Aubergine Kitchen has been on my list for awhile and today we finally got to try it! It is located in the SW on Ft Apache near Tropicana. It is also in a busy plaza but parking was not a problem. It's super cute inside. You order at the counter, seat yourself and they bring your food out to your table. The menu has a lot of options and honestly it all looks so good! I just asked the girl what salad she recommended and without hesitation she said the Avocado Crisp Salad so I went with that. There is a choice of cheese bread or pita and I chose cheese bread. My daughter ordered the popular Strawberry Glow Smoothie and a 2 pc order of the cheese bread. They give you water cups before checking out. The dining area is open and there is plenty of seating. Service was pretty quick and all the staff is friendly. They came by a few times to check on us. The salad looked so pretty and it was a good sized bowl. It was packed with avocado, chicken and perfect eggs. It came with a big piece of a toasted cheese crisp. I broke it into pieces and mixed it in the salad. The dressing was the perfect amount and everything went so well together. It was delicious! The cheese bread was so soft and cheesy and my daughter was tempted to order more! She really liked the smoothie. She said it is the closest dupe of the smoothie she gets in Cali. She added whey protein to it as well. Can't believe we waited this long to try this spot! Can't wait to try more of their menu!
It's a bit overwhelming with the menu i must say. My first time there and I didn't know that I could select my own bowl lol. But either way it's healthy and filling. It's a chain from AZ I think and the location is nice, I like to sit there and chat with friends. Food was okay, their cheesebites were good!
We had been trying to come here for months and finally made it happen. We were excited to dig in and ordered right away. Really great service throughout and such a beautiful interior. Here's what we ordered: Aubergine Melt: My favorite item of the visit! The basil, walnut, and eggplant combo is top tier and every single bite was packed with flavor. Exotic Dip Plate: Really enjoyed each of the dips and my personal favorite was the eggplant dip. A great spread to share. Peanut Butter Bomb: I am a PB boy through and through and this absolutely hit the spot on a hot day. Mango Salad: My wife loved how fresh the salad was and the dressing was easily the best part. Nice Acai Cup: No complaints here. A nice little sweet treat to round things out. There are so many more items we want to come back and try so we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to all veggie lovers!
Such a cute restaurant! Their interior designer did a great job. We wanted something healthier for lunch and ended here since it wasn't too far from home. I decided on the Tri-tip salad. Everything in it was good but I wasn't a huge fan of the green apple in it. Portions were generous and everything came out looking picture worthy. Hummus plate was really good. Will def order that again next time. We also had the cheese balls which were different. They're gluten free. I'm not sure what they're made of but it reminded me of mochi.. kinda like a cheese mochi. It was good though. Friends ordered the Peanut Butter Bomb and said it was really good. I had the Dragon Mango Creme and it was alright. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
We were searching for a dinner location to have a light meal. My suggested Aubergine Kitchen. The restaurant itself is appealing. It has an upscale courtyard vibe. Lighting is not harsh and offers plenty of seating options, both indoor and outdoor. It is counter service, but the food is brought to your table. The menu is varied. They offer bowls, sandwiches, smoothies, baked goods and specialty drinks. I had the Mango Salmon bowl and my wife had the Tri Tip salad. Both were generous portions. Flavors were great and ingredients were fresh tasting. The salmon was a bit over cooked for my liking, making dry. The Tri Tip was very good. It was cooked medium well and it was well seasoned. It is a bit pricey, but as mentioned before portions are generous. A good meal nonetheless and a good overall dining experience. We will be going back.
The Rio Bowl had a really delicious combination of flavors. Even though the chicken was a little dry and the rice could have been better, the overall flavor was so good that I'd absolutely order it again. The cheesy bread was another highlight it was light, airy, cheesy, and so good. I also really liked the kids' meal. It's very customizable, which is nice because it's not just the typical basic kids' menu. It makes it easy to choose something your child will actually enjoy. There are just a couple of things that kept this from being a 5-star experience. The ordering process could be improved. You order at the counter, but there weren't any paper menus to look at while waiting in line only a menu board overhead with small print or a QR code to scan. If you don't see well or just need a minute to browse the menu, it can be a little frustrating. They were also out of both the salmon and the chicken bites when I ordered, which was disappointing. Overall, I'd definitely come back. The food had great flavor, especially the Rio Bowl and cheesy bread, and with a few small improvements this could easily be a 5-star spot.
Aubergine Kitchen instantly blew me away with its aesthetically pleasing decor and their wonderful customer service. I was meeting my GF for brunch and was very happy to see the variety of gluten-free options that were available on their menu. It was pretty busy when we got there but it didn't take us too long to order. She ordered the Chicken Harvest Bowl and I got the Rio Bowl which were both reasonably priced. It took about 15-20 minutes for our food to arrive and it came out looking absolutely amazing. The first thing we noticed was how plentiful our bowls were. The Rio bowl was packed with tons of fresh ingredients and I really enjoyed the taste of the dressing. My friend really liked her bowl and said the food was very flavorful. As we were leaving one of the employee's was kind enough to take our photos which was greatly appreciated. From the delicious food to the beautiful ambiance, I highly recommend trying this spot out.
Walked into a spacious room with Tulum vibes, with several seats available to catch up with a friend. I had a Dragon Mango Creme power smoothie for $17, V VG GF friendly with Coconut water, dragon fruit, banana, pineapple, mango, mint, ginger, creatine, monk fruit, hemp seeds, housemade pure mango sauce, housemade whipped cream. Great for Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free folks. The service was good and straightforward. They didn't mess up my order and it was quick. A little over priced but it wasn't as crowded as the cafe next door (Broken Coffee) so we opted for this place and it was a nice place! I'd come here again with my loved ones or a quiet study.
Delicious, healthy options with a relaxing ambiance. I would definitely come back. I had the eggplant parm and it was delicious! The sauce was thick with robust flavor. It was served with tumeric rice and roasted broccoli. I would have liked more broccoli and less rice, but the eggplant parm was a huge serving. It's served in an iron skillet so the best part was the cheese at the sides that had a crisp and slight char to it. I would order it again.

The food was fantastic!!! A lot of restaurants claim to have health forward foods, but they often miss the boat. This place delivered. The vitality bowl hits every taste bud and more! I can pack in a good meal, but I barely finished my bowl. For $17 you really can't go wrong. They did not have coffee creamer, only oat and almond milk. Not a fan of how that separates and lacks in creaminess in my drink. The matcha was also ok. The flavor lacked depth and It definitely could have been sweeter. There were only monk fruit and stevia add ins that do not hit. I would have definitely given this place 5 stars if the drinks were nearly as good as the food! Return customer for sure!
I tried this place for the first time today as I ordered take out. I got the steak & mac n cheese plate and it was so delicious! The broccoli was cooked perfect and the tri tip was so good!! I had an iced chai latte as well that was so refreshing on a hot day like today. The menu has so many options I can't wait to try something else!
I ordered the Rio Bowl and swapped the meat for tofu, plus switched the vinaigrette to the mango one. It was very tasty and super satisfying. The portions were generous, especially the beans and quinoa. Honestly it's probably the most quinoa I've seen a place like this give, which I really appreciated. The avocado portion was great too. I do wish the kale portion had been a little bigger, but it wasn't a deal breaker at all and I still enjoyed the bowl a lot. Everything tasted fresh and clean, and you can tell they care about ingredient quality. I really liked the niceshake, though I did notice a slight alcohol note from the vanilla extract that was pronounced to me. Just a personal taste thing and it didn't take away from the experience. What really stood out was the service. The staff were very helpful and happy to explain everything, which made ordering easy. I also assumed this was a place where you bus your own table, but they kindly told me to leave my things and that they would take care of it, which felt really thoughtful and welcoming. The space itself is calm and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy your food instead of feeling rushed. I'm definitely coming back and honestly want to work my way through the entire menu.
Looks pretty in there, girl at the counter was so pleasant and nice. But that's it I'm not coming back for her & to look at the place lol I came for the food and it was bad honestly. My dad thought it was horrible & dry, mine reminded me of "healthy version of tv dinner taste but not as good..blandy underwhelming I would not recommend..to anyone. We ate as much as we could because we paid 50$(including tip) for these two bowls & one drink...crazy.

Food was actually really good and fresh but $92 for a bowl, a salad, pita, and two smoothies is kinda wild. I know healthy places are always overpriced and we all just accept the wellness tax at this point. I got the chicken avocado bowl and really liked it. The chicken was moist and everything in the bowl tasted really fresh, but I did need to add some salt to it. I also really liked the little cheese crisp they use instead of croutons. Such a simple thing but they added a really good crunch and way more flavor than regular croutons. Surprisingly the cheese bread was probably the most outstanding thing i had. The texture was really good and the flavor was there. The passion fruit smoothie was good too and probably one of my favorite things we ordered. The pita and hummus was meh. Nothing wrong with it but also nothing memorable about it. For the price, I was expecting the hummus to be more notable than the stuff I get from the grocery store, but I couldn't tell the difference. The decor is really cute though. Very modern farmhouse with that clean healthy cafe vibe. Overall I liked the food and would probably come back for the bowl and smoothie but the pricing definitely makes this more of an occasional healthy lunch than a regular spot. read more

Service was great! The place was very clean & the staff was on top of everything & very friendly. The food is good, your average healthy spot for a quick lunch. A little more on the pricier side, but I think you're paying for the experience. The curry was good. I enjoyed the bread the most, although the chicken wasn't very warm & also dry.. Aubergine Kitchen is a great food option if you are looking for something tasty and on the healthier side of a of a casual restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. Met a friend here for lunch and I'm really glad I tried it. I love healthy food that's still flavorful and satisfying, and this place delivered. The ambience is clean, cozy and beautifully decorated, with great lighting. It's simple, modern, and inviting. The person taking orders was very bubbly and welcoming. There was a line a she everyone with a smile, which was so nice. I ordered the chicken harvest bowl and peanut butter bomb smoothie. I think the bowl was good. The lime tomato vinaigrette and cashew cilantro jalapeño dressing were both great, and the sweet potatoes were surprisingly my favorite component in the bowl. The cheese bread was warm and crispy on the outside, with a cheesy flavor (although it isn't something you'll get a cheese pull from). My friend enjoyed her Mediterranean plate too. The portions are generous, and the menu is pretty extensive. There's something for everybody. There are salads, protein bowls, smoothies, lattes, desserts, and more. The food was beautifully plated and Pinterest-pretty before we mixed everything all up. Seating was comfortable, the bathroom was clean (I can't stand a nasty public restroom), and the self-serve water station was convenient. This a spot worth checking out if you're looking for fresh and nourishing food in a cozy space. read more

Aubergine Kitchen delivers in both atmosphere and food taste! Service is order at counter, get number, sit anywhere and wait. The cafe has that instagram aesthetic. There is a variety to order from plates, wraps, desserts and drinks. I got the chicken harvest plate which was delicious and had a good amount of side dishes accompanying the chicken. It was well seasoned. Mediterranean bowl was a solid vegetarian option. Overall, Aubergine Kitchen excels in both its cafe ambience and delicious food. read more
I have heard rave reviews about this new kitchen so I planned on meeting a fellow Yelper for breakfast. I love that this place is offering so many healthy options. Only natural ingredients used here. Interior is decorated beautifully although we chose to sit outside on their patio. You order at the counter and they provide you with a number. Once your food is ready, they deliver to your table. I arrived a little early so I perused the menu for what I would order. The smoothies looked really good along with many of their breakfast items. I ended up ordering a simple dish with two sunny side up eggs, sweet potatoes, avocado, sourdough toast and cucumbers. My drink was a matcha smoothie. My breakfast was basic but tasty and the smoothie was refreshing. My biggest issue are their prices. The total I paid was $30!!! For breakfast??? Yep! They are located far from Las Vegas Blvd so why so expensive? Location is somewhat hidden but plenty of parking. TIP - No Cash policy. read more

The food here is very healthy and flavorful! You can tell they use fresh ingredients and make each dish with love and effort. The service type is ordering at the counter and choosing a place to sit, or taking the food home to-go :) Whichever floats your boat! My first impression when I walked in is how aesthetically pretty this place is and comforting it is! I would definitely come here for the eats and interior design after a morning of Pilates or a day of shopping! read more

Not only is the interior aesthetically pleasing, the food ingredients are even better. No added sugar but instead it's naturally sweeten with fruits. This place focuses on natural ingredients. You order with the cashier first, they give you a number and will bring your items to you. Everything came out in a timely manner. We ordered the following: -Two chicken coconut curry bowls: seasoned kale, green peas, turmeric rice, mild spicy coconut curry simmered with carrots, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, sesame seeds, chickpeas, broccoli, microgreens. $13.95 -A side of 6-pieces cheese balls $8.95. -pumpkin pie smoothie $11.95. This is a seasonal item. Unfortunately it was a bit too thick for me. Cannot even slurp it with the straw. I had to go home and use a spoon. This is pretty good...very filling. The coconut curry bowls were big enough for leftovers the next day. They do not skim you on chicken or the turmeric rice (or anything else actually). Not spicy at all but the curry had a great flavor to it. We will definitely be back again...excited to try the other items on their extensive menu. The Rio Bowl and the Pineapple Ginger juice are catching my eye. They have breakfast items too but stops at 11am weekdays and 12p Saturdays. read more
3.5 stars for the tri tip Madeira bowl. The food came cold and the meat a little tough. And the cheese balls were a little tough as well. Maybe I should have heated them up before eating. This meal was sponsored by our med rep Inari. And food was delivered to the hospital. I haven't tried eating in the restaurant yet so I can't tell how the service is or the ambiance. read more

I had a great experience at aubergine. the menu is HUGE and full of so many options whether that's protein, salads, fruit bowls, smoothies, pastries, and sides. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I visited with my friend for the first time together and shared an açaí bowl and a salad. the proportions are more than enough for my small, but big eater self. The presentation of the food was great, the staff was very chill and friendly. and the environment is so CUUTEEE and cozy and earthy. Definitely will be visiting again soon and recommending this place to others. read more

I ordered the Peanut Tofu Bowl which was labeled with a "V". I had to ask if the "V" indicated vegetarian or vegan because nowhere on the menu did it indicated a meaning. The menu also has "DF" and "GF" labeled items. It's great that there are options but you need to have a label meaning somewhere on the menu so customers understand what the label means. Many restaurants have labeled an item with a "V" for vegetarian or "VG" for vegan or vice versa. However, they also have an indication on the bottom or top of the menu explaining what the labels mean. Furthermore, the staff needs to be trained as well. On July 26, 2025, I received a cheesebread roll made with dairy cheese on top of my bowl. What if I had a severe dairy allergy? Why would you put this on a vegan meal? I asked the staff what it was, as it was not on the bowl's description, and they casually stated it was a parmesan roll made with real cheese. When I asked why it was put there for a vegan dish, they stated they put it with every dish and I had to speak with the manager regarding why this is an issue. Not only that, but when they had to remake my food, the almond rice wasn't available, so I had to have turmeric rice instead. My husband's food had already arrived so out of courtesy, he waited for mine to come and his got cold. That being said, the meal was fine. It was lukewarm - literally. The hummus was ok. Overall, I had a pretty bad experience, as I also felt like the manager didn't comprehend the severity of the situation. You just don't put something non-vegan on a vegan-labeled dish. Why is no one checking? The kitchen staff placed it and the server didn't notice, likely because they don't understand the labels and their meaning, also likely because there aren't any clear definitions on the menu. Unless I receive some type of response from upper management reassuring me that this incident will be reviewed with staff, I won't be returning or recommending to any of my vegan friends. My non-vegan husband didn't care for his food that much either, especially after what I had to endure - not worth it. read more

Super huge space here. Alot of tables both inside and outside too. It was clean and so well put together on the inside. The food was so refreshing ! I actually got so full from my mango salmon bowl. I had to take the rest to go. Alot of flavor and I felt so good on the inside. Everyone there is very nice too. I wish I tried their nice cream it seems interesting. read more
Honestly...this place is my new obsession! Ive tried a few different bowls as well as their sweet potato bites ...omg chefs kiss i have yet to try one of their protein smoothies...but that's next on the list! Oh my goodness! This place is insanely good, clean and just down right..I don't know..amazing. Everything they serve here is clean ingredients, they don't use oils, sugar or fryers. The yellow curry was soooo good. Sweet with a hint of spice (not spicy). Definitely recommend along with the chicken caprese melt. Can't go wrong with these options! Oh and don't forget the cheesey bread. Look, they were a tad bit cold when they were served to us, yet they were still so good and gone within seconds. The cashier was so nice and helpful when it came to the menu. When you walk in it gives Greek modern vibes. It's so cute and spacious. It a perfect spot to meet up with friends to have a wonderful, delicious lunch or brunch! Especially if you're craving a healthy meal. read more
Love love love! Cute interior and healthy menu. I love their food and smoothies. Definitely a must try if you're in the Southwest. I am glad that I do not have to worry about what to eat and that I'm eating healthy. Service is friendly and they make sure to check and clean up right away. read more
