Just an all around great smoothie shop! Stopped by after a massage and ended up buying a 2nd one to bring home for my husband after tasting mine. The menu is huge and broken down into easily readable categories. The list of add-ins is impressive. I got the lemon strawberry and it was delicious!! I got my husband the kale pineapple with added gut health and he said it was very good. I ordered the small size and it was plenty enough for me, but they do go up to 44oz! Very clean, friendly employees, good selection of grab and go. I actually prefer it over Tropical Smoothie. read more

I think I've only been to a Smoothie King once before a long time ago , but can't remember where. Anyway , I was in the area and found it on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Good selection of smoothies , bowls , protein bars , and pre-made drinks in the cooler. I got the Angel Food which is Strawberry / Banana and was very good. It was not sugary sweet , natural like it should be. I just think the name Angel Food makes you think of the cake , not a Strawberry / Banana Smoothie. Ha ha. The place was very clean and organized and had a few tables and a few customers sitting there. It was steady business , but not too busy when I was there waiting. My cashier was nice young girl , but spoke very softly and I could barely hear her. I can't hear that well to begin with since I was in the military and I'm getting a little older now , but in a customer service job like I work myself , you have to talk a little louder to your guests. Not trying to put her down , I know some of the younger generation is not as vocal as we were growing up and they are more tech savvy. I will come back some time and will download the app since I don't live very far from and I'm frequently in the area. I would like to try more smoothies and I think the quality is a little better than Tropical Smoothie. I will look more at the menu to see what I want to try next. read more

I've loved Smoothie King for decades. It all started 30+ years ago in Texas when they were on every corner. When I moved to Vegas, there was only one location & it wasn't close, but we'd still make the trek there as often as we could. Then this one opened & we were over the moon: RIGHT UP THE STREET! But, the excitement withered away when wait times were 30+ minutes for smoothies since service was so slow. Much issues for management & service, but over the years it's improved & I'm back to being a regular customer. I am thrilled with their new bowls. You have your choice of coconut, açaí or pitaya base with various fruits & granola toppings. They are just delicious! There's all their wonderful smoothies, of course. I like to try new things, but my hubby has been getting Power Punch Pluses for 25+ years & it's nice to have a constant that long. The store is also always modern & super clean, which is a huge plus! Returned to the Sahara Location. Ordered on the app. Wait was 15-20 min for the order to be completed. Walked 30 min later to pick up and avoid the wait. Was told that they were still working on my order. As I waited other app orders walked in and left with their orders in a timely manner. Eventually they brought my order to my car and upsized my smoothies. LOVED that. Because it shows they are aware of the extended wait time. read more

I was killing time waiting for my wife and wanted to sit somewhere inside so I didn't have to run the a/c for ever. I looked across the street at a coffee shop and realized it was only a drive thru, Do they not make coffee shops that let you sit indoors? Apparently even Starbucks is saying drink,Eat and get out now. Anyway I spent 1/2 an hour driving around looking for somewhere to sit. I finally by luck found smoothie king and parked my car wandered in and ordered a smoothie. The smoothie was amazing so I just sat there watching people walk by, come in order and rush out to go on with their busy lives smiling because I don't have to do that anymore. I took my time drank 2 smoothies and smiled, the smoothies were as far as I'm concerned perfect. Now I'm not a smoothie afficionado but these were perfectly smooth (no chunks) and flavored really well. I grew up to this place back home, had no idea we had a location here in Vegas. I signed up again for the rewards, since I couldn't remember what my old number was. New rewards remember get $2 off and they usually give you free immune enhancer added. And she also cleans after every customer the counter and the key pad. I give them props for keeping the place clean during this time. I got the 32oz gladiator smoothie with chocolate whey protein, banana and peanut butter. Craved a really tasty smoothie and I ordered an activator with berries added raspberries and peanut butter. For $10!!!! So far it tastes like ice. Hopefully as it melts I can taste my $10. The fix is two-fold. Use less ice first. A smoothie you can't start drinking right away because it's chunks of ice is ridiculous. Second, have the staff blend the ingredients longer to create an actual smoothie consistency. I will drive to the Fashion Show Mall and pay for a $10 Jamba instead next time. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service! Please explain to me why they can't give a refund for an item that was made incorrectly?! The girl was "not authorized" to do so after calling the manager! Are you kidding me? On top of waiting for ever to get our items and having people get there's before ours even tho they ordered after. They also didn't have pineapples or peaches. It's simple to read an order ticket as well as give a refund for an item a customer no longer wanted. Terrible customer service. In response to the "Owner" I had already waited so long to get the "approval" for a refund that when she came back to tell me she wasn't allowed to refund it, I could call the manager to see what he could do to make it right. I don't live anywhere near this location so what was my choice? Walk away giving a crook my $12 for a bowl that was made wrong and I couldn't get a refund for. Nope! I said fine just remake it. This was all after she asked if she could "just scrap off the top and replace the mango" umm no again, look at the ticket and make what I ordered. People, go here only if you would like them keep your money or just pick off the wrong items. read more
