious!! The cream was wonderful and the breading in it. Great creation! Corn tart- Not at all what I expected. Flavor was not great. The shell was extremely hard. I couldn't even cut through it. I was super excited for this, but very disappointed. Wedge salad- Chicken Milanese- good but usually better. Not as crispy as it normally is and we've gotten this multiple times. Overall, one of my favorite dishes, but kind of lacking this time around. Drinks- one tasted like they used pickle juice instead of lime juice. It was awful. The next drink was delicious though. Service- The server was great!! Made recommendations , checked with the chef on something for me. The only complaint is he seemed overly busy with tables and didn't really check back. The manager Jaryd (don't know the spelling) stopped by and was also very kind! The runners were on top of clearing plates but no one ever brought fresh silverware back. read more

As a plant-based girl who also loves fine dining, I have to hit Crossroads Kitchen anytime I visit Las Vegas. And for those who aren't plant-based, my boyfriend also gives it five stars--even though he isn't! This past 4th of July weekend, we had a res at Crossroads and experienced one of the best meals of our lives. What I appreciate most about this restaurant is how consistent it is. The service, atmosphere, flavor, and quality are always exceptional, and I know I can never go wrong with the menu. Appetizers: - Moroccan Cigars - Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms - Calamari Fritti The Moroccan Cigars were crispy and savory, and perfectly complemented by the spiced yogurt dipping sauce. I love these and have to order them every time I visit! Unfortunately, I didn't get a pic of this dish. The Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms are another dish I always order. They are airy, golden, and delicately battered, filled with creamy almond ricotta, and served with marinara dipping sauce. The textures and flavors come together beautifully, and the brightness of the marinara with the acidity of the tomato makes the dish feel perfectly balanced. It normally comes with three blossoms, but for a little extra you can add another, which was perfect for my boyfriend and me to share. The Calamari Fritti was one of my favorite dishes of the night. This was my first time ordering it, and I was blown away. It is one of those dishes that feels truly creative and special, as someone who doesn't eat meat. Being able to recreate the flavor and texture of calamari in a completely plant-based dish without compromising the experience is something I was genuinely grateful to try. It is served with diablo sauce, lemon, and sliced pepperoncini, which added a wonderful briny tang and satisfying snappiness to each bite. Just wow! The portion was also generous and perfect for a table to share. Entrées: - Fettuccine & Truffles - Eggplant Filet. The Fettuccine & Truffles was divine. The thick-cut fettuccine noodles were cooked to perfection and had the ideal bite to them. Honestly, some of the best pasta I have ever had. The noodles were served in a buttery sauce with a light grating of cheese and shaved truffle. The truffle added delicate earthy and umami notes without overpowering the dish. For fellow truffle lovers, I was also informed that you can add truffle to any of the pasta dishes, which is something I'm definitely planning to try during my next visit. The Eggplant Filet was served with mashed potatoes, buttery caramelized roasted garlic, mushroom bordelaise sauce, and crispy fried onions. My goodness, this was delicious. The bordelaise was rich and savory, giving the dish a luxurious and robust flavor. The eggplant is prepared in such a unique way that it develops an almost meaty texture while still being incredibly tender, silky, and melt-in-your-mouth. The crispy fried onions on top paired perfectly with the sauce and eggplant. This dish is truly like no other. Dessert - Pineapple Upside Down Cake You absolutely need to try Crossroads' interpretation of this classic. It was indulgent and bright, with toasted coconut flakes and a warm, jammy texture balanced by a decadent chewiness of the pineapple. It was served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. I absolutely love a hot and cold dessert combination so this hit the spot. The best way I can describe it is as though the tropical flavor profile of mango sticky rice and the warmth and coziness of apple pie came together to create something completely unique. It was the perfect way to end the meal. Service The Assistant GM, Jerad, was an absolute pleasure to meet and a huge reason this experience will go down as one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. At some fine-dining spots, the atmosphere can occasionally feel overly formal or even a little intimidating, but Jerad's approach was the complete opposite. He was incredibly kind, genuine, and down-to-earth, offering thoughtful wine recommendations, warm conversation, and gracious hospitality without ever making us feel out of place. He made the restaurant feel welcoming and comfortable while still maintaining the elevated level of service you would expect from such a beautiful restaurant. It's clear how passionate he is about Crossroads and how much he genuinely cares about the guests, creating special memories, and providing exceptional service. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience. Seeing someone take pride in what they do while leading with kindness and humility is both refreshing and rare. Thank you, Jerad, for such a wonderful experience! Your positive attitude and presence made our Las Vegas trip feel incredibly special and memorable. Also shoutout to his wine rec: Saint Cosme Côtes-du-Rhône, a French red. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to try it because it is absolutely something I'll be gravitating toward and ordering again. read more

I couldn't not have asked for a better dinner. Nicole was amazing. I truly felt like a VIP as I had the entire bar and restaurant to myself. Happy Hour is a steal especially with the Calamari. Probably the best vegan Calamari on the planet. My Modelo draft was icy cold and frosty just what the day needed. The truffle mushroom pizza is the undisputed champ of vegan pizzas. The crust, the cheese, the mushrooms, the carefully grated Alan's shaved Parmesan on top. 10/10 I may have to order another one tomorrow before I catch my flight home and eat it on the plane. If you haven't been to Crossroads - Plant Based Restaurant in Resorts World. What are you waiting for? Nicole - Thank you for being my dinner companion. I'll see you when I come back in January for SHOT and World of Concrete. read more

On Saturday, May 23rd, my husband, my two sisters, and I decided to try out Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. We honestly had no idea how extremely fancy the restaurant was since we had just come from the Sparks and Aces basketball game and were definitely not dressed for the occasion. Despite that, from the moment we walked in, the host treated us so kindly and made us feel welcome. Once we were seated and looked over the menu, we were truly impressed by all the wonderful and amazing vegan dishes they had to offer. Our server, Juan, and his assistant, Maria, treated us with such care and patience. They made us feel completely at home and never once made us feel unwelcome or judged because of the way we were dressed while everyone else around us was dressed very elegantly. Juan was incredibly attentive and never rushed us at all. He suggested several dishes that we absolutely enjoyed, and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Excellent, excellent service. We will definitely be back -- this is officially our new favorite vegan spot in Las Vegas. Thank you, Juan and Maria! read more

Just wow. I didn't get a picture of my plate (tagliatelle bolognese) bc it was so delicious I basically inhaled it. My husband got the lions mane steak & we were both extremely pleased. Went to this restaurant with my vegetarian friend and even though I'm not vegetarian, the dish I ordered was delicious! It was the scallop fettuccine! The waitress was great as well. Gave me suggestions. And also was very patient with me to get my rewards card redone so I was able to receive points. It's really close to the parking garage which I like as soon as you enter the casino it's right there on the left. Really pretty inside too. I will take all my vegetarian and vegan friends here.. read more
As a group of 4 vegetarians, this restaurant had really nice and interesting vegan options. We got to try a little bit of everything and it was so good. I'm usually not the biggest fan of fake meat but it tasted fine in what we got and I would definitely come back next time. The ambiance and service was good too. read more

The Sunday Brunch has an array of delicious choices but it only opens on Sundays and I think the price of $48 pp may deter people. For vegans, this is a classy buffet of choices to suffice your diet. Service was good. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant. I did see a couple families with kids there. For me, the dessert choices were not my favorite. However, the scrambled eggs, 'fried chicken,' sasuages, cheese spreads were my immediate go to's!! I'd say if you ca afford it, try at least one time. read more

Las Vegan's top attraction. Go for the calamari (king oyster mushroom) amazing replication, butter beans and even all hail the Caesar salad but shy away from the lionsmane steak facsimile unless you are crazing a charred and obscenely fatty slab of steak and pungently flavored truffle potato. Be forewarned on that dish. Everything else on the menu is worth traveling to Vegan for. read more
I've been to the original LA location a few times and finally had a chance to get out to this location.... Service was great! Staff was great! Nicely laid out inside...not busy since it was mid week as well. Food was great! What did I get? Fusilli Pesto was awesome! The taste and texture were on par for a pasta dish.... The pizza was just as flavorful and the crust was crispy and chewy. Definitely recommend both dishes here and in my honest opinion avoid the Impossible Meats.... read more

Hello Randy, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us.…
Our first visit! Gorgeous setting, attentive staff, amazing food nicely presented with a full bar and wine list. Four out-of-town friends staying at Resorts World ordered the pasta, Caesar salad, beet and "calamari" dishes with drinks from the very affordable Happy Hour menu, while the hubs and I shared the cheeseboard appetizer from the main menu. I was the only vegan in the group, and everyone was delighted with their food I'm pleased to report. We will be back to try other dishes! Locals park free in the nearby self parking garage. read more

lovedddd it here! haven't been to the crossroads in LA yet i found myself here.. the only thing is that vegas has the buffet and LA doesn't. i literally tried every single item and i don't think there was any actual flops (maybe the desserts).. items i didn't think i would care for were the pastas and they were great! bagels usually aren't anything too special but the bagels were airy and topping it with their cream cheese and carrot lox omg the best.. the fruit was also fresh and sweet. a random item was buffalo chicken bites but they were good too! a lil too salty but nonetheless. the ambiance was nice, wasn't packed at all, our server was attentive. i just wish coffee or juice were included or had some drink station. regardless, would def come back! read more
The restaurant is fancy looking. Service was nice and friendly. I took my my and aunt here and they are not vegan but they loved the food. The "steak" was flavorful and tender! The "calamari " was so good as well as the blossoms! The pesto was fresh and tasty! The only thing that was off was the piccata...the pasta was a little on the mushy side. Overall, delicious vegan food! Love this place! read more

The perfect time to try Crossroads Kitchen while staying @Resorts World. While checking in, the host immediately asked if anyone in our party had food allergies or dietary restrictions. They seemed very allergy-conscious which always makes me feel comfortable. I listed my allergies: Dairy, Egg, Gluten and Avocado. The ambiance @Crossroads kitchen is chic yet relaxed. We ordered: Figs & Feta appetizer: sweet, tangy figs drizzled with white balsamic glaze served with grilled sourdough. (I added GF bread for myself) perfection on a plate. Truffle Mushroom Bianca pizza: We added the house‑made sausage- which is absolutely delicious! The perfect vegan indulgence. *Although.... The moment it arrived I was blown away by the puffy delicious looking crust, I looked and said: Surely this is too good for me to eat- lol. The manager stopped by just after our food was delivered. I immediately asked- This pizza is gluten free correct? Nope. He stated our waiter was super busy also being the bartender, he must have just missed it- which was concerning. However he did replace the beautiful pizza with my GF version - not as pretty but still delicious! He also took the first round of drinks off our tab- which I did appreciate. A crisp Pinot Grigio and a sweet Moscato d'Asti which paired beautifully with the flavors of our meal. Dessert: Sorbet of the Day (mine was luscious). Banana pudding- for my daughter, creamy, dreamy, and the perfect sweet finale- although, not GF. * If you're looking for plant‑based comfort food done with finesse, rich sauces, house-made sausage, clever pizzas -Crossroads delivers. *Don't skip dessert. *As a local I will return to Crossroads kitchen soon, I'm excited to try GF pasta options! *Great service by Management read more

I swipe left on vegans, and only have a tiny set of close friends in this tribe. When one of my greatest friends reached out to help plan her birthday, a vegan, I made it a point to commit to feasting at her favorite spot in town, Cross Roads Kitchen ( @crossroadskitchen ) at Resorts World. When I first looked at the menu, I misread the section on proteins. I thought they had a steak for me. My friend and the host almost fell over laughing when they looked at me, exclaiming everything is plant based. It's her birthday I exclaimed, let's go‼ No b.s. I eat meat at every meal, but this spot was absolutely incredible. The service impeccable, perfect robust flavors, great drink selection, and it made this carnivore beyond satisfied. I have to scream this too! The King Oyster Mushroom Crudo [ Meyer lemon / Fresno chili / scallion mignonette/ kelp caviar ] was death row quality, I could have ordered at least three of them alone. A table sat across from us that came in not knowing the entire menu was plant based too. I overheard their story, and went over to them to let them know to not skip out on that dish! Meeting the head chef and an also owner who taught us all about the spot, their creative rotating menu, and more was a blessing. My only critique I told them... I wish they had a location in Summerlin. One can dream. I know they have the community for it here too. IG: @crossroadskitchen read more

*This review is made by myself a former vegan of 5yrs and my friend who is currently vegan of 7yrs* Everything on the menu is vegan friendly, very fancy ambience with prices that don't break the bank. Food was presented beautifully. Food tasted alright enough that I would order again the pizza and lasagna but everything else was meh. Most of our party ordered the "scallop" mushroom pasta but we actually ranked the lasagna bolognese as the best meal. Deserts and appetizers were good too. read more
I had reservations for New Yeara Day at 7pm because I had a mini vacation to Las Vegas from LA and I HAD to try the Las Vegas Crossroads Kitchen. I try to make it a point to get to the Los Angeles Crossroads at least once a year and didnt get a chance to for n 2025 so since I was in Vegas, this dining experience was a MUST! My reservation was for a party of 2. The entire staff working on New Years Day were absolutely stupendous! We checked in the hostess stand and we're seated right away! Immediately walking in I see gigantic posters on David Bowie and the one that Immediately caught my heart and eyes was one of Jimmy Page playing with Led Zeppelin at the Inglewood Forum in 1975. I LOVE that both Crossroads Kitchens (LA & LV) have a rock n roll theme and are not shy about it. The Las Vegas location is absolutely stunning! We were greeted by our server Will. I ordered 2 alcoholic drinks and my friend got a mocktail. I am kicking myself for not taking a photo of the drink menu to remember the drinks names but both of my cocktails were so delicious. I loves the frothy tops for both and my friend enjoyed her mocktail. I told my friend that for appetizers, the Impossible Cigars are a MUST. I am a vegetarian that detests mushrooms and my friend practices the plant based lifestyle. Everything we ordered we were goi g to share so we went kinda crazy on the appetizers. We ordered the Impossible Cigars, Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms, and Shaved Brussels Sprouts & Honey Crisp Apples salad. All of which were absolutely delicious!! The stuffed zucchini blossoms came with this semi spicy dipping sauce that I really enjoyed. Our server, Will, let us know about the specials and one of the specials was a "Chicken" parm with spicy Rigatoni. I was torn between that as an entree or the Cacio E Pepe! My friend said since we were sharing we'll get both and trade off but only if we also get the roasted honey nut squash and fennel side. I happily said, "Hell yeah!" My second round of double drinks was a cocktail with the word Thyme in it and I asked if they could make me a Toasted Almond (not on their menu). Will said he would ask and the bartender was so great. He came to our table and let us know what he had and what we would prefer for the toasted almond. I was so impressed by the service, the design, the drinks, and the food!! The main entrees were insanely delicious. I loved being able to share because it's not often I get to do family style when I dine out because I am a vegetarian. The Cacio e Pepe was delicious, the special chicken parm was amazing! The drinks were wonderful. My least favorite thing was the honey nut squash but I'm pretty sure I was too full to really give it a chance. I definitely want to make it a point to dine here everytime I am in Vegas. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. In regards to locatio , Crossroads Kitchen is located in Resorts World. I wod recommend parking at the Casino entrance because youll be just steps away from the restaurant after you make your way into the hotel/casino. read more

Overall, I very much enjoyed Crossroads 5 course tasting menu. As a non-vegan only eater myself, I would probably opt to try somewhere else next time, but having this option on the Vegas Strip is a rare and welcome offering that creates a great experience for those seeking it. The service was good, the staff very attentive. It was not overly crowded when we went, dimly lit, comfortable. Maybe I am comparing to another tier of restaurant, but there was not an explanation with each course. But then again, the dishes were not complex enough to require one. Bottom line, extremely good, but not the finest dining available. Crossroads - 5 Course Tasting Menu Review 1st Course: Spring SaladBright and refreshing, with a pleasant crunch and a touch of sweetness. However, the acidity, driven heavily by mustard and vinegar, dominated the dish and tipped it slightly out of balance. A nutty element like walnut or pistachio could have rounded it out nicely. 2nd Course: Mushroom PizzaDeeply umami-forward, with the crust as the undeniable star. It was impressively thin with a pronounced sourdough character, and the truffle flavor was well-judged. That said, like the previous dish, it leaned a bit one-note. even a bit more salt could have added contrast and complexity. 3rd Course: Mushroom Pasta with Wine SauceThe standout dish of the evening. The pasta was cooked perfectly, with a satisfying toothsome bite. The sauce struck a beautiful balance--rich and buttery with a pleasant acidity from the wine. A hint of red pepper added lift. The mushrooms were slightly rubbery, but the overall flavor composition worked very well. 4th Course: Eggplant with Mashed Potatoes & Roasted GarlicThe sauce--red wine-forward with mushroom and gravy notes--was flavorful, delivering both umami and acidity. It could have been better utilized across the entire dish, especially the potatoes. The roasted garlic (nearly half a bulb) felt more like a novelty than an integrated component; incorporating it into the mash might have elevated the dish. The mashed potatoes themselves were decent, not too decadent possibly due to a lack of butter and cream. The eggplant, however, had an excellent texture. It was meaty, more mushroom-like than squash, which was a pleasant surprise. 5th Course: Dessert (Chef's Choice - Banana Pudding)The best dish of the night. The cream was thick and luscious, with coconut cream that didn't overpower with coconut flavor. Layers reminiscent of shortbread added a buttery, salty contrast that balanced the sweetness beautifully. The bananas were perfectly ripe, charred and likely green which added an unexpected sharpness and complexity. The only drawback was the portion size; it was quite large, especially at the end of the meal. Serving it in a coupe glass instead of a stemless wine glass might have made for a more refined presentation and a more manageable portion. Drink: Mezcal French 75A thoughtful twist on the classic. Bright lemon notes came through clearly, while a touch of added sweetness helped balance the mezcal's smokiness. read more
My husband and I had a great dinner here and definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for vegan for or if you're in the area and are hungry. The restaurant is a nice date spot, I also saw people at the bar having drinks with friends, it's a classy, chill spot. The staff here are very welcoming and each person we came across offered to answer any questions if we had any. We started out with the stuffed artichokes (3) - of which we completely forgot to take pictures. Honestly, this was our second dinner. We had dinner about 6 hours earlier and were legitimately full, at least that's what we thought. The stuffed artichokes showed up and we inhaled them. They were soft, creamy, crunchy and delicious. I have no clue what was in them, but we would have ordered so many more and turned them into an entree. Our mains of mushroom agnolotti and mafaldine cacio e pepe. I'm so happy to have ordered the agnolotti, it was such a perfect dish. It tasted so delicate and flavorful, just the right amount of herbs and mushroom. I loved it so much, I don't think I let my husband have more than one bite. The cacio e pepe was light and creamy and was a hit with my husband. Both pastas were made well, they weren't mushy nor too al dente. It was all really so good. I hope they don't ever remove the artichoke appetizer or the mushroom agnolotti from their menu. These two things are my absolute FAVORITES and one of the most memorable dinners I have had in Vegas. read more

How dressy do you need to be for a 5PM dinner? I'll be visiting with my young teen and was planning on dining here with some friends after their dance convention.
Blue jeans with a polo shirt / nice blouse would suffice
Should I get a reservation for the Sunday buffet or is it not that busy?
It's not a bad idea I would.
What is the price for the brunch buffet please?
$48, there are so many options. It's a utopia of food. Amazing live music. Good juices, cocktails and coffees not included. It isn't as good as their dinner but it's fun to try it all and enjoy the ambiance for brunches.
Do I need reservations if I go during the week? Planning on going on a Tuesday.
I went on a Wednesday two weeks ago. Made a reservation online, but it wouldn't have been necessary.
What is the parking situation ? TIA!
It's in a resort so they have self parking. We Ubered over
Is the food compatible with someone on a keto diet or are even the protein choices too heavy on the net carbs?
Definitely not keto friendly. They use a bunch of binding agents so pretty doubtful here.
