The food, the service, the ambiance, just everything was perfect. This was my 1st time going to Rustic House. It's so close yet I waited for one whole year to give it my blessings. Wednesday is a special day for Steak and Lobster: my steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster tail added that bit of kiss that was needed to finish it off,I added 2 side dishes and paired this with a 3 olive vodka martini, I was complete.

Okay this place is a vibe! Came across it on yelp and had to come check it out when looking for late night eats with the girlies and they hit the mark here! There is ample parking which is nice and as soon as we walked in we were seated. There is bar seating with poker games, booth seating and table seating. this place seems pretty new and very clean especially for a 24/7 spot, this is usually not heard of (off the strip of course) What I love is there is something for everyone here! This is not your "typical" bar food, this bar far exceeds that, and I was shook in the best way possible. Every dish we had looked amazing and tasted amazing. I mean just look at the pictures they speak a thousand words! Our server was Anna and she was so sweet and amazing, answered all the questions we had and was attentive. She even let us know about their rewards program which yes you should sign up for. I will say I wish some of their music choices were more upbeat for the vibes because I was kinda getting in my feelsss here and there LOL. But overall we had an amazing time and I will def come back so glad I found this spot.

We tried the Philly Fries, the carne asado tacos, and the roasted cauliflower. Huge portions!! And everything was delish. Ask for Kayla! She's super friendly, gives great recommendations and takes good care of her tables! Big screens galore! Great happy hour specials! High top tables. Booths. Low tables! Something for everyone!

@rustichouse.summerlinsouth is the BEST spot for a Sunday steak dinner!! 50% off of steaks and they are made to perfection!! Every. Single. Side dish is delicious!! Love love the Brussels sprouts, loaded baked potato, Mac n cheese, and the cheesy mashed potatoes!! All perfectly matched with a nice red wine blend!!

Seriously couldn't recommend this place enough. So clean so delicious and staff is so attentive. I am so happy with the service and food quality. My husband and our friends couldn't be happier with this establishment. I got the honey salad tacos, and they were so good and the carrot cake and cheesecakes are both to die for my friend. Got the lobster and steak special and she can't hype enough about it.

Love this casual spot! Tonight, we again enjoyed the steak and lobster special (upgraded to ribeye), and we tried the mid pie for the first time. YUM!! It made our Top 5 Fave Desserts list.

Such a fun place. Was looking for a place to grab food and drinks around Summerlin that wasn't going to smell like smoke. Absolutely fell in love with this cute spot from the moment we walked up. They have a nice big sign outside and an inviting outdoor patio. Lots of booths for groups, high top tables to watch games and intimate middle tables that just made you want to eat, hang out and vibe. Our server was beyond patient and was so accommodating. Forgot her name but she reminded us of Ariel from the Little Mermaid Shout out to her for being an amazing server. Food was good with large portions. Half off drinks after 9. Will definitely have this place on the regular rotation from here on out.

We went here for the sirloin steak and lobster special, which we ordered one of, and upgraded another to the ribeye. The sirloin was rather large, almost cube shaped, and so thick that it would have been impossible to properly cook it all the way through. So, the outside was a little tough, and the inside was a little raw. But, most of it was good. The ribeye steak was more of a standard cut, and was properly cooked to order and tasted good. The lobster tails were decent size, bigger than we expected, bigger than that Australian place, put smaller than the "Scarlet" lobster. The steak and lobster dinners were both served with clarified butter and some sort of spicy chili oil. Service was friendly and pretty good, but sometimes a little spotty. I had an issue with the taquitos being a little bit too greasy for my own taste (although the beans and rice were delicious), so they happily exchanged my meal for the shrimp tacos, which were really good. There were TV screens all over the place showing music videos and sports.

Side salad, side mushrooms, artichoke dip and Alaskan crab.

Went for the Monday special which includes steak and Alaskan crab. The $30 price is a good deal for the oz of steak and it was not busy at all. We were seated easily and freely. One of our steaks was over done, coming well done instead of the medium we requested, making it tough and inedible. The server was quick to resolve this and gave us a brand new steak. A great place with fine clean decor for a weekday dinner.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.

Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it.
