Salt Bagel with Cream Cheese and Jam
    Mel S.

I got the salt bagel with plain cream cheese and strawberry jam at the recommendation of the man at the register, and it did not disappoint! The employees we interacted with were so personable and friendly, and the bagels were amazing too! I can't wait to try more bagel/cream cheese combinations!

Wow! The hype is real. These bagels are definitely worth it. So back story: I came here one time a few months ago around 1pm and just to find out they ran out of bagels. I was such an unhappy camper since I was coming from Henderson. Service was terrible on top of it. So today I gave this place another chance since I keep hearing all this hype. So I got here today around 10:30am and it was super busy!! I ordered in line like the sign said because I honestly didn't want to wait in line. Put my online order on their ( FYI don't use DoorDash. You pay more) site. Boom! Just had to wait and not have to stand in line to order. Service was pretty quick this time. Didn't have to wait too long and they had plenty of staff to get things going! Not like before where everyone was standing around and didn't know what to do since they ran out of bagels. They improved their flow and were able to provide good service this time. Staff were friendly as well. I got half a dozen bagels, 1/4lb of chicken salad and egg salad, and a cheddar bagel with chicken salad. So the bagels were pretty reasonable for the price. Pretty big in size. The freshly toasted cheddar bagel with chicken salad had me falling in love! Omgoodness the crunchiness of the melted cheese and the softness of the bread. Wow! It wasn't heavy with the chicken salad. That was well seasoned and not creamy which I don't like. Chicken salad was pretty healthy! Everything tasted so well together! I honestly forgot about my last experience here. lol those bagels took me away! Bagels this fresh is 5 star in my book. I also like how this place has options like acai bowls and smoothies. Different sandwich options as well. Ambiance- casual. Busy and crowded on weekends. Gotta get there when they open!

Lox Chopped Schmear on a pumpernickel bagel. I can only find one piece of caper and a few chunks of smoked salmon. Super disappointing.

The actual bagel is great, but the lox chopped schmear is not worth it. No signs of red onion, dill or even lemon. Saw this on TikTok a while ago and it looked so good, but this did not live up to the hype AT ALL.

My sister is a huge fan of this bagel spot so we did decided to join her one morning for breakfast. Be prepared that on the weekend morning it can get packed. Everyone enjoyed their food which ranged from bagels with cream cheese to more elaborate bagel sandwiches.

Thanks to a Yelp Elite event a few months ago for introducing me to Abel's Bagels. Since then, I've been back a handful of times. And each time, my bagel sandwich has been consistently delicious and made just right! So far, I've tried the chicken salad, sausage egg and cheese and a few create your own bagel...all on an everything bagel. Only thing is there's always a line and they take awhile to make your order. So FYI if you're pressed on time. Service is consistent. Place is small and not a lot of tables. This is more of a grab n go kinda spot.

I realllllyyyy LOVE the bagels!!!! This review isn't about the food. The website alwayssssss gives me problems. It's either saying the place is closed (when indeed it is opened) or it's not taking the discount code that was sent to me via text. I try calling ALL the time but NO ONE EVER ANSWERSSSSSS! I hate going in and ordering because the wait is always a minimum of 20 minutes. I prefer to order ahead and just go and pick it up. Please please please, find a solution so that the ordering process is much smoother than what it currently is. The bagels are phenomenal and the assortment of different cream cheeses are amazing!

I've been coming here and bringing others when we crave bagels. It's always a hit! Some standouts are their French toast bagel, cinnamon raisin, and cheese bagel. You can also get fixins mixed with your cream cheese. Several seats inside if you want to enjoy your bagel there.

Yelp Review 2026 #19: I find myself in this area a lot but I've never bothered trying Abel's Bagels until recently. Honestly, the only place I get my bagels from is New York. But surprise surprise! Abel's Bagels threw me a curveball! First of all, this place is packed on weekends especially in the morning until noon. They do run out of stuff and once they run out, sorry Charlie! Aside from bagels, they have smoothies, juices, açaí bowls, cream cheese, spreads, and bottled drinks (jasmine tea, green tea, oolong tea, water, coconut water, vitamin water, Coke, etc. SMOKED SALMON SANDWICH WITH CREAM CHEESE: Lox, tomato, lettuce, cream cheese, and red onions. They spread the cream cheese on both bagel slices. You can pick whatever bagel you want. This is filling. ALMOST just as good as the lox and bagel I had from Russ and Daughters in New York 5/5 TURKEY & EGG BAGEL: If you want something simple, you can get a bagel sandwich with egg and cheese plus your choice of bacon, sausage or turkey. You pick your bagel and your cheese. I got their salt bagel because I thought it was cheese on top. The very beige color of this bagel sandwich seems unappealing but it's good. 4/5 BROWN BEAR SMOOTHIE: Banana, cashews, raw cacao, raw honey, vanilla. I added vanilla protein for extra $. Surprisingly, not very sweet. 4.5/5 We had to wait about 20 minutes for our food and drinks but if you want it quicker or don't have the patience to stand in line in a cramped space, you can order online by scanning the QR code outside the door. I have a friend who lives close to here and she said it's not busy during the week and she grabs lunch here quickly. Service is good.

Best bagels I've ever had, and that's saying a lot because I've been to New York multiple times and tried plenty of bagels there. Abel's is just different. The outer layer has this perfect firm texture with a slight chew, while the inside stays soft and fluffy. It's the kind of balance that makes you stop mid-bite and actually appreciate bread, which is not something I expected to ever type in my life. My wife got the Katz bagel and I ordered the smoked salmon bagel. Both were incredible and packed with flavor without feeling heavy. You can really tell they care about the quality and freshness. We come here occasionally just to grab bagels and cream cheese, and it's always worth the trip. Consistently delicious and easily one of our favorite spots for bagels.

    Ham, Egg & Cheese Bagel

First time, drove across town to try them. It's a very small and a very busy place. They have about 8 tables inside and a table outside. It's like a small city deli. The staff seem friendly which is cool for such a busy place. We tried breakfast and it was ok. Taste was good, quality was good, portion was my issue. The sausage patty covered half of the bagel, the other half had a sliver and was mainly egg and cheese with no meat. The bagel itself was a good tasting bagel. As you can see in the picture of the Ham bagel, the meat was on one side and not even across the bagel. So you end up with just egg and cheese. It was good but not a place I would drive across town for. If I'm on that side, I'll definitely give them another shot with maybe a lunch bagel. Again, the bagel itself, was good. I should have gotten some bagels to go, but next time. Prices are decent and like I said staff works hard. It's made fresh so after you order if it's crowded, you will wait about 5 minutes for your order but it's fresh so you can't complain. I'll go again to support them but I won't go out of my way, better quantity of meats can be found at other places so you are getting a full filled bagel not half of a bagel good and half??? I'm glad Yelp is supporting this place, good bagels are hard to find and everyone has their go to bagel place.

Price Range: $$ Parking: Plenty Perk: Food Non-Perk: Paying Ambiance: Little bagel store Dress: Just have clothes on Noise: Low Temperature: Perfect Recommend: 100% Response Time: N/A Professionalism: On point Date: 1/19/2026 Dissertation: Came for a bagel, left impressed. I ordered the everything bagel sandwich with ham, egg, and spicy cheese and wow. The ham was thick, full of flavor, and not playing around. The bagel itself was soft, fresh, and absolutely loaded with yumminess. We also grabbed a blueberry bagel and a plain bagel with jalapeño cream cheese... but my son ate them so fast I didn't even get a chance to take a picture. Gone. Instantly. If you're wondering whether it's worth stopping in...why, yes...yes it is. And maybe order extra, especially if you're bringing a kid.

First time trying Abel's Bagel I would say it reminds me of Bagels from San Francisco. They have a lot Of various flavors of bahela and filling. One order is good for two people. The bagels are huge. The place is small but nice inside. They are busy when we get there with my family. But they are quick. They are open from 7:00am-2:00pm Definitely, I will come back especially the Bagel Turizzo. So good!!!

Ever in search of a better bagel I had high expectations when I entered the tiny shop. There are only a few tables and they are very coose to the line so I would say this is more likely a pick up angd go place. They do have fruit flavored water in a dispenser by the door which was a nice touch In a throwback to my days growing up in nj amd working in nyc, the restaurant counter is covered with signs announcing specials, menus, and other news. A small coffee station sits by the kitchen entrance. Now to the good stuff. Two large cases showcase their bagels. The varieties change daily per a sign. The bagels were very good though they were less firm than I like them. Ie if you squish them, they don't recover. I am not a chef, but i would describe them as too moist. See the pic of my egg sandwich for a visual They do taste very good and the blueberry bagels have large blueberries, not just little specks. The bagels are large and they have cream cheeses which they will kix to order with a variety of fruits. All in all, it is a welcome addition to las vegas as the durango/215 area continues to grow The breakfast sandwitch with baken was delicious.

Everything bagel with plain cream cheese.

We use Acme smoked salmon from Brooklyn, New York. You can visit their website, and you can see all the great standards and qualities the company has.

I stopped by today at 830 and they're closed but the sign up top said now open 🤷🏻‍♂️

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.
