It's been a longggg time since I've been to Firehouse Subs, so I decided to stop by this Rainbow and Patrick location. The place itself is nice and clean, and the cashier was very friendly which is always a plus. I also noticed they sell fries now! I thought that was a cool addition, but honestly, the fries were just okay. They tasted like standard frozen fries, nothing special and I probably wouldn't order them again. My biggest gripe was the service flow. Our order came out, but they forgot all of our sauces. I had to get back up and wait in line all over again just to get them, which was pretty annoying. The sub was fine, but between the mediocre sides and the service hiccup, I'll probably be taking another longggg break before I head back. read more

Was not my first time eating here but always wanted to try the meatball sub. We really like the decor from all firehouses. It's amazing to see the donations from all locations to help local firemen. The meatball sandwich what's amazing! The sauce was not too tangy or spicy. The French roll was toasted perfectly and the meatballs were juicy. I haven't had Firehouse Subs for a few years now. In the course of events today, we happened across this location near Warm Springs and Durango Road. It's kind of wild that I enjoy their product so much, but don't have it more. So, this is my 0.02 on Firehouse: - I love their product. I really do. They have a fantastic menu of great subs (and I do love me a good, quality sub!) and I often try a new sub, and they are ALL really good IMO. - I love how they really deck out the place with the whole Firehouse theme. So many companies are cutting back on anything that doesn't directly make them money, so it's good to see not everyone cheaping out. It's got some personality! :) - The employees are always moderately friendly. Some more than others, as it often goes. - The main reason I do not come here all the time is pretty simple: they are pricey! A small was around $8 for the sub I ordered (Beef brisket and cheddar cheese). This is listed as 4". No one is going to be satisfied with 4" of great sandwich! So, I opted for the medium. This was $11 and change for an 8-inch sub. (A large is 12 inches, fyi) Damn. Almost $12 for an 8-inch sub?! For me, this has to be a once in a while treat. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We came here to get a sandwich for our mother who is in the hospital and the girl on shift on 9-27-2025 at 5:09pm gave us nothing but an attitude from the time we walked in. After NOT believing we had placed an order. She rudely asked to verify it on our phone. Which we did. The food was handed to us and as we walked out she proceeded to something rude under her breath. She accused us of halving an attitude. Now that we got our mom her food... the chips we paid for were NOT in the order! Unacceptable and very unprofessional!! I was having one of those days when I had a craving that I just couldn't shake. We ordered a New York Steamer on Gluten Free Bread, Italian on Gluten Free Bread and two Italians on regular White Bread. All the sandwiches were very good and I would rate as a 4.5 or 5 star in flavor. I have a gluten allergy but I can tolerate a small amount of cross contamination with my medication. I'm happy that I have had the gluten free bread at Firehouse before because they did not bother to label the sandwiches. That is why I gave a 4 instead of a 5 star. My review is primarily based on the price point of their small sandwiches. Yes, I know they were small. But starting at $8 for a 4 inch sandwich? That price point needs to be $5, $6 at the most. This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, and I was pleasantly surprised. I wanted to start out with the small size sandwiches. I got the Veggie, Pastrami and Turkey Bacon Ranch. They all were delicious! The bread was toasted, adding a nice bite. And the flavors of all the ingredients worked well together. The mushrooms were my favorite. All the veggies were fresh and plentiful, along with the meat! The restaurant gave me a great first impression with how clean it was, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have tried this firehouse sub store twice. I ordered online and twice they failed! I asked for wheat bread because I cannot eat white flour because of the gluten, they made my sandwich with white bread!!! So I asked for the Italian dressing on the side and they drenched the sub with Italian dressing!!! DO NOT GO HERE BAD SERVICE!! We ordered uber eats and we got 2 sandwiches completely wrong, we tried calling a couple times to see if they could do something about it but they never answered the phone. We ended up having to go to the restaurant and the owner was there, he checked the sandwiches after we told him what it was missing and that it wasn't supposed to be hot and he looked at the invoice paper and said it doesn't say on here that it's supposed to be cold and one toasted we told him the actual full order is on the phone but we already told him how to make the sandwich and the invoice says no onions and add pickles which was the main thing. He kept asking us how we wanted the sandwiches, we had to explain like 5 times what we wanted to the owner after giving him the phone with the full order on it lol, instead of him just having us walk through and order like regular so we can get the RIGHT sandwiches. I had the Hook & Ladder Salad - Smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, romaine, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, mozzarella, pepperoncini, and dressing. I always hold the bell pepper and pepperoncini. The salad always has plenty of toppings without those items. Everything is fresh and tasty. The Italian dressing has a nice flavor, not too tart. My mom always get a ham and cheese sub. Its heated so the cheese melts. She enjoyed her sandwich this time around like always. My uncle got some sort of cheesesteak with peppers and onions. Came in today, I usually go to a spot next door but thought I would give this location a try. Place was pretty much empty when I arrived. I was greeted a hello by the woman behind the counter. That is always a welcoming gesture. I had to scan the menu for a bit, but finally ended up getting the turkey bacon ranch. When I got my sandwhich, it was nice and hot. Bread was fresh. One thing I always like about firehouse is even though it is a bit more for the sandwhich, the quality and portion size of what goes in the sandwich is worth it. Fresh veggies and the level of meat I had was filling. It was a good experience. Only thing I felt a bit weird is when I came in and was ready to order, the manager was sitting at a table by the register on his phone and laptop. I felt a vibe from him that he had to get up and take my order. When other people came in, he didn't get up at all and had the one gal behind the counter do everything. Just wasn't a good perception. First time going to this Firehouse location in Rhodes Ranch Las Vegas. They are always a neat organized and clean establishment which means a lot. The staff was friendly and welcoming in these stressful civid times. I ordered two subs and they were warm when I got home which was nice. They were tightly wrapped which helped on the drive home. It is so extremely uncomfortable walking into this store. Nobody greets you, and they all look at you like, "Why are you here?" It's pretty much always the same guy working the register every time I go in, and he's a very unhappy individual. No sense of hospitality or customer service whatsoever. I felt so uncomfortable with the way he was talking to me at the register, just being short with me and sighing heavily to let me know he was displeased with my presence, that I just said 'nevermind' and left. He's been like this every time I've been in there, and I've always shrugged it off. But, it's just getting old at this point. I haven't even been into this particular store in several months, and I knew it was the same guy the second I walked in the door. I'm surprised he still works there. I am in the hospitality industry, and do not appreciate being treated like trash. It's tough for me to spend all day providing the best service I can for my guests, going above and beyond any chance I get, always saying yes, always bending over backward to serve people... And to then come into a place when I get off work to FINALLY be served myself, only be treated like I don't matter and like I am not welcome. I will spend my hard earned money someplace else. My suggestion, as a regular, is to download the app, order and enjoy. I've been getting the Hero, which is a hot sub with Roast Beef and Ham, and cheese and lettuce, and other good stuff. They also give ya a pickle slice! I enjoy this location and I've been stopping by the location up near a Summerlin Center as well. Top notch all the way. I watch ESPN while I eat my lunch. The shop is super clean. The tables are immaculate. Heck I even noticed an eye from a Fellow patron when I dropped my napkin! Fear no, i picked it up and put it in the trash receptacle. There is a fancy soda machine that will mix up all types of soda for you. Oh and when you pick up your hero at the little wire rack shelf, the cups are right there ready for you as well!!!! The service is friendly and helpful and the food fresh and well prepared. I also particularly like their pickles. The fastest way for a Firehouse Subs location to get on my bad side is to not give me extra pickles when I request them. I also have a warm spot in my heart for any business that has the soda machine with all the many options. I drink the diet kind and diet cola is my least favorite diet drink. Being able to get a Fanta Zero in orange or grape flavor or a Barq's Vanilla Root Beer Zero is much appreciated. read more

Firehouse sub had this awesome deal for T-Mobile customers. You get a free medium sub with any purchase. This was a perfect opportunity to try out their subs. We arrived around noon on a Saturday and there was a steady flow of customers coming in and out of the restaurant. We ordered a couple of their hot specialty subs ~ the Firehouse Steak & Cheese and Club on a Sub sandwiches. It didn't take the staff long to make our hot subs and we were out in no time. Their subs were fresh with a crusty shell and the meats inside were quite tasty and delicious. I will definitely be back to try some other subs. read more

My favorite part about my fIrst time at Firehouse Subs was the hot sauce selection. I think that's a great idea and made eating the sub fun. 20+ different hot sauce options ranked 0-10 in hotness. I'm a vegetarian and asked what they had which was a veggie sub option with all the options of veggies except avocado I enjoyed me orange Fanta and cheddar sun chips until I was brought my sub and was enjoying it but it just fell short of what I needed for lunch.
