Wow! The fresh Sourdough Bread only has 3-4 ingredients! Because of simple ingredients, the owner thoroughly explained how to properly store the bread to prolong its freshness. The interior is spacious, with a few tables to sit. You can see and smell the fresh breads. I highly recommend!

It's been a couple months since we've been in because our schedules have been so crazy. But my husband and I keep talking about, and drooling over the thought of, coming back for more sourdough, halva, sandwiches, and stories from Iulian (the friendly and helpful owner). Also! The BEST priced and flavored cold smoked salmon you'll find in Vegas. Imported. Inexpensive. Amazing. I don't eat cooked or hot smoked salmon, it tastes like blood or rust to me. Sushi grade or cold smoked is all I can do, but when it's done well it is divine. That's exactly what you'll get here. Take it home, slap it on a piece of sourdough with some cream cheese or butter. Add a couple micro greens or sprouts. Oh my goodness. We live 20 minutes away, but it is well worth the drive every time. It may not be overly decorative inside but think about how many places get you in the door with the aesthetic or gimmick and then fail to deliver on the food. This is the exact opposite. Not a lot to look at walking in, but you'll never regret buying anything. Also... The inexpensive imported olive oil is one of if not THE BEST I've found here in Vegas. From flavor to price point, I'd challenge you to find better. Come see Iulian, and taste his amazing wares. He may come off a little serious or short initially (he didn't understand my humor at first), but this man has a heart of gold, loves his wife well, and wants to help heal the world through healthy food. Come check this place out. If this isn't the best sourdough you've had in town, I'll eat my hat.

Great experience on a Saturday afternoon. The Romanian owner was very friendly & gave us the 411 of the baked goods (all natural ingredients) he offered. We decided on a loaf of sourdough bread, which was delicious with just a little bit of organic butter (unsalted). My husband also bought German beer sausage "Mitihi" from the freezer section. We look forward to trying other baked goodies in the future.

We first found this place because my wife and I were looking for a place to buy authentic sourdough that doesn't use yeast. My one son has a yeast allergy and we know having a good gut biome is key to keeping eczema down and away. We were also tired of eating the crappy bread they sell in the store with tons of ingredients. The owner of this place is awesome. He gives so much info on the bread he makes and how minimal the ingredients are, plus he let me sample a lot of different things. I believe he said the sourdough starter and recipe. His bread is so good that I come here every week to pick up the 5lb sandwich loaf for the family to enjoy. He only bakes the sandwich loaves on Tuesday and Wednesday but does the normal sourdough everyday that he is open. The difference between the sandwich loaves and normal sourdough is just the density. The sandwich loaves are heavier and more dense and I love that.

Delicious, fresh sourdough bread, great meats and cheeses all served by the nicest man who obviously loves what he's doing, so the service is good too. If it's not sold out, get some white bean "hummus" topped with caramelized onions. This place is closed on Mondays, is super clean, and has great food. It's too hot to bake my own sourdough.

We love a hidden gem here in Vegas. It feels like getting a vip pass ahead of the foodfluencers and followers right? Well here it is everyone. Atelier T55 is wonderful. Literally delicious and unexpected. The bread really is amazing. I needed a quick on the go lunch but wasn't looking for fast food. The sandwiches here are perfect for that. They have a jamon beurre and a sandwich of the day. Nothing fancy, but everything delicious. I was too late for the sandwich if the day, so i got the jamon burre (ham and butter) the classic french sammy. Thus one had turkey-ham, and some cheese and pickles. Doesn't sound like something to write home about but wow! The sandwich spoke for itself. It was literally the perfect sandwich. I even kept half of it for the next day and it totally held up. You can't get anything in Vegas for $8 let alone an artisan Sammy that's big enough for 2.

Julian cut this loaf in thick slices for us. This sourdough is delicious and baked to perfection! Crunchy on outside.

If you want amazing sourdough bread and exceptional service, see Julian( J pronounced like an H)!!! This bread is phenomenal!! Julian was so nice ! He told us what the ingredient list was. He uses only 3 ingredients!! He also told us how to best store the bread. This was a whole loaf that he cut for us in these yummy thick slices. This will be a weekly stop for me!

New bakery in town starring organic sourdough all made by one man! Iulian, the owner, was proud to share us his passion for natural ingredients, chemical engineering, and of course sourdough. We came for the $5 sandwich but he generously let us sample cheese, savory bread, and a sunflower dessert (halvah). I can't wait to come back and buy a beautiful loaf of sourdough next time! They truly look so beautiful and big. House Sandwich (5/5) - creamy cheese, salty pastrami, and crunchy bell peppers yum. Plus it's $5!

I've ALWAYS been one to support local Las Vegas businesses. Recently, my food choices have changed to be more geared to eating REAL FOOD and avoiding all seed oils, ultra processed foods, and refined sugars. Basically, fake manufactured foods. Enter Atelier T-55 in a former pizza spot(next door to Curry Leaf, also where Kuben and Recess once was) Atelier-Shop T- Time 55-the age owner Iulian started the process for this business Hailing from Romania, Owner Iulian is a professional Chemical Engineer destined to bring real food to Las Vegas locals. Take his Sourdough for example- Water, flour, salt, and starter. Full of flavor and not full of additives, chemicals, preservatives or ingredients you cannot pronounce. Buy it by the pound, or get the entire 5 pound loaf for $22. Honestly some of the BEST Sourdough you'll ever sink your teeth into! We also sampled his tasty cheese sticks, delicious sunflower seed halvah for the first time, and a fruity single origin olive oil from Portugal. Needless to say, we purchased some halvah, a couple of sandwiches, half a loaf of Sourdough and bottles of olive oil and rose petal preserves. Now THIS is the kind of business I can see supporting. The bottom line for the majority of food establishments in Vegas is to make a profit and stay in business which is great, but restaurants need to keep food costs down in order to profit, so that means using cheap seed oils and processed ingredients which isn't good for anyone's health in the long run. Opened for just about 6 weeks now, I hope people continue to come out and support Iulian and Atelier T-55. Vegas definitely could use a business like this!

If you love sourdough bread, you need to stop by the store and pick up one of their loaves. I tell you this is the best sourdough bread I've ever eaten. I'm not lying. The owner makes the bread fresh daily and whatever he doesn't sell he sells the next day at a discounted price. I've stopped in here a few times and picked up many different items included imported olive oil, and a ham and butter sandwich, which was delectable. If you're ever in the area, definitely stop in and check this place out. They do have a few tables available for seating and the establishment is very clean. The gentleman that works there is the owner and he is super nice.

Fresh Sour dough bread! I love it! Walked in very spacious and clean! Owner was very nice and explained a lot to us. Very reasonable prices but will need to go back and try his sandwiches that sounds delicious. Going home to try Newly backed sour dough bread and a three day old sour dough bread. Can't wait! I'm so excited!

Best best best sourdough in Las Vegas! I come in every week to get my bread and recommend to all of my friends. The owner is the sweetest man and is so passionate about what he does and so pleasant every time I've come in. I was so sad when I missed the cut off before he went on vacation last month and had to go without his bread for two weeks. I've learned from my mistake and always make sure to stock up before I run out. Cannot recommend this place enough

One of the things that we really appreciate is the dill pickle spear that we get with each of our sandwich orders. Having that pickle on the side really makes the order feel complete. It's like having a burger and fries or chips and a sandwich. At the deli, you expect the pickle with your sandwich. This was not the case the last time that we ordered food from here. We stopped in on Mother's Day. We ordered our sandwiches. Everything seemed fine. Our sandwich containers got pushed along the line and when they were ready, they called our name. Simple right? No. Not exactly. The cashiers were quick to take our money and we were just as quick to bring our sandwich back, upset and disgruntled. We felt gypped. None of us got pickles. We didn't know why. The hubby was upset! He went to the cashier to complain. He told them that he would like to be refunded his tip, simply for the fact that they never mentioned the fact that there were no pickles available today. He was not asking for a refund on his sandwich. He just thought that they could've pasted a bit better discretion and making sure that all of the customers there knew that there were no available for Sandwiches today. I can't even tell you how upset he was. Like I said, I know it seems like a silly thing, but it's like missing the fries to your burger or the chips to your sandwich. The whole entire sandwich felt incomplete!!! So like I said, a refund for the tip was requested. Instead, the cashier ended up refunding the entire cost of one of the sandwiches. We tried to compromise with the deli, asking that maybe we buy a side of potato salad, but instead because of the problem with the pickle being unavailable, maybe they only charge half of the regular price of that sign. We're trying to upsell ourselves. Not Conley. The cashier didn't say anything. She just had a crunching. She didn't make eye contact. She never said sorry. She just went ahead to refund the cost of no one and that wasn't. Now, granted that was still a good amount, but the whole ordeal really so simple to dissolve. We were really disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in the cashier trust us. We were also even more upset with the fact that the deli wouldn't let people know ahead of their ordering that there were no pickles. The hubby suggested that maybe they put out a sign saying that there were no pickles available today. One of the employees said, "oh no, we can't do that!!" I have a feeling they were worrying about the pickle situation and announcing it because then people would turn away from the restaurant. But, I understand that. For some people, a pickle is serious business. I know it seems crazy but at the same time. I get it. There's plenty of ample seating in and outside of the deli. It's always fun to sit there with people watch. Sometimes the line at the deli is exceedingly long, but don't be discouraged. Unless of course they're out of pickles, the line moves pretty quickly. Hopefully the next time that we pay this deli a visit, the pickle situation will have been resolved.

They had a Vietnamese coffee option, which I got. It was very strong and sweet. Service was friendly and we got our drinks quickly. I'd come here regularly if I was a local.

The super friendly and welcoming cashier gave us some samples to try. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with potato salad. We also ordered the specialty sandwich I believe with steak and mushrooms. Everything was tasty. The service was super friendly and warm. I wish we got the cashier's name as he was so kind and made sure we were happy with everything. They have deli meats, cold salads, and desserts to take for home which I thought was pretty neat. Lastly, they have a drive-thru which I found to be really cool for an all vegan place as that is not too common.

The dining area is small but they have good seating for a table and by the wall. It's a casual atmosphere with good music playing. Menu offers a nice selection of sandwich that can be ordered as a combo or a la carte. I opted for a meal ($15.90) which include a choice of any sandwich, one deli side, a house drink, and sweet treat. I chose NoTuna salad, so good and delicious! It has tasty garbanzo beans, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, vegenaise and green spring mix served on a toasted ciabatta roll. The sandwich roll is slightly crunchy. I also got a potato salad ($9) as an a la carte, it's yummy! They have a NoTurkey Pasta salad as well and it's good! It has bowtie pasta, green peas, and crumbles of NoTurkey in a creamy sauce. Their housemade Rosemary Lemonade is refreshing! It pairs wonderfully with a delightful chocolate chip cookie, and the cookies are housemade and amazing! Service from Alecia is welcoming and friendly. The owner checked in to see how everything was and it's great! They have a loyalty card where you get a free sandwich after 10 stamps.
