Service was great, kid 2 and 3 shared a meal, she split it for them before service, shout out to Riley! Okay, the good for the food, the Cesar side salad and the spinach artichoke dip. Cesar salad was crispy and dressing tasted homemade, good stuff there. The spinach artichoke dip was also good, just bigger chunks of things so be mentally prepared for that. The not so great, the 10 oz blackened salmon and the maple mustard salmon, both were just ok, nothing to write home about. The awful, the chicken Marsala, I might be in the wrong for ordering no mushrooms, so I might be at fault, but there was no flavor on anything else. Everything was bland and flavorless on that plate, the chicken the sauce on the noodles. All terrible. Could be an off night, who knows, but I don't think we'll ever be back for the food. Oh. Okay this place is a vibe! Came across it on yelp and had to come check it out when looking for late night eats with the girlies and they hit the mark here! There is ample parking which is nice and as soon as we walked in we were seated. There is bar seating with poker games, booth seating and table seating. this place seems pretty new and very clean especially for a 24/7 spot, this is usually not heard of (off the strip of course) What I love is there is something for everyone here! This is not your "typical" bar food, this bar far exceeds that, and I was shook in the best way possible. Every dish we had looked amazing and tasted amazing. I mean just look at the pictures they speak a thousand words! Our server was Anna and she was so sweet and amazing, answered all the questions we had and was attentive. She even let us know about their rewards program which yes you should sign up for. Such a fun place. Was looking for a place to grab food and drinks around Summerlin that wasn't going to smell like smoke. Absolutely fell in love with this cute spot from the moment we walked up. They have a nice big sign outside and an inviting outdoor patio. Lots of booths for groups, high top tables to watch games and intimate middle tables that just made you want to eat, hang out and vibe. Our server was beyond patient and was so accommodating. We went here for the sirloin steak and lobster special, which we ordered one of, and upgraded another to the ribeye. The sirloin was rather large, almost cube shaped, and so thick that it would have been impossible to properly cook it all the way through. So, the outside was a little tough, and the inside was a little raw. But, most of it was good. The ribeye steak was more of a standard cut, and was properly cooked to order and tasted good. The lobster tails were decent size, bigger than we expected, bigger than that Australian place, put smaller than the "Scarlet" lobster. The steak and lobster dinners were both served with clarified butter and some sort of spicy chili oil. Service was friendly and pretty good, but sometimes a little spotty. I had an issue with the taquitos being a little bit too greasy for my own taste (although the beans and rice were delicious), so they happily exchanged my meal for the shrimp tacos, which were really good. Went for the Monday special which includes steak and Alaskan crab. The $30 price is a good deal for the oz of steak and it was not busy at all. We were seated easily and freely. One of our steaks was over done, coming well done instead of the medium we requested, making it tough and inedible. The server was quick to resolve this and gave us a brand new steak. She was very friendly and asked us if we had been to rustic house before. I told her we have been to the other one. Then she asked us if we knew about the dinner special. I let her know that's why we were here lol. Steak and lobster for $25.00! What we ordered: 2 x Riesling wine Long Island iced tea 3 x steak and lobster, medium rare 1 x steak and lobster upgrade to ribeye ($20 more) Loaded tater tots The waitress took our drink order as we sat down. I asked her recommendations of my entire Long Island iced tea. She informed me the Long Island iced tea had a lot more alcohol... Lol. And she was correct, I only needed one of them. it was actually a perfect Long Island iced tea. I could not actually taste alcohol. Dangerous but delicious. All of the steaks were cooked perfect. The lobsters are actually quite large compared to a lot of Las Vegas specials. One thing I can tell you, is rustic house does not reduce the quality of food on their specials. We love the loaded tater tots. A nice smoky cheese sauce with bacon. I would love to get the recipe of this, but it is guarded. We have to travel all the way to Vegas for this special cheese sauce. They have dinner specials every night but Tuesday. They used to have a Tuesday hamburger special something like half off I can't remember but they were great burgers. The service was terrible. My family and I came in for their lobster special and the amount of time we had to wait was insane. It took an hour for our food to arrive and when it arrived it was cold like it had been sitting in the window for too long. We honestly blamed the waiter and her lack of communication with the customers. We get that you are busy but the waiter never came to check on us or tell us the food was running behind. When you are a first time customer, they have you scan a QR code and it's $40 off your bill!!!!! I was in the area because my dude had a dentist appt next door and we ended up mtg my brother for lunch! So glad we did! I had the spicy chicken wrap, which was fabulous, my dude had the roast beef and au jus, which looked great and my brother had the filet mignon nachos. He said it was a little bland but still looked good! Nonetheless the bill for all of that was $17!!!!! Definitely will be back!!! First, I will say the atmosphere is nice and our server was very nice and helpful. But to be honest, the food was not very good at all. No flavor. I preferred the chili salsa verde burrito, but didn't expect it to be spicy (since nothing was mentioned about that on the menu and usually in green chili sauces are not spicy). Switch to the taquitos, which were buried in greasy and the only flavor came from the sour cream on the top. Rice and beans were just very bland. Wife says the chicken Marsala with pasta was also flavorless. I've been coming here almost every week this summer. They have an amazing happy hour and daily specials. It seems to cater mostly to the residents nearby, but it's a good local bar restaurant. There is a daily special on steak and lobster Wednesday and Saturday and Sunday 50% off steak, which is what most come for. Happy hour is 4-6pm and after 9pm daily for selected drinks. The service is quick and staff is friendly! It has gotten better over the month and there seems to be some new servers each time I've gone. It depends on how busy the crowd can get I suppose. The Food was AMAZING! I was surprised that an all night pub with gambling would have delicious dishes! We had shrimp appetizer (cooked & seasoned to perfection), a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich (with their renowned homemade cheese sauce, in a tasty roll grilled perfectly), and a chicken wrap with their renowned homemade best French fries I've had in a while. It's obvious the cooks are trained with great care. The ambiance was pleasant, with sufficient large screens to meet any sports fans needs.
