I can't believe I haven't left a review for Neighbors! I've been coming here since they first opened and it's a joy to see that even after expanding, Neighbors is still just as good as always. The wait can be a little long if you're coming during peak Brunch hours, but that wait just gives you more time to contemplate what you're going to eat since the menu has too many tasty options. I feel like I've tried most of the core menu at this point and would recommend any of these items if you're having trouble choosing (in no particular order): - Breakfast Burrito - Old School - Shakshuka (if available) - Turkey Club Neighbors' drinks are also pretty good with my personal favorites being the Queen Bee Latte, London Fog, or a nice cold Cold Crew. The inside of the restaurant is vary spacious and there's a lot of seating to be found. It can sometimes be a tad precarious if it's really busy, but I don't think there's been a time where I couldn't find seating for a group of 4-5. That said, it is also quite loud in the restaurant, so I wouldn't come here expecting to have a "quiet" meal. Great place for large groups and brunch. We were a big mom group of 7 plus our babies and were able to find a big table with stroller room. You order at the counter, and staff will bring your order to you. There was no wait at the counter when we went around lunch time on a Wednesday afternoon. I tried to order the chocolate malt cold brew but unfortunately, they were out of the chocolate malt. I ordered a Nutella latte instead and that tasted perfect. The consistency was rich even though it was iced and wasn't too sweet. I got the corned beef smash, which includes two (very orange yolks) sunny side up eggs, a good amount of shredded corned beef with chimichurri sauce, shredded bellpeppers, and cubed potatoes. Neighbors is a great spot for a casual breakfast/lunch and now they recently started serving dinner. I went on a Sunday for lunch and there was plenty of seating. Order at the front and find a seat. Water is also self-service. I got the market cobb salad with chicken. It was delicious! I loved how the dressing was already mixed with the greens. The portion was very filling. You place your order at the counter and are given a number and can pick your own open table. There are two indoor dining areas and a patio outside. The menu has a selection of both breakfast and lunch items. The drink menu has a good selection of options however they're limited on drink modifications. Not all coffee drinks can be ordered hot or iced. I ordered a lemonade and the CBLTA sandwich minus tomatoes with the upgrade to sweet potato fries. The lemonade was tart and not too sweet. The sandwich was good and the portion size was huge. The sandwich had great flavor with the pesto spread. The restaurant was busy and could be loud at times due to groups dining together. We went to try their dinner menu and it was amazing! A lot of the food were highlights, but some did fall flat like the carbonara. The Japanese sweet potatoes were surprisingly great and a must! The sourdough is also pretty noteworthy. Even the drinks were great, though I would've preferred if they were alcoholic. The place is great for an intimate date or a large group (we were a party of 8) so it is like dining with the neighbors. Visited this restaurant for the first time. When we were driving there, we didn't even know that the building was a restaurant. We thought we were at someone's house. Perfect restaurant name for this place. Parking is a little limited, so hopefully when you do visit this place there's parking. There seems to be plenty of room inside to sit down, especially if you have a large party with you. The restaurant also is divided one part is the kitchen and another part has the barista in them. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated by the window, where we could enjoy the sun. We were with some family members and they recommended this restaurant to us. Definitely a fun place to be. The food was pretty delicious although I don't remember what we ordered. But the Matcha was delicious. Will definitely be back to enjoy their menu again. read more

Promptly seated. Looking around it was very warm & inviting. Decorations were pleasant. It was very clean, well maintained. I cleaned up the table of the pizza crust crumbs because I would have felt guilty leaving it since it was such a clean & beautiful restaurant. Even the bathroom was sparkling. Our server was Amy. Amy was just amazing. Kind, helpful, attentive. Oh, & very sweet. Our food was amazing. My pizza was a new menu item. Mark was questioning why I was ordering pizza at 10 am, once he tasted it. He says "Wow amazing". The vodka sauce with the buffalo mozzarella made my day better. While we were eating, the chef came to ask how the pizza is, very cool. Mark's food was just as good. There was one thing he didn't like about his food was the potatoes. He doesn't eat potatoes. The rest was very good. I also tasted it, I was so happy tasting those fresh herbs. I love to get Shakshuka whenever I see it on the menu. Theirs was so flavorful and had the right amount of toast. Great portion size and I could have easily shared with a friend. Let me tell you this place gets sweet potatoes right, been to many places that are good but I was left wanting more. The jalapeño popper burger was very good also meet was nice and juicy. The chilaquiles were good not the best I've had but somehow kept me wanting to eat more. The pancakes were also very good and would order them for myself next time. This place never disappoints. The food is always amazing and is always freshly made. I usually get the Breakfast Sandwich on sourdough and crispy potatoes. Soft scrambled farm eggs, country style sausage, smoked bacon, gruyere, baby arugula, chipotle aioli, side of crispy potatoes, And I also noticed on their Winter Special menu they had "Sticky Toffee Pancakes" This was a must try for me. Muscovado toffee sauce, date puree, whipped yogurt, walnut-flax streusel. First time having these pancakes and they were delicious. Both dishes portions were a pretty good size so were shared both. Service was friendly, quick and efficient. You order right as you walk in and they give you a number and deliver your food to your table. The pancakes are fantastic and great way to share as a dessert. I probably wouldn't be able to finish an order on my own. We had the steak and eggs which were solid, great potatoes and come with it! We ordered medium rare but it came pretty medium well but was seasoned well and still ok to eat. Service is nice and quick. You order at the front and given a number where they bring the order to your table for you. Quick to clean up around you and check in on you as well. Great casual spot. I visited Neighbors one morning for breakfast. Ironically, as soon as I ordered, a line of people appeared out of the door. You order your food at the entrance and pay before being seated. They have water stations set up with glasses and plastic cups sitting next to it to grab as much as you may need. It's very spacious & a tranquil atmosphere. It is an order first then sit down type of restaurant. Line gets so long so be ready for that! They've got a front case of fresh pastries. Dishes are soooo good!!!! We got the braised short ribs over polenta, shrimp and grits and the BLATC. There are plenty of seats and absolutely love all the in-door plants. Lots of ample parking space as well. Corned Beef Smash - 5/5 * Very flavorful and tender meat, smashed potatoes on the bottom of the dish are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and absorbs all the juices and flavors. Definitely tastes more high quality than the standard diner-type corned beef hash, probably one of the best ones I've had. Shakshuka - 5/5 * Perfectly poached eggs in a super bold and flavorful tomato/red pepper sauce. Tastes like very sweet ripe tomato with smoky red bell pepper and goes excellent with the toast. I would highly recommend this. I just wish I came with like one more egg for the price. Jalapeño Popper Burger - 4/5 * A decent burger, juicy and flavorful. The bacon jam makes it very savory and goes well with the jalapeño popper flavor. It would be better with some more greens on top. Crab Tartine - 2/5 * IMO, this was very bland tasting although it was fresh and light. The crab flavor was not very prominent and mostly just tasted of aioli and dill. I also did not really like the salad. The dressing was oddly very sweet and did not pair well. * also tried the orange juice which was good and fresh tasting and the cucumber agua Fresca which was a little too sweet for me. The service was very friendly and fairly quick. you order in front and they bring the food to your table. The restaurant is bright, clean, and modern looking with a fairly decent amount of seating. The parking out front is a little limited for the paved lot, but there is also an overflow dirt lot you can park in right next to it. Overall, a great spot for brunch.
