Looks like the type of place that may be busy for early morning hours, but no wait occurred either visit when visiting late morning and early afternoon. There are plentiful menu options for breakfast and the portions are generous and there are quite a few lunch options as well, though they close in early afternoon time. If you get the full size ham steak breakfast, you will likely have to take some to go. It is huge! The overall price you pay may not be as low as a couple of the mainstay breakfast chains or casino cafes players' card deals, but the flavor and potions of food and the wonderful staff make a difference. I will be a return customer here for my future trips to the western part of the Las Vegas area.

The kids' meals were supposed to come with Nutella, but they were completely out. We asked for fries inside one of the pitas, but they were never added. We ordered lamb and received beef instead, and one of our plate meals was missing the pita altogether. The food that did arrive wasn't good. The couscous and rice were both dry, bland, and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The drink station wasn't any better. Both the Dr Pepper and Root Beer were out of syrup. What concerned me most, though, was the lack of food safety. I watched an employee handling raw shrimp skewers with bare hands, and I also saw staff eating French fries in the kitchen while food was being prepared. Those are things customers should never have to witness. I understand that restaurants can have an off day, but this wasn't just one mistake. It was a series of issues involving food quality, order accuracy, inventory, and sanitation. Unfortunately, I won't be returning unless major improvements are made.

The dining room, as noted in previous reviews, is completely separate from the bar/gaming area, so very family friendly and well it area for families or any age group and no smoke smell. It popped up when I put my card into the slot to check in, so I went seaching and found it way back in the corner, near the sports betting. I'm never in that part of the casino. There's a big backlit sign with the menu over the register. Front and center is a picture of a delectable Cuban sandwich, on a crunchy-looking baguette roll. There are only three pressed sandwiches on the menu, so why would I think that my turkey with avocado would come out on ordinary white bread? When pressed (pun intended), the kid at the register said that a) different sandwiches are made differently, and b) it wasn't white, but sourdough. Now I'm no great fan of sourdough, but there was no sour in that dough. Not that I cared, but I gave up white bread when I grew up and learned that there are other breads in the world, and I've never looked back. But the sandwich filling was decent and the price would have been right, except for one little glitch: I paid with points, and this being Wednesday, it should have cost me half points, but he deducted them all. I didn't get a receipt, and didn't realize the error until I was way back on the other side. Oh well. While the sandwich isn't expensive, it comes with nothing. If you want to add fries, that would put the price on par with some decent pubs. Would I go back? Probably. It's an alternative to the food court.
