    Curry chicken wrap
    Brian P.

Located inside Lifetime Fitness in Summerlin, Life Cafe is a decent spot to grab a quick bite while you're at the gym. They have a pretty large menu for a gym cafe that consists mostly of salads, sandwiches/wraps, and smoothies. You can order off the menu or just purchase from their grab and go fridge where they have drinks and premade salads and sandwiches. The curry chicken wrap I had was pretty good and surprisingly had a great curry flavor. However, the rice was way undercooked and was kind of hard...looks to me like they probably don't have a rice cooker on site. The wrap came with a "seasonal side" which turned out to be a small side salad covered in quinoa. The salad was tasty and made me feel healthy after a good work out. The pricing is pretty reasonable considering that they're located inside a gym. The curry wrap I had was around 8 or 9 bucks. I would return if I was hungry while at the gym again in the future but it probably wouldn't be worth a separate trip down

Ok so I swore I'd never come back here again after my horrible experience with the wilted pre-made salad they insisted on giving me rather than making me a new one when I asked. However, I had just gotten done with a 2 hour cardio workout and I was famished so I decided to let bygones be bygones. And I'm really glad I did. My first test was to have a look at the salads they had out and they looked considerably fresher than when I wrote my first review. That made me feel confident enough to place an order. I ended up getting the Caprese Panini (pictured) which was really good. Service was accommodating. Overall, I was impressed so I've decided to end my long grudge against this place, after all, it's HEALTHY to do so and they earned my respect back. Just wanted to clear the air about Life Cafe.

The menu is simple, but they consistently deliver whether you come for breakfast or lunch. On this visit, I tried the Caesar salad for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the portion size, it was huge. Even better, it was perfectly balanced with great texture and flavor. My boyfriend always goes for the Cali burrito (a staple), and I ordered the salmon bowl. The salmon was cooked to perfection, flaky, flavorful, and fresh. That's something they do really well here; everything feels fresh, generous in portion, and on the healthier side without sacrificing taste. The coffee is always solid, and they offer a good selection of bottled beverages. I've worked my way through most of the menu at this point and honestly haven't had anything I didn't enjoy. The space is bigger than it looks from the outside, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The decor is simple but clean and inviting. It can get busy around brunch, but I've never had an issue finding a seat. Service is consistently friendly. You order at the counter and they bring everything out to you. The staff tends to be on the younger side, but they keep things running smoothly.

You feel like you are transported to a magical, whimsical place with the adorable decor, calming music, and smell of fresh baked pastries! Definitely a place to go to and it is easily accessible. Cobblestone Village is perfect to celebrate birthdays, showers, special occasions, and just quality tea time with dear souls!! My friends and I did the $48 tea service which was filling! They were able to accommodate our gluten free-ish friend too on short notice! Most everything is made from scratch and was delicious!!! The scones were my favorite! They were nice and buttery; not dry and crumbly at all! They offer Tea Forte teas and have an extensive menu to choose from. One thing to note: You pick your individual tea bag and there isna hot pot to refill your cup. We were thinking it was one pot of a brewed tea where we could all share and then get a different pot of tea. Not a biggie but just FYI if you were hoping to try different teas. Arsine, the owner, came by and made us feel right at home. She explained how they hire youth who have aged out of the foster system, which is awesome! You can tell this is her passion and she does great at it!! There are plenty of photo ops here so come ready for a splendid experience and lots of pics!!!

It truly hits every mark: excellent food, a beautiful interior and ambiance, warm service, and great beverages. It's the kind of place you want to linger, and the staff is kind enough to never rush you out. They also offer fantastic options for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets, which is surprisingly rare to find done this well. The service is consistently excellent, with staff who genuinely go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. Definitely check out and support this small business--you won't regret it.

The ambiance is cozy and cute and you can sit right next to the window with a view of the water, however the outside windows were a bit dirty and covered in bird poo. I ordered the smoked salmon toast while my Fiancè had the slow cooked brisket, with two eggs and rice. While my smoked salmon toast was quite good and light (I recommend this if you go), my partners food was good as well but as this was the first meal we ate in the day, after he finished we sat for about 15 minutes and he started to feel a little sick. Another thing, the menu does seem to be very limited, I did expect a little more but that is just my own opinion.

I have a girlfriend who works in the building and I have reason to stop in with her most Fridays to have lunch and visit. This cafe has been a bit of a work in progress since it opened on menu options, staffing, etc., thus my delay until writing a review until now. I wanted to understand the groove a bit. It gets 4 stars vs 5 simply for maybe the identity crisis that it was sorting through for a bit. With that being said, the menu has indeed changed from what it once was, but this streamlining I think has made this place a better easy quality value to the customers it serves. Every single item I have ever had has been prepared fresh on the spot and is really quite good. Salads, sandwiches, soup and now all day breakfast (LOVE THIS!) is what the menu is about. You order and pay at a counter and they will bring you your food when it is prepared...on real plates if you are eating in! Today I had a Caesar salad and asked for two over-hard fried eggs on top. Not a problem, they are eager to please with the tweaks and preferences I sometimes make. Two Caesar salads prepared with fresh greens and one with two eggs on top came to like $14. I find that an incredibly value for the portion size and quality. They have indoor and outdoor seating (with covered umbellas when sunny if you wish) and the ambiance is casual and easy. Although I am failing to know any of the names of the staff, everyone is always so nice, welcoming, kind and proud of their "little engine that could" establishment. They make me feel like they appreciate my business. So maybe not the spot one would go out of their way to visit, but if you are in the area, I would absolutely tell you to come visit. Open for breakfast and lunch and such a nice little unexpected spot.
