Visited this restaurant for the first time. When we were driving there, we didn't even know that the building was a restaurant. We thought we were at someone's house. Perfect restaurant name for this place. Parking is a little limited, so hopefully when you do visit this place there's parking. There seems to be plenty of room inside to sit down, especially if you have a large party with you. The restaurant also is divided one part is the kitchen and another part has the barista in them. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated by the window, where we could enjoy the sun. We were with some family members and they recommended this restaurant to us. Definitely a fun place to be. Promptly seated. Looking around it was very warm & inviting. Decorations were pleasant. It was very clean, well maintained. I cleaned up the table of the pizza crust crumbs because I would have felt guilty leaving it since it was such a clean & beautiful restaurant. Even the bathroom was sparkling. Our server was Amy. Amy was just amazing. Kind, helpful, attentive. Oh, & very sweet. Our food was amazing. My pizza was a new menu item. Mark was questioning why I was ordering pizza at 10 am, once he tasted it. He says "Wow amazing". The vodka sauce with the buffalo mozzarella made my day better. While we were eating, the chef came to ask how the pizza is, very cool. Mark's food was just as good. There was one thing he didn't like about his food was the potatoes. He doesn't eat potatoes. The rest was very good. I also tasted it, I was so happy tasting those fresh herbs. I love to get Shakshuka whenever I see it on the menu. Theirs was so flavorful and had the right amount of toast. Great portion size and I could have easily shared with a friend. Soft scrambled farm eggs, country style sausage, smoked bacon, gruyere, baby arugula, chipotle aioli, side of crispy potatoes, And I also noticed on their Winter Special menu they had "Sticky Toffee Pancakes" This was a must try for me. We ordered medium rare but it came pretty medium well but was seasoned well and still ok to eat. Service is nice and quick. You order at the front and given a number where they bring the order to your table for you. Quick to clean up around you and check in on you as well. Great casual spot. Lots of plants, which added to the natural green aesthetic, as well as transparent walls to let lots of sunshine brighten the inside. I've been to this place several times and had many of the coffee specialty drinks. I love the iced ube matcha and had a few other drinks too. Their baked goods are always warmed up to perfection. There is always a wait here on the weekend and usually a line out the door. All the servers there are attentive and also have passion for the food. The place is cute and pretty large with the split rooms, but it does kinda have a little bit of a cafeteria vibe. I've their pancakes a few times and they are delish! Corned Beef Smash - 5/5 * Very flavorful and tender meat, smashed potatoes on the bottom of the dish are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and absorbs all the juices and flavors. Definitely tastes more high quality than the standard diner-type corned beef hash, probably one of the best ones I've had. Shakshuka - 5/5 * Perfectly poached eggs in a super bold and flavorful tomato/red pepper sauce. Tastes like very sweet ripe tomato with smoky red bell pepper and goes excellent with the toast. I would highly recommend this. I just wish I came with like one more egg for the price. Jalapeño Popper Burger - 4/5 * A decent burger, juicy and flavorful. The bacon jam makes it very savory and goes well with the jalapeño popper flavor. It would be better with some more greens on top. Crab Tartine - 2/5 * IMO, this was very bland tasting although it was fresh and light. The crab flavor was not very prominent and mostly just tasted of aioli and dill. I also did not really like the salad. The dressing was oddly very sweet and did not pair well. * also tried the orange juice which was good and fresh tasting and the cucumber agua Fresca which was a little too sweet for me. The service was very friendly and fairly quick. you order in front and they bring the food to your table. The restaurant is bright, clean, and modern looking with a fairly decent amount of seating. The parking out front is a little limited for the paved lot, but there is also an overflow dirt lot you can park in right next to it. Overall, a great spot for brunch. My daughter suggest coming here as it's a fairly new coffee shop and she likes it. It's not a small shop at all. This place is massive. They have lots of seatings inside and 2 areas. You'll have to come here and understand. Looks like they have a patio as well that you can but it's too cold so no chairs/tables were out. Food variety of drinks, pastries and a full menu of eats. The s'mores latte was good and creamy! Perfect amount of sweetness for me. For reference, I like my coffee on the sweeter side with more milk, but not overly sweet. My friend thought her iced brown sugar shaken espresso was okay, she said it needed more milk. The chocolate chunk cookie was on the crunchy side and our preference is soft and chewy. It was just too hard for our liking. The blueberry muffin was made with a bit of citrus (maybe a hint of lemon or orange?), and we aren't a fan of citrus in our pastries. The worst part of this experience was sadly the steak and eggs. The steak was chewy, and really tough. It also needed more salt. It had a weird aftertaste and a lot of fat. Definitely tasted very low quality. I didn't eat it. On my second bite, I couldn't chew it and had to spit it out in a napkin. The eggs and the smashed potatoes were fine. The toast with butter was the best part if that says anything. I'm honestly disappointed with our experience. The staff was friendly and everything came out quick, but the quality of the food ruined it for us. I loved the layout and was hoping this would be a good option to work remote from. Ok first off this used to be my fav spot but I'm sorry it's seriously lacking good quality food now! I think the cooks have changed and the vibe has def changed too! I get my usual the old school scrambled eggs with turkey sausage whether it's dining in or taking out and it's just not the same the eggs are greasy and potatoes are burnt because this is one of my favorite spots to eat for breakfast.
