    Happy hour meza
    Cheryll R.

This was my 2nd time here and this visit was 1,000x better than my 1st time over a year ago. We came for Happy Hour and we were very happy. The 'Aires with fries' grilled ground beef & Lamb pita sandwich was awesome!! Next time I'll order two! The falafel platter and Meza platter were too similar (albeit delicious) so just one or the other next time. The Halloumi was good too. Next time: The Aireis again for sure, the pizza, and one the salads. The mint tea was very good too, no refills but they'll refill with regular tea. It was a beautiful day out today so we ate on the patio which was nice. Best of all was our SERVER: Jonathan!!! Friendly, helpful, bubbly, and great service!

    Very nice entrance

Totally not willing to even ask for a customer request or alteration. Waitress just passively corrected me. "Oh I'm sorry that's wrong, that's not what we call it." I guess this is just establishment is not interested in new customers? Very clean and I have been looking forward to coming but I can't see myself returning at this time. I was So excited. No food was tried. Nothing of substance was offered, nor suggested. I'd seen so many photos and videos of the Pretzel bread and told it didn't exist. (Really.) The pretzel bread was literally the videos i watched on Yelp and the reason I altered my plans to come here. Pretzel bread. But I called it by the wrong name. denied. Passive. Quietly. Unassumingly pompous. So- i left. I was corrected by my server that wasn't its name. A good server could have just accepted my request and not belittled me sheepishly. Nope, that's not what we have, it's called, (unintelligible). What is it called. Kinda not sure. "oh snap! People love that! Let me put in that order. You'll love it" That would have been easy. I asked about a gyro. With beef or lamb? Another rejection. No, You can only get that as a skewer. She spoke too quietly for me to hear. I said I could hear her. Still spoke too quiet. I tried one more time. Could I get, whatever it was called, that bread... with beef or lamb? No. Then quietly motioned for two other items on the menu. No substitutions, no -let me ask someone to see what we can do. This makes me so sad. Cafe Landwer has been on my list for months.

Located on Charleston and Rampart near Merialdo
    Marites D.

Cafe Landwer is a fabulous cafe located at Boca Park on Charleston and Rampart. You'll find them at the former spot of Chinglish Cantonese Wine Bar, on the corner of Merialdo near Office Depot. There's limited parking in front, but plenty of available space nearby. The official opening was on April 3, 2025. This is the first one in Las Vegas and they have 80+ locations worldwide, several locations in Israel plus across North America which include Toronto, Boston, Los Angeles, Boca Raton, Hallandale Beach, and Brooklyn. Inside is spacious, lively, and inviting with ample seating for a table, bench seat, by the bar, and at the patio. They play awesome music with upbeat songs. Atmosphere is relaxing and laid back. Happy Hour is Monday thru Friday at 3pm to 6pm. Pricing is $10 for selected items and apply to bar and patio seating, and they can make an exception for a particular seating if requested. Menu offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and has an extensive selection of Mediterranean appetizer, salad, sandwiches, paninis, shakshuka, hummus, entrees, pasta, and dessert. There's a variety of beverages including wine, beer, cocktails, coffee, latte, tea, as well as freshly squeezed juice, smoothies, and milkshakes. I had Cappuccino (regular, $5.50) served hot, strong, and soothing. Ginger Lemon Iced Tea (regular, $5) is good too! It has prominent ginger, very earthy, comes with sliced lemon that needs to be squeezed, and is so refreshing with a lot of ice. Mini Quinoa Lebanese Salad (happy hour, $10) is very light and tasty! It has vibrant veggies of chopped greens, diced tomatoes, cucumber, radish, and a terrific crunch from almonds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, all mixed in with quinoa, has delightful lemon mint dressing, and sumac sprinkled on labneh which is tangy yogurt that is wonderfully yummy and cooling, texture is similar to sour cream and healthy! Falafel Platter (happy hour, $10) is a great appetizer and delicious! It comes with creamy hummus topped with chickpeas, paprika, and EVOO drizzle, has crispy and moist falafel (4 pieces), crunchy torshi salad which is housemade pickled cabbage and carrots, and fluffy soft pita bread, all really good! Both appetizer is satisfying and filling! For dessert, Sahlab ($6) is excellent! It's a cozy aromatic Middle Eastern drink served warm, rich and good, has a pleasant sweetness, consistency is thick, silky milk pudding that's infused with fragrant orange blossom, topped with toasted coconut, cinnamon, finely crumbed walnuts, is so delectable and amazing! They have Matcha Latte too (regular, $6.50), I requested unsweetened with oat milk, it was delivered in a nice glass served hot, and I paired with creamy vanilla ice cream (2 scoops, $6), so good! Service from Mathew, general manager Doron, and bartender Rafa is kind, welcoming, courteous, accommodating, and friendly! The staff members are nice, patient, and genuinely polite in responding to questions. Even when short-staffed they handle well, very efficient and attentive service, a great atmosphere for happy hour, plus menu has so much variety for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and is definitely worth exploring!

This place keeps getting better! When they first opened it was counter service that was brought to your table, but now it's table service which enhances the experience. Staff was attentive and friendly but the food was the real star. My son had the pancakes, which was actually a cast iron skillet of three. Served on the side were fruit, syrup, Nutella and whipped cream which he loved. My mom had the avocado toast and my husband had the hallumi sandwich. Not being a big egg person, I went with pasta bolognese. We were there at 10 on Sunday so I love the option of lunch choices. Recommend making a reservation it was starting to fill up. The inside decor was welcoming but would've loved to sit outside if we could have.

My wife wanted to take her parents and myself to this cafe for some brunch and it turned out to be amazing! The cafe is cute and there is plenty of seating outside (well organized and decorated). Service was excellent and we were able to order right away. Here is what we ordered: Iced Nutella Latte: my favorite drink as I love coffee and Nutella together. Perfect amount of coffee and Nutella and not to sweet. Apple, Celery, Ginger & Carrot & Ginger: everyone loved both fresh squeezed juices and nothing was more better than drinking it on a hot day. Falafel Hummus: fantastic appetizer - the hummus and falafels are on par with another Mediterranean restaurants so I was shocked to taste that elsewhere. Very impressed with their quality of food. The falafel texture was moist with a burst of flavor gushing all over your mouth once you bite into it. Smoked Eggplant in Tahini: least favorite item on the menu as the smoky taste was too over powering. Mediterranean Fattoush: refreshing salad on a hot day! Spicy Shakshaka: my wife had a blast with this dish! Pesto Caprese: my favorite dish out of everything we had! The Jerusalem bagel was crispy and had the right amount of cheese, pesto, mozzarella. The best part was the fries with the pesto aioli dip - absolutely mouth watering. Breakfast Sandwich: father in law enjoyed it for the most part but it was missing salt. Eggs Benedict Florentine: sister in law really loved it as it was well presented, flavorful, and delicious! Chicken Shawarma Hummus Bowl: mother in law was smacking this bowl - you know it's good! Overall, we loved this cafe, would recommend to anyone, and would definitely come back to try other dishes.

Schnitzel and Crushed Potatoes (crazy good)

I can't wait to go back and try more items off their menu! The schnitzel was incredible! The crushed potatoes I'll probably be dreaming of tonight. Purim begins today so they had fresh made hamantashen cookies! They tasted like your grandma made them! The service was beyond amazing! Our server was super friendly and welcoming. I love they have outdoor dining. It'll be fun to sit outside and have a cocktail! Definitely adding this place to our rotation!

This was a perfect place to meet up with a friend for lunch. We each tried one of their smoothies and shared the pesto caprese panini and Mediterranean fattoush salad. Everything was good. We both agreed we wanted to come back and try other things on the menu.

    Halloumi Sticks
    Michelle Z.

Cute vibe inside and really nice service. I love the mediterranean twist on classic brunch. The shakshuka was good flavors-wise but my eggs were both overcooked. The portion size is huge though, especially since you get a whole mini loaf of (apparently housemade) challah. The bread has a nice crusty exterior and stretchy interior and is perfect for dipping in the tomato sauce. I also enjoyed mixing the tahini with the salad to enhance the flavors, The halloumi sticks which we shared were super crispy. I also liked the nutella rugalach, though some of our pieces were burnt (not sure if intentional). Overall seems like a nice chain for a casual brunch with healthier options!

Wow...awesome food and service. Highly recommend the shakshuka. The spice in the sauce is just the right amount of kick. And the fresh Challah bread..."drop the Mike!"

I wanted to give a shout out to our server/waitress for the excellent service. She was simply amazing. The people that helped he out bringing our food were so kind. I wanted to be sure I add Jennifers name. I wasn't feeling well so I forgot to do so. Jennifer was awesome. Thanks to her I felt better. Food was excellent. We try to find different places to and try their good. This is a place we're very happy to have found. When we arrived, seated promptly, our server was so kind and helpful. The place slowly filled up to capacity. It got a bit loud with all the different Conversations going on. They have a coffee bar as well. This is a sit down converse with who you are with. Food takes time to come out so sip you coffee or drink and enjoy.

    Turkish Coffee
    Michelle C.

Review is mainly based on visiting during their happy hour since most of what we ordered came from that menu other than the drinks. We ordered a few coffees including a Nutella latte, a cortado, and a Turkish coffee. All of them were good and well made. For food we tried several items like the halloumi cheese sticks, a salad, a margarita pizza, and a shawarma plate. We were really impressed with the pricing during that time and felt like it was a great deal for the quality and portion sizes. I have never been here outside of that window but it definitely felt worth it. We sat out on the patio which was a nice experience and made the visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. Our server Demetrius was wonderful and very attentive which added a lot to the overall experience. We had a great time at Café Landwer and I would definitely come back.

We loved our first trip to Cafe Landwer! My family all ordered their famous chicken schnitzel and the portion size was ENORMOUS!! The chicken was super crispy but not dry, and we got it with a side of "crushed potatoes" instead of fries which is small potatoes that are hand crushed and then fried to a crispy finish, sort of like potato skins. They were delicious and we ended up taking food home because of the generous portions. Definitely a great deal for the moderate cost. This is sort of a hybrid german/mediterranean cafe that also leans into artisan coffee. It started in Germany but rebuilt in Israel and then opened over 80 locations there before expanding to the US and Canada. Our location in Vegas has almost been open a year but they have another one in Santa Monica and that's about it for the West Coast, although there are others in the east. Given their menu, they're happy to make you Schnitzel but also have items like schwarma, falafel, etc. although I also saw someone with a burger and it looked huge! They also told us they have an on-site baker so they had a lot of made to order dessert items and it was clear we hadn't even scratched the surface of their varied menu. Service was uniformly excellent. We ordered spinach feta rolls that are hand made at time of order and the manager came out to apologize but to tell us that they weren't happy with the first batch so they wanted a few extra minutes to remake the order from scratch for us which was refreshingly transparent and thoughtful. So - likely something for everyone and we'll definitely head back. Loved this place and it felt very reasonable for the cost.

It is unbelievable that Cafe Landwer isn't busier. Sure, the location isn't the most convenient, but this is an absolute locals brunch heaven. Fantastic service, clean and classic ambiance, and fun seasonal menus, I love this spot! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a classy atmosphere. My initial draw was to their shakshuka. As a huge shakshuka fan, seeing a variety on the menu had me excited. We came for Easter brunch on a reservation from the night before and I was stunned that they weren't packed. The Landwer Shakshuka hit the spot. Certainly not the best I've had, as it could be more flavorful, but still of quality. I enjoyed the fluffy challah on the side, as well as the salad and tzatziki. I'd love to give their other options a try. I wouldn't order the nutella latte again, as it wasn't very chocolaty, nor sweet. I think I just had higher hopes for this coffee. The menu is abundant, and I look forward to trying more.

There was about a 10 minute wait to order, which we didn't mind given how crowded it was. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when it was our turn. The staff member taking our order said, "do you know what you want?" in an unwelcoming tone. Even though, his tone turned me off, we still placed an order (...probably shouldn't have). We ordered the Freckled Redhead burger ($16) and the Chicken with Mac Waffle ($17). After ordering, we were given a number and waited outside. The food came out after about 20 minutes and we took it home to eat. A different staff member served our to-go order and she seemed nice. As much as we wanted to enjoy it, the food was just OK. The chicken was seasoned well but it seemed over fried, which made it dry. The waffle itself was decent but only had a small amount of mac and cheese inside. I had seen previous photos where mac and cheese was also served on the side, so that was disappointing. My boyfriend had the burger and said it was just OK as well...nothing special and not really worth the price. Overall, the staff member taking orders didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and should probably take a break or work in the back. The food wasn't exciting like we hoped. We give it 2 stars. Even though we live nearby, we probably wouldn't return for the food. Maybe the coffee and drinks are better, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

The Grilled Oysters were not a favorite. However, I think that's just personal preference because of the style they are prepared in. We prefer our grilled oysters to be very charred and more of a buttery flavor. These are prepared in an Asian style and and more of a soft grill than a char. Our server very graciously had a second plate served up with more of a grill to the oyster which we appreciated. The rest of the dishes were delicious. We were so full that we passed on dessert, but would definitely be back because the options were inventive and looked so tasty. A doughnut bread pudding, a bourbon brownie; yes to both please!

I sometimes mosey into the 'D' Casino for some gambling and nitrates because the thought of…read moreblackjack and bacon makes me grunt so happily. Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives. You can see them out for dinner with their piggy wives, Clutching forks and knives...to...eat...their...bacon." Beatles, 1968

Bacon Nation was a must-stop on our Vegas trip--everything was absolutely delicious. The portions…read morewere huge, so big that half our group couldn't even finish their meals. It was super filling and exactly what we needed to recharge. Service was a bit slow, and our bride-to-be didn't receive her food until several minutes after everyone else. We also waited quite a while for the check and were met with a little sass, which felt off. Overall, the food was great, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

Enjoying…read morenew places and discovering amazing vibes and delicious food is why I enjoy going to concerts out of town. My cousin found out about Therapy from TikTok and so I made reservations for today at 2:30pm in advance. We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
