Always outstanding people listening to what you order and they get it right. Sanwitch are always good and correct.

The turkey bacon ranch is delicious! The turkey, cheesiness and crisp bacon with ranch dripping off the lettuce and toasted bread... We have also tried the Italian on wheat which is dripping with goodness. The combo is a good size with a medium drink as big as a normal large and a bag of chips. Plenty of seating inside and always some sports playing on the TV. Free WiFi available and a separate line for Online Order Pickup. Tip 1: Kids 12 and under eat FREE every Sunday, with the purchase of an adult medium combo, limit one. Tip 2: 10% Military / Veteran discount available! read more

This was my first time trying Firehouse subs. I'm not normally a toasted sandwich kind of person but let me tell you, this sandwich was tasty. The girl at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. I let her know that this was my first time trying Firehouse and she walked me through the whole menus. She gave me her recommendation and even let me know what I could add to my sandwich. I ended up getting a club on wheat. I added pickles, jalapeños, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. You get a pickle on the side and they do offer a combo. That include soda a chips. They also have a hotsauce bar where the sauces are numbered to indicate their heat level. If you liked the hot sauce, they have them for you to buy as well. They're overall appearance of the store was very clean. You could tell that the employees that worked there like being there and the fireman decor was pretty cool. I will be back again in the future. read more

Honestly the worst firehouse I've been to. The staff weren't welcoming and looked like they hated their jobs. One lady came to ask what I needed and I said I had a mobile pickup order. she just gave me the order and walked off. I got back to work and realized they made BOTH ORDERS COMPLETELY WRONG! I don't know how you can mess up on 2 sandwiches. One was supposed to be wheat bread with no cheese and somehow they made both orders white bread WITH cheese. I also said no pickles and both orders came with pickles. Absolutely horrible I don't know how you can suck at your job that bad on simple orders that were printed out specifically detailed read more

I had a sub for the first time in a long time. I just recently found out that Firehouse Subs had gluten free bread. I had the medium New York Steamer on a gluten free roll which was $2.60 extra on Uber Eats. My husband had a medium Italian. He said his sub was great. Mine was a little more complicated. I enjoyed my sandwich and I finished it in one sitting. That's something I have never done. I don't mind paying extra for the gluten free roll if I get a comparable sandwich. My roll was much smaller than my husbands and had at least 25% less filling as well. That explains why I was able to finish for the first time. Even if the roll is shorter they don't have to make it with so little meat as well. I didn't like paying 25% more for 25% less. read more

Awesome place! Awesome subs, awesome service!!! They certainly have a tasty sandwich menu and always have a slice of pickle to top it all off! One of our favorite subs is " Cajun chicken ". Yummy! But I love all of their subs, which ever you choose on the menu you can't go wrong. All the subs that I have tried did not disappoint me at all. They were all delicious! They have a huge variety of sauces! Firehouse has a rewards program which is easy to sign up for and use. You just need to download their app. Every time I come to this location the staff is awesome. They are always friendly and welcoming and attentive. The store is very big and there's a lot of room for dining in. We have met one of the owners and he is very friendly and knowledgeable about his business . A big thanks to him and his team for making our dining experience great. Highly recommended! Try them out and you will not be disappointed. read more

Slow!!!!! 25 mins to make two sandwiches. Came in at 11:30 am. I'm not sure if they prioritize the online orders over the guest that walk through the door. The ordering process is super inefficient and maybe they are just running short staffed. There were 3 people working, but it wasn't enough to keep up. The person on the register was could care less about the line and the other two making sandwiches were just running around. 3 stars because my sandwiches were really good. I really like the food, but the slowness is just part of coming to any Firehouse Sub; however, this location was extremely slow on this visit. If you're in a hurry....pick something else. read more

Great food. Friendly and courteous service. Highly recommend. Clean and neat atmosphere.

I am a first responder and I thought that a restaurant built by first responders would give me some kind of discount. But 16.45 for a sandwich. I won't be coming back here again. Way to support first responders. read more

This location is filthy! The floor is so sticky it could take the shoes off your feet. The soda machine is covered in residue. We had trouble finding a clean table. All of the tables were covered in crumbs and debris. We had to brush off our seats before sitting down. I ordered two kids meals: -Meatball -Ham and cheese The meatball sandwich was visibly burnt. Both sandwiches were served in cardboard to go containers with a small drink. The "treat" was never offered or provided. The service was also disappointing. There were two team member behind the counter. Neither team member acknowledged us upon arrival. Instead, the team members were having a personal conversion. The cashier was unfriendly and transactional. Such as disappointment compared to other locations! read more

I used to be a big firehouse subs fan until (this was a few years ago) they started reducing the amount of meat on their sandwiches. I'm proud to say they changed their ways. I usually get the hook and ladder. This is ham, turkey, and cheese. One of best parts of their subs is they come in between hot and cold melting the cheese and warming up the entire sandwich. Delicious! The ingredients for the sub are always fresh. Their bread always seems like its freshed backed. Out of all the sandwich shops I think they have the best meats. The sandwiches can be a bit pricey but with the quality and amount of food I think its worth it. read more

Inexcusable mistake! Would not ever eat their food again. They write on their food!! Never heard from the store, no explanation but don't expect one. Love firehouse subs. Freshly prepared subs with the best combinations of meats and cheese. Their sub rolls are the best I ever had.

Came in for take out. Also ordered this and this isnt even half of the soup. I got my order as soon as they opened. But I didn't expect this was going go be what appears to be left over from last night. Smh. This was like 2 bites and there was 1 piece of chicken. This is awful and of course I wasnt going to drive back and waste my gas just to complain about this soup. I love this place because the sandwiches are so yummy. They have a flavor for everybody. The one on Rainbow and Patrick is a nice one. The worker named Ace was very sweet. She gave me an extra pickle for my husband and peppercorn Ranch to put on my sandwich. I like the fancy soda machine also. I feel so happy like a little kid when I get a drink. It has way too many choices. They have sugar free drinks also and lemonade, Hi-C. My favorite is the cherry limeade. You can get salads also and even chili. A medium Sub is a nice size and it's only 8.99. They have two sandwiches that are $9.49 for a medium because there's a lot of meat on it. If you get the app you can get points when you buy food to earn food. On the back of the receipt you can also do the survey and get a free drink. On your birthday they give you a free medium Sub but you have to have the app. I get a free medium Sub every year. I think you'll be happy you should try it here. read more

You ever burn the roof of your mouth because you're too impatient to let your food cool? Ouch ! The sub sandwiches are excellent but as a bonus, a portion of your purchase goes to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, to be used to provide lifesaving equipment to first responders. Makes that sandwich just a little more tasty to me. This is a fine location in a fairly newly developed area of town. The building is nice and the interior is spotless. I've only been here during non-peak hours so the parking has been easy. You're greeted every time you walk in the door and the service is friendly and helpful. Have a question about the menu? Ask and get your sandwich ordered the way you want. The hot subs are what set them above the other sandwich shops out there. The meatball sub is especially noteworthy. There's plenty of seating and a TV to watch as you wolf down your meal or order to go. read more

Located on the northeast corner of Rainbow Blvd and Patrick Lane, Firehouse Subs is pretty easy to find. I do enjoy Firehouse Subs and their product. The only reason I don't enjoy it more is because I have to pass Subway (that part is actually pretty easy :P), Port of Subs, Capriotti's, and Jimmy John's to get there! (+) They have those awesome Coke machines where you can mix sodas and flavors! That is always a big plus for me! Cherry Coke Zero!! (+) Subs are always tasty! I keep trying new menu items and, while I prefer some over others, I have yet to get a total stinker. (-) little bit on the pricey side. my last footlong was $13. Footlong sub at Port of Subs is $8.50 (-) the few times I have been here it has been busy and the place has been pretty trashed. Maybe I can update it next time I go during a slower time. Service seems to be hit or miss. I have gotten great service at times and meh service at other times. Feels like a crapshoot in that regard. Overall, this place is a-ok. I will eventually be back and try something else...if I can make it past those 4 other sub places between my house and Firehouse! 3 stars. A-Ok. read more

It was my first visit too Firehouse Subs someplace that been on my radar for sometime. I got the extra incentive when my roommate raved about the beef brisket and cheddar sub. I always perceive this place as Quinzos sub. Talk about SO much better! The menu is not that big or diverse but can appreciate any restaurant focus on one thing and does it well! In this case Hot Subs! I ended up getting the beef brisket and cheddar sub. Ironic? It was great choice! I felt the thinly deli cut slices of beef brisket had amazing flavor combine with melted cheddar cheese. Awesome. Even the deli pickle that comes with any sub had nice crunch and really good. They do have other things on menu besides subs chili or pickles chip, etc. I enjoyed the decor everything is theme too fire house station. The moment walked in the entire staff was extremely friendly with welcome too Firehouse Subs. The soda machine admit that its pretty cool! Or where else do you find big red machine that dispensing all choices from one press of button? On the devil advocate if busy probably not the something too look forward too. The have hot sauce area another thing pretty cool about Firehouse Subs. Over 30 different bottles that you can use if kick up sub a notch. Some days, you just can't decide if you want Taco Bell, or if you want to try something new, like Firehouse Subs. On those days, you let the fates decide: Which one will we pass first, on the right side of the street? Firehouse won this weekend, and I am SO glad that it did! We've been wanting to try Firehouse for ages, but always seem to forget that its around. The restaurant was clean, and the service was super polite. They don't have a huge menu, but all of the sandwiches looked great. I decided to try The Engineer, which is turkey breast, mushrooms, and swiss cheese. I ordered it "Fully Involved" (mayo, lettuce, mustard, onion, pickle, hold the tomato on mine please!) Fella had the New York Steamer with corned beef, brisket, Pastrami, mustard and dressing, with veggies added. They have a hot sauce bar, where you can take little to go containers of hot sauce home with you. The drink machine is bad-ass, too, with a TON of different options, including cherry vanilla coke! The sandwiches were great. My 8 inch was very filling. I have every intention of coming here more often, and trying everything on the menu. read more

Sadly, this will probably be the last time I get firehouse subs for a LONG while. I'm grossed out. I ordered one medium Italian to eat before work & it had a piece of aluminum in it like it was a piece of lettuce. That could've cut my throat or I could've choked. Not cool. Seems like they don't care much for the place. There was only two people in there sitting down & you can clean up the spills on the floor or make one sandwich proper. read more

Came in looking to use a coupon the night BEFORE it expired. Was given three different excuses from the disinterested staff as to why they wouldn't honor it: 1) One said they "weren't doing that" on this particular day. 2) Another said it had expired at 7pm (it was 7:05pm) to which I showed them that it explicitly said it didn't expire until 11:59pm. 3) Was finally told that they were too busy to honor it even though there was nobody in line in front nor behind me, the dining area was almost entirely empty, and the staff I saw were just hanging out socializing behind the counter when I came in. Quickly realized that I wouldn't be getting anywhere with them so I turned and walked out. Will not be returning. read more

I don't write many reviews. I love that you read your reviews to your teams (once sat next to one and heard the juicy ones). Every experience I has always been great. Food great. My quarrel is with the online platform. You ever feel like you try to hard to do something that it becomes not simplified and easy anymore? Like a LEGO set with too many pieces. - have the names of the sandwich next to what it's made of. That's how I know what I order. - why is there so many buttons and links to everything. - the platform tries so hard to connect me to every location. Just test out other food retailers (try almost any other) and it's simplified and easy. read more
