Things I loved: Great coffee, loved that the large comes with 4 shots! The flavor/texture was perfect even with oat milk. Did not feel watery at all, super silky. The customer service was very good, they were kind, informative, and the coffee came out fast. Outdoor seating was super comfy, perfect for mild-weathered days. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating. Did not love: The plaza has barely any parking, and the spaces are tight. Paid about $10 for one coffee. Their large size is more like a medium compared to some other coffee shops. Would definitely return for the coffee, but only if I was in the area.

I've heard so many great things about this place and happened to be in the area and decided to stop in. So glad I did because now I understand what all the hype is about. First of all everything about this place is incredible from the outdoor patio seating so beautifully decorated and inviting to the warm chill atmosphere inside. I was greeted by two lovely ladies who took my order and whipped up my hot Americano, which was absolutely perfect on a cold windy day. I decided to stay and enjoy my beverage and the ambience. This would be a great place for friends to meet up and enjoy any of their delicious coffee options and from what it looked like they have some great pastries to munch on as well. I didn't try any so I can't give you an honest opinion about them, but they look delightful. Now, as for my hot Americano 10 out of 10 recommend! Piping hot with steamed almond milk just the way I like it not bitter at all. Blows Starbucks out of the water. Definitely would come back here again.

Walked in and was greeted by friendly faces. The lady who took my order was patient as I couldn't make up mind what to order. She did let me know that a regular size has 2 shots of espresso and a large has 4 shots! The outdoor seating was so cute. I loved the foldable table. It's a hidden gem, squeezed in between a nail salon and a gas station. I'll be coming back for sure

I'm so happy I found this place It already can't wait to go back The menu is really unique with some options you don't normally see. inside is beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly. I only got tea this time but plan to go back for the coffee options!

I love love love this place walking distance from the house. I bring my puppy sit outside. Read my book in the outside area is so gorgeous not too much going on but enough to make you feel comfortable in an outside environment. By the way, they do have an inside area. I just sit outside because I'm with my puppy all the time and for drinks and food. I get the matcha of brown sugar which and a pastry! And they give pup cups ... I believe I interacted with the owner a few times or if not owner manager I can't remember her name that she is an amazing lady

This café feels like a hidden retreat from the noise of the city. The interior is incredibly cozy--warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a calm atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. They also offer outdoor seating, which is just as inviting, perfect for a slow morning or a relaxed afternoon. The service was genuinely attentive and kind without being intrusive. My coffee was smooth and well-balanced, clearly made with care. I also noticed they serve Turkish coffee, which looked beautifully prepared and authentic--definitely something I'll try next time. What stood out most was how quiet and comfortable the space felt. It's the kind of place where you can actually think, read, or have a peaceful conversation without background chaos. A solid choice when you're looking for quality coffee and a calm environment.

Came in on a Sunday morning and it was busy but not overly packed. The guy at the counter was super friendly and greeted me with a smile right away. I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte with oat milk, and it was perfect. While waiting for my coffee, I admired the decor, cozy, aesthetic, and the perfect size space. There's also outdoor seating, making it a great spot to bring your laptop to get some work done or just enjoy a coffee date.

Alchemy is a cute neighborhood surprise tucked in a small plaza. We were greeted by an adorable gazebo with chairs and tables, looks great for a coffee date with a friend or even someone you may want more than a friend. Inside was very cozy and welcoming with more seating. Glancing up you get a spread of the menu plus an eye catching display case of baked goods. They specialize in Turkish coffee! My partner and I got the creme brulee latte with oat milk, the baklava latte with oat milk, and the seasonal pumpkin horchata latte. The creme brulee had the creaminess you would expect and a solid flavor profile. The baklava was smooth and nutty in its profile. The pumpkin horchata was a cinnamon lovers' delight! This last one is seasonal so if you miss it make sure to check out other drinks!

This is definitely a must try and very hidden coffee place. The only reason I am giving four stars is because it was very difficult to find parking. They share a parking lot with two other establishments and we did not want to get towed. When we walked in we were greeted and given menus and the cashier did recommendation and knew the menu very well. I ordered a lavender latte an my friend ordered a matcha. Well say I didn't really taste the lavender but it tasted like really good coffee. Matcha was good I had to order a to go iced matcha. The chicken pesto was delicious and a must try. The place was fairly busy and had some music playing but kind of small.

Stopped by Alchemy Coffee to get some work done. I had a Vitality açaí bowl and it was loaded with fresh blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. The bowl was very refreshing. I highly recommend it if you want something light but satisfying. Definitely coming back for another bowl soon!

Alchemy coffee is a very cute coffee shop located in a strip mall on the corner of Russell and Hualapai. I came here for coffee during a recent trip to Las Vegas with my boyfriend. As soon as you walk up, you see a very aesthetic outdoor seating area. The inside has complimentary water and lots of pastries, breakfast foods (both vegan and non-vegan), tea, shakes, acai bowls, and a selection of coffee. I ordered a hot vanilla bean latte with oat milk and my boyfriend got a cold brew. Both drinks came out quickly and were delicious. The inside of the coffee shop has a small area for sitting-a bench, tables, and couch. It's a nice place to enjoy coffee or a quick breakfast alone or with a friend.

I can at first to try the Turkish coffee but ended up trying the tiramisu latte. The staff was friendly and patient. They were busy but didn't rush you. The latte was delicious. The coffee was of good quality and had a nice smooth finish. The flavoring was really good. I have been back 3 additional times for the latte. I am still deciding if I'm gonna give the Turkish coffee a try.

My first two visits have been fantastic. Turkish Coffee and Espresso are good. Vegan Breakfast Sandwich, Pistachio Roll, Blueberry Croissant, Angel Hair Baklava steal the show. I chose sourdough bread for my sandwich, which was incredible. For comparison, I look forward to opting for croissant next time. Service and atmosphere are great. The Mediterranean cafe experience is authentic. This small business is one-of-a-kind, family-owned, a labor of love, and a community favorite. Not to mention, vegan-friendly! Andi revealed to me that all of their pastries happen to be vegan. During my first visit, I was fortunate to run into some old friends and spend time catching up. I recommend getting here as early as you can after opening time, before the parking lot and line fill up (no pun intended).

Think cappuccinos made the proper way, rich espresso drinks, and smooth lattes finished with beautiful art. They also make the best honey latte in the city, crafted with local raw, unfiltered desert honey. The best! The cafe offers both bright, cozy indoor seating and outdoor options under umbrellas. The worn-in leather chairs feel like they're waiting just for you, and it's the kind of place that convinces me to slow down, savor my drink, and linger longer than I planned. Beyond coffee, they serve breakfast and lunch plates, plus sweet and savory pastries. The avocado toast with ricotta, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, and honey has incredible flavor and texture. Fun fact: owned by a few poker players, the most notable being Todd Brunson, son of Hall of Famer Doyle Brunson. I've always had a soft spot for poker players who are masters of psychology, math, discipline, and intuition. And when you get your drinks here, it tastes like the person making it genuinely cares. Care is my favorite ingredient on the planet.

The only thing id mention is sometimes the staff can be a bit rude. Ive worked as a barista before and understand it can be stressful but no need to take it out on customers or make rude remarks. I actually did consider leaving my car at La Strega and walking over to Better Days, but it was just too hot and muggy to do so. I'm no stranger to Summerlin, with the occasional visit here and there, but I've never seen or heard of this place. This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days. Yes, they are a hidden gem, but they have great drinks, seasonal and year long.
