I don't know how long this location has been around, but I'm glad it's near me. The original location is close to Henderson area, but now that I know this place has a closer location to me, I will be here more often. The Sahara location is small. They have a few things on display such as donuts, pandesal, and other desserts. They also have savory things on the menu and on display too like hot dogs with senorita bread. There was one person working at the front. He answered my questions with how to store the senorita bread and how long they last. They are good the next day / morning and best when you microwave them. The senorita bread can be stored at room temperature until the next day / afternoon. Their senorita bread is the best. Reasonably priced and addictive. I can eat half a dozen of these in one sitting, although they are small. They have a light sweetness to it. I'm not sure if they add honey or if it's butter and sugar to coat the bread. I think I'm leaning more towards butter and sugar. The sweetness is not overpowering, which I like. I picked up a dozen of the senorita bread past 5pm in the middle of the week, and they came freshly warm and fluffy. read more

Spanish bread and ensaymada-nothing special. Very few selections. Service- blah, the young guy just pushed the ensaymadas towards me, no bag. He didn't bother to smile nor greet us when we arrived. Ambiance- just so so, plain. This is the Sahara Branch. I don't know about the other branch. read more

Ashanti mentioned the happy hour special for donuts and malasadas, which was clearly advertised on the sign as $1 each from 5-6 PM. We ordered two pieces and were charged $5. Thankfully, I checked the receipt before leaving. I went back to let her know about the mistake, and she refunded $2. However, the total still didn't match the advertised price, so I had to return again to point it out. There was no apology, and the response felt dismissive and snappy. Pricing errors happen, but basic math and professional customer service should not be issues especially when honoring a clearly posted promotion. A simple apology and correction would have made a big difference. read more

Came by real quick to pick up a box for my mom and a box for my house. There's more options now and service is quick. Even if you have to wait a few minutes. One thing we noticed, the bread kinda shrunk and it isn't as tasty as before although it's still moist. That buttery flavor inside isn't there anymore and the glaze on top that sticks to our fingers when we eat the bread was missing. My mom think maybe she just had a bad batch or someone made a mistake. When I got home, mine was just like what she described. Kinda sad but hopefully it was just a bad set cuz I've love my starbread. read more

Starbread is one star. Don't expect a smile or a greeting when you walk in, or maybe the person at the counter was having a bad day. Either way, I won't be back. When we first walked it there was a strong cleaning product smell and I wrote it off as maybe they just mopped the floor. As we waited for our order it became more clear, there was a slight sewer smell in the business. Yuck. We had already paid. I looked at a couple other patrons and they seemed unbothered. Oh well. Thankfully we only purchased the small bag of starbread. We both took a bite of the hot little bread and were unimpressed. Super disappointed because I had been wanting to try this place for a while. read more

Delicious bread that is actually addicting when it's nice and warm. Looks like normal buttery bread in photos, but it's sweet. If you only get a few, they put it into a paper bag, if you get more, they can put it in a box. I saw someone ahead of me ask for a sample before purchasing. The parking is free in the shared lot. Happy hour donuts are available during specified times. read more

Five stars all the way. I came early in the morning on a weekday and ordered 105 pieces of fresh señorita bread, and I was amazed that they were ready within 5 to 10 minutes. They were absolutely delicious, especially straight out of the oven. Fresh truly makes all the difference. I shared them with my coworkers and everyone was instantly in love. Not a single one went to waste. Starbread also offers a variety of other pastries that look just as tempting, and I can't wait to come back and try more. I've heard so many great things about this Filipino bakery that I had to go check it out myself. I came to try out their signature Senorita Bread and they exceeded my expectations. We ordered a 5 piece but deeply regretted it because they didn't even make it to our house. We devoured these warm and buttery baked goods almost immediately and split the 5th one in half just to be fair. Their bread is pillowy soft, with a fluffy inside and just the right amount of sweetness that'll have you licking your fingers once they're all gone. These baked goods were very fresh, absolutely delicious, and highly addicting! read more

Believe the hype. If you like fresh baked sweetbread then add Starbread to your list! You walk in, order then they make it fresh! I did notice that they take a handful of orders at a time so if you happen to show up after a group of orders has been submitted there will be a bit of wait time. The little breads come out piping hot and super soft and lite. It almost feels like they aren't cooked all the way but they definitely are. They are addicting! I bet they would be so good with coffee. They have other pastries, little tea cake looking things that were kinda dry. They also have a menu but I didn't get a chance to try anything from it. I've seen plenty of IG reels promoting Starbread bakery, but I've never had the chance to come in. Well, the day finally came and I finally got to see what the hype was about. Sure glad I did, because their Senorita bread is awesome. Walking in on a Sunday, after noon, there wasn't much left in terms of other items, but they still had their signature Senorita bread. I haven't had pan de kastila since I was a child, which is a shame because it's so good. Knowing this place seems to thrive with this as their star item, I knew I had to check it out at some point. Walking in, it smells great, like butter and sugar and all the things I shouldn't be eating but do anyway. There was no one at the register but people were waiting in the small, tiny little area. When someone did come out from the back, she was bringing boxes to the people waiting. We ordered a 20 piece box and waited approximately two minutes for it. When she handed it to us, it was piping hot and smelled amazing. I could not wait to get my hands on this. Even though I did wait until I got home, so my mom could have a taste too, it was still warm and really delicious. The bread was soft and the melted filling was oozing out in the best way possible. Finally got to Starbread Bakery at their newest location on Sahara which is so close to my home. My first time ever and I must say, those little senorita bread rolls are delicious and really packed with flavor. I bought a few malasada's (Ube and Banana). The ube was just okay for me. I haven't tried the banana one yet. They also offer other malasada flavors, a few mochi donuts and other baked goodies. I'm definitely going back for those senorita's often. read more

So happy to have Starbread close to me. Stopped by during the soft opening. I ordered the smallest order - 5 Senorita Bread. Had to wait about 5+ minutes. They open at 7 am so ill definitely return to get some of their othe pastries for my office team. The bread itself kinda lacked the butter. What makes this place very dear and special to me is that the product they put out is always piping hot. That was not it today! Very disappointing, I even asked the person behind the counter if it's hot and and confirmed with confidence "YES", instead it's room temperature and dry. Heard so much about this place and tried one when my supervisor brought some to work. I was searching Yelp and seen there was one close to me. I went around 9/10 in the morning and bought a bag of 5. Decently priced, the bag of bread was hot, and once I seen the grease stains I knew I was in for a treat. They also had some peanuts on the counter to try but I'll be back for that at a later date. It's a small establishment no area for seating but I give the food a 10/10, service was the only thing keeping me from 4 stars but I'll back. read more

This location is easy to find, great parking, and prompt service! I had been driving by for weeks, anticipating their opening. The señorita bread is SO delicious and great for a potluck item! We finally visited Starbread! The interior is cozy! It's a small space where you just queue up and order to-go. The space is bright and clean. Helpful staff who explained some of the delicious treats. I ordered the famous señorita bread. It is so light, pillowy and warm! It's addictive though and I have no restraint and can eat 10 in a row. Stopped by on a Sunday evening to pick up some Señorita bread. It's a small little spot. Service was friendly and quick, in and out in just a few minutes. I grabbed 10 pieces, which came in a paper bag still warm. The bread is soft, slightly sweet, and definitely enjoyable to eat. This Starbread is way closer to me, but I don't know what's going on. The Starbread is different here. The texture is not as airy. The dough is actually a bit firm. I'm not saying it's stale, the bread was nice and warm when we got it, but it was just not right. Sorry. They're heeeeeeereeeee! IYKYK and if you don't you NEED to know. This is a staple in your diet. Yes literally. Try the starbread aka senorita bread first and then whatever other baked good after that. You'll be hooked guaranteed. So glad there is one on this side of town the other location is in Henderson. Staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful with new customers not knowing what to try. Senorita bread is made fresh to order and is always piping hot upon retrieval. So happy to have found out they opened a shop near the northwest side because the other location we have been twice but it's so far. Ordered 15pcs I believe came out quick after we were greeted and ordered. Let me tell you me and my husband had two each before we left the parking lot it's so good! We will be back again for sure since it's a lot closer to us. read more

It was a rainy Saturday and we had to run some errands on Sahara and happened to drive by. I didn't realize Starbread had opened up here and thought there was only the one in Henderson. It was already 4pm so we were ready for everything to be sold out. There was not a lot of options available in terms of malasadas or donuts but it was nice to know they still make the senorita bread fresh. I got a 15 piece of senorita bread, grabbed a two pack of the dulce de leche senorita bread that was in the package, and one of the chocolate glazed donuts. I had to wait a few minutes for the senorita bread to be ready but it was worth it. Despite not getting to try it until I got home (and mind you on a cold, rainy day and living 20 minutes away), the senorita bread was still warm. I feel like it's the offspring of a Texas Roadhouse roll and a coconut bun. If you reheat them and allow the middle to melt just a bit, its even better. We will definitely stop back and hopefully earlier in the day when the other times are in stock. read more

Being from Orange County, I was very excited to see that star bread opened up in Las Vegas the bread is always fresh and delicious. The storefront is small like it was in Orange County and it's just like a bakery where you just pick up some bread and take it home. There is a display case that shows what type of pastries they sell but personally I would just recommend getting the señorita bread service is fast and the restaurant is clean The only gripe I had about our bread was that even though it was very delicious in Orange County they put a little bit of extra sugar on top of the rolls which personally I think makes it taste a little better and that was missing at this location read more

I'm a big fan of Starbread. Have gotten it in their California locations and even the other Windmill location. I love the taste of warm bread. Every time I get it, it's always warm. This is my first time at this location. It seems maybe they have gotten smaller? The bread is smaller than my pinky. So the stars is for the small size. The bread still tastes like the Starbread I know, it was warm, soft and delicious. I was just disappointed at the size of them. read more

Yuzu omija: I think this was like a lemonade, or yuzumade. It was refreshing and also not overly sweet. I'm not usually a fan of yuzu, but this I can get behind.

Again, I came for the cookies so not a problem. I chose the Cookie Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie as well as the White Chocolate Chip Ube. I took them home as take out. Despite cooling down a bit, they stayed pretty warm (I still microwaved for good measure). These cookies are incredibly gooey, not at all cakey, and just sweet enough to still be flavorful. Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. But when I tell you...that tea was everything! It had a smooth, lightly sweet apple flavor--no bitterness like typical black tea. The staff is kind, and your food is brought right to your seat, which is a very nice touch. Note: they do use latex gloves, so keep that in mind if you have allergies. I also enjoyed looking at the décor and the display of pastries, drinks, and items available for purchase to take home. Overall, it was a very nice experience. They were also offering milk chocolate flavor this month that I wasn't aware of when ordering. I wanted to try the madeleines after gifting a friend the new IOTA hand cream made in partnership with DA himself. I ordered the lemon madeleines instead and was confused since they were coated in this earl grey white chocolate. The madeleine was drenched in maybe milk so it was so soft like tres leches with a lemon custard center. I went back the next day and ordered fresh, piped and baked to order mini madeleines-- twenty pieces for ~$12?! I should've bought at least two orders! And they smell just like the hand cream! So I went and bought myself the cream from ULTA to remember my DA Vegas breakfast runs while staying at Caesar's Palace. Also, my sister LOVES the pain au chocolat! She had it twice and probably should've bought more. It's pricey at $10 but worth the splurge. DKAs also run at $10 each. Get a nice four piece box as a gift for about $41. Oh! I forgot I bought three canelés. Ended up eating two of them. Opt for the bag instead of the box to save money. Custardy center with a chewy exterior, tastes a bit like slightly burnt brown sugar, in the best way possible. Finally tried the infamous chocolate chip cookie shot with steamed Madagascar vanilla milk! The cookie is warmed in their oven for ultimate melty chocolate-ness. I'm glad I shared this. Parking in this shopping center is crazy. I think a lot of ppl park across the street at the 99 Ranch Market and walk over. If you are dining in, they have outdoor seating as well. They do have a server but I believe there's only one so they are bringing out the food, grabbing stuff, cleaning off tables... but there's still some self service aspect as well so it might be more helpful if they either hire more servers or make it all self service and ppl go pick up their own food when it's ready. We ended up coming back during our most recent trip because we were craving the mango mochi again, but this visit left me a little disappointed compared to our first experience. It felt like there was less cream this time, and the mangos were noticeably more sour than before. I personally think using Asian mangos would make a huge difference since they tend to be much sweeter and more flavorful. The shop itself is still cute and worth trying at least once, but I do hope the consistency improves because I know how good it can be!
