Very very good for the price point and portion you get, however I ordered prior to the start of a huge rush and got my food after 35 minutes which was supposed to be a portabella mushroom sandwich with melted cheese. After we got the sandwich, we noticed that the cheese was completely cold. There were other people who ordered after us which had bigger orders and receive their food prior to us. The staff didn't seem to be making food very quickly, and I had noticed that there were other tables around us that were not satisfied with their food. Definitely will be giving this place. Another chance as maybe I just came on a bad day.

This is the place to go if you're craving a healthy and appropriately portion meal. They offer a selection of sandwiches, bowls and salads in a variety of different flavors, from barbecue to Mediterranean to Mexican/southwestern. With almost every order you'll get to try their freshly baked focaccia bread, which is a delicious addition to any meal. Convenient takeout options or order inside at the kiosk.

This is their second location located on S Rainbow Blvd. In front of the Aldi store And it is very spacious, big parking lot. They ONLY use fresh ingredients and also they bake their bread and cookies on the spot all day long!!! Which makes it extremely rare these days for the restaurant to make it everything from the scratch and everything is fresh- nothing frozen EVER!!! They use local ingredients and make healthy delicious sandwiches, bowls and farm fresh salads. They have a great selection of hearty meals , including vegetarian options too. The side salads served with those sandwiches are pretty decent as well. The real treat are their cookies ( available in several different flavors - my suggestion " white chocolate cranberry " MUST TRY ) and of course baked fresh daily and served warm and so soft and delicious! Honestly the best cookie that I've ever had! They also have a healthier version of fountain drinks " CRAFT BATCH SODAS " and they are even tastier than regular Coke or Pepsi products. We had their sandwiches and they were delicious, freshly made and served warm. Yummy The menu is diverse with a lot of delicious choices, whatever you choose from the menu is great, so you can't go wrong. The staff is awesome, very friendly and kind, providing excellent service always with a smile. The restaurant is very nice and clean, extremely inviting. Overall we had a delightful experience ! Great healthy food, wonderful staff and welcoming atmosphere!

Food was overall good although the service was very rushed. Rushed in the way of shrugging customers off when being asked a quick question not in the sense of the food. Food took about 45 minutes, they seemed extremely short staffed. I'll still go back and try it again, maybe a different location.

I was originally invited to check this place out through the Yelp Elite experience. I had a great visit and came back with my kids a few weeks after. The service was still amazing, the cookies (my favorite) are warm and our sandwiches and side salads is absolutely fresh and delicious. They're made to order and portion size is big. My youngest was excited that there's Shirley Temple on tap! I think that alone will have her asking me to come here at least once a week.

I stopped by Urbane Cafe and tried both the Tri-Tip Sandwich and the Chimichurri, and wow, let me just say, the chimichurri sandwich absolutely stole the show. The moment I took the first bite, I literally paused because of how juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned it was. The chimichurri sauce is bright, herby, and super fresh, it soaks into the warm bread just enough without making it soggy. The meat was incredibly tender, packed with flavor, and had that perfect balance of savory and citrusy notes. Every bite had that "wow, I need another one" feeling. The tri tip sandwich was good too, solid flavor and well cooked- but the chimichurri? On a whole different level. It's the kind of sandwich that makes you immediately want to come back the next day. If you're debating what to get, get the chimichurri. Trust me.

My husband and I were out doing some shopping and decided we needed a quick bite. Stopped in not long after they opened and was pleasantly surprised how may healthy options they have. There are sandwiches, salads, and bowls. I opted for a sandwich meal that came with a side salad as well as a drink and a cookie. I had such a hard time deciding but ended up with the so cal. Chicken, avocado, pepper jack, lettuce, salsa and a Chipotle aioli. I did learn that they also fresh bake their bread and it shows. The meal was so tasty and I didn't feel so guilty eating it because it was quite healthy as well. The portions are huge and food came out in a timely manner. I also love the fact they have such a huge drink option. From pure sugar cane sodas to chili limeade. I don't live in the area but if so I'll definitely be back. So delicious!

Excellent! On arrival, my Togo order was ready and packed very nicely. I also ordered another sandwich to go when I was there and both ladies working were extremely friendly. The food is bomb! I got the turkey and cranberry sandwich, the turkey club and the Cobb salad with tri-tip added. The flavors and quality of everything is top notch. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The blue cheese dressing is soooo good and not thick. The white cookie... wow! Location is in a busy area, maybe bring one to Summerlin in the future?! :)

Great lunch spot with healthy options and plenty for a vegan lifestyle. The space is bright, clean, and open, with easy ordering through kiosks or at the counter. The cashier was very friendly and told us about their fresh daily focaccia. We ordered the salmon bowl with a cranberry white chocolate chip cookie and the enchilada soup. Both came with focaccia and were delicious. The salmon bowl was fresh and flavorful with generous toppings, and the soup was served at the perfect temperature. I liked the miso sauce on top of the salmon. They also have a nice variety of drinks, including craft sodas, dragon fruit Fresca, and lemonade. It does get busy around noon, so keep that in mind if you're coming with a larger group.

I'm so grateful to have a healthy and consistent option whenever I'm visiting town! The food here is delicious and the staff knows what they're doing! The space is clean and it's a great place to go when you're on the go as well. Whenever I'm in town I make sure to stop at Urban Cafe!

First off when I was done placing my order everything like that online I wanted to give this place a two star due to the fact that online experience is the most horrific experience I have ever had when ordering. I ordered online and went to check out. It took me to the Henderson location. I backed out. I put the location on rainbow. I want to check out. There was no pay button. I closed it. I opened it again. The same thing happened. There was no pay button. They told me I had to create an account so I created an account it took me to their website. It told me I had to confirm my email. I confirmed my email. It took me back to the other website to check out and I couldn't check out it did this at least five or six times. So when I finally checked out like 30 minutes later, I know it's a long time to keep trying, but I really wanted to try this place. I drove down. It was curbside. They brought it out and I tried them, half of each once I got home. The first one was the Californian.... house marinated artichoke hearts, avocado, sundried tomatoes, pepperjack instead of mozz, green leaf lettuce, herb aioli. I purchased extra herb aioli on the side, just in case. The sandwich was so tasty. I don't know how to explain it. Honestly, it was filling meaty due to the artichoke. I know it's tasty. I love sundried tomatoes, but that aïoli put it over the top, it's just super flavorful Herbie. The sandwich was the Bella portobello which consists of: marinated portobello mushroom, mozzarella cheese, sundried tomatoes, basil pesto, vegenaise, mixed greens with balsamic dressing... now that I'm thinking about it, I didn't really taste the balsamic vinegar. The mushrooms I was weary of a lot of places, their mushrooms smell bad like they've been sitting there. These ones were fresh and they weren't overcooked. They still had to bounce to them when he been into them. The sandwich altogether was it was good was not a disappointment at all I did an avocado to this one. I would definitely come back. I don't think I would use their webpage again because it was beyond a hassle but overall it was pretty tasty.

Cookie is doughy and slightly undercooked (yum!), but tasted bad.

I've been excited for this location of Urbane Cafe to open, and I'm happy to welcome a new sandwich place to the neighborhood. I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt since they're newly opened, but I feel like there are more than a few things that can be improved. First, the atmosphere is sleek and modern, almost with an industrial warehouse feel. The seating is uncomfortable, so this isn't a place you'd want to sit and chat or linger. The hard wooden chairs and metal accents really did a number on my back, even after a quick half an hour meal. There are also a majority of high top tables, which are really difficult to climb up in to sit. I was with my 75 year old mom and we had to wait to get one of the low tops since she could not get up in the high top seats. Since it was my first time, I downloaded the app for the free cookie offer. I also decided to order through the app to make things easier. We got a kid's sandwich meal and a regular sandwich meal, no drinks. This place needs a better pick-up system too. When I got there, my sandwiches still weren't ready even after about 15 minutes. Even worse, the pick-up shelf is in the back of the restaurant, unmonitored, and close to a back entrance. This means anyone could just waltz in and grab the food that's ready. I think that's a real issue. Not only are there tons of dishonest people, it's very confusing and I could see it being common for folks to accidentally (or not) grab the wrong order and go. The to-go packaging was quite nice, very sturdy with the sides separated (so no soggy sandwiches)! The kid's sandwich was a rather large portion, and the side of fruit was also big. I would probably eat the kid's meal next time, it was a lot of food! The fruit bowl side had mostly cheap fruit: grapes, melon, and pineapple with a couple of strawberries. The adult sandwich came with a side salad, which was absolutely gross. It was nothing but slightly wilted spinach, a sprinkling of what looked like feta, and a mandarin orange slice. I mean, no restaurant should serve a salad like that! It tasted bad and looked like food fit for a cow. The sandwiches were just okay. We both found the bread to be fresh and soft, but overly salty. I think maybe someone in the kitchen triple salted the bread that day, because we weren't able to eat it due to how salty it was. Salt just would crust and shake right off the top if you touched it. Bleh. I am not sure if it is typical for the bread to be this salty, but it was borderline inedible. The turkey and cheese seemed to be good quality, and I was enjoying my sandwich...until I took a bite and pulled out a wax paper cheese wrapper! I didn't tell the kitchen because they were so busy and I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for a sandwich, but it was gross and I (understandably) lost my appetite after that. See my photos of the cheese wrapper that was made into my sandwich. Hoping the free cookie would save our meal, we decided to give it a go. The chocolate chip cookie was large and plenty to share, and it was slightly undercooked and doughy, which I love! Unfortunately, this wasn't a highlight of our lunch. The cookie tasted chemically sweet and just wasn't worth the calories. I love the concept of Urbane Cafe, but this location is obviously having growing pains. I am not sure when I will give it another try since it's a bit pricey, but I'm hoping things will improve in the coming months.

The menu is pretty simple which is nice with it being my first time there. We ordered KFC bites and two KFC combos with mushroom fries, waffle fries, a fountain and a limeade. I ate a KFC bite on the drive home and it was tender and crispy. I ordered it plain because it was actually for my daughter. Sandwiches were good! Mine was slightly too crispy/over, but still good. Ordered them spice level Hot and it's a good level of spice. Mushroom fries were interesting. I'm not sure if they would've tasted better before the ride home, but I think I'll try their fries instead next time. Limeade was really good! I wanted to get a picture of it, but my hubby drank it all so fast. Overall, food was really good. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. Hencredible is mostly a to go place as it only has one two top and a few counter seats when dining in. They also post about their cute bags on their social media, which I didn't get on my first visit since I dined in that time. On this last visit, I ordered via their website which is very easy to navigate. They were out of the mushroom fries on my first visit, so I really wanted to try them on this visit. The Husband got the KFC Sandwich ($10) with medium heat. He really enjoyed the cider slaw and Korean radish but wished he got the Hot heat as it wasn't spicy enough for him. The Little Gal got the Loaded Waffle Wreck ($13) because she wanted the shredded jack cheese. However, there was no cheese in sight, and the waffle fries were only okay. Next time, we would probably just do the KFC Bites and fries/mushroom fries instead with the sauce on the side too. The Little Guy got the KFC Bites ($7) and it only came with one sauce. Midway through, he was asking if there was any more sauce and I had to tell him no unfortunately. I got the Mushroom Fries ($5) and it also came with one sauce. I really enjoyed the flavor of it but probably would have liked it even more if I had it fresh. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed it was in a plain brown bag and asked about their special bags and was told they ran out. While in the car and distributing the food, I noticed I had only two sauces - one for the KFC Bites and one for the Mushroom Fries. (I was given two sauces for my KFC Bites during my first visit.) I went back in to ask about the sauces and told them I had received two sauces the other day. He asked what day and I told him on Wednesday and he said they were not supposed to do that. He was very indifferent about the whole situation and didn't offer to sell me another sauce or anything. So, I was a bit bummed with this experience because of the inconsistency with sauce distribution. Because we had four orders and they were piled on top of each other, the dishes on the bottom got a bit steamy and wasn't ideal for something that was recently deep-fried. I really enjoyed my first experience and do attribute that I was dining in, so the items were hot, fresh, and crispy. I would return but would not do to go.

I went in on a Monday around 11am, and to my surprise there was only one other group (of 3) ahead of me. The employee immediately helped us and asked which sandwiches we wanted. The employee began making my sandwiches, and I did have a hard time understanding what he said to me because he was mumbling, but I didn't get yelled at so I guess I followed his directions accurately. I will say, It was a bit of sticker shock to realize that I paid $48.77 for two sandwiches and a sparkling water. When we opened the sandwiches, they were actually a lot wider than I had anticipated. I should have done better research because I did not expect the sandwiches to be so flat. I expected them to have a little bit more veggies of some sort in them. The prosciutto also felt very minimal and thin. The bread itself was fantastic. You could tell it was fresh and soft. Additionally the truffle spread was prominent in all the best ways. I did have a problem with my sandwich though.. as I was eating my half of the sandwich, I looked down and there was a hair wrapped around some of the meat and coming out of my sandwich. I tried to tell myself it was my hair, because it was black, but my hair is long and that day it was curly. This hair was short and black and wrapped around the meat going further into the sandwich. Unfortunately, my first reaction was to pick it out and throw the hair on the ground, so I did not get a photo of it. Because I did not have proof, I didn't feel it was appropriate to go back in and address it. The customer service was very nice, so it's my best guess that they would have handled it appropriately if it was brought to their attention. Overall (excluding the hair incident), I enjoyed the bread, but I did not feel as though the quality of the sandwich met the price point of what I was charged. If it had more meat and veggies, then I would have been all for it, but $21 for really good bread, is something I will pass on.

I was frustrated to the point of deciding I would NEVER deal with Togos ever again in life, but I decided to walk in to show the issue to an employee & there was Veronica, the manager, who saved the day & my faith in aTogos. She listened, took a picture of the promo, and applied the discount in-store. Not only did I get my deal, but her kindness and service were so great that I ordered drinks and cookies on top! Togos, take note-- Veronica is a total rockstar for Togos! She is what optimum customer service looks like. She makes the Mountains Edge location shine! I'll be back solely because of her.

This review is based solely on the burger Wow! Just, wow…read more I have been to many, MANY places to get a good burger, but this may be one of the absolute best burgers I've had. When you go out, most places - not all, but most - you need to say medium rare if you want medium, rare if you want medium rare, and... well, that's about it, because if you order anything from medium well to well done than you just shouldn't be eating burgers. But this place, I asked for medium rare, feeling like a medium that day, and it came out the most perfect rare I have ever had! The char on the outside of this obviously hand made patty, while still being heated through all the delicious pink inside! Oh man! I don't think I need to say much more. The wife had the chicken strips and fries, which she said were "perfectly portioned at three strips." Service was as good as any place should be. And prices weren't bad at all.

Everything was delicious, and I genuinely enjoyed every dish we tried. My husband's favorite was the burger--it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I especially loved the salmon, which was cooked beautifully, and the brown rice was surprisingly so flavorful. Paired with the avocado, it made for such a satisfying combination. My toddler's favorite was the fettuccine alfredo--she couldn't get enough of it! One of the highlights of our visit was meeting the chef-owner. He was incredibly kind, and you can truly tell how much care and love he puts into his food. That passion comes through in every dish, making the whole experience feel thoughtful and genuine. Whether you're meeting up with friends, enjoying a family meal, or simply looking for a delicious local spot, I highly recommend Salt & Spoon. We'll definitely be back!
