This place is my favorite pizza place in vegas. It's worth the extra few dollars to get it delivered if you can't make it in. The pizza is amazing. The dough is so soft. Chew and with a crunch to the crust. The cheese is amazing real flavor vs the bland stuff you get at most fast pizza chains. The Detroit style is my current favorite. Wrapped around cheese crust. Soft fluffy dough with that salty flavor of real Pepperoni. Tastes great even heated up the next day. Great service & worth the drive to eat in or take out. They are also on Uber Eats if you prefer delivery (but does cost more ) I cannot recommend this place enough
The crust here is sooo good. Neapolitan style, super airy, rose perfectly, and had that satisfying chew that's hard to pull off. Honestly one of the best Neopolitan pizzas I've had. The rest keeps up. Mozz wasn't overcooked (this happens way more than it should), the sauce was perfectly balanced, ingredients tasted fresh. One thing I'd do next time is ask for sauce on the side for dipping. The crust is a big part of the pizza, which is fine because the crust is great, but a little extra sauce would put it over the top. Service was friendly. I'll be back!
Been wanting to try this spot since they made a home at their current location. Solid menu with multiple styles of dough thin, canotto (more fluffy crust on the thinner side) and their Detroit style. We had one of each style. Each had a great flavor palette and the dough was, as expected, on point. Started the meal with a family style, Caesar salad and my daughter had a chicken Caesar salad sandwich. Great spot, can order at the counter and the food will come to your table. Check them out.
Despite being a huge fan of neapolitan pizza, I'm not sure Solamente is for me. Their dough is definitely light and airy when fresh. Unfortunately, due to their emphasis on dough, Solamente pizzas have an aggressively disproportionate ratio of crust to toppings. Coming from someone who usually thinks eating out means food that is too heavy or flavorful, I thought their pizzas would benefit from a lot more ingredients (or less dough). The problem is I'm not sure they can add any more toppings given the texture of their dough, as the middle of the pizza is already so floppy that their pizza was unusually messy to eat. I could not even pull a slice out without having what few ingredients were on the pizza sliding off. The kicker is I actually attempted to check them out a few weeks ago and they were entirely out of all their special dough pizzas despite going at around 6PM. Not sure if this reflected their immense popularity within the community or if they were having issues with product supply, but it was bizarre not being able to order their supposedly signature items at a primetime hour. I can't say this place isn't worth a shot as their dough truly is unique, but there's so many other competitive pizza options in Las Vegas that I would prefer to go back to instead.
All I can say is the crust was absolutely delicious. I had the cheese pizza and the ingredients were very fresh. I absolutely love the cheese.! I will definitely be back.
Solamente Pizza delivers a really solid pizza that clearly puts the focus where it matters most: the fundamentals. The dough is the star--great chew, light structure, and a genuinely good sourdough flavor that comes through without overpowering the pie. You can tell it's been properly fermented and handled with care. The sauce is well balanced, hitting that sweet spot between tangy and slightly sweet, complementing the crust instead of competing with it. Everything works together cleanly and intentionally. No gimmicks, just really good pizza done right. Not chasing a fifth star, but absolutely a place I'd return to when I want quality dough and a satisfying slice.

This pizzeria is a must visit, it recently won best pizza in Nevada! All pizzas are made with sourdough crust and it's absolutely delicious! We went here as a part of lip smacking foodie tours and we got to taste 4 of their signature pies. From Detroit style to thin crust margherita, every pizza is a masterpiece. We got to meet the chef and he explained to us how he makes the sourdough without yeast! The staff is friendly and efficient
We stopped by here because we heard it is the best pizza in Vegas..... We ordered the margarita and the pepperoni pizza. The pizza itself was ok, nothing to write home about by any means it was good, wood fire is my favorite, but the sauce lacked flavor. The service was good, friendly, my only complaint would be that the wait staff started cleaning up while we were eating. It was 7:30, but I find that very rude to clean while you still have people in the restaurant.
Garlic bread and that marinara sauce was good but the pizza was ok. We also got bloody orange and lemon drink forgot to take a pic. Inside was a little mess. We sat in the bar. Parking: is not hard people come and go for pick up The cashier she does everything by herself--delivering foods in the table and cleaning up that's why she looks tired.
Loved Solamente! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and attentive the entire time. We ordered two pizzas to share between three people, and it was more than enough. We went with the pesto pizza and the spicy pepperoni pizza -- both were bomb. The pizzas were cooked perfectly, with just the right cheese-to-topping ratio. Oh, and they have good ranch, which we always love to see. We'll definitely be back!
Been wanting to try this out for some time now. Glad I stopped by today. The pizza was really good. We tried 3 kinds and all were very good. Spicy, pepperoni, and meat lovers. The pizza dough and crust is amazing so soft and crispy.....hard to explain unless you try it. We went during the week for lunch and I ordered the Instagram worthy pizza at first but I was told they were out of prosciutto...damn I'll have to come back... Service was kinda order up from and get all your stuff yourself, a little weird. Nice place with pizza ovens showing and the smell makes you hungry. The only reason for 4 stars is that they didn't have the pizza I wanted to order.
Our pizzas were excellent from here. So fresh and the crust is delish. My only gripe would be to have sauce on my pizza pictured below. My fault for not catching that! If they did a garlic buttery brush into the crust, it would be even more divine.

We heard good things about this place and we're so glad we decided to try them out. They have Italian neapolitan style pizza which had the perfect chew and airy crust. We tried the Meat lovers and it was fabulous. We also order the thin and crispy margherita pizza which was super thin and very crispy! We loved both as the flavors and dough were both so well done and the sauce is really delicious as well. We definitely will be back! read more

Solamente Pizza is award wining pizza. This casual Pizza Restaurant is located in Summerlin. Their pizzas are made with natural starter and are fermented but are not sour. The menu is limited but interesting. They offer one size of pizza but many of them are unique. They also offer a few sandwiches, a few salads, and desserts. It's casual you order and pay at the counter and seat yourself. We tried a "Mistakenly Margherita" pizza. WOW! The flavors really BANG! And the crust is extra special..........The texture and the taste. It's very light and very easy to eat. One pizza might not be enough for two people. My only peeve is that the crust is too large for my taste...I wish it was smaller so I could have more pizza. I guess that is why they sell sauces for dipping the crusts. We also shared an order of cannoli. They were better than most out there with very creamy filling and delicate flavors embellished with chocolate chips. They make the shells a bit different and to me are more cookie-like than the hard bubbly blistered type. The cashier/server was friendly and efficient. FANTABULOUS pizza but with larger than the usual crusts. read more
New Pizza King Pin in town. Winning awards right out the gate and it tastes like it. Now I see why one of our friends posted about them three times in a week. Light, airy, crispy and with a lot of savory flavors. Got the top two favorite, A.P.B. and Daniel Gigi as well a supreme pizza (friend's favorite). You won't go wrong with any but I personally liked the Gigi the most. Fresh meets fresh! Guy at the register was very friendly even when we got there close to closing. Made sure we knew they were finishing up at 8. We ended up ordering and finishing almost all three within 35minutes! Glad I picked up the phone to go to the movies. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was wonderful -- welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. I ordered the pepperoni calzone with a side of marinara, which came out quickly and was fresh. The calzone itself was tasty, but a little unbalanced -- most of the pepperoni was bunched in the middle instead of being spread evenly throughout. The marinara on the side was underwhelming; it lacked depth or flavor, which made the dish feel a little flat overall. For $25, I was hoping for more "wow" factor. While the service and cleanliness were great, the food didn't quite match the price point. read more
I ordered takeout and got a supreme and pepperoni with hot honey. Both pizzas were very hot and clearly fresh out of the oven. The dough was light and airy. The toppings however were just okay... they kind of lacked flavor. They also slid off pretty easily when picking up a slice. They also forgot to add the hot honey at first, but when I went back inside, the worker quickly gave me some. read more

AMAZING food and service. From the moment we walked in, we felt that southern hospitality. Sweetest owner. Takes pride in her restaurant. Explained the menu. Their cheese pizza won an award. We opted for the OG pepperoni pizza, family style Cesar Salad, Sandwich, cannolis and Nutella dough bites. Everything was delicious and fresh. This place does not skimp on anything, doesn't nickel and dime. Amazing! Doesn't disappoint. The women's bathroom even has a changing table for babies ! Shows Attention to detail. read more
Been recommended to try Solamente by many others and saw that they won a pizza prize as No 1. So I definitely had to try it. We got takeout of the spicy special and meat lovers since I wanted to watch tv with it and maybe it was because we took it home? The pizza was not as good as I thought since I had in mind there's a high chance this would be the best pizza I will find in Vegas. It's definitely still a good pizza but not the in the top 10 that I've had in my life. I was expecting an airy and crispy crust but the crust was not that airy or crispy, it was ok since it's still charred, which brought extra flavor but yea the dough was not as good as the toppings. It was a lot of chewing. The toppings were good. The crust was also super wide, so the percentage of pizza with toppings is actually quite low sadly. I don't know... I will try it again probably dine in but I won't get takeout again. It was quite expensive $45 for two 11 inch pizzas read more

First time here! Service and atmosphere, chill. Order at the counter, sit anywhere. Music 10/10. Pizza was delicious, I would say I wish it was more saucey but it was light. The dough was airy and charred, my favorite if you are into that. Salad was a good small portion that I split with my partner. They charge extra for hot honey. Definitely coming back again to try more or the pizza choices! read more
I'm actually confused. Maybe it has to do with Uber Eats but I ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza and when I opened the box I was so surprised at the size of the pizza, not only that but at $27 for a cheese pizza and $31 for a pepperoni pizza with literally 4 slices of each pizza --the math isn't mathing. This isn't speciality pizza nor did the ingredients or flavor taste supreme, if anything, the crust was the winner with its chewy consistency. I would never order from here again. I will praise them on how quickly it was made and ready but wow, definitely skip this place read more

Me and my wife loved this place ! I'm someone who likes thin crust but we decided to try the square (deep dish) pizza and it was fantastic. The edges were crispy with cheese, the pepperonis were small and slightly spicy, and the marinara was sweet. The dough was much lighter and fluffier than I was expecting, and very flavorful almost tasted like sourdough. All together, delicious, and the woman working the front counter was incredibly sweet and helpful. The inside is fine, but we ended up sitting out front which was really nice ! read more

AMAZING!! 5/5 If you're a pizza lover, you need to try this place! Their secret dough recipe left me absolutely speechless--it's that good. Perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. They also offer gluten-free and dairy-free options, which is a huge plus for those with dietary restrictions. Head Chef Rory was fantastic--super friendly and full of great suggestions. You can tell he's passionate about what he does, and it shows in every bite. The whole team was welcoming and made the experience even better. This is the kind of local business that deserves all the support. Amazing food, great people, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. This location is not on the Vegas Strip. This is about 20 minutes west of the strip. Parking was plentiful and location was easy to find. We were greeted by the cashier and she also delivered our food. The owner of the store, Ethan, came out and asked us about our meal. I must say, for a casual dine in restaurant, he and his staff made us feel like we were in a fine dining restaurant. The owner expressed his goals with us and we hope he expands to southern California! We loved their hospitality! The ambiance was very laid back and very clean! It has an open kitchen so you can see everything that they do. They have some low counter top tables and some high tops. Their restroom had so much space and had a changing table for infants and toddlers. We ordered the a.p.b., meat lovers, chicken pesto for pizza and the burrata capresse. Our favorite was the A.p.b. it was out of this world. The flavors and the ingredients used for this pie was out of this world. Another thing that was amazing was their dough is similar to "sourdough" but without the sour taste. Their crust was thin and fluffy. We did not feel like we over ate and we didn't feel "heavy" afterwards. Their sauce and cheese were just the right ratio! I cannot praise this place enough! You should ask them about their dough. There's no other pizza place like this one! Their ingredients are locally sourced with the exception of basil coming from California, and everything is made in-house. Highly recommended to try and this will not be the last time we eat here! We will be back! read more

I really wanted to like this spot but left unimpressed. You grab a menu, seat yourself & then order at the front. Food is brought out to you. Service was friendly & approachable. Restaurant is kept clean but definitely smells smoky from the ovens?inside (noticed this both times I walked in). The first time my husband and I went on a week night, they told us they did not have their signature crust & only had the thin & crispy crust available. This was disappointing as the whole point of us coming was to try their crust & so we decided to make the drive back again another day. When we came back, we ordered 2 pizzas. Both were ok, but felt there was too much crust in relation to toppings. The Pizza Spicy Special didn't really have much of a kick. The Pizza Biance Miele felt a bit bland and cheese was a bit rubbery in texture. Took home leftovers but honestly felt it did not taste that great reheated. Overall, glad we tried it but felt there are other options in town I'd prefer. read more
My favorite type of pizza is neapolitan style pizza, so I decided to come here. I really like the unique types of pizza offerings here. There's plenty of seating. The kitchen is an open concept, and you can see their two large pizza ovens. Quality of the pizzas are great, so it took about 15-20 minutes to get our pizzas. I thought I was going to order the cacio e pepe pizza, but I decided to get the Daniel Gigi (with no arugula). You had me at butter, horseradish, and truffle! My hubs got the chicken spinach. I'm so glad I got the Daniel Gigi. It was covered with a hefty amount of prosciutto, and the unique flavors without the traditional marinara sauce were amazing! Also, the bread tasted amazing as well. It was definitely one of the best doughs I've had in a pizza, almost like sourdough bread. My new favorite pizza spot! read more
