    Blueberry pancake stack (yummy!)
    Rochelle J.

I visited because they offer vegan options. They have a few items, and I brought my own creamer for the coffee. I didn't check for dairy-free creamer, but they have small creamers next to the coffee. There's also a coffee roaster nearby for specialty coffee. My friend loved the blueberry pancakes, praising their flavor. My vegan biscuit and chicken with gravy sandwich was decent; the chicken was a bit tough, likely over-microwaved, but decent flavorful. The staff is helpful and there's a lot of seating. But it did get quite busy at around 9 AM.

This place was very good! They have a gluten sensitive menu and the biscuits are awesome! The owner was there when I ordered and I really wanted French toast but I'm gluten sensitive so I can't eat a whole flour based biscuit she was willing to work with me to make a gluten free biscuit in the French toast batter (warning: if you have an actual gluten allergy you can't do this!!! I'm only intolerant so cross contamination doesn't bother me drastically but their gluten free biscuits are fantastic without doing this!). Everything was clearly fresh and made to order. You order at the counter then sit down and they bring the food to you. The spot itself was very modern and simple, just the kind of place to go and grab a nice peaceful breakfast! Breakfast Club Biscuit

Nice breakfast spot. They have a self-serve unlimited coffee bar, which is a nice touch. The beignets were really good, and the fried chicken biscuit with mushroom gravy was delicious--the gravy complemented the biscuit perfectly (I ordered it on the side so it wouldn't get soggy). The Breakfast Club (egg, bacon, cheese) was good too, though probably wouldn't order it again. It was pretty packed since we went on a Sunday, but the wait was only about 15 minutes, so not bad at all. Only downside was that some items on the menu weren't available. Staff was very nice. Overall a good place for breakfast or to hang out with friends.

My husband and I visited Union Biscuit today. The experience was pleasant and everything was perfectly fine, but it's probably not somewhere we'll return. For us, the biscuit-to-chicken ratio felt a bit off, with quite a bit more biscuit than chicken, which made the sandwich feel a little heavy. We also found ourselves wishing the biscuit and chicken tasted a bit more freshly made, as the overall flavor didn't quite have that just-prepared feel. The staff was friendly and the visit was enjoyable overall, but the food just didn't quite stand out enough for us to make it a repeat stop.

The shrimp and grits were really great. I don't even like grits and these were amazing!

Sometimes you just got to go. Have a really good biscuit. I'll tell you what, my grandmother made the best biscuits in the world. So when I go out and have a biscuit, hers where the benchmark by which all other biscuits are judged. I got to tell you Union Biscuit may have bested my grandma. This place is a little bit hard to find, it's tucked away in a shopping center around back so you really can't see it from the street, so definitely use your GPS to help you get there. Plenty of parking and the restaurant itself once you get there is very bright, warm, and inviting. When you walk in, there is a little A-frame placard that gives you the instructions. Basically it's grab a menu, wait in line, order at the counter, and a table number will be given to you. You. This place definitely gets busy on the weekends, but the line moves pretty quickly. The coffee bar will serve yourself, which I was a little taken aback by, but it actually worked very smoothly. The coffee itself was very tasty and wonderful. Plenty of cream sweeteners and such. Plus a serve yourself water bar. One interesting thing about Union biscuit is that you are a signed a table. Which I have never experienced before, but it actually makes sense. The restaurant itself is bright and airy with Windows everywhere so you can look out and see the mountains. There is also outdoor seating on a patio which is very nice as well. I was torn between the Korean chicken biscuit and the peanut butter and jelly and bacon and chicken biscuit. I opted for the peanut butter and jelly and bacon, just because it sounded amazing. Spoiler alert: it was! My girlfriend had the shrimp and grits, and she loved them! I myself am not a fan of grits, but I tasted them and they were so good.. Bottom line? This place is definitely on my list of breakfast places to go back to. It's really really good, and definitely has a warm fuzzy vibe to it. All the server staff was friendly and kind, and even a little chatty. Not an overbearing way but just in a nice welcome to my house sort of way.

I'm not a big biscuit fan but I like theirs. It's always fresh and not dry. The place is always clean. And the staff is always welcoming. You order your food at the counter before you get seated.

Visited Union Biscuit recently and oh boy ... their menu has so much variety that it honestly took a minute to decide what to order. I ended up going in for their breakfast biscuit and it did not disappoint. It tasted super fresh, warm, and comforting, exactly what you want from a breakfast spot. Their coffee selection is also really solid, which made the whole experience even better. Good food plus good coffee is always a win. If you're looking for a breakfast spot with options, fresh flavors, and a cozy start to your day, Union Biscuit is definitely worth checking out.

Wow. Union biscuit is a solid spot to eat some delicious food and excellent biscuits. When you walk inside you order at the counter then you have someone seat you. Service is friendly and inside is bright and clean. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit which hit the spot. Biscuit was big and filling and not dense at all. The wedgie salad was filled with yummy blue cheese. Will definitely be back.

Came in after seeing some tik toks of the food. You order at the counter and they bring you the food. Had lots of options and I choked when I got to the counter. Wanted something with blueberry on it but ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich and a side of eggs. Wife got the shrimp and grits with a honey butter biscuit and a honey iced coffee Chicken sandwich was really tasty but hard to eat. Just fell apart and leaked everywhere. I ended up eating with a fork and knife. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Shrimp and grits was amazing. Just the right spice level with perfectly cooked shrimp and cheesy grits. Biscuits were some of the best I've had, flaky and delicious. Iced coffee was good too! They clean the tables fast, everyone was really friendly. Not sure why I got the chicken but it was good and now I have a reason to go back soon and get the breakfast I wanted!

Biscuits are amazing. The portions are huge and don't disappoint. Seating assigned and limited so you have to be mindful for new guests - you aren't rushed out, but it isn't a place to chill and chat after your meal. Staff is friendly and seem to enjoy what they do.

Been wanting to check this place out for a little while now and made it happen today!! Super cute little spot with a good handful of booths, tables and a little outdoor area as well. Loved the signs and decor and the service was great! I'm a big fan of places that make their items from scratch and they make mostly everything here in house daily. All of our food was delicious and was more than we could finish!! I couldn't leave without trying the strawberry shortcake and I'm so glad I tried it. It was so yummy!!! The vegan items were all very good as well and they also have gluten free items too. I'm really glad we finally tried this place and I'd definitely eat here for breakfast again!!

I think one of the best biscuits Ive ever had! The gravy was sooooo good paired with the biscuit. The chicken and peanut butter and jelly biscuit sandwich was a mouthful but got me real stuffed at the end. The candied bacon paired so well with it. The french toast was rich and fluffy but yet crumbly at the same time

Cute little biscuit-themed breakfast spot with quick service and a bright, warm vibe inside. It can get busy and a little louder later in the morning, but the food comes out fast. If you prefer a quieter breakfast time, they open at 7:00am! If you're not super hungry or have a smaller appetite, the traditional biscuit order could be enough to share between two people. The gravy is on the heavier side and loaded with onions, so keep that in mind if you don't like onions. The menu also includes gluten free and vegan options for those who might prefer it. We ordered biscuits and gravy, PB&J biscuit sandwich and the French toast. All were delicious including the drip coffee and fresh orange juices we got. Easy to navigate parking nearby, early opening hours, tasty food all around, homemade spreads (honey butter, maple bacon butter, pepper jelly, blueberry jam and more!) and they have a handful of options to satisfy any breakfast needs! I love trying biscuits and gravy at different spots in town and am happy that Union Biscuit is a solid spot for a casual breakfast.

There was about a 10 minute wait to order, which we didn't mind given how crowded it was. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when it was our turn. The staff member taking our order said, "do you know what you want?" in an unwelcoming tone. Even though, his tone turned me off, we still placed an order (...probably shouldn't have). We ordered the Freckled Redhead burger ($16) and the Chicken with Mac Waffle ($17). After ordering, we were given a number and waited outside. The food came out after about 20 minutes and we took it home to eat. A different staff member served our to-go order and she seemed nice. As much as we wanted to enjoy it, the food was just OK. The chicken was seasoned well but it seemed over fried, which made it dry. The waffle itself was decent but only had a small amount of mac and cheese inside. I had seen previous photos where mac and cheese was also served on the side, so that was disappointing. My boyfriend had the burger and said it was just OK as well...nothing special and not really worth the price. Overall, the staff member taking orders didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and should probably take a break or work in the back. The food wasn't exciting like we hoped. We give it 2 stars. Even though we live nearby, we probably wouldn't return for the food. Maybe the coffee and drinks are better, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We prefer our grilled oysters to be very charred and more of a buttery flavor. These are prepared in an Asian style and and more of a soft grill than a char. Our server very graciously had a second plate served up with more of a grill to the oyster which we appreciated. The rest of the dishes were delicious. Traveled from Austin, TX and Little Rock, AR with my cousin to experience Usher yesterday. My cousin found out about Therapy from TikTok and so I made reservations for today at 2:30pm in advance. We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
