Creamy refreshing and definitely coconut forward. The price is on the higher side but that is pretty much expected on the Vegas strip.

I was at the Venetian for a couple days due to work, and while most of my meals were provided by my company, I was tired of the limited breakfast options by the end of my trip. I decided to sleep in during the breakfast hours on my last day, which meant I needed to get dinner on my own. If you are staying in the Palazzo tower, there is no way to avoid the Juice Farm, unless you make a mad dash by it for the Starbucks line right next to it. I was taking my time looking over the smoothie and shakes menu, when one of the employees showed up. I asked if they could make a smaller smoothie but he said they only offered one size (20oz). Seeing my disappointment, he offered to make it in smaller cup (12oz). I got the Popeye Protein which had almond butter, plant based protein, dates, spinach, cinnamon, banana and coconut water. Overall it was delicious and I appreciated the thick consistency, but there were quite a few date chunks sunk to the bottom. If it hadn't been for that, it would have been the perfect smoothie!

As far as breakfast goes, it is definitely on the pricier side but everything in Vegas is expensive so why the hell not. I ate here 3 days in a row and would highly recommend the edamame avocado toast! Holy crap, this inspired me to try and make my own version back at home. The espresso is a bit too sour though but I washed it down with a cup of orange juice. Still, 5 stars!!!

It started as an all vegan restaurant but has now expanded to also include meat options. My fiancé doesn't mind all vegetarian restaurants, but it was nice to have additional options for him as well. The meals are very health forward, which is especially needed when in vegas. It's the perfect way to both recover and start your day. He got the breakfast burrito and I got a scramble with Soyrizo. We both really enjoyed the salad, which I never would've thought to have with breakfast. The pomegranate seeds and light dressing were incredible. My fiancé truly enjoyed the chicken chorizo instead of pork which makes him feel awful. The coffees also have homemade syrups that were delicious- we tried the vanilla bean. It was so good that we came down and got the same meals to go the next morning before our flight! I truly wish we had time to go back for lunch. This is now a must hit restaurant in vegas, which really says something for us! I wish they had one in the Bay Area!

I love the focus on local/organic with non-dairy milks/ vegetarian options but still offering sugar/ full fat- balance is key!! You wait in line to order at the counter. They gave us our drinks before giving us a number to put on the table so the food could be delivered to us. There was plenty of seating and the fountain is a nice touch (see pic). The noise level is a little high but just being a little more cozy with hubs was Our order came out quickly and exactly as requested. Efficient service I loved my breakfast burrito- tons of flavor, toasted perfectly on the outside. So big and filling, I couldn't even finish it. Definitely recommend. I would have appreciated a bathroom within the restaurant, but I guess since it's within the mall, it's about 3 doors down. Prices on the strip are high, so this certainly fits, but there are actually a number of items the are pretty okay price wise, which is impressive with this high quality of food. Recommended 5 stars

Oh, and they do gelato later in the day as well - yum! There are plenty of grab and go options around this spot and they also have some made to order items such as avocado toast. There's also a pastry display with large pastries / croissants, etc. OK coffee / espresso drinks. I just stick with their cappuccinos here. Pastries are OK, but good considering the convenience. There's also more seating here than their Encore Espresso location that sells the same / similar products.

The coffee was just fine, though, and not quite what I was hoping for. Oddly, they use Kimbo Italian Roast beans, and it tasted much more like a traditional Italian roast than the distinctive Cuban coffee I was expecting. That said, while the prices are competitively high for Vegas, I still preferred the overall experience and value here to the Starbucks inside the hotel. The concept is fun, and it was a nice alternative to another chain coffee stop. The staff, however, seemed a little annoyed by my questions, which made the experience less welcoming. Worth trying if you're staying at the Flamingo. Just know that, despite the Cuban-inspired concept, you're not getting a traditional Cuban coffee experience.

I ended up getting a pistachio coffee that cost about $12, which is definitely on the expensive side--even more than Starbucks. That being said, you absolutely get what you pay for here. The coffee was amazing and honestly one of the best coffees I've ever had. It was significantly better than Starbucks, and the ordering process was quick and easy, which is especially nice when you're at a busy casino. I know $12 sounds like a lot for a coffee, but after trying it, I can honestly say it was worth every penny. If you're staying at the Flamingo and want a really good coffee, I'd definitely give this place a try!

It's very pretty, but I was holding out hope that like a lot of poolside restaurants in Vegas, there will also be an indoor (read: air conditioned) area. No such luck. It's all outside. We were able to get a nice large table right under the misters. So we settled in and decided to focus on the food. That wasn't the best idea. I started with a Mint Mojito Iced Coffee. It's $11 (sans alcohol) and tastes very strongly of a cheap mint flavored syrup. No actual mint was used in this drink. I wanted the watermelon salad but our server steered me away from that. We also heard him tell another table to avoid the turkey bacon. All-righty. I ended up with an omelet - $23 with a choice of three ingredients. The omelet was a nice color but it was not tasty. There wasn't enough cheese so it was super dry inside. I think the bacon was fake bacon bits. And for some inexplicable reason, they used sweet onions, which overpowered the entire thing and made it a strangely dry and sweet omelet. My SO had the chicken fingers and they were standard fare. His fries were actually not bad. My breakfast potatoes on the other hand were dry, dull and tasteless. As hot as it was, we were downing water. But our server wasn't around to offer refills. Look, it was 107 degrees - I'm sure he was inside avoiding the sun. Can't blame him. My partner took the chocolate chip ice cream sandwich to go ($12). It was pretty much frozen so hard it was inedible. This was almost $100 for breakfast for two with no alcohol. You can get room service at Venetian or Palazzo for this - and it's much better served in the comfort of your room. That's the move.

The crepes are absolutely delicious, and both the sweet and savory options are worth trying. They really know how to make a crepe--thin, delicate, and cooked just right. I'll usually grab a latte here, too. The line is often much shorter than the Starbucks locations in the Promenade or over at Vdara, which makes it an easy choice when I want a quick coffee including lattes. One thing to note is that the gelato has limited hours, despite the patisserie itself being open 24/7. It can be a little disappointing when you're craving gelato outside those hours. Also seating can be limited as it is right off the casino, but they do offer to-go options so you can take it to the conference space or hotel room. Still, ARIA Patisserie is always on my must-stop list whenever I'm staying at ARIA, and I'll definitely be back!

The online ordering process is simple--you upload a photo of the cake design you want, submit your order, and normally someone follows up to confirm the details. They had it in their system, and Lorena was incredibly professional and apologetic for the missed call.
