Great food great service. It was delicious and healthy. We did the shots which was fantastic. The immunity juicy was really good as well.

We stumbled upon this place on our way to the spa. It's a hidden little gem in the Canyon Ranch Spa area at the Venetian. Although we didn't try the food, it looked good. We came for the happy hour. My husband got the watermelon ranch water and I had mimosas. After putting in our order for our drinks it took about 15 minutes until we received them. Service was a bit lacking in terms of the wait time but to be fair, it was a bit busy. The drinks were great and the price was even better. My mimosa was just how I like it, with a splash of orange juice. My husband really enjoyed his watermelon ranch water. Caution! They are a bit strong, but then again, you are in Vegas! I think I found my new mimosa happy hour spot anytime I'm in Vegas.

Quick easy seating and close proximity to the Canyon Ranch Spa (which is why we were there). Plenty of healthy options--I enjoyed my salad (I believe Thai salad) which was light but flavorful. It was a bit pricey for what you got (upcharge $10+ for protein options).

It took us a bit of time to locate this spot, but once we did, the breakfast was excellent! They have a great vegan and non-vegan menu, with an amazing selection of juices and to-go coffee as well. The dining area is very nicely decorated with earthy tones. Once you're inside the hotel, head to the store "The Man's Cave." Right next to it, you'll see an elevator that takes you to the 4th-floor spa/fitness area, where the restaurant is located. Not all elevators access this floor, and this one isn't easy to spot, so just look for that store. :) I really loved the plant-based English muffin sandwich, their plant-based mozzarella was so delicious, along with the vegan sausage. I will definitely be back for this breakfast spot once again in Vegas.

Loved it. Fresh and healthy and pleasant. One day I got the tofu scramble, which was on the lighter side, and the next day I got the just eggs scramble, which was heartier. Love there's a healthy option like this in the Venetian.

Good breakfast with lots of healthier options. Tucked away next to Canyon Ranch Spa/Gym, so much more chill if you need a break from tons of people on the casino floor. Solid food with good service and reasonable prices (reasonable for the strip). Good post workout meal.

We stumbled across Truth & Tonic while looking for vegan options in Las Vegas. We were going to the Venetian anyway so thought it would be a good lunch stop, and we were not disappointed. It was a little confusing to find at first as it's located right outside the Canyon Ranch Spa. We took an elevator up and once we got there it was such a welcome reprieve from the chaos of the canal shops. The serenity of a spa environment definitely flows into the restaurant. It has clean, crisp vibes and am ambiance that says inner peace. After walking around the Venetian I was super happy to try one of their juices, which did not disappoint. I was also really impressed to see how many vegan options there were. We started with vegan chicken Bao Buns which we absolutely delicious. The vegan chicken was crisp and the mayo and toppings blended flavors perfectly. For our mains I got the vegan avocado chicken wrap, and my husband got chilaquiles with Just Egg. Both very delicious. They also have a little cafe where you can get vegan baked goods and a variety of coffee/lattes. Overall a very pleasant experience and was a very welcome break from the bustle of Vegas, right inside one of the casinos. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm visiting.

Coconut Milk French Toast with Scrambled Eggs, Organic Strawberry & Cashew Butter Toast
    Erika J.

Simply delicious! High-quality food at a reasonable price. I couldn't decide between the cashew butter toast and the French toast, so I got both! My favorite was definitely the cashew butter toast--it was warm with the perfect ratio of tender toasted bread and crusted edges, and topped with grilled bananas & tasty berries. Not sure if it was 100%, but the syrup tasted like real maple and the adorning candied cashews were decadent. Further, in my opinion, cashew butter is superior to many other nut butters. I also enjoyed the mixed greens that came with it. The French toast was of equal quality, I just don't prefer the flavor of cinnamon that was evident in this dish. The coconut milk also added another dimension of flavor, and contrarily to the cashew butter toast, the bananas were not grilled. The eggs that came with the French toast were great! They seemed a bit short staffed but service was still decent. I'd highly recommend Truth & Tonic--they have many excellent-looking options!

I've been to Vegas more times than I can count and the Venetian is basically my second home. Somehow, I had never stepped foot in the gym because I was usually either drunk or recovering from being drunk. This trip I shocked my liver by staying sober and hitting the gym at 6 AM. The workout was fire but that's a review for another day. Post-workout hunger is real and staying on track with a diet in Vegas is like trying to avoid slot machines, they're everywhere and they're tempting. I spotted this spot right after my workout and the menu looked promising. I went for a breakfast burrito to hit my protein goals because priorities. The staff was genuinely friendly, the service was fast, and that burrito slapped. Even the little side salad was good, which almost feels illegal in Vegas. The place had a cozy, welcoming vibe, plenty of seating, and was super clean, basically the opposite of Fremont Street at 2 AM. The only downside? I dropped $28 on a burrito, but that's the price of admission in Vegas. Worth it though. I'll be back next trip, hopefully not hungover again.

A perfect find while in Vegas!!! Vegan friendly food! Located in the hotel of the Venetian in the spa area. Pricing is affordable and worth every cent. Orders to go and dine in options. We had breakfast avocado toast options.

Made a reservation for Saturday morning. It can be a little difficult to find but ask staff and they can help you. Delicious vegan options - vegan just egg omelette with vegan cinnamon muffin and delicious mimosas. Would 100% come back here again. Very cute and wall art is nice.

Finding healthy food options in Las Vegas is not for the faint of heart. I knew we would be having some over the top dinners while in town so I did some research ahead of time to find some lighter lunch options. Truth & Tonic wasn't easy to get to but was totally worth it. Tucked away on the 4th floor of the Venetian inside the spa, we had to check in with security in order to even get there. It's a small casual cafe but they were able to seat us right away at noon on Friday afternoon. My husband and I each ordered the grain bowl, mine with a poached egg and his with chicken. The bowl was light but satisfying and my egg was perfectly poached. The menus is mostly vegan and vegetarian but there were also several meat options available. Really enjoyed this spot for lunch and would happily go back.

At the spa inside the Venetian

This might have been my favorite food on The Strip during my last trip to Vegas. It's not super easy to find if you're relying on Maps, but I'm here to help.... Once inside The Venetian, head towards the Canyon Ranch Spa on the 4th floor. You'll need to show your ID to security in order to get onto the elevators if you're not a hotel guest. From the elevators on the 4th floor, go down the hallway marked for the 200 suites and at the end of the hallway, you'll round a corner and see this lovely cafe. They only serve breakfast and lunch, so plan accordingly. We went twice in 2 days and were impressed by the vegan and non-vegan options. From the french toast to the incredible breakfast tacos and delicious coffee options, we loved it and it was worth the trek. The service was friendly and we left full and happy!

Every Las Vegas trip should come with a mandatory stop at The Modern Vegan. Whether you're sitting…read moredown or grabbing it to-go, you're in for a serious amount of food! Their online ordering can be a little hit-or-miss, so we usually skip the website drama and just order at the host desk. Your food is typically ready in about 15 minutes, and they write your order right on the boxes--which is a lifesaver when you're picking up a feast. Utensils are provided, too. And when I say the portions are MASSIVE, I mean it. You definitely get your money's worth. We've never gone wrong with the burgers or any of the mac-n-cheese plates. My personal favorite, though? The Oreo milkshake. It's dangerously good. One of the hosts also recommended a "secret" menu item: milkshake that tasted exactly like an Orange Creamsicle. That was a fun surprise and definitely one of those "trust the staff" moments! We usually grab our food and take it back to our place, but the restaurant itself is a comfortable spot, too. There's a bar area with high-top seating and a separate restaurant section, TVs showing the latest sports, plenty of space between tables, and thankfully, it's not overly noisy. The hosts/servers were especially attentive on this trip--2 out of the 3 we interacted with were genuinely kind and gave us some great suggestions. One thing to be aware of: there are homeless people walking around the surrounding area, so just keep that in mind when coming and going. Overall, The Modern Vegan has officially earned its "Vegas trip = must eat here" status for us. Come hungry... or better yet, come hungry and bring a fridge.

I had recently been eating a healthy vegan and gluten-free diet at a yoga retreat and noticed how much better I was feeling, so I was craving that same kind of nourishing experience today. The Modern Vegan seemed like the perfect choice. I was greeted by the friendly Nicole at the door, who ended up being my server--and she was delightful! She was patient with all my questions, attentive, and provided genuinely great service. (I think my lemon for the water may have gotten lost somewhere along the way, but Nicole, I forgive you. ) I ordered the Breakfast Skillet, and WOW--it was delicious! I would absolutely order it again. If I were making a couple of tiny tweaks next time, I might go with fresh avocado instead of guacamole if that's an option, and I'd probably get the cheese sauce on the side. But honestly, those are just personal preferences because the skillet was fantastic. The portion was generous enough that I ended up taking half home, which means I already have tomorrow's breakfast waiting for me. YAY! And can we talk about the ambiance? The inside is adorable! I loved all the flowers and plants, the beautiful lighting, chandeliers, and artwork on the walls. It has such a fun, welcoming, colorful energy that makes you want to linger. There was also a cute sign as you're entering the bathrooms that said, "Sorry daddy, I'm in Vegas," which definitely gave me a little laugh and added to the playful vibe of the place. I left feeling full, happy, and very pleased with my decision to revisit The Modern Vegan. After several years away, I'd say this Saturday breakfast was a delicious reminder that sometimes your body knows exactly what it wants--and today, mine wanted vegan food!

I love vegan/vegetarian food, even though I'm not longer living that kind of dietary lifestyle! Crossroads has a lot of great options, from "steaks" to "calamari". OMG I have to give a BIG shout out to the calamari. It was so good that I had to order that dish twice in one sitting. It's made from mushrooms, which I already love, and they are seasoned SO WELL! I didn't even need to dip it in the marinara sauce it comes with to enjoy it. To be completely honest, the calamari here beats out A LOT of real calamaris I've had in my life, which is a lot. If calamari is on the menu at any spot, best believe it will be ordered by me. I got the "steak", which was a big piece of lovely lion mane's mushroom. Very nicely cooked. The sauce on top was on the saltier side, but I didn't mind it. I liked the stuffed zucchini blossoms too. All in all, I would go back just for the calamari even - can't get over how good it is. Our server was nice and helpful when explaining the menu. I did have questions about what veggies were substituting out what "meat" dishes. Mainly mushroom, which is great!

I feel like this is one of the only fine dining restaurants that does nothing. Food/drinks- I got the 5 course meal. The meals weren't coursed the best. We sat for too long between each course. First course- ..... was so flavorful and delicious. I could've had five of them! I believe it was a cucumber and melon salad Second course- Pizza. Not great. And didn't have half with mushrooms like asked. Third course- Linguine scallops -flavorful and yummy. Would've liked some pepper but no one came by. Fourth course- eggplant filet. This. Was. DELICIOUS. I'm actually upset I couldn't eat it all hot and fresh. This was amazing and I'd definitely get it again. Dessert- Banana pudding. Probably the best dessert they have. This was also delicious!! The cream was wonderful and the breading in it. Great creation! Corn tart- Not at all what I expected. Flavor was not great. The shell was extremely hard. I couldn't even cut through it. I was super excited for this, but very disappointed. Wedge salad- Chicken Milanese- good but usually better. Not as crispy as it normally is and we've gotten this multiple times. Overall, one of my favorite dishes, but kind of lacking this time around. Drinks- one tasted like they used pickle juice instead of lime juice. It was awful. The next drink was delicious though. Service- The server was great!! Made recommendations , checked with the chef on something for me. The only complaint is he seemed overly busy with tables and didn't really check back. The manager Jaryd (don't know the spelling) stopped by and was also very kind! The runners were on top of clearing plates but no one ever brought fresh silverware back.
