This is the newer location to its first one located on Spring mountain. Very nice, cozy, and modern interior design. Nice and efficient staff. Menu still simple. Ordered the same strawberry latte which has no caffeine with the strawberry salted bun. I love their salted bun. Too bad they no longer carry the mochi bread, even at the first store. Hope they can bring it back. read more

I have never tried this place until today! They have really good lattes! I ordered a hot latte with vanilla and it was so delicious! Sometimes certain shops are too strong and bitter for my picky preference but this place is just right and a great alternative to my regular coffee spot. What a cute coffee shop. I've driven past it multiple times and been wanting to check it out. Plenty of parking. I got the broken signature orange latte and my friend got the maple vanilla latte. Even though I was a little skeptical with the orange juice in the coffee, liked mine better. The maple vanilla tasted more savory. Decent seating inside no outdoor space. The staff were friendly and did offer to remake our drink if we didn't like it. read more

Broken coffee is up there on my top coffee/tea places in Vegas. I think I've been to all locations already. I really like this location. Nice and spacious. Perfect study area! I got the hojicha or the Broken cream roasted matcha latte. That was soooo good!! One of the best Hojicha lattes I've had so far!! I love the roasted taste and it wasn't so sweet. I've gotten their matcha before and that is also very tasty. I love how they have the option for ceremonial grade. Not all places have ceremonial grade! I also got the biscoff cookie! One of my favorite cookies in Vegas!!! So I was craving this last Saturday that I went to Cheongdam hall to get it but they sold out. I drove next day to this location just to get it. The cookie is sooo good. Not overly sweet and soft. I like the chocolate filling as well. The server also recommended the salt bread. I was not going to get this but he said it's really good. I'm like ya okay! OMGOODNESS. Holy moly! What did you guys put in that!! It's like crack! It is like if Auntie Ann's pretzel bread and Croissant had a baby. This is it. I like devoured that. I could have had more. This would have been so good with like a caramel dip. This is on my list to get next time! I love asking staff what's good because they truly know. One big table in the center and 4-5 two seaters. Place has free wi-fi. Password is near their espresso machine by their cash register. Ordered the "Broken Cream Roasted Matcha Latte" and a Matcha Cookie. My drink was good but there was A LOT of ice. I felt like I took 4 sips and I was done with my drink. I read reviews about their matcha cookie and I'm glad I ordered it. It was buttery and I liked the filling in the center. I am not sure if I would come here again to get work done or to study. Personally, the vibes didn't feel relaxing enough for me to be focused. I would come in again for a coffee or a pastry. This would be a great place to hangout and catch up with a friend. I've tried a few of their drinks and it's pretty good. The cream top makes it even better. The Broken Cream Latte is strong, even when all the iced melted it doesn't tasted watered down. The Broken Cream Roasted Matcha Latte was good as well but a little too sweet. I would adjust it to probably 50-75% sweetness if I reorder. read more

I'm so excited to see Broken Coffee expand across Las Vegas!! We originally discovered this place at the Cheongdam food hall and knew it as one of the best matchas we've ever had. At their newer location I tried one of their espresso drinks, the espresso tonic with OJ, and it was absolutely delicious! This location is wonderful and located right next to Magic Noodle, one of my favorite places to eat in Vegas, so now you can have lunch and a drink all in the same parking lot! They are great at making it very pleasant and aesthetic inside their stores! It was also incredibly quick to get my drink with how busy it was inside! read more

Got the agave double matcha and adjusted the sweetness to half sweet. So creamy, matcha flavor still comes through, perfect sweetness (I don't like overly sweet). Almost tastes like ice cream. I cannot stop drinking this. Agave flavor is addictive... light but soooo delicious. I think I'll ask for less ice next time. Received my order quickly. Will definitely order this again. read more

Broken coffee has some of the best matcha. I love their new location, and I'm glad they have more locations spread out across Vegas. Besides the matcha, I also like getting their broken cream latte. I haven't ventured out beyond these two because they're so good. Soon, I will try others, but this is definitely a solid place for coffee and drinks. It's a nice place to catch up, but not great for studying. It's small and only one table is big enough to study, but it's a large shared table. Still a great place to come by for sure! read more

Came here by the recommendation of my Korean friend, and I was not disappointed! Having recently coming back from a trip to South Korea, I have been craving good salt bread. I've been going to multiple bakeries from Vegas to Socal and no one has delivered. Broken Coffee did! The salt bread here is as close to the wonderful ones in Seoul. The first bite was a nice crispy crunch, and the interior is fluffy buttery pillows of real bread. Just the right amount of sweet and salty. The cashier said this is their most popular baked good. It is the only baked good not baked in house; it's brought in every morning except for Wednesdays reportedly. While here I also ordered a London fog latte with almond milk, which was on the sweeter side but still tasty with lots of hints of lavender. I will come back for more delicious salt bread when the craving hits. read more

Disclaimer: I love Broken Coffee and usually get their matcha, so this could have just been an off day or this specific location. But I still felt like I should share my experience. I ordered the Koei matcha latte today, which is normally this really beautiful, deeper shade of green. What I got looked pretty off. It was a very light green, almost pale, and I'm not going to lie, I was a little disappointed. It felt like the matcha ratio was off, like maybe they didn't use as much as usual. I know Broken Coffee typically uses a lot of ice, which I've always been fine with because the matcha quality makes up for it. But today, for the first time, I asked for less ice. Instead, it seemed like they just added more milk, which diluted the drink. To their credit, when they noticed I looked a bit confused, they offered to remake it, which I appreciated. But the remake looked pretty much the same, but with less overall product! I'm really hoping this isn't becoming the norm because I genuinely love their matcha. Next time I'll probably just order it the usual way with the regular amount of ice to hopefully get that color and taste I'm used to. read more

I've had plenty of matcha in my life, and I'm happy to report that this is hands down my FAVORITE matcha place. Ever. I don't live in Vegas, but I visit often and whenever I'm in town, my trip is not complete without matcha from Broken Coffee. They have two locations, one in the Korean food court, and this one. This is my first time at this location, and it's a very cute, aesthetic cafe. I got the broken cream matcha latte, and it's 10/10. The matcha flavor is strong, it's not bitter, and the cream gives it a subtle sweetness without being too sweet. If I had to critique this cafe, I would ask for less ice because I finished my drink way too fast! Couldn't recommend this place more. Try it out, you won't be disappointed. read more

This place was a perfect escape from Smile Shota to give my 1 yo a breather. I just took about ten steps and ordered a "ceremonial grade" matcha with oatmilk and a matcha cookie. The kind gentleman who took my order asked for my name and before I could even finish saying it they presented me with my drink. Beautiful. This spot is right when you enter the food hall to the left. I will never process how they made my drink so quickly. I ate my cookie over the span of 4 days, it was DIVINE. I can't wait to go back. My only regret is missing the photo op of my cookie because it had a gold flake in the middle, which I know is pointless and dumb, but god damnit it gets me every time. read more

Visited this adorable and aesthetic new coffee spot on their soft-opening day at their 3rd location on S Fort Apache, and it was such a vibe. I tried their signature Broken Cream Latte and honestly--wow. The coffee was creamy, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and literally looked like a tiramisu in a cup. The staff were incredibly welcoming and patient. One of the baristas took her time walking me through the menu, which I really appreciated. I have been wanting to try this place for a while now and am glad I finally did. The Broken Orange Cream Latte is yummy and pairs so well. It seems unique too. Prices for the drinks seem a bit average. If you want your Venti-like Startbucks sized drink, this is not the place for you. Drinks are smaller in size. The cream option is fun and unique to this place. However, if you have lactose intolerance you can get alternative milk but most of the fun cream capped options that make this place unique will not be lactose free. Also, if you like strong, bold coffee, this also may not be the place for you. The focus is on flavor over coffee it seems. Personally, I don't get the hype around this place. I feel like I am paying for ice and cream over coffee. The coffee was ok to me and diluted by all the cream; nothing I'd go out of my way for. Inside is modern and cute enough. There is plenty of seating (even a chair by the bathroom) and a bench in one spot. Note: they do not take cash. Must pay with card only. Service was ok, not much conversation and asked twice to upsell me a pastry or something else. Overall, I like the place but for me there are so many other coffee places around that I like better for menu variety so I most likely won't be back. read more

What a random but awesome discovery! I was grabbing takeout nearby and had 10-15 minutes to kill, so I decided to stroll through the plaza. That's when I stumbled across Broken Coffee. I'm always game for a good craft coffee drink, so I wandered in to give it a try. At first glance, the menu looked pretty standard on the coffee side--but what they actually serve is far from ordinary. I went with the Broken Cream Latte, and wow... it arrived looking like a work of art. A tall, perfect crown of whipped cream dusted lightly with cocoa powder. The whipped cream itself tasted subtly sweet (they must fold in a touch of sugar or maybe even condensed milk), and it made the whole drink incredibly creamy and balanced. I found Broken Coffee when searching for coffee shops near my office that I could make a quick run to midday. What a great find! It's tucked in and amongst a pretty active strip mall, but all of that falls away when you enter their space, which is clean, uncluttered, bathed in neutrals, and where staff spoke in hushed tones. I got the Broken Cream Latte. I would give it an 8/10. I loved the creaminess of the drink. It was smooth, not too sweet, and utterly delicious. I just would have liked for the menu to share that it's topped with cocoa powder as that was a bit of an assaulting feature I probably would have done without. I look forward to returning to try other menu items and maybe even one of their delicious looking baked goods. read more

Then when it was pointed out to him that a guest was sitting there, he placed the chair back without acknowledgement of his mistake as if that's OK to do to a patron. I found that to be incredibly rude to do to a guest!!! And then while I'm half way done drinking my tea, the busboy tries to clear my tea saucer with the spoon, tea bag, and honey on it -- which i was saving for a second steep. When I tell him no, you can't take it I'm still using it which he should be able to see, he laughs and walks off. I don't appreciate being rushed while I'm eating. He should ask and confirm a response before he ever touches a plate on the table. He needs to be coached on that. Overall, they really need to improve the customer experience. The sad part is I tipped when I ordered (that's how their restaurant is set up) and I'm not happy that I tipped well and then witnessed poor treatment to a guest next to us and was also treated poorly by staff. Went out of our way to leave the strip since this place has such good reviews but it was a disappointing breakfast for us for sure.

Oh the great things I could say about my love, broken coffee. Every morning, as I hear the birds chirp and broken coffee calling my name, I just know today is going to be the day for me. As soon as I step into broken coffee, the welcoming atmosphere is like a warm hug from behind. When the aroma of roasting coffee fills the air, I can't help but shed a tear. And as I take a seat at my usual spot I'm so delighted to see my favorite staff members today, whom I can call my true family. My favorite server anica was the most helpful, enthusiastic, friendly, respectable, honest, caring, and whimsical server I could ever ask for. The master craft that I observe when anica is elegantly swifting my one true love, hojicha organic roasted matcha, is something I've only ever tasted here at broken coffee. Not only do the drinks enlighten my week. But the pastries are to die for. When I take a bite of salt bread, it seems as though the world stops. The exquisite balance of butter and salt exudes the love incorporated into this handmade dough that radiates through soul. However, I have only one complaint. It's not open till 12 am. I hope that everyone in the Las Vegas area can too admire the great wondrous luxury of broken coffee. read more

I still had my punch card from last time, but they have since transitioned to the phone number rewards system, so the manager asked to take down my number to manually put in 4 points for the last time I was there. I ordered a Coconut Mousse, Lemon Mousse, and Pistachio Cafe Frappe. Once they rung me up, I saw a charge for $9, but I know for a fact that nothing I ordered was $9. The young guy ringing me up said the coconut mousse isn't $8.50, its $9 - but the menus hung overhead as well as the to-go menu pamphlets all said $8.50. I know its only 50 cents, but its the principle of the thing - you have to honor the price you advertise to the customer. The young boy and even the manager kept insisting on how that's for the old menu, I don't care - that is your mistake, not mine. Update your menu then - and he showed me how the laminated print out menu said $9, but I showed how the wooden boards hung up and the pamphlets both say otherwise. Took way longer than it should've. The boy didn't know how to manually override the price, so I had to ask him to get his manager to. These people don't understand proper business etiquette. Hope that experience taught them something. Aside from that pricing issue. Food was good, and ambiance was nice. Plenty of picturesque spots inside to snap photos at. Would I recommend them? Maybe. Will I come back? Maybe, but to their other location next time.
