We stopped to eat at NoButcher on the way to Utah. My husband's pick as he was excited to try the variety of plant based meats. The super friendly and welcoming cashier gave us some samples to try. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with potato salad. We also ordered the specialty sandwich I believe with steak and mushrooms. Everything was tasty. The service was super friendly and warm. I wish we got the cashier's name as he was so kind and made sure we were happy with everything. They have deli meats, cold salads, and desserts to take for home which I thought was pretty neat. This is an awesome vegan shop, they've been around since October 2019. You'll find them near Walmart shopping center, next to Tropical Smoothie. The dining area is small but they have good seating for a table and by the wall. It's a casual atmosphere with good music playing. Menu offers a nice selection of sandwich that can be ordered as a combo or a la carte. I opted for a meal ($15.90) which include a choice of any sandwich, one deli side, a house drink, and sweet treat. I chose NoTuna salad, so good and delicious! It has tasty garbanzo beans, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, vegenaise and green spring mix served on a toasted ciabatta roll. The sandwich roll is slightly crunchy. I also got a potato salad ($9) as an a la carte, it's yummy! They have a NoTurkey Pasta salad as well and it's good! It has bowtie pasta, green peas, and crumbles of NoTurkey in a creamy sauce. Their housemade Rosemary Lemonade is refreshing! It pairs wonderfully with a delightful chocolate chip cookie, and the cookies are housemade and amazing! I've had this place on my list and finally stopped by to try. The inside was really cute and small, and there were plenty seats if you want to eat in. There's also a drive thru! There is also a butcher case by the register where you can order the meats, cheeses, sides, and desserts made. I asked for a recommendation and was told the Pulled NoPork was a popular one so I gave it a try. There is an option to upgrade with a side, drink and dessert but I chose the sandwich for now. The sandwich was thick! Plenty of filling and the slaw on there was nice and refreshing. I barely finished the first half. The bread used is nice and fluffy with a light crunch. The pulled nopork itself was pretty good. I added honey Dijon mustard and it went well on this. Overall I enjoyed my first experience here. It's a great plant based sandwich option that even Guy Fieri came to check it out! I've always loved to try different vegetarian options restaurants. I had finally had a chance to have lunch here this week. Unfortunately, I don't know if I will be back soon. It's a small restaurant that fits maybe 15 people. It's cute and nice decorated inside. However, they really need to invest a better ventilation system. I smelled like kitchen grease all day at work after having lunch here. I ordered the Greek. It's a vegetarian gyro sandwich. The sandwich tastes pretty decent with tzatziki sauce and the veggie. If you eat the vegan gyro by itself, it tasted like tofu jerky. Sandwich was rather on the small side too. The pumpkin snickerdoodle was good! Overall, the food is decent for vegan option. However, with the amount of oil preparing the food, I'm not sure if this is exactly healthy. Had my semi-annual dental cleaning on this side of town and decided to check out NoButcher afterwards. Having decided to eliminate red meat from my diet last week, this was a great place to go to for lunch. Hence the name NoButcher, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is vegetarian/vegan and you won't find any animal products here. I saw this place on an episode of Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives about a year ago, and it's been on my list of restaurants to visit since. This place is, literally, a vegan's paradise. If only they were closer to me, though. You can choose to go inside or go through the drive-thru. They have two different menus, which are their sandwich menu and their "make it a meal" menu. On their "make it a meal" menu, you choose your sandwich, a side, a drink, and a surprise treat. I was pressed for time and chose to take my order to go, where I ordered only a sandwich, where I chose their NoTuna sandwiches (all their sandwiches begin with NO in a nod to all their animal free products). Their treats also looked delicious, so I picked up their cinnamon coffee cake as well, which was individually wrapped in plastic to keep it fresh. The sandwich, which I believe was served on sourdough bread, was excellent! It was also topped with other healthy food items, such as spinach, zucchini, tomatoes, and onions. I was really hungry so I ended up finishing the entire thing. Later that night, I had half of their cinnamon coffee cake, which was VERY delicious. I plan to have the other half later tonight and might finish it then. The service was friendly, the food came out quickly, and the ambiance was welcoming and very clean. When one customer left while I was waiting for my food, one of the employees came out and cleaned the table off, also ensuring that all the other tables around were clean as well. The best sandwich in Vegas and it's not even close. The bread is made fresh and you can taste it with every bite. The nomeats leave you full and pack more flavor than the real thing ever could. Honestly, there is no reason to ever eat lame meat with a place like this in existence. Fresh cut chips, fresh egg salad, and home baked cookies? Like I can't possible ask for more. Recently started making our own deli meat from seitan, so we came here for research. The bright, clean interior and friendly staff were a welcoming first impression. Their deli case featured an assortment of plant-based meats, cheeses, sides, and even sweet treats - for humans *and* dogs. Legit. My Aloha NoRib had good flavors, but the warm, saucy ribs overwhelmed the fresh veggies and made it a bit messy. I traded for my partner's Italian Cold Cut, which was lighter and much easier to eat. I keep thinking I've written a review about this place but I haven't yet! No Butcher is amazing for their sandwiches that are vegan. First time I tried them was during COVID we drove through and tried their Thanksgiving inspired sandwich. They have a monthly specialty sandwich. It was amazing and we always want to stop by whenever we are in Las Vegas again. Next time we went and dined in and got a pulled "pork" sandwich it was delicious. One of the best sandwich spots hands down! All of the vegan Sammie's are perfection and I always can't wait to see what the monthly special is. My favorite special is the thanksgiving special and I look forward to it every year, and will Uber eats it to my job at least 3 times, along with the times I get one for my son lol. The vegan meat is flavorful and on point, the taxing sauce is refreshing and I absolutely love that dill in it, the veggies are fresh, it's just absolute perfection. I wish there was a location by me! I will go out of my way to get food here every time I'm in Vegas from now on! My friend told me about this place after she saw it on Chef's Table knowing I had a trip planned to Vegas so I could check them out. I couldn't get there to visit in person, but I ordered UberEats and had it delivered to our hotel just before leaving for the airport so we could have it for lunch before getting on the plane. I seriously wanted to try one of everything, it all sounded so good! Since I haven't had a gyro since I was little, I had to try the gyro full meal, and got it with potato salad. Then I ordered a dill cheese ball and 1/2 pound of no egg salad to take back home with me. My friend ordered the no tuna salad. The gyro was BOMB! I was especially excited about the tzatziki sauce since that is my favorite and haven't had it in forever. It was so damn good, I want to learn how to make my own so I can have it at home! The meat looked and tasted like the real deal, and the ciabatta bread was perfect with a slight crisp outside and chewy center. The entire sandwich was devoured and I wanted more!! The potato salad was good too (though I prefer mine without onions), and it was the perfect little side portion with the meal. The snickerdoodle cookie was soft and chewy and was a perfect fall flavor! My friend is not vegan but she thoroughly enjoyed the no tuna salad and said everything tasted fresh. I saved the no egg salad and dill cheese ball to have when I returned home to AZ, and now I wish I ordered a full pound! Oh my goodness this stuff is heavenly! Egg salad sandwiches were my favorite, and this tasted like the real deal. Again, I need this recipe so I can make it part of my weekly meal plan at home! While we were supercharging at Primm, I looked up NoButcher's hours and thought it would be best to skip checking into our hotel and go straight to the restaurant before they closed. As a vegetarian, I'm always looking for unique restaurants with delicious food. When I visited Vegas and heard there was a vegan deli l, I knew I had to try it. My NoPastrami sandwhich was absolutely delicious and huge! I let my meat eater grandpa taste it, and he really enjoyed it as well. I have never tried vegan egg salad before, so was a bit nervous. It was insane, it tasted so real I couldn't believe it. My grandpa was also surprised that it had no eggs. I actually prefer this even to most if not all real egg salads I've had. I also had a rosemary lemonade which I loved, I love rosemary and teas so maybe some people won't be a fan, but to me it was perfect. The cookie of course was great, I saved it for my trip back home. The ambiance of the red is chill, cozy, and hip, it's not very big, but there was plenty of seating available, I took mine to go though. They also have a drive through, but I wanted to go inside since it was my first time. The woman working the cashier was very kind and everyone working there looked happy to be there. Omg I can't believe I slept on NoButcher for so long. I don't go to LV too often, but I will absolutely be making a point to stop here when I do. Sandwiches, snacks, and service. NoButcher has it all. The regular menu of sandwiches alone is impressive, but they also have specials where you can snag some really tasty items. When I was there, they were doing a schnitzel sandwich for Oktoberfest and I still dream of it today. Getting it as the 'deluxe' meal meant I also got a side of sauerkraut and german potato salad--soo good. Later, I took a pumpkin bar to go and not only was it delicious but held up remarkably well in my travels back to SF. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and pretty talented balancing pre-orders, walk-ins, and a drive-in window. They do it all with ease and big smiles. The space itself is simple but welcoming. The brick wall on the left makes you forget that you are in a small restaurant in the middle of a walmart parking lot (lol). Came here for lunch one day after another place we had planned was unexpectedly closed. This was also a place I had found to try but my friend picked the other one because this place was primarily sandwiches. Located next to Tropical Smoothie in the same plaza as Wal-Mart on the Southwest corner of Spring Mountain and Rainbow, it was like a hole-in-the-wall place where no one knew about but had outstanding reviews. Small little restaurant with a decent amount of seating, we were already greeted by staff prior to entering the establishment. NoButcher is a vegan, 100% plant-based restaurant serving deli style sandwiches, salads, and sides. My friend had tried the OKTOBERFEST SCHNITZEL sandwich while i had tried the NoPASTRAMI COLD CUT sandwich. My NoPASTRAMI COLD CUT includes NoButcher's plant-based Pastrami, Swiss NoCheese, lettuce, pickles, spring mix greens, red onions, and a sweet maple-mustard aioli on a crispy WARM ciabatta roll. Typically pastrami sandwiches are stacked high in meat but this one, i actually didn't really miss the monstrous amounts of meat. It was a good balance between amount of NoPastrami and the veggies. The warm crispy ciabatta roll was delicious As for my friend's OKTOBERFEST SCHNITZEL sandwich, it included NoButcher's authentic German fried schnitzel (typically thin veal/pork deep fried) on red cabbage and brussel sprouts slaw with curry ketchup sauce on a crispy ciabatta roll. We didn't really enjoy this one as much. The ciabatta, again was great. And we really liked the slaw. The texture of the fried schnitzel wasn't really there and the sandwich was way over sauced. If somehow there could be a crispier schnitzel with maybe more of a "bite", with less sauce, we would have enjoyed it more. Found this place on trusty yelp since I'm in Vegas for CES...apparently it's been open for 4 years and the pandemic would've stopped me from being here for almost 2 years but what the heck happened last time I was here I didn't see this place show up!!!! Nice little eatery with a deli style and you can buy No Butcher meats to go as well...how awesome is that I think before I drive back to LA I'll pick some up to bring back!!! The gal at front was really friendly so I ended up getting her favorite thing there...what is that? THE GREEK! I was blown away by NoButcher and will definitely be back. The vibe is welcoming, the deli style presentation and offerings (you can buy vegan meat in the window) makes it really unique, and the staff is just lovely. I got the the Mediterranean Roasted Veggies Sandwich, which was perfection. It comes stuffed with freshly roasted mushrooms, onion, garlic, bell peppers, zucchini and slathered in an incredible balsamic / pesto / almond feta cheese that they make in house, topped with tomatoes and greens. And the bread was delicious. It's bursting with flavor and the combinations remind me of a hole-in-the-wall, legit Mediterranean spot my family has been going to for years and has been run by two generations. The sandwich is only made better by the meal combo option because you get to choose a side, beverage, and it comes with a surprise treat (a cookie in my case, one that tasted like childhood). I highly recommend the potato salad side. I already had an idea of what I wanted to order. I ordered the Greek sandwich single with a pumpkin pie. Where do I begin? A flame started from within as the sandwich itself was fire and delicious. The NoMeat was piled high and tons of fresh veggies. It was also drizzled with tzatziki sauce. Amazing omni flavors and textures. I was keenly aware of the food ingredients but as everyone knows the most important ingredient is love. Am I right or am I right? Well, It was everywhere. When you make your sandwich a meal it is served with a deli side, drink, and treat. The toothsome pumpkin pie was equally delectable. Options are 5/5 as most non-meat meat-ish options at restaurants are impossible or beyond... these are different and super tasty. Food is consistent 4.5/5 Flavor and texture and freshness was good just one negative: one of the sandwiches was a little wet with mustard and sandwich juices so I suggest checking your sandwiches. We had the Mediterranean (Gyro) and their special - Po Boy. Both were fantastic but the special was really good. Your greeted by a genuinely happy guy (owner) - he's friendly and helpful. Their bread is fantastic, the mock meats are some of the best I've had and their sides were great. We tried the potato salad and the coleslaw. Nice place! The staff were very helpful for us first timers and patient as we asked questions about the different options. Our sandwiches came out quickly. They even brought my husband a water without him even asking. I thought the meal deal was a good deal. I recommend the pulled no-pork and my husband enjoyed the Italian cold cut sandwich. I don't normally or consistently eat Vegan, I just love NoButcher because they make such tasty products. I have been eating here for years since they opened. I was worried that they would not last long as that location seemed to be cursed from a lot of prior unsuccessful business attempts. Well they certainly put an end to that and have made it through the storm. I am literally addicted to their No Rib Aloha sandwich. I dream of this sandwich often in my sleep. I wake up and my mouth is soaking wet. I also enjoy their yearly no toy-key sandwich. They have some tasty sides and yummy sweets. I have two words for the Owner/Creator of this Masterpiece! CREATIVE GENIUS! Thank you for pleasuring my mouth, stomach and soul with your yummy sandwiches! I even witnessed your employee providing a sandwich for a man at your window for free, all he said was he was hungry and suffering financially. No butcher is fantastic! A fully vegan friendly menu of in house made cold cuts, cheeses, salads, & cookies. I'm a big fan of several of the sammies - the cold cut Italian, aloha no rib, Mediterranean veggie, and of course the limited speciality sandwiches like the Oktoberfest meal.
