this used to be my favorite place but the last two times I went there my order was wrong or food was cold. Today it wasn't fully toasted - some was still cold - barely had any cream cheese I couldn't believe It was served like this. I could tell just by looking at it. The ladies were attentive and professional. They were on top of everything and kept the place very clean. They seemed to have great teamwork the day we went in because they just worked well together and the entire operation seemed to have good energy. The food was flavorful and good. I couldn't finish it. Very filling. The pancakes were okay. Not bad. I try pancakes everywhere I go just to see how they taste. I was very happy to be able to get a cup of ice and make a fresh ice coffee for myself exactly how I like it with sugar In The raw. Our breakfast/brunch at 9am was made to order and fantastic. There were over a dozen different types of sauces to choose from some I never heard of. My eggs and Philly cheese were super gooey and delicious. From a large menu, you order at the counter for take out or dine in, though they don't have a large amount of seats, perhaps around 20, and a couple tables outside. A friend and I had a good meal for what is now considered reasonable price, $35 including drinks, which was fresh orange juice. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and seemed to just be a smiley person even when not interacting with customers. Business was steady and they cleaned up as people left. For a couple years I continuously drove by this location curious to what they actually served. This past year as my wife received Chemotherapy treatment across the street we looked into the menu and decided to give it a try. I'm a Philly cheesesteak fan and this was the first thing I tried. Sadly it was not the best. Cheese is laid on the bun and barely melts and meat is placed on top which to me was dry and not very flavorful. Do not recommend. I'm also a fan of decent beverage options and I don't like any place that hold the Pepsi fountain. Their options are just not that great. However, their ultimate breakfast sandwich on a croissant is amazing! The double smash burger add bacon has been an absolute hit for me. Juicy great sized patties. Always hot and fresh. Never overcooked bacon, and the toppings always fresh and crisp to add even better flavor. The fries are some of my favorite I've ever had. My kid loves their chicken tenders and fries also! Lastly the Hybird! Took me a minute to grow into trying this but so glad I did. The sauce gives a great kick and the double, yes DOUBLE chicken patty was something I experienced for the first time and was not disappointed. What a nice place! Clean interior with 2 tables outside. Menu board is posted outside so you can make your selection before even setting foot inside. The cashier was kind and helped talked to us about our options. We did some customizations - added an egg onto the quinoa and chicken plate. added chicken to the quinoa and egg plate. The quinoa dishes had different set ups with vegetables which is why we made changes to our selections. The quinoa plates were hearty and filling without making us feel heavy or sluggish. The Wafflestein was a HIT with my fiancé! He is such a hard person to please but he complimented the flavor of the chicken and the waffle itself. He said both had their own unique tastes and were not dependent on one another to make the dish complete. If the waffle was eaten on its own, it would be great. And same for the chicken. I use to love coming here. We have family in town and decided to come for breakfast. I understand Sundays can be busy but thus was by far the most horrible experience. They brought out half of our meals, which there is no problem. The coffee was brewing and after 20 minutes. My husband and other guest took it upon themselves to finish the set up and get coffee. After about 25 minutes, we asked about our missing leas. Turns out they forgot about one plate and the other one was just sitting in the counter. They finally brought two plates out and one was COLD. We took it back and asked for a new one. The cook became so angry that his complaining could be heard around the restaurant. It took another 20 minutes to get the sandwich. All meals around the restaurant were served first before they made the last meal of our table. When we finally got it. It was missing the eggs. We got a partial egg on our breakfast as per the picture above. This is the worst customer service I've had in a long time. From forgetting our meals, to cold food, to complaining staff for them having to do their job, to getting half asked food. Weekdays service is great but the weekend service is horrible!!!!
