The request was made due to medical dietary restrictions preventing me from purchasing the 2-Day Pro Cleanse+ pack associated with the promotion. Sofia said okay great but if you want the tote bag and cooler bag you need to just place another order aside from what you already got so if you want it buy the 2-Day Pro Cleanse pack. That is the only way I will give it to you. I then reiterated for clarity and Sofia said okay then if you just want the bag just buy it. Mediocre experience but the juice options are ok. Location: This Pressed location is located in Tivoli. Complimentary parking is available in the parking garage if you don't use valet or find parking in the Tivoli lot. Service: For both of my experiences that I have come here, I felt rushed by the employees. The energy from the employees on both occasions were very "blah". The Juice/Choices: The juice is good. They do have a variety of options so that is a plus. The Greens 2 is my all time favorite and I also love the Vanilla Almond Non-Dairy Milk. Overall: Overall, although the juice is great, I did not enjoy the customer service aspect during both of my experiences at this location. If I absolutely need juice, I would maybe think about ordering ahead of time so that I can just pick up my order and leave. The parking here can be a challenge, so you might want to park in the parking garage. They only offer juice at this location, no BOWLS or anything else. Super super tiny with one set of seats on the patio and none inside, so don't plan on meeting a friend unless you plan on taking your juice to go. I stopped into this location on a calm Sunday morning, just two days into my move to the area. I hadn't gone grocery shopping yet and needed something light for nourishment. The store is very small but I haven't experienced any issues with feeling crowded/claustrophobic--most of the store's patrons seem to order online versus in-store. While there's not seating within the store, there's plenty of seating outside of it, within Tivoli Village. However, the lack of seating is what makes this a great place for a midday juice break! Jules was the staff member working the day I walked in, and she was very helpful and friendly from the get-go--she even remembered my name the second time I stopped in!!! Anyhow, she helped me find a flavor that I liked, and told me a bit about the history of the company, too. She also explained their VIP program to me, which is a really great deal considering your monthly fee is usable as non-expiring store credit! This is probably one of my favorite places near where I live, simply because of the quality juices at stellar prices, and the awesome customer service I've experienced here! It was fairly close to me - located in Tivoli Village on S Rampart Blvd, north of Alta Drive and in close proximity to the fountain roundabout. Side street parking is available, including (2) 5-minute spots across the street. This establishment is in a small space with only a counter, cash register, and a large refrigerated display of their juice varieties. The young lady who helped me was friendly and helpful. I wanted green juice and she recommended the following: Lime Power juice - cucumber, apple, celery, spinach, lime, mint, bok choy, collard greens, and green chard. This was my order; it was delicious and refreshing! Greens 2 (popular) - apple, cucumber, celery, lemon, spinach, kale, and parsley Greens 3 (popular) - same as the above plus ginger. I paid $7.95/bottle and the employee offered their promotional discount of Buy 4 get 1 free. Since this was my first time, I declined because I was unsure of the taste and quality. Meaning, my initial order is never fulfilled in its entirety. The first time it happened it was cool but the second time is when I start thinking they need to get it together. The kicker is, the stores can't even accommodate basic requests or changes to online orders. Sure, there are things happening behind the scene. I get that. It just doesn't make sense when I purchase "Any 12 juices for $65" that they are not allowed to switch things up for me @ the store level. Each time my husband And I come here the employees are very friendly. They always let us sample the flavors as we can never make up our mind what we want. The flavors are very well done. We actually drink the juices and enjoy them, it isn't a chore. I haven't been tough enough to do a juice cleanse and give up solid food, but I do drink the juices as a supplement with my meal instead of soda or other fruit juices. The vanilla almond milk tastes like horchata. Anyjuice with fruit has a nice sweetness so it doesn't taste like you are drinking kale and spinach. read more

Called before coming in to see if they had any specials. They usually do a 5 for $29 or something, but today they had 3 for $15, so yay! I've been here before to get juices, I think the deals are honestly what keeps me coming back. I love the location as well. Tivoli itself is just beautiful. Today, Angela was super helpful. She answered all our questions and offered us samples, making sure the juices we get are the ones we will enjoy! Customer satisfaction guaranteed! AND they had a Disney juice, which I thought was the cutest so I had to get one. #winning Will be back to try their new shots, collagen and coconut. Also, I asked about the membership that some of the yelp reviews talk about. Angela informed us it's $10 a month and that payment goes towards your juices which is pretty cool. Summary: needed protein for a workout but the juices available only had a few grams of protein, service was just okay not at all enthusiastic. Main: it's so pricey here for a small bottle of juice. They have some delicious sounding flavors such as the black berry currant lemonade. But even with their special of 2 for $12 I'm shocked that it's $6 for a tiny bottle. I think about how I can get a large jug of naked or Bolthouse at the grocery store and it claims to pack more fruit and vegetables. I left feeling excited about trying my juice and when I did I began reading the ingredients and noticed that it had expired. Yikes! I went back to the store and showed the young man behind the counter and he said it's still good to drink. I explained that today was the 26th and this expired on the 19th. After some back and forth he would switch it out for me, but the only problem was the other drinks also had expired, so I had to pick out something else that had a good date. The chlorophyll water is impressive in how much energy you can feel, literally within a few minutes of imbibing. And the Date-Almond Milk drink will have you smacking your lips for more. The other, less fabulous, more healthy drinks, such as beet, green veggies, carrot, etc are also pure, bright, and fresh. You can order a set of juices for a 1-day, 3-day, or 5- or 7-day juice cleanse or fast. These are quite expensive, amounting to around $25-45 a day. The store offers a membership that reduces the cost. The reason for docking stars is the service. I have never been treated with exemplary customer service here. The clerk one time ignored me, and asking questions about things was like pulling teeth. Another time, different clerk, I had to practically beg for one of the juice fast groupings, for some reason. He kept avoiding bringing out what I wanted and asked for. Weird. Eventually it got sorted. But 3 out of 3 times here there has been some lack in communication or courtesy.
