I had a goal of checking out all the local coffee shops close to my parents house in the Southwest Las Vegas area. The latest coffee shop I was able to visit was Alchemy Coffee and I left very impressed. We arrived on a Friday late morning recently. The coffee shop is located in a nice small neighborhood plaza off Hualapai way in Southwest Las Vegas. Parking is accessible but limited in the small parking lot. Alchemy Coffee is a small independent coffee shop with vibrant modern decor. The atmosphere is inviting and family friendly. I thought the front outdoor patio had some nice tables and chairs to make for a relaxing cozy, environment. There were some delectable looking pastries on display but unfortunately my son and I were still full from breakfast. Some of the specialty drinks flavors were unique and delightful. I ordered a large maple taro latte which is a flavor I have not seen in other coffee shops before. The cashier said it was one of their top selling specialty drinks. My latte was delicious and soothing. I can definitely taste the sweetness from the maple which enhanced it. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Alchemy Coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was only a 4 minute drive from my parent's house. I felt the vibe to be very welcoming and charming. I will definitely be back to try the pastries and other drinks when I am back in town.

I LOVE Alchemy! The coffee and pastries are to die for...so amazing and well crafted! We got the iced rose latte, iced vanilla bean latte, avocado toast, raspberry croissant, sausage breakfast sandwich and the Dubai chocolate cupcake. Everything was so outstanding!!! A must when visiting Summerlin! Can't wait until next time!

Very good coffee, food and pastries! The chicken pesto sandwich is great and the pistachio roll is delicious! It's small but super cute, beautifully decorated and pet friendly. Staff were very nice as well.

Things I loved: Great coffee, loved that the large comes with 4 shots! The flavor/texture was perfect even with oat milk. Did not feel watery at all, super silky. The customer service was very good, they were kind, informative, and the coffee came out fast. Outdoor seating was super comfy, perfect for mild-weathered days. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating. Did not love: The plaza has barely any parking, and the spaces are tight. Paid about $10 for one coffee. Their large size is more like a medium compared to some other coffee shops. Would definitely return for the coffee, but only if I was in the area.

I've heard so many great things about this place and happened to be in the area and decided to stop in. So glad I did because now I understand what all the hype is about. First of all everything about this place is incredible from the outdoor patio seating so beautifully decorated and inviting to the warm chill atmosphere inside. I was greeted by two lovely ladies who took my order and whipped up my hot Americano, which was absolutely perfect on a cold windy day. I decided to stay and enjoy my beverage and the ambience. This would be a great place for friends to meet up and enjoy any of their delicious coffee options and from what it looked like they have some great pastries to munch on as well. I didn't try any so I can't give you an honest opinion about them, but they look delightful. Now, as for my hot Americano 10 out of 10 recommend! Piping hot with steamed almond milk just the way I like it not bitter at all. Blows Starbucks out of the water. Definitely would come back here again.

Walked in and was greeted by friendly faces. The lady who took my order was patient as I couldn't make up mind what to order. She did let me know that a regular size has 2 shots of espresso and a large has 4 shots! The outdoor seating was so cute. I loved the foldable table. It's a hidden gem, squeezed in between a nail salon and a gas station. I'll be coming back for sure

This café feels like a hidden retreat from the noise of the city. The interior is incredibly cozy--warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a calm atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. They also offer outdoor seating, which is just as inviting, perfect for a slow morning or a relaxed afternoon. The service was genuinely attentive and kind without being intrusive. My coffee was smooth and well-balanced, clearly made with care. I also noticed they serve Turkish coffee, which looked beautifully prepared and authentic--definitely something I'll try next time. What stood out most was how quiet and comfortable the space felt. It's the kind of place where you can actually think, read, or have a peaceful conversation without background chaos. A solid choice when you're looking for quality coffee and a calm environment.

Alchemy is a cute neighborhood surprise tucked in a small plaza. We were greeted by an adorable gazebo with chairs and tables, looks great for a coffee date with a friend or even someone you may want more than a friend. Inside was very cozy and welcoming with more seating. Glancing up you get a spread of the menu plus an eye catching display case of baked goods. They specialize in Turkish coffee! My partner and I got the creme brulee latte with oat milk, the baklava latte with oat milk, and the seasonal pumpkin horchata latte. The creme brulee had the creaminess you would expect and a solid flavor profile. The baklava was smooth and nutty in its profile. The pumpkin horchata was a cinnamon lovers' delight! This last one is seasonal so if you miss it make sure to check out other drinks!

Came in on a Sunday morning and it was busy but not overly packed. The guy at the counter was super friendly and greeted me with a smile right away. I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte with oat milk, and it was perfect. While waiting for my coffee, I admired the decor, cozy, aesthetic, and the perfect size space. There's also outdoor seating, making it a great spot to bring your laptop to get some work done or just enjoy a coffee date.

This is definitely a must try and very hidden coffee place. The only reason I am giving four stars is because it was very difficult to find parking. They share a parking lot with two other establishments and we did not want to get towed. When we walked in we were greeted and given menus and the cashier did recommendation and knew the menu very well. I ordered a lavender latte an my friend ordered a matcha. Well say I didn't really taste the lavender but it tasted like really good coffee. Matcha was good I had to order a to go iced matcha. The chicken pesto was delicious and a must try. The place was fairly busy and had some music playing but kind of small.

I love love love this place walking distance from the house. I bring my puppy sit outside. Read my book in the outside area is so gorgeous not too much going on but enough to make you feel comfortable in an outside environment. By the way, they do have an inside area. I just sit outside because I'm with my puppy all the time and for drinks and food. I get the matcha of brown sugar which and a pastry! And they give pup cups ... I believe I interacted with the owner a few times or if not owner manager I can't remember her name that she is an amazing lady

Alchemy coffee is a very cute coffee shop located in a strip mall on the corner of Russell and Hualapai. I came here for coffee during a recent trip to Las Vegas with my boyfriend. As soon as you walk up, you see a very aesthetic outdoor seating area. The inside has complimentary water and lots of pastries, breakfast foods (both vegan and non-vegan), tea, shakes, acai bowls, and a selection of coffee. I ordered a hot vanilla bean latte with oat milk and my boyfriend got a cold brew. Both drinks came out quickly and were delicious. The inside of the coffee shop has a small area for sitting-a bench, tables, and couch. It's a nice place to enjoy coffee or a quick breakfast alone or with a friend.

Wasn't a fan of the bread and it was kinda bland. Hadn't tried this place for years because of the motherland can't get it right, I wasn't going to mess with the US version. I was wrong. The sandwich was 5/5. I was thinking about this sandwich for days after. What makes them different is the bread. It's toasted, a bit thinner, while being fluffy on the inside, has that crunch on the outside. And it was phenomenal. Met a family of four who is a regular, that recommended the one with pistachio cream inside. I decided to try something else instead and it was amazing. I can't remember which one it was but it had spicy sauce with spicy salami inside. I'll def be going back to give a shot on the pistachio cream that the family shared they are addicted to.

I went in on a Monday around 11am, and to my surprise there was only one other group (of 3) ahead of me. The employee immediately helped us and asked which sandwiches we wanted. I ordered the Schiacciata del Boss, and the Summer. Each sandwich was $21. Additionally I purchased a Sparkling Water for $3. The employee began making my sandwiches, and I did have a hard time understanding what he said to me because he was mumbling, but I didn't get yelled at so I guess I followed his directions accurately. I will say, It was a bit of sticker shock to realize that I paid $48.77 for two sandwiches and a sparkling water. When we opened the sandwiches, they were actually a lot wider than I had anticipated. I should have done better research because I did not expect the sandwiches to be so flat. I expected them to have a little bit more veggies of some sort in them. The prosciutto also felt very minimal and thin. The bread itself was fantastic. You could tell it was fresh and soft. Additionally the truffle spread was prominent in all the best ways. I did have a problem with my sandwich though.. as I was eating my half of the sandwich, I looked down and there was a hair wrapped around some of the meat and coming out of my sandwich. I tried to tell myself it was my hair, because it was black, but my hair is long and that day it was curly. This hair was short and black and wrapped around the meat going further into the sandwich. Unfortunately, my first reaction was to pick it out and throw the hair on the ground, so I did not get a photo of it. Because I did not have proof, I didn't feel it was appropriate to go back in and address it. The customer service was very nice, so it's my best guess that they would have handled it appropriately if it was brought to their attention. Overall (excluding the hair incident), I enjoyed the bread, but I did not feel as though the quality of the sandwich met the price point of what I was charged. If it had more meat and veggies, then I would have been all for it, but $21 for really good bread, is something I will pass on.

This sandwich is aggressively meaty. I had the jalapeno poppers and was pleasantly surprised. I ate them while I waited for my car surrounded by the dings of slot machines to the left and car accessories to the right. Instead of a bready crumbly coating it was a thin crisp layer of batter. It was lighter than I expected it to be, and the container of ranch tasted homemade. I grabbed a fountain soda from the convenience store and refilled it before I left. Crushed ice! It's honestly the kind of bread that makes it hard to ever go back to store-bought loaves. Unfortunately, what brings this review down to 3 stars is the customer service from the owner. My partner and I have been coming here for months, and while some visits are better than others, there has consistently been a noticeable lack of warmth and respect toward customers. Interactions often feel uncomfortable, and questions are answered in a belittling or dismissive tone. Because of this, I usually have my husband pick up our orders instead. Today's interaction especially stood out. I asked about the bakery's baking schedule so I could better plan my visits and arrive when fresh bread is available. Earlier in the day, I had called ahead to make sure fresh bread was in stock, but after driving 20 minutes, it had already sold out. I completely understand that happens, and I still purchased a day-old loaf. However, when I politely asked about the baking schedule, the response I received was: "Well, I don't know how that is relevant to our conversation at all," delivered in a rude and dismissive manner. Asking a bakery about their baking schedule feels like a completely normal question, especially in Las Vegas where many bakeries openly share when fresh bread is available so customers can plan accordingly. This review is not based on one isolated interaction, but rather the overall experience we've had over the past several months. It's disappointing because the product itself is genuinely excellent, and many customers go out of their way to support this business. In a city known for hospitality, a little more kindness and consideration toward loyal customers would go a long way. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because I truly would love to continue supporting this bakery.

It almost seems the more expensive the pho is, the less meat it has and the broth is bland. Service also sucked when i was here months ago. My water never got refilled and for what it looked like inside, youd think there would be stellar service. The paintings on the wall was cool and fun. The furniture is adorable and its spacey inside. The com tham dish we ordered was not charred, not flavorful, and came with a bland nuc cham. I just cant like any viet restaurant that has nuc cham I don't like. This matters a lot to me. Its like me eating korean food at a korean restaurant that had bad kimchi. I won't go to places like that. Ive been trying to go back and write reviews for places I forgot to write one for. Im too lazy to sift through 5k pics on my phone. Lol! Soooo im gonna stop by here in a couple of weeks to eat here again and get a new pic! Lol! Maybe when I come back ill have a better impression!
