The staff just let all walk in customers order and started preparing their sandwich before completing online orders. The two employees working the Sunday night shift were incredibly slow--some of the slowest I've seen at any sandwich shop. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:25 PM, but we didn't receive it until 8:45. To make things worse, one of them insisted I had placed the order at the wrong location, only to later realize it was there. It seemed like they had no idea how to manage the online ordering system. We made an order through mobile app and have the proof of toppings. We arrived home and opened the sandwich, the two of us took a bite a noticed no Jersey mikes olive oil, salt, oregano, and wine vinegar was in the sandwich and the sandwich was dry. We called the #17008 Jersey Mike location and the guy initially said sorry, we will make it over. It could have been resolved at this point although we were upset we had to drive back. Zach told me to hold and now he changes his mind and tells us to come and pick up the salt, oregano, wine vinegar and olive oil on the side and for us to take it home and eat our sandwich's. What kind of total disrespect is this? After all these years I finally tried Jersey Mikes! I was watching TikTok's at home and saw this one of a "viral" turkey sandwich from Jersey Mikes. It was dripping in oil and vinegar and it looked so good! Me and my boyfriend went immediately since we live close by to one. There are so many options that sound so good! I wanted to try them all! But i was convinced on that turkey one. There were 2 guys working that were super friendly and only one couple in front of us so service was quick! The restaurant was clean and not busy at all. Well I finally bite my sandwich and omg it was so good the flavors all mixed so well and the sour zing of the oil and vinegar was just perfect. Next time i want to add extra! The only negative I would say is the price. For basically one footlong is almost $20 bucks. It's cut into 4 pieces so we split it 2 and 2, but i was not full with just my 2 pieces, so for 2 sandwiches it would be close to $40 which is a little steep for just a sandwich, but you can definitely taste the quality. #FirstTimer I was craving a sub sandwich and wanted to try somewhere new. So what does anyone do when looking for someplace new...they search on Yelp. And so I did.... And I came across Jersey Mike's Subs. This location is located on the Southwest side of the valley at the Orange Grove at Rhodes Ranch along W Warm Springs and S Durango. Parking really really sucks so be prepared to be patient with the "parking process." But the location is perfect and it's hard to miss so that's a plus plus. I decided to place an order online so I could just run in and pick it up. I liked that you could select a time for pickup so they can make your sub at the perfect timing. After finding a good parking spot, I ran into the sub shop to pickup my order. It was poppin in there and that line was looooonnnng. Of course my anxiety and impatience kicked in thinking about having to wait in that long line just to get to the register to pick up my online order. Nope Nope Nope that definitely was not the case. The minute I stepped into the line a gentleman behind the glass counter/window asked for my order. I told him that I was just there picking up my online order and gave him my name. I kid you not, I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. When I finally got the chance to take a bite of the sub, I devoured it. It was so delicious and it was the perfect size for my appetite and I still had half of the sub leftover to snack on for litter or save for dinner. I will definitely come again and I highly recommend this sub shop. I have gone to this Jersey Mikes location several times, always to go food. I got a turkey club bc I saw thr crispy bacon. I told them I wont go to Subway has fatty bacon so I refuse to go there lol. The guy making sandwiches was friendly and the woman said she would go cut up green peppers for my sandwich so I appreciated that personal attention. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the price its a bit expensive. Two small regular size sandwiches and two small bags of chips & 2 16oz soda/teas was almost $30. Out of all the fast food sandwich places. Jersey Mike's is definitely my favorite. I love me some good Philly Cheesesteak and they have the Big Kahuna which is a spicy version of it too. I got the giant size that was at long as my arm and stuffed with so much meat, especially compared to other places that it was massive value. The perfect ratio of cheese to steak just made my mouth water. I even dug into half of it before I remembered to take a picture, yes, it's that good. I'm open to try Philly Cheesesteaks in most places and I have to say that this is one of the if not the top of them. Even more points because it's fast food and a chain. I normally go for the turkey avo or the club without mayo and on wheat. Their meats are pretty good quality and the bread always tastes soft and fresh. I know they use locally sourced produce which makes it all taste even fresher because you know it's not frozen and shipped from across the country. The guys and gals working there are always nice and friendly and the franchise owner is always smiling and wanting to make sure people leave with a smile. I'm not sure if he's the owner or just a manager, but the older white guy in there needs to learn some simple customer service skills. So I'm waiting in line behind 2 people who are ordering. And when their sandwiches were just getting finished up, a guy who apparently works with them walks in and steps in line behind me. Guy behind the counter points to him and asks why he wants and acts like I'm not even standing there. Even after the guy behind me protested about me being next, the dude behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me to see if I minded. And of course he orders a hot sandwich which takes even longer than a regular sub. So when the guy finally gets to my sandwich he asks if I want it Mikes way, to which I very clearly said yes, but no oregano. So he assembles everything and gets to the shakers and nails it with oregano. And when I again told him no oregano as he's shaking it on, he snapped and said, " you said Mikes way." After reminding him that I said no to the oregano, he didn't apologize or even try to remove any of it. I've gotten this sandwich at least once a week from this location for a few months now and sometimes the maker will get a little overzealous and grab the oregano, but they'll apologize and fix it if need be. Not cop an attitude like this clown, who had already failed at his job after deciding he could just skip me. When he should have been trying a bit more to be pleasant to try and make up for that. Being treated like trash while spending my hard earned cash doesn't sit well with me. So that'll be the last time that location sees any of my business. And guessing by this guys crappy attitude, I can't imagine that I am the first person to come to this conclusion. It really does suck when good franchises are ran by inept people. read more

Since this is right around the corner from our house this is probably the closest sandwich option. We've gone here many times and the sandwiches are always fresh and loaded with meat! The turkey provolone (mikes way) is what I always get. The turkey is much fresher than subway or any of those other low budget sandwich shops. My boyfriend and I typically get the large and split since it's cheaper to do it that way instead of two separate sandwiches. The bread has a crunch to the outside and it's soft on the inside, making it a perfect baguette. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it's more of a fast-food chain with pretty basic choices but overall it's a great sandwich! read more
