During my visit, they had to deal with a particularly challenging situation involving a family whose children were making a significant mess throughout the dining area, along with another customer who seemed determined to criticize how the business was being run. Despite the unnecessary comments and the added stress, the employee remained calm, polite, and professional the entire time. As someone who reviews a lot of restaurants, I know good customer service isn't measured by how staff act when everything is easy--it's measured by how they handle difficult situations. This employee handled it with patience and grace, which says a lot about both them and the business. The food was great, but the professionalism I witnessed is what will bring me back. As a side note, their Hencredible sauce serves as a good pairing with their chicken, and I'd like to come back to try the sweet chili sauce. The portion sizes for everything were good for the price as well--I can definitely get two meals out of this.
