This is usually pretty hard to find, but the door was open and someone was standing by the door so I got here pretty easily. Since several years since I've been here. Wait was usual. There's a little bit of a line, but it moved really fast. They just pulled a thick crust pizza out of the oven so I had a piece of that with pepperoni. So good. The crust was light and airy. Tucked away down a nondescript hallway on the third flood of Cosmopolitan, above Block 16 Urban Food Hall, Secret Pizza is a secret worth letting out of the bag. It felt like being a New Yorker on my way home, ducking into my favorite neighborhood hole-in-the-wall for a slice. I picked two slices from the pies on the counter and had hot, crisp slices in hand just a few minutes later. So good. Just so good. Definitely a nicely kept secret located inside the Cosmo hotel. It's a little off to the side in one of the corridors and doesn't have much signage. So it's best if you follow your nose. They have a nice selection of pizzas by the slice to take to your room for one of those late night cravings. The dough has a nice crisp to it and a good size to satisfy as your midnight snack. The pizza here is pretty good. I had no complaints. I stayed in the Cosmopolitan Hotel, and I've had this pizza before. I recommend anyone try this place. Later in the night, the lines can get pretty long. The customer service is really good. The workers will greet you and help you out with whatever you need. Since it has been here for many years in Cosmopolitan, this pizza is what most have come to have after a round of drinks, some fun, and a nice slice as a snack. The not so secret, Secret Pizza spot is a classic. They ar elocated in the Cosmo.locat3d on the 3rd floor, just to the left of Jaleo. They don't have a sign so look for the hallway full of records and youll know youre in the right spot. Or you can cheat and ask people lollll or see people coming out with the box of pizza or slices. But this has been a go to late night spot for many people and for many years. And for being on the strip, prices aren't too bad. But dont wait too long coz last call is 20 min before they close. I just get the combo meal which included a 1 topping pizza and a drink. I usually get the cheese which is pretty decent. Sometimes there is a line depending on when you go, so just be aware. And the store is small. Theres only a few tables and seats. So people usually take it to go and eat in the common area in front of the store. The veggie had sun dried tomatoes on it. The combo had really good Italian sausage on it, and the Sicilian was a cheese covered wonder. But what makes a NY style pizza slice is the crust. Timing is everything. This place is no frills. Simple concept with a fun flare. The line was all the way to the main area when we arrived. In total, it took us 25 minutes to get in and out. We orders two clicks of sausage, mushroom, and garlic. We had read other Yelp reviews and decided to try that combination but no one mentioned the garlic was a sauce and not chopped or minced garlic. Beware. That garlic sauce is delicious but powerful and our guy slathered it on thick! The people behind me in line were excited for me to try all that garlic! The crust of the pizza was perfectly crispy and thin. It was a great slice but I think all that extra garlic sauce made it oily and overpoweringly garlicy. I ended up wiping away the oil and garlic but oil ended up everywhere, including making parts of the crust deep fried. This unexpected crunch was also surprisingly delicious! I'm usually not one for ordering by the slice, as you never know how long a slice has been sitting out, waiting to be claimed. This place is so busy, I would bet that a slice only lasts mere minutes.
