The hype is real!!!! I can't wait until they are more established to offer delivery because I am still craving their bacon burrito and have already had it twice since they opened! We went in to dine in and did a pick up order. They do pause their online orders for a couple hours - I assume during their rush. The coffee is also delicious! I've had a lavender latte with oat milk and a vanilla honey latte with oat milk! Even making this review has me trying to figure out when I can go back for more! They have other options...but the bacon burrito has me hooked! How can I try anything else?!?! The tots are cooked in beef tallow!!!! So much yum in once place and I am so glad this collab happened and I can't wait to see what else they do!!

Upon entering, I noticed how organized the different sides were which I loved. There's a coffee side & food side. I opted for the steak burrito and an almond croissant, with a vanilla latte on the side. The steak was cooked perfectly, however, to me, the burrito lacked flavor. Their chimichurri saved it. The almond croissant was amazing ! I wish the eggs were scrambled hard. I did ask for that & the young man assured me the eggs are already cooked hard (not really) so with the smashed avo it made the burrito soggy to me. The iced latte was OK , nothing special . My friend ended up having some hair on her food which they took care of right away. I know this is a new establishment, but after spending $35 I don't see myself revisiting .

Ill cut right to the chase. I found a new breakfast spot. Someone told me about it, and I thought i would try it out. First off, its located in a commercial/warehouse area. I worked at a space somewhat near here years ago, so I understand the importance for a restaurant nearby. Easily accessible, and when you walk in you are a bit surprised on how spacious it is. To your right there is like a latte station, in front slightly left is the order counter. I always look at the menu to a new place so I knew what I was going to get. The cashier who helped me was upbeat, even when I came about an hour before close. There are a few burrito options to choose from, but i went with simple egg cheese tots with avocado. Food came out fairly quickly. I noticed right away that the burrito wrap was cooked. This helps so much to keep the inside contents warm, instead of eating that cold flap that you have at other places. From the first bite, the eggs and avocado complimented each other well. Then throw in the tots that were not overbearing, I had a great burrito. The portion size is quite nice, good for two to split. Saw a couple at another table do just that. I was able to eat the whole burrito it was that good. Staff had a lot of smiles even back in the kitchen which tells me people like working here. Did i mention there is a nice couch area with a TV to watch? For a warm vibe this winter, there is fireplace in that space to turn on. Only disappointment I had was that I didnt have enough room for the desserts. Those looked so fresh and amazing. Ill definitely be back, and suggest that if you are close, this is must see and worth stopping in to check out.

Yelp Review 2026 #278: Giddy Up has only been open for a month. The first time we attempted to eat here on their first week, the line was all the way at the end of the building and the people right outside the door said they've been waiting for 20 minutes. So, we went elsewhere. We tried again the following week and went earlier and it was only like a 5-minutes wait. Yay! I think the delay is by people at the front of the line who still don't know what they want - please step aside and go back to the end of the line if you're not ready to order! Look up the menu online before coming here. The menu is simple: breakfast burritos, tots and wraps. Nothing complicated at all. While you wait in line, there's a drink menu. They have lattes, bold brew, espresso, matcha, etc. Closer to the counter, there's a glass case of pastries: croissants, Danish, and sticky buns. Most of the tables were taken. If there's only 1-2 of you, don't take a table for 3-4 when there's a table for 2 available! Banana Matcha Latte: 4/5 Banana Latte: 3.5/5 Loaded Steak Chimichurri Tots: Snake River Farms American Wagyu steak over beef tallow tater tots with housemade chimichurri, pecorino Romano. Frying the tots in beef tallow really makes a difference - it gives it a nice texture and flavor. This is some of the best tots I've had! I'll be getting this again. 5/5 Short Rib Breakfast Burrito: House-seasoned short rib, soft-scrambled egg, three-cheese blend, beef tallow tater tots with ginger miso aioli, pickled red onion on the side. The eggs were so fluffy. A very filling burrito 4.5/5 Steak Breakfast Burrito: Snake River Farms American Wagyu steak, soft-scrambled egg, three-cheese blend, beef tallow tater tots, smashed avocado, diced onion, diced tomato, chopped jalapeño, cilantro. Steak was tender. Very filling 4/5 You can build your own burrito if you want something with chicken thighs. They have different sauces as well. If it's your first time here, please look up the menu before coming here and follow these steps: 1. Stand in line if you know what you want 2. Place your order, pay and get a table number 3. Find a table 4. Put your number on the table so servers can easily find you 5. Clear your table when you're done eating (there's a trash can next to the side door. Leave trays and utensils on top)

Vegas has needed a place like this and im so glad Giddy Up is here to show up and show out! Came on a Friday around noon and a good amount of people inside and a small line Ordered Short rib breakfast burrito Cali burrito (steak) Draft Oat Vanilla latte Banana latte Both burritos had a lot of flavor. Obviously the short rib was more unique. I liked the Cali burrito a little more because it had more tots which gives it more texture. The tortilla is fine. It's a little oily but that's because they toast it which is how burritos should be done anyways Coffee is solid. Bottle drinks were different than what I would get at other places. The banana latte doesn't hit you with a strong banana taste at first and is more of an aftertaste which I've never had. Don't think I'd give the matcha a shot based on color though. Staff is great! Super welcoming and attentive. The space is large and has a nice welcoming vibe. This is my ideal breakfast burrito spot. Quality ingredients, things you eat for breakfast like avocado, and trying to elevate one's palate. I love the multiple different options you have for sauces. Would I want a bigger burrito for the price? Sure. But maybe we shouldn't be eating half our calories in one sitting? But I would lobby for a bigger tortilla to add more tots inside. Anyways keep up the great work here guys!

Giddy up is one of the most aesthetically appealing places we've been to. It's designed so nicely in there! The staff were friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked through the doors. The gal taking our order was so sweet! We each ordered a burrito and a coffee and had a half leftover to take home! I got the salted caramel latte and my husband got the vanilla bean latte. It's a darker roast than we're used to but it was good! I got the short rib breakfast burrito and that one had very unique flavors I enjoyed it a lot! With the extra miso aioli and pickled onions it was delicious! My husband got the steak breakfast burrito and he liked it. I took a bite with the chimichurri sauce and that was great! Also side note, love that they were playing old black and white western movies on the tvs! Overall it was a really nice breakfast date!

The employees aren't fully 'N Sync yet, but this place is off to a great start. Giddy Up is a brand new venture combining the beverages of Dark Moon Coffee Roasters and breakfast burritos from the dude behind the Smash and Slice restaurants. Taking over the original SkinnyFATS space, they're already drawing huge crowds that fill the spacious dining room despite being only open for half a month. I went for the Short Rib Burrito ($18.99). It's pretty great. The short rib is tender and properly seasoned, the scrambled eggs and tots were both not too tough, and the avocado was fresh and creamy. The accoutrements really kick it up a notch though, with pickled onions providing the perfect addition of sweetness and acidity. The Ginger Miso Aioli (included with the short rib) also offers some sweetness and creaminess, while the Black Garlic Chipotle Aioli (sauce included with any breakfast burrito) is a little more savory and smoky. The Chorizo Burrito ($13.99) is also a solid option if you don't want such a premium protein, although it's a bit more spicy than I expected. The Giddy Up blend ($5.99) was described as a medium roast with some chocolatey notes. It certainly does feel more smooth than some cold brews which I've had, including the original Dark Moon one if I recall correctly. It also works surprisingly well with the burritos due to the sweetness in the mayo sauces and the pickled onions. For those who don't want caffeine, there's always complimentary water, both regular and lemon-infused. The service issues were minor but tough to ignore as a whole. They did not provide or offer any napkins or utensils, so I had to ask. Napkins are a must with the greasy burritos and a fork is needed for the pickled onions at least, and it also helps a lot with the sauces. They also did not provide the right sauce which my mom ordered, and her Almond Croissant ($6.99) which I asked to be served for dine-in came in a takeout box and was not warmed up at all. Giddy Up is already a premier option for breakfast burritos and coffee in my book, and they're centrally located too. Definitely check them out when you have a chance!

Fantastic mashup between Dark Moon and Smash & Slice! It's the culinary equivalent of Jay-Z and Linkin Park's 2004 Collision Course. If you don't know or haven't been, these guys offer some of the best burritos and coffee you'll find in the Valley. If you arrive and see a line out the door, don't be discouraged. The line moves quickly, and so do the orders. Located in the former SkinnyFATS space, they've completely transformed the layout into something comfortable, open, and modern. Service was exceptional. They have a team of runners who bring orders directly to your table, accompanied by smiles and small talk that felt genuine rather than forced. Despite being absolutely slammed, they still made sure we had everything we needed, even circling back with extra napkins. Now, the food itself... BOMB. Finally, a burrito outside of my own homemade creations that's worthy of my money! We tried the short rib, steak, and bacon burritos, and each was excellent in its own right. My only observation, not really a complaint, was that the bacon could have been a little crispier. But the flavors were so good that I couldn't care less. And the drinks? If you've been to Dark Moon, you'll recognize the same menu and even some of the same baristas. Dark Moon already belongs on the Mt. Rushmore of Las Vegas coffee spots, and bringing their offerings to Giddy Up hasn't compromised the quality one bit. Same outstanding drinks! All in all, these guys are absolutely killing it. Fantastic food, excellent coffee, and genuinely great hospitality. Go check them out and show them some love!

We loved Giddyup! The breakfast burritos were excellent. I built my own and my husband got the short rib option. My only suggestion is I wish the ingredients were mixed in a little bit. When you bite into it you just get a ton of egg, or whatever the ingredient is, in that bite. The only bummer was the sticky bun as it was really dry. It probably would have been good heated it up. There were four of us and we didn't finish the bun. The matcha coconut cloud was heavenly and our friend ordered a vanilla oat milk iced latte that was very good. Neither were super sweet. They were perfectly sweetened. We went on an incredibly busy weekend with a line out the door but the line moved quickly. The space inside has tons of seating so we easily found a spot to dine in. We were checked on several times to see if we needed anything. Overall it's a great vibe and I can't wait to visit again!

All the social media buzz I seen for Giddy Up's breakfast burritos. Curiosity got the best of me because I really enjoy breakfast burritos. Made my way up there a few mornings ago since I took the day off. It was packed but they do a good job at keeping it moving. I ordered their chorizo burrito. I can tell you it's a very well seasoned delicious not the typical chorizo you get at the store or most restaurants. This chorizo is worth returning for. I agree with the masses, the best breakfast burrito in Vegas! Their chimichurri salsa is fire! I didn't try their coffee since I was eating a burrito. So I do need to return specifically for their coffee. Great atmosphere and the staff were great! I highly recommend this spot!

I'm so excited this place opened. By far the best breakfast burrito spot I've had in Vegas so far. Had the steak breakfast burrito and I wish I didn't have to share mine. They use Snake River Farm beef and you can taste the quality. The beef tallow tater tots inside are fantastic. Overall a well-done burrito. Luckily, we went before the grand opening so it wasn't too crazy but the staff was friendly. The space is pretty big and spacious. It's located in a small industrial complex which feels random at first but just makes sense. If you're from SoCal, it's conventionally off strip and right along the 15. Perfect for grabbing a bite before you hit the road back to SoCal.

Giddy up and get yer ass on over there: Absolute banger of a place. Giddy Up is what happens when two already bomb-ass local businesses -- Dark Moon Coffee and Smash & Slice -- get together and decide Vegas needs a breakfast spot. Both are run by some cool-ass mother fuggan owners who genuinely give a shit about what they're doing, so I had to come out and support the new venture. I murdered the short rib breakfast burrito and half a sticky bun. That burrito was fuggan ridiculous -- short rib, eggs, cheese, avocado, tots, and black garlic chipotle aioli bringing the whole thing together. The cook actually came out, served it to me personally, and recommended having pickled onion with every bite. Bro was spot fucking on. That sharp little hit of acid with the rich short rib and smoky, garlicky aioli was perfect. The sticky bun was killer too -- surprisingly light and airy instead of being a giant brick of sugar. Half disappeared before I remembered I was supposed to have self-control. Ambience is chill, the coffee is obviously legit because they know what the hell they're doing, and there was already a line out the door. For good reason. Cool-ass people, bomb-ass food, great coffee, chill space. Giddy Up is a fucking banger. Go.

Gave Giddy up Breakfast a go and it was ok. I'd rate it a 3.5 on my end. The drinks were good and the salsas were great. Had the steak burrito, it was good. The salsas definitely elevated the burrito. The steak was a bit chewy. I'd come back and give another burrito a try.

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over.
