This experience was completely unacceptable. I placed an order online using my own card and sent my significant other to pick it up. When they arrived, they were told that both my ID and the card used for payment were required due to "fraud concerns." I spoke with the manager, Cierra, who insisted this policy was on the website and checkout page. After reviewing everything--including placing a mock order myself--I found no mention of such a policy anywhere. Cierra refused to release the order without my ID or card and even suggested that I send photos of them, which I found highly inappropriate. I ended up canceling the order entirely. If the company enforces a policy like this, it should be clearly listed online and in checkout terms. The manager's lack of understanding of the policy and poor communication reflect inadequate training and poor customer service. As an African American customer, I also can't ignore the possibility that race played a role in how I was treated. The lack of empathy and professionalism I experienced was deeply upsetting. Thrilled to see a Round Table in my neighborhood!! Been eating here since 1995 in CA, and still feels like i'm at home! Pizza taste the same (Thank God) Always hard to find a good pizza parlor but Round Table is A1! This location is very clean and has excellent customer service! We'll def be back! read more

AJ has helped me just about every time I have come into this RoundTable location! Moved here five years ago from the PNW and was surprised when we found out that RT was near Summerlin! AJ has a fantastic attitude and is always so friendly and willing to help! Met Taylor tonight when I picked up my now weekly pizzas and she was so happy and friendly as well! Whomever owns this location you need to know this and pay them so you don't lose them to another job! They are new but still incompetent. Place was empty. There are 6 employees and nobody knows what they are going. Props to the young lady at the front. She is the only person that cares. I ordered by pointing at the sign next to the register indicating a large 1 topping for $12.99. The guy that took my order said 21 dollars. I turned the sign around that is 6 inches from him and he acted like he's never seen it. He rung me up for the correct price. I sat down and after 10 mins of waiting the nice girl came up to me asking if I placed an order. She checked and then told me it would be 10 mins. I thought they haven't even started making it because it should have been in the oven. This was confirmed because the couple that ordered after me got their food first. We were the only people there so it's not like they were busy. There is a girl whose only job is to cut the pizza. I don't think she has ever used a knife. 4 employees watched her as she cut my pizza. I got my order and the nice girl apologized for the wait. Keep the nice girl and fire everyone else. 5stars for a walking distance pizza place that's clean, reasonably priced and tastes of nostalgia. Driving by, we weren't sure of it being open until we saw their staff dancing with a sign at the corner of Ft Apache and Maule. I was greeted by said staff a couple hours later when we stopped in to get a take out order after grocery shopping. I got their special which was a large, one topping for $12.99, so we chose the pepperoni. I was told 15 min for it to be ready, so we went home to drop groceries and I came back. It took about 20min which is fine, but there wasn't much business happening inside so I hope they keep to that going forward. They have men/women bathrooms near their medium size dining area, with 2seater tables lining the front windows, as well as booster chairs for young ones. And a set up for what looks to be a salad bar at some point. According to the staff, this was a soft opening with the Grand Opening set in October, on the 4th he thought. Pizza was nostalgic Round Table, slightly tangy chewy crust and savory sauce. We will definitely walk over for a bite every month, no doubt. read more

Everybody was excited to get their pizza delivered for the birthday party at our house and when the pizza got here, they only brought one of the four ranches that we ordered so some people did not even eat it because it's just not the same without Ranch just make sure you double check your orders before sending them with a courier because you ruined dinner. Recently ordered pizza from this place for the first and the last time. Restaurant requires ID AND credit card for pickup. So when you order for someone else to pick up, they force you to send a picture of your credit card over text which is extremely dangerous and can cause your CC information to be stolen. Associates are standing in the open kitchen on their phones not working while one person slaves away over the pizzas. After all of this the food came out almost 10 minutes after promise time. For the price, pizza and service is beyond horrendous. read more

I ordered 12 wings--half hot and half BBQ, as shown on my receipt--but received all BBQ. When I called to ask about it, the employee who answered insisted I had ordered all BBQ, even though the receipt clearly showed otherwise. I decided to let it go. On a separate visit for a pickup order, the front counter employee was very rude and forgot my 2 liter drink. I didn't realize until I got home and had to drive back to get it. I let that go as well. Last night, I placed a delivery order through the app. After 1.5 hours with no update, I called the store. The manager hung up on me during the first call after I simply asked for an update. When I called back, the employee who answered said, "I don't know what's going on with it, it's been ready for a long time and I've been looking at it." When I asked for the manager, he rushed through the conversation and seemed completely disengaged. While I was on the phone with him, I got a notification from DoorDash that a driver had just been assigned. I asked to cancel the order since the food had been sitting out for over an hour. He agreed, but I had to come to the store with my ID and card. Once I arrived, the manager told me "the first delivery driver never showed up." However, DoorDash confirmed the store didn't submit the order until after I called--meaning there was no original driver at all. This situation was handled very poorly by the staff. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager simply refunded the order and blamed everything except the actual issue: the order sat for over an hour because it was never submitted. I've now had three separate issues here--two of which I previously ignored because I understand that new locations and new teams are still learning. However, being misled multiple times, hung up on, and unable to reach the actual store manager is unacceptable. read more

Honestly I don't even want to give this place a star. I never do reviews but today I had to. I ordered my pizza at 7:23 the app said the pizza should be delivered at 8:02 waited until 8:30 nothing so I drove down there myself, everyone there seems flustered don't know what's going on. I spoke with Ashely in the front said my pizza was already picked up by the driver it'll be there when I get home. I get home no pizza I call the restaurant she said he was lost mind you I live 6 minutes away so I waited 15 minutes passed so I called again, asked to speak with a manager and guess who it is Ashely. I'm not sure if she needs more training or a new manager because she didn't seem like she knew what was going on and how to handle the situation. I got my money back thank god but honestly this place is trash. Do better specially being new and hour for a pizza I never got. read more

We ended up having to get a refund because once asking how long the pizza would take after waiting that long, we realized they hadn't even put the pizzas in. I was really happy to see a new Round Table in Vegas (and under 5miles away) as it is my favorite pizza place. I just got a pizza here and it was pretty disappointing. Very dry, not sure they put any sauce on it. The crust was no where near as good as I remember, but this was their stuff crust which I have never tried before and not their regular. The amount of toppings seemed really skimping. Hopefully the owner/managers read here because they really have to do better with quality and train their workers to do things correctly. This was a very subpar pizza, I will give them some time to have workers that actually know what they are doing and try it one more time with their regular crust. edit; I have had Round Table pizza in California, Hawaii and here in Vegas at their other location which is nearly an hour drive for me. Those all served me what I expected from a Round Table pizza. This location failed, I have frozen pizza in the freezer that is better than this. I am gonna have to open up a can of pizza sauce to use as dip to eat the rest because it is so dry. read more

RTP was always my go to pizza place before I moved to Vegas. When I moved here, I found two locations but there were a bit aways from me. Recently I found out a new location opened less than a mile from my house! I had a friend over to watch a game and decided to order a large pizza and some wings. I had to joke with the driver when it was delivered because I am probably about a half a mile away. But I told her we were watching a game. Pizza toppings were as good as I remembered. They only difference was the crust tasted different than before. Back before, they had some type of seeds on the bottom and it was cooked just a little bit more. While I preferred it before, I still liked it overall. The wings were very good and very meaty. I noticed a couple of reviews that had issues with some workers. The place just opened. Give them time to work out the kinks. Even with proper training, it's different once a business opens often. read more

This must be the new Round Table. I've lived in Vegas 56 years born and raised. Over 10 years ago this pizza company was gone. They basically vanished from Vegas. I see a new place off of Fort Apache. I live off of Fort Apache and Sunset. I get excited to see a new Round Table Pizza Place. Wow! Not the same old pizza. After ordering a 14 inch pizza I received a 10 inch pizza. $27 dollars for a store bought pizza. Not saying this pizza was store bought, but I have had better store bought pizza.
