On June 1st, I paid for an order from Astra Cafe using the Too Good to Go app. I came over to pick up my order, and the restaurant is closed. It has a sign posted saying that it is "Closed Until Further Notice." Meanwhile, it is still listed on the app, and it is taking money from people without providing any food. Total scam.
Was driving by and see Strip View and gave it a shot. Staff was able to get in into a table inside. There was also outside seating which was nice. I went with the blackened chicken wrap. I was tasty but the it could have contained maybe another strip of chicken. The morning boost smoothie was ok. I'd try another one if ever stopped by again
We have stumbled upon at this spot looking for a good latte and we were pleasantly surprised. Location is a bit unusual, it's located in an office building, but it's a very nice cafe , pretty cozy and welcoming. They have a nice and big covered patio. We had two lattes ( hot and cold) and they were very delicious. We didn't try any food items, but everything on the menu looked pretty good. So , definitely next time we should try some food items. The service was great, our server was very friendly and nice.
We came here for a cute brunch date & loved it! It's a small place but service is great & with some nice views! I got the chocolate espresso it was super yummy my husband got a cappuccino & loved it! Best part was the avocado toast! We loved it! It was a decent size too! Definitely recommend for a small breakfast/brunch date or just for some coffee juice!
What a great place. If you have a car in Vegas get the heck out of town with a 10 minute drive and visit this great place We went for breakfast and it was fabulous. Delicious and the price was right
Easy parking, nice ambience and more importantly, great food and service. Everything tasted great, was presented well and felt fresh. My favs were the tomato soup and the Salad. Our server was very attentive. Definitely on my comeback list when in Vegas.
Decent place that offers a large variety of coffee/smoothie and an average menu for food. Clean and simple decor with good and attentive service for a sit down place. We came in for a Saturday lunch and it was good but not great. We ordered the spicy chicken wrap with waffle fries. and the Alfredo carbonara. The chicken is a little too over cooked and quite dry. The pasta Alfredo carbonara didn't live up to its name. It's more of some ham, bacon, cheese, and pasta mixed together and doesn't give off that carbonara feeling. Overall it was a decent experience and a good place for some quick breakfast/lunch. Except average quality food and you won't be disappointed to the food with fancy names that don't quite deliver.
This is a lovely little place not far off the strip! The staff are very friendly and welcoming and recommended what we should have for breakfast, they served the food quickly and always check in on us. Would come back here when back in town.

Cute little place just off of Desert Inn, on Rainbow, in the corner of a building that doesn't seem like there would be a restaurant at. This place was recommended by another friend of ours who lives nearby and had been here before with her mom Quite the large drink menu with cute colored illustrations and descriptions for each hot coffee/tea drink and smoothie. She had ordered the TURKEY MINI CHEESEBURGER and an ORANGE JUICE to share while I had ordered the BASTURMA lavash pizza The TURKEY MINI CHEESEBURGERS are two turkey mini burgers w/ fresh mozzarella and arugula in Hawaiian rolls, served with waffle fries The turkey was seasoned pretty well and the waffle fries were good The BASTURMA lavash pizza consists of basturma (per google - highly seasoned, air-dried cured beef), eggs, cheese, arugula Didn't notice the basturma at all, if there was any. The cheese was pretty prominent, arugula was on top. Egg flavor was a bit light, masked by the cheese. Crust was a big chewy. Flavor was ok overall, expected more. Service was really good. The waitress was very attentive and super nice.

As we checked out from our hotel, we were looking for a place for having brunch. So we yelped it, and found this place. There was nobody there when we arrived we were wondering if we made a good choice? Then we sat down, look at the menu, and we found it interesting. We gave it a try. We had croissant, French toast, Belgium, waffles, with fresh strawberries, and Nutella, to poach eggs, and buttermilk pancakes. The the course on French toast was very good. The Belgium, waffles and pancakes were good too. However, I think that the texture of the batter is not at its very best, it could've been better. Also I could taste a little bit of dry-flour aftertaste. Wondering if they use corn flour or something else, not sure. That's just more details from my observation. Anyway, after you put syrup or Nutella combined with the fresh fruit and will taste good still. Another thing that I like, they serve dishes with a small cups of fresh fruits without anything added on it. So that was perfect to me, because some other places often put syrup on the fresh fruits or adding some other unnecessary stuff. So this was perfect! The server was nice and courteous we were happy that we came by. Definitely will come again whenever we are in town. Free parking is available on site.
I ordered the Belgian Waffle special, which comes with maple syrup and your choice of Nutella or jam, and fresh fruit. The waffle was light and crispy, and the fruit was fresh and delicious! Combined with the Nutell and whipped cream, it was a sweet delight! The special comes with coffee or tea, but I wanted to try their passion tea, so there was an additional charge for that. I enjoyed the tea. The restaurant is small but cute, with only seven tables and four seats at the coffee bar area. They also have outdoor patio seating, but it faces Rainbow Ave, so it was a bit noisy. They have a large selection of coffee drinks, smoothies, and teas. I could see the Lavazza machine, but I decided to pass on coffee this time, even though I enjoy Lavazza coffee. All in all, it's a good place for a quick meal. The server was polite and attentive. I would love to go back and try their smoked salmon pizza, which i heard is great, but large.

As we checked out from our hotel, we were looking for a place for having brunch. So we yelped it, and found this place. I ordered the Belgian Waffle special, which comes with maple syrup and your choice of Nutella or jam, and fresh fruit. The waffle was light and crispy, and the fruit was fresh and delicious! They also have outdoor patio seating, but it faces Rainbow Ave, so it was a bit noisy. They have a large selection of coffee drinks, smoothies, and teas. I could see the Lavazza machine, but I decided to pass on coffee this time, even though I enjoy Lavazza coffee. All in all, it's a good place for a quick meal. The server was polite and attentive. The service was fantastic! I love how you have the option to sit outside or inside! The food was amazing! The only thing I wish was done better was the eggs were not poached long enough as the whites were more runny than the yolk! Other than that, the food was delicious! This is a must! read more

Cute spot! Very friendly service and the staff entertained us with a piano performance! Went with my mom and they were Incredibly accommodating to my special smoothie request and it was yummy! Ordered the beet goat cheese salad, and my mom got the healthy sliders with cross cut fries. Salad was good and had walnuts which they should probably add that ingredient to their menu since some people are allergic to nuts. My mom got the healthy sliders and the fries were so yummy! Crisp and tasty. The sliders were a little difficult to eat and the patty was like a meatball. My husband ate the leftovers and was not a fan of the slider, but liked the cross cut fries. Overall great experience and we're definitely coming back to try the breakfast at menu! And to play the piano more! read more

*This is not about the server*, the server was very nice and doing his best, I realized he was alone and there was a lot of people there today inside and outside. We only saw him at the time of placing the order, and when the food came out but again I'm very empathetic and I understand how hard is to be working alone and doing everything yourself. I went inside to pay and get some to go boxes.The food is plain, I got the mushroom pesto pasta... not one mushroom insight. Tastes very bland I had to use some of the balsamic dressing to give it some kind of flavor. The garlic bread that comes with the pasta was the best thing out of the dish. The pizza was alright again not much flavor. The turkey mini burgers were plain, dry and not much flavor. The Alfredo pasta was meh, again NO FLAVOR. My daughter liked the Oreo frappe. Will I return ? No, but that's just me. Im sure other people love it. We sat outside since the weather was nice. read more

I found Strip View Cafe on Yelp when I was looking up places to go to for my bi-weekly brunch with my friend. The food looked amazing so we had to stop by and try. It is in a mini shopping center. At first when the GPS was telling me to turn into the center, I thought we were going the wrong way. Then I saw the cafe sign & I felt relieved lol. The sign is right in front of the cafe. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. When we walked in, we walked all the way to where it seemed like it was the register area. They asked us if we wanted to be seated inside or outside & we chose to sit inside (its so hot in Vegas right now to be outside lol). The cafe is very cute. The tables have cute decor as well. It was very clean & tidy. The waitress seated us & gave us a few minutes to pick our drinks. Can I just say that I looove this coffee menu. I was so blown away from all the options they had to offer. I did not know what to choose. I asked the waitress for a recommendation on cold coffees and she recommended the Caramel Macchiato. My friend ordered the Oreo Frappe. My coffee drink was so delicious! Not too sweet & not too strong. My friend loved her drink as well. We took more time trying to choose our meal. The waitress came two times & we still asked for more time. I just wanna say thank you for your patience. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, so we were very indecisive. I ended up ordering some small turkey burger sliders with waffle fries. My friend ordered a turkey sandwich with potatoes. Our meal was so good! Very delicious food. We were very satisfied. Everyone was nice & had great customer service. Bathrooms are available for customers and were very clean. Food 5/5 Customer service 5/5 Coffee 5/5 I highly recommend Strip View Cafe & I will definitely be stopping by again. 5 stars all around! read more

Came here with a party of four and ordered the croissant French toast, roasted chicken sandwich, and chicken wrap. I would definitely recommend the croissant French toast but not so much the chicken sandwich or wrap. The chicken sandwich and wrap wasn't as flavorful as it seems. However, the service the amazing! Pleasantly surprised **hehe** We came for the view but, stayed for the food =) Friends were in town from Hawaii and we were trying to find a new place we all hadn't brunched before. This was during Dropicana so, we looked for places away from The Strip. I think this place was on my radar as the resto name alone was unique "strip view" cafe --- hrmmm, that sounds pretty cool! Sadly the view (from the first floor) was a barely there view of The Strip but, hey - they didn't say "Best Strip View Cafe." We ordered the white mocha latte which my friends said was one of the better white mochas they've tried. Croissant waffles were crispy yet soft on the inside which is always the best. Pancakes were super fluffy; came out looking like clouds. Even the whipped cream on top all of em tasted homemade. Not something that came outta a can. Not too sweet is a plus for me. Complimented each other. I had the khachaphuri with bacon. Wasn't sure what to expect and a pastry thing came out. I expected the bacon to be next to it but, it was inside lol VERY TASTY. I guess like a ham and cheese in a puff pastry. The frittata my friend had was HUGE. And came in a small cast iron skillet. Smelled yummy as it came out. Looking for an outdoor brunch on a Sunday morning. Could be a challenge. We were able to make reservations at Strip View Cafe, which is a big plus in my book. When we arrived, there were a few empty tables on the patio, so we had our choice. I was in the mood for a breakfast item that I can't make at home. I went with the croissant French toast ($15). It has two French toast croissants with some fresh strawberries and a heavy handed drizzle of lemon-cream topping. Very tasty. My wife got the frittata ($16). It comes out in a piping hot skillet. Two strips of bacon on top. Plus you can add in up to 4 toppings. Very good. My son-in-law got the Greek salad ($13). Beautiful presentation and a huge portion. My gripe - the coffee came out warm, not hot. Getting the water glass refilled was also tough. So food rates 4 stars, service 3 stars, and the patio 4 stars. Since food is the most important item, overall a 4 star review. read more

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like battered onion rings that would cross contaminate gluten free french fries? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.
there is NO Fabio working in this restaurant and the food is excellent, home-made style food created with fresh food bought every day.......so stop on by I know the owners personally and they are wonderful.
Do they offer private parties or group dining?
I'm sure they do. But call them to be 100% sure
