I tried Neighbors for the first time on a Sunday. It's your typical brunch morning so the line was long and out the door. You place your order at the counter and are given a number and can pick your own open table. There are two indoor dining areas and a patio outside. The menu has a selection of both breakfast and lunch items. The drink menu has a good selection of options however they're limited on drink modifications. Not all coffee drinks can be ordered hot or iced. I ordered a lemonade and the CBLTA sandwich minus tomatoes with the upgrade to sweet potato fries. The lemonade was tart and not too sweet. The sandwich was good and the portion size was huge. The sandwich had great flavor with the pesto spread. The restaurant was busy and could be loud at times due to groups dining together. Overall it was a great experience and I would return.

We went to try their dinner menu and it was amazing! A lot of the food were highlights, but some did fall flat like the carbonara. The Japanese sweet potatoes were surprisingly great and a must! The sourdough is also pretty noteworthy. Even the drinks were great, though I would've preferred if they were alcoholic. The place is great for an intimate date or a large group (we were a party of 8) so it is like dining with the neighbors. The staff is also amazing and helpful and really our food came so well timely and they obviously knew their menu well, even if it is new, and we were told the chefs were even looking for feedback so we had them written down for them.

Always delicious food and great service. Ample space to sit in alone or with a large group.

Visited this restaurant for the first time. When we were driving there, we didn't even know that the building was a restaurant. We thought we were at someone's house. Perfect restaurant name for this place. Parking is a little limited, so hopefully when you do visit this place there's parking. There seems to be plenty of room inside to sit down, especially if you have a large party with you. The restaurant also is divided one part is the kitchen and another part has the barista in them. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated by the window, where we could enjoy the sun. We were with some family members and they recommended this restaurant to us. Definitely a fun place to be. The food was pretty delicious although I don't remember what we ordered. But the Matcha was delicious. Will definitely be back to enjoy their menu again.

Cafe style ordering, then pick a table to wait for your meal to be prepared and brought to your table. The oatmeal with berries and granola was so refreshing on a hot day.

Every single time I come here I'm even more impressed then the last. The attention to detail, the food everything is always so goood. If I lived any closer I would probably come everyday and get coffee, and a cinnamon roll because it's that good. 10/10 as always

I do like this place. I love the ambience. It's super chill. They do get busy, but it's not overwhelming. I got a salad, which was good. Tasty fresh vinaigrette was perfect. Other person got corn beef hash. They enjoyed it lots of meat, which is a lot better than a lot of other places they usually put a lot more potatoes, but this place balanced it out. The egg was perfectly cooked. The last person got the BLT with turkey they love their meal. They thoroughly enjoyed it. They took half of it home for later.

Breakfast makes me feel like I'm on vacation, and Neighbors did exactly that. The food was perfectly executed, and the drinks were a hit. Service was great for a counter service. Tons of parking. Lines go fast so don't be afraid of you see it out the door Best bites: Steak and eggs were perfect. The strip was tender and cooked to steakhouse perfection. The chimichurri had a more muted flavor perfect for breakfast Breakfast sandwich Old school Everything. Was. Delicious

Promptly seated. Looking around it was very warm & inviting. Decorations were pleasant. It was very clean, well maintained. I cleaned up the table of the pizza crust crumbs because I would have felt guilty leaving it since it was such a clean & beautiful restaurant. Even the bathroom was sparkling. Our server was Amy. Amy was just amazing. Kind, helpful, attentive. Oh, & very sweet. Our food was amazing. My pizza was a new menu item. Mark was questioning why I was ordering pizza at 10 am, once he tasted it. He says "Wow amazing". The vodka sauce with the buffalo mozzarella made my day better. While we were eating, the chef came to ask how the pizza is, very cool. Mark's food was just as good. There was one thing he didn't like about his food was the potatoes. He doesn't eat potatoes. The rest was very good. I also tasted it, I was so happy tasting those fresh herbs. I think this place is where we will take my family to next time they visit. So I totally recommend this restaurant. Absolutely deserves 5 star rating. Thank you Amy and also the chef. I'm not forgetting those great cooks back there Making all the amazing dishes.

I love to get Shakshuka whenever I see it on the menu. Theirs was so flavorful and had the right amount of toast. Great portion size and I could have easily shared with a friend. Turkey sausage was good as a side and the triple americano was great! Counter service was easy and fast around 9am on a Saturday, but started to get busy with a line out the door by 10am. Nice community tables that are large enough for groups and easy for solo dining

My go-to place for brunch. I had try various items on their menu and never a miss! Always great food and coffee. Spacious and family friendly!

Let me tell you this place gets sweet potatoes right, been to many places that are good but I was left wanting more. The jalapeño popper burger was very good also meet was nice and juicy. The chilaquiles were good not the best I've had but somehow kept me wanting to eat more. The pancakes were also very good and would order them for myself next time. The matcha was done perfectly not complaints other than next time charge me and give me extra sweet potatoes lol

    Jeff G.

This place never disappoints. The food is always amazing and is always freshly made. I usually get the Breakfast Sandwich on sourdough and crispy potatoes. Soft scrambled farm eggs, country style sausage, smoked bacon, gruyere, baby arugula, chipotle aioli, side of crispy potatoes, And I also noticed on their Winter Special menu they had "Sticky Toffee Pancakes" This was a must try for me. Muscovado toffee sauce, date puree, whipped yogurt, walnut-flax streusel. First time having these pancakes and they were delicious. Both dishes portions were a pretty good size so were shared both. Service was friendly, quick and efficient. You order right as you walk in and they give you a number and deliver your food to your table. The place is well lit and decor with the plants makes the place nice a homie. This time around I didn't get any of ther specialty coffees or matchas or dessert because the pancakes almost served as a dessert for us.

Does this spot serve decaf coffee? I want to bring my Mom for brunch, but she needs to drink decaf...

Yes they do , I drink decaf coffee and I ordered when I was there :))

    Do they have outdoor seating?

I don't remember seeing any outdoor seating, but there could have possibly been some in the front of the restaurant and they didn't have it open.

Why can't I get delivery anymore? We would order weekly from here and now it always says closed for delivery. So disappointed.

    Do they take reservations?

    Yes, they only do reservations

Did you take shahuka off the menu?

Hi Avigaile! Thank you for your question! We did take it off for a few months but the shakshuka is now back due to popular demand!

Do you serve your breakfast menu all day or up until a specific time?

Hi! Thank you for our question! We serve our whole menu, breakfast and lunch, all day!

Which vesta coffee do you guys use specifically? It's so good

Hi Lawrence! We serve Vesta Coffee Roasters, a local specialty coffee roaster located in DTLV!

Is this place still open ? We drove and it look like outo business?

It was open last week n I enjoyed my breakfast! Love the Iced Chai too! : ))

    Do they serve alcohol/mimosas?

not as of the last time we went, but chai tea really good : ))

Any menus with prices for Neighbors LV posted online?

Pricing ranges from $6-12 range if that helps.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.
