I visited this location multiple times in the past couple of weeks and I've turned a lot of my friends onto it. They absolutely love this place. It's clean. The bowls are delicious and tasty. The staff is super friendly. I even just left and they're closing in 20 minutes and they were super happy to help me and didn't seem like I was a burden because I came in so close to closing time. The only one critique I would say is I wish they opened up a little bit earlier so that I would be able to get a bowl before I get to work opening at nine kind of is a little late for me, but I do appreciate that they close at eight, which gives me plenty of time to get one in the evening when I get home from work. Customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. It was not busy at all, yet it took 25 minutes for me to receive a simple regular Rise and Shine order. There is absolutely no reason for that kind of delay. Anna clearly needs additional training in customer service. Even though she was off the clock, she should not be distracting on-duty employees, taking selfies behind the counter, or interfering with staff who have customers waiting. Her attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and she never once apologized for the inconvenience. I'm glad I don't visit this location often, because this level of behavior is unacceptable. Yes to the bowl! The açaí bowls are consistently good. I enjoy the PB Lover. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous. They are plenty big for sharing. They also offer smoothies and protein bowls, but I cannot comment as I have tried them. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant itself feels dated and unkempt. It was their closing time, cleaning had already begun but they did take us in. Too many options to choose from and mostly it's a blend of strawberry-banana. The place is a regular juice bar/kitchen, good for breakfast & brunches! Got a little greedy and upgraded to a large chocolate dream Açai bowl (wasn't much of a chocolate dream, more like a berry blast) it had a nice crunch from the granola but again it was topped with strawberries, banana & choco chips (same as the blend). Don't even try calling within an hour of closing. They are too busy trying to be done working. None of the employees smile or go to any effort to show you they are happy to have you there. I was greeted by the staff upon entry and they were very helpful in answering my questions about the menu. Grace and Dion both answered my questions about options (such as brown rice or white rice and what was included with the bowl). I decided to eat in the store because the store was so clean and not too loud. They had some good music playing in the background to create a calming ambiance for those who were present. First time at a Bowlology and I very much enjoyed it. I had been looking at the menu over the weekend and when I saw the Bohemian Bowls, I knew I had to try it. The location was clean inside, not too many people. There was a sign on the front door limiting the number of people I believe to 10. The seating was socially distanced as well, see my pictures. I ordered the Bohemian #1. I can't believe I waited until I got back to work to take a bite! The bowl is beautiful, all the colors of the rainbow. First time trying Bowlology and loved it! Fast and friendly service. I ordered the Bohemian 1 and subbed out bananas for blueberries. This was such a yummy sweet treat. The bowl had fresh fruit and I love that there was chia seed pudding in there. I'm normally not a granola person but for some reason this granola was soooo good it was lightly sweet and tasted vanilla-y. I'm super bummed out because I used to love this place but they are giving way less tuna in bowls now and I'm like really unimpressed with the whole thing. They switched to ugly plastic soup containers and to me it just shows there's no love going into this business at the moment. Compared to other poke places for 16 dollars a bowl what you get it's quality of fish and toppings is way better other places. The smoothie bowls are awesome here, but to be honest I rarely order those, I'm always craving poke. I placed a large group order online for 7 bowls! Not only did they get our entire order right, but our bowls were ready for pick up in 10 minutes! I always get weary placing a large order since the chances of something going wrong are very high. With that said, I appreciate their exceptional service in making sure our bowls were made accurately and efficiently. We ordered 4 super bowls, 2 poke bowls, and 1 protein bowl. Everybody said they liked theirs with the exception of the poke bowls. My friend said it tasted good, but they still prefer going to an actual place that specializes in poke. I went here today, most likely won't be coming back. I have an hour for my lunch break and I think we can all agree that time literally slips through our fingers once we go on break so I like to call my order in where ever I go to make sure my food is ready when I get there instead of waiting another ten minutes to pick it up. So I called a 3-4 times and it rang but no answer. I get there and I ask the girl working in the front "hey do you guys take phone orders?" she said "umm, yea. Sometimes" And I replied back "sometimes?" and she said "sometimes when we're not busy" mind you... I am the only person in there but ok. I ordered the island style poke bowl (spicy tuna ahi) which was very plain. I actually took it home and ended up adding my own spicy sauce and avocado because I'm not paying $3 extra for a few slices. Coming from Hawaii, this is weak. I paid $12 for bland fish and mushy rice drenched in soy sauce where as freshness and flavor is guaranteed for half the price where I'm from. The first time I came here was better. Im so disappointed with my experience at this place. I got a Rise n Shine yesterday at this location, the food was very good. But when I was almost finished the bowl, I found a long hair in my food. This really disgusted me because I did not expect to see it. A couple hours pass by, and I start feeling weird. Not exactly sick but something is off with my body. My stomach is in extreme pain and I was at a rehearsal, but I had to leave early because of this. I go home and go to sleep. I woke up today with a fever of 101 degress and threw up at 6 AM.
