Spot was clean, bathroom was clean, and the girl at the counter was patient and genuinely helpful which always sets the tone right. Food came out hot and quick, no waiting around. Authentic staff/humans, authentic food and an authentic local business!! I have been coming to this particular "teams" restaurant since they were located on Ft. Apache. It took me a minute to get in the habit of going over to Arroyo Crossing but, I now take clients to lunch there. The Master Chef always recognizes me and smiles and waves and probably the biggest reason I keep going beside the great food is because Elsa at the cash register is so friendly; a genuine smile and passion for the restaurant and making sure customers are 100% satisfied. The daily deals are good, Monday and Thursday are my favorites. I don't eat salad but my boss says their salad is really good. Most days Elsa is working the register with excellent service.
