I have been wanting to check out Alchemy Coffee for years! It is truly at the end of Vegas... right next to it is a Mountain! lol So it's a bit of a drive for me, but I finally made it out there! When you first walk up it is so cute. The outdoor patio is so nice and I would love to sit there if it wasn't 113° right now. But just such a cute vibe! You walk in and there are tons of seating! They have more intimate tables for smaller parties and then in the back they have a larger table as well as a couch. Plenty of outlets and the chairs are super comfortable. The service was absolutely amazing, the guy that was helping me at the register was so nice. Had such a great energy to him and gave me a lot of insight on the menu. we went back-and-forth on a couple of different drink ideas. I ended up going with the baklava latte with almond milk and light ice, and it was delicious! It wasn't super sweet, It does have a bit of a texture to it because they actually take the baklava filling and purée it. They also do Turkish coffee there and I am dying to check that out when it is winter time! I believe the desserts or most of the desserts are vegan! I did get the lemon loaf and it was fantastic, wasn't too sweet, It was the perfect ratio of lemon to poppyseed to cake. I also got their Chia parfait and it was fresh! They make everything in house! I found it! The best coffee in Summerlin. This small but cute coffee shop was great. They have both indoor and a little nice outdoor place to sit. They have food as well as coffee and my açaí bowl was fantastic! As was the croissant. The coffee is the thing though and it did not disappoint! I had my usual latte and it was expertly crafted. The milk was well textured and at a perfect temperature. The barista did a nice job and created descent latte art, albeit upside for a right handed drinker. They use white ceramic mugs which I like and overall the drink was smooth and tasty. Easy to drink and enjoy. This place goes on the upper tier list of coffee shops in the valley along with Dark Moon, Mothership and Urth. If you find yourself near Summerlin, go. Well worth it! read more

I got an iced crème brûlée latte and chicken pesto panini sandwich. I was expecting my latte to be sweeter but overhead that their vanilla bean latte is their sweetest one so maybe I'll try that next time. The chicken pesto panini was okay. Not something I want to spend my money on next time, but I was hungry and was planning to hangout for a bit. Wi-fi is free. Service was friendly. Space is clean as well. I have been here maybe two or three times. I can't remember what I got the last time, but today I got the coconut latte, part of their seasonal menu. I love coconut and was excited to try it. Sadly, it wasn't good. You could taste nothing but the coconut syrup they used, or at least that's what it tasted like. It wasn't very artificial tasting and just not good. I had a goal of checking out all the local coffee shops close to my parents house in the Southwest Las Vegas area. The latest coffee shop I was able to visit was Alchemy Coffee and I left very impressed. We arrived on a Friday late morning recently. The coffee shop is located in a nice small neighborhood plaza off Hualapai way in Southwest Las Vegas. Parking is accessible but limited in the small parking lot. Alchemy Coffee is a small independent coffee shop with vibrant modern decor. The atmosphere is inviting and family friendly. I thought the front outdoor patio had some nice tables and chairs to make for a relaxing cozy, environment. There were some delectable looking pastries on display but unfortunately my son and I were still full from breakfast. Some of the specialty drinks flavors were unique and delightful. I ordered a large maple taro latte which is a flavor I have not seen in other coffee shops before. The cashier said it was one of their top selling specialty drinks. My latte was delicious and soothing. I can definitely taste the sweetness from the maple which enhanced it. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Alchemy Coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was only a 4 minute drive from my parent's house. I felt the vibe to be very welcoming and charming. Things I loved: Great coffee, loved that the large comes with 4 shots! The flavor/texture was perfect even with oat milk. Did not feel watery at all, super silky. The customer service was very good, they were kind, informative, and the coffee came out fast. Outdoor seating was super comfy, perfect for mild-weathered days. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating. Did not love: The plaza has barely any parking, and the spaces are tight. Paid about $10 for one coffee. I've heard so many great things about this place and happened to be in the area and decided to stop in. So glad I did because now I understand what all the hype is about. First of all everything about this place is incredible from the outdoor patio seating so beautifully decorated and inviting to the warm chill atmosphere inside. I was greeted by two lovely ladies who took my order and whipped up my hot Americano, which was absolutely perfect on a cold windy day. I decided to stay and enjoy my beverage and the ambience. This would be a great place for friends to meet up and enjoy any of their delicious coffee options and from what it looked like they have some great pastries to munch on as well. I didn't try any so I can't give you an honest opinion about them, but they look delightful. Now, as for my hot Americano 10 out of 10 recommend! I love love love this place walking distance from the house. I bring my puppy sit outside. Read my book in the outside area is so gorgeous not too much going on but enough to make you feel comfortable in an outside environment. By the way, they do have an inside area. I just sit outside because I'm with my puppy all the time and for drinks and food. I get the matcha of brown sugar which and a pastry! And they give pup cups ... I ordered a Earth Matcha ( I believe that was what it was called) and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were consistently busy the entire time I was there and not once did they seem irritated, short, or annoyed with anyone. I felt compelled to write a review (even though its been about a week). I don't live in that area even though I am familiar with that area, but I was there in search of a coffee shop while I waited for my mother to get a procedure done at one of the nearby facilities as I was her driver. I chose this one based on high yelp reviews. I say that because I wasn't really in a rush. When I arrived, there were several people placing orders and I didn't know what I wanted yet so I pulled up the menu online and sat down at a table because I wanted to get some work done while I waited. It was consistently people coming in so I just went ahead and placed my order through Yelp once I knew what I wanted. Being that they were so busy my online order was not completed for prob 30 minutes. Eventually I did go up there and let them know that I was waiting on an online order and the woman at the front counter was very apologetic and made it pretty much immediately. I let her know it's okay I wasn't in a rush. She even made a point to make sure that I was satisfied with the order later on even with them still being busy. I had kept the cup because it was a nice cup and needed it for something, and I realized that she had wrote on the cup apologizing with a cute picture. I think that level of customer service should be recognized because we don't see that as much anymore. The only picture I have is of the cup after rinsing it out because I ended up sending it to my mom telling her how cute it was but whoever you were, I just wanna say you're very much appreciated and I hope you continue to provide such excellent service. read more

We were greeted by an adorable gazebo with chairs and tables, looks great for a coffee date with a friend or even someone you may want more than a friend. Inside was very cozy and welcoming with more seating. Glancing up you get a spread of the menu plus an eye catching display case of baked goods. They specialize in Turkish coffee! My partner and I got the creme brulee latte with oat milk, the baklava latte with oat milk, and the seasonal pumpkin horchata latte. The creme brulee had the creaminess you would expect and a solid flavor profile. The baklava was smooth and nutty in its profile. The pumpkin horchata was a cinnamon lovers' delight! As soon as you walk up, you see a very aesthetic outdoor seating area. The inside has complimentary water and lots of pastries, breakfast foods (both vegan and non-vegan), tea, shakes, acai bowls, and a selection of coffee. This is definitely a must try and very hidden coffee place. The only reason I am giving four stars is because it was very difficult to find parking. They share a parking lot with two other establishments and we did not want to get towed. When we walked in we were greeted and given menus and the cashier did recommendation and knew the menu very well. I ordered a lavender latte an my friend ordered a matcha. My first two visits have been fantastic. Turkish Coffee and Espresso are good. Vegan Breakfast Sandwich, Pistachio Roll, Blueberry Croissant, Angel Hair Baklava steal the show. The Mediterranean cafe experience is authentic. This small business is one-of-a-kind, family-owned, a labor of love, and a community favorite. Not to mention, vegan-friendly! Andi revealed to me that all of their pastries happen to be vegan. During my first visit, I was fortunate to run into some old friends and spend time catching up. Had my semi-annual dental cleaning on this side of town and decided to check out Alchemy Coffee afterwards. This little coffee shop is very easy to find on the corner of Hualapai and Russell in Summerlin. However, parking can be pretty crowded and tight, depending on what day it is, especially with a popular sushi restaurant located next door. There is more parking further down the lot, but these spaces are reserved for customers of the gas station next door. I bought my mom along with me, as she wanted to try this place out, too. I ordered a vanilla bean frappe with espresso added in and whipped cream on top and my mom ordered a maple taro latte. I also got myself a chocolate croissant, warmed up. Both the inside and the outside are very cozy. If only they were closer to home, I would definitely come back and sit on their nice patio! The vanilla bean frappe was very good and so was the maple taro latte, not to mention that it also had a very colorful texture to it. One person was taking orders and making the drinks, which took a while for them to come out, but another person came in and started helping out, which made getting our order out quicker. I had my chocolate croissant later that day and that was also very good! Great coffee place all around! I've been coming here since they opened and never had an unpleasant experience. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is good. There is ample seating and the place is clean, there is even a chill outdoor area facing the parking lot where you can somewhat people watch whoever is walking around. When I see picture of this place I literally rushed my friend to go there with me. The way how they prepare Turkish coffee is something that we do back home. It is traditional way of making coffee in bronze coffee pot and that coffee has specific smell and taste. And it is almost never seen in this part of the world. It is usually strong coffee that you drink without cream or sugar (you can add if you want to but it won't be authentic bitter and savory flavor). It is served with little peace of candy (jelly) called Rahatlokum, and the authentic flavor is made from Rose leaves. Yes you heard me well made from rose leaf. This coffee was super strong I guess they guy who made for us put too much coffee. Baklava and Kadaif (deserts) weren't super fresh, and it is not taste good. Turkey club sandwich was good. I expected some more choices of Mediterranean/Turkish type of breakfast/meals. The ambient is nice, loved outside seating and little tables that you can flip (just like in Turkey). Forget to mention they served coffee with Rahatlokum and sugar cube , so authentic. Most of my friends never even seen sugar cubes befire. read more

I had such a great time bringing my dog to Alchemy Coffee. The plus point is being dog friendly.They've got a nice patio that's perfect for pets, plus the inside has a few games and a really comfortable study area. I ordered the Turkish coffee, which was amazing, and the baklava cannoli had just the right amount of sweetness. On top of that, the host was super friendly and welcoming. Honestly, this place feels like a 10/10 when it comes to creativity and atmosphere. The prices are not to expensive and affordable. It's open seating so walk right in and pick your table. They have a smaller menu so there weren't many choices, and we went with the Turkish coffee and latte, and the sausage and egg sandwich. Food and coffee came quickly and was delicious! Everything including the sausage patties were house made so you could taste the freshness in it. I still absolutely love their matcha and i have tried plenty of them, and theirs is definitely hard to top. I love the fact that it is whisked to order rather than "pre made". As well as their syrups are made in house. All their delicious baklavas are so delicious and unique all in their own way, and they pair excellently with the bitterness of the turkish coffee.
