I am so happy to see this location open. I have been a Round Table fan since working there as a kid. I ordered personal size Maui Zaui, twists, and salad bar. Tasted just like it did twenty years ago. Buttery crust. Fresh ingredients. Clean restaurant. The employees working were very friendly. I will be back with friends. They have a claw machine and tables that seat 4-6. Perfect for small gatherings. read more

Wow, I have no idea why this round table location is at 3.7 stars? Time to give them 5 stars like they deserve! 8 month old location behind 7-11 at Maule and Ft Apache. It's clean inside, brand new everything. Great staff. My pizza was ready in 5 minutes fresh and hot out of the oven! I love round tables pizza. It's very under appreciated. Staff were friendly and taking good care of the place. I will be coming here often! Try them out and give them 5 stars! read more

We tried the new location for Round Table Pizza after my daughter graduated from UNLV with her second masters degree in special education-Autism. We ordered an individual cheese pizza for my son, a gluten free pepperoni and black olive pizza for my daughter and a medium size supreme for my husband and I. We added fountain drinks too. The pizzas were delicious, fresh ingredients and hot. We enjoyed every slice. We will definitely come back. The service is excellent and friendly. read more

I ordered online, and when I arrived to pick up my pizza, Frankie was incredibly friendly and attentive. He even opened the pizza boxes in front of me to make sure everything was correct and that the pizzas looked nicely made. I was genuinely impressed, as no one had ever taken that extra step before! It's clear that Frankie takes pride in his work and cares about providing great customer service. I'll definitely be back! Thank you, Frankie, for your kindness, attention to detail, and great work ethic! read more

JENNIFER the manager told this Air Force retired attorney that because the order was fulfilled through Prime/GrubHub (a 3rd party) that she refused to deliver a new busy since we ordered the King Arthur Supreme that was extremely spicy. SHE ADMITTED TO US THAT SHE CANT EAT THE SAUCE BECAUSE OF THE HOT SPICE IN THE SAUCE! She is a young, immature little wiseass female toddler the way she spoke to us. A legal letter from us will be sent to corporate and the franchise owner. I OBTAINED A FULL $48.00 REFUND FROM GRUBHUB. We will NEVER order from RT again. I wish Jennifer is terminated as her customer service skills receive an F-. read more

YES, I am biased! The nostalgic taste of my youth growing up in The Bay Area. Happy to see they opened a new restaurant a ways behind the Durango resort!. Don't have pizza often, it's more like a treat for me once in a while but every time I get my favorite King Arthur Supreme it never disappoints! read more

Pizza - 5 stars! Customer service - 2 stars So overall 3 stars given. We ordered online and our pizza was promised at 5:18pm. We arrived at 5:15 and were told it would be about 7-10 more minutes. 10 minutes came and the girl said it still wasn't ready and offered us water while we waited. Then another 10 went back and we still were waiting. My husband went to counter to ask about it and the other worker said they were just getting ready to put it in. Finally got our pizza at 5:50. It was delicious but we received no apology from the kid who gave us our pizza and never any direct eye contact from him either. Don't think we'll be back with service so bad and inefficiency which is too bad since the pizza was delicious. read more

Horrible customer service! Order here if you want you to wait 2 days for your food. I ordered on the app but when I sent my son to get the pizza, they require you to present an ID and credit card to pick up??? What?!? I already paid for it, why won't you give it to my son? Also I ordered the pizza around 2:30, pick up said 2:45, I didn't get handed the pizza until 3:15, ridiculous. The guy making food moves at a sloth's pace. I don't think they actually start making your food until you present your ID. read more

I went for lunch and had the pizza with the salad bar lunch special. The pizza was perfectly cooked, the salad bar was fully stocked. Everything was delicious! The variety of veggies I can put on the salad is a 10/10. Don't even get me started on the ranch! Best in Las Vegas. I'll be back next week with my co-workers to share this experience. This experience was completely unacceptable. I placed an order online using my own card and sent my significant other to pick it up. When they arrived, they were told that both my ID and the card used for payment were required due to "fraud concerns." I spoke with the manager, Cierra, who insisted this policy was on the website and checkout page. After reviewing everything--including placing a mock order myself--I found no mention of such a policy anywhere. Cierra refused to release the order without my ID or card and even suggested that I send photos of them, which I found highly inappropriate. I ended up canceling the order entirely. If the company enforces a policy like this, it should be clearly listed online and in checkout terms. The manager's lack of understanding of the policy and poor communication reflect inadequate training and poor customer service. As an African American customer, I also can't ignore the possibility that race played a role in how I was treated. The lack of empathy and professionalism I experienced was deeply upsetting. I won't be returning to this location and plan to share my experience to warn others. I hope the company reviews its policies and training to prevent this from happening again read more
