I'm so excited to see Broken Coffee expand across Las Vegas!! We originally discovered this place at the Cheongdam food hall and knew it as one of the best matchas we've ever had. At their newer location I tried one of their espresso drinks, the espresso tonic with OJ, and it was absolutely delicious! This location is wonderful and located right next to Magic Noodle, one of my favorite places to eat in Vegas, so now you can have lunch and a drink all in the same parking lot! They are great at making it very pleasant and aesthetic inside their stores! It was also incredibly quick to get my drink with how busy it was inside! read more

Came here by the recommendation of my Korean friend, and I was not disappointed! Having recently coming back from a trip to South Korea, I have been craving good salt bread. I've been going to multiple bakeries from Vegas to Socal and no one has delivered. Broken Coffee did! The salt bread here is as close to the wonderful ones in Seoul. The first bite was a nice crispy crunch, and the interior is fluffy buttery pillows of real bread. Just the right amount of sweet and salty. The cashier said this is their most popular baked good. It is the only baked good not baked in house; it's brought in every morning except for Wednesdays reportedly. While here I also ordered a London fog latte with almond milk, which was on the sweeter side but still tasty with lots of hints of lavender. I will come back for more delicious salt bread when the craving hits. read more

Disclaimer: I love Broken Coffee and usually get their matcha, so this could have just been an off day or this specific location. But I still felt like I should share my experience. I ordered the Koei matcha latte today, which is normally this really beautiful, deeper shade of green. What I got looked pretty off. It was a very light green, almost pale, and I'm not going to lie, I was a little disappointed. It felt like the matcha ratio was off, like maybe they didn't use as much as usual. I know Broken Coffee typically uses a lot of ice, which I've always been fine with because the matcha quality makes up for it. But today, for the first time, I asked for less ice. Instead, it seemed like they just added more milk, which diluted the drink. To their credit, when they noticed I looked a bit confused, they offered to remake it, which I appreciated. But the remake looked pretty much the same, but with less overall product! I'm really hoping this isn't becoming the norm because I genuinely love their matcha. Next time I'll probably just order it the usual way with the regular amount of ice to hopefully get that color and taste I'm used to. read more

I've had plenty of matcha in my life, and I'm happy to report that this is hands down my FAVORITE matcha place. Ever. I don't live in Vegas, but I visit often and whenever I'm in town, my trip is not complete without matcha from Broken Coffee. They have two locations, one in the Korean food court, and this one. This is my first time at this location, and it's a very cute, aesthetic cafe. I got the broken cream matcha latte, and it's 10/10. The matcha flavor is strong, it's not bitter, and the cream gives it a subtle sweetness without being too sweet. If I had to critique this cafe, I would ask for less ice because I finished my drink way too fast! Couldn't recommend this place more. Try it out, you won't be disappointed. read more

Visited this adorable and aesthetic new coffee spot on their soft-opening day at their 3rd location on S Fort Apache, and it was such a vibe. I tried their signature Broken Cream Latte and honestly--wow. The coffee was creamy, perfectly balanced in sweetness, and literally looked like a tiramisu in a cup. The staff were incredibly welcoming and patient. One of the baristas took her time walking me through the menu, which I really appreciated. The ambience is elegant, chic, and just the right place to cozy up--especially on a rainy day. Overall, amazing coffee, lovely people, and beautiful interiors. Definitely a new favorite! read more

I have been wanting to try this place for a while now and am glad I finally did. The Broken Orange Cream Latte is yummy and pairs so well. It seems unique too. Prices for the drinks seem a bit average. If you want your Venti-like Startbucks sized drink, this is not the place for you. Drinks are smaller in size. The cream option is fun and unique to this place. However, if you have lactose intolerance you can get alternative milk but most of the fun cream capped options that make this place unique will not be lactose free. Also, if you like strong, bold coffee, this also may not be the place for you. The focus is on flavor over coffee it seems. Personally, I don't get the hype around this place. I feel like I am paying for ice and cream over coffee. The coffee was ok to me and diluted by all the cream; nothing I'd go out of my way for. Inside is modern and cute enough. There is plenty of seating (even a chair by the bathroom) and a bench in one spot. Note: they do not take cash. Must pay with card only. Service was ok, not much conversation and asked twice to upsell me a pastry or something else. Overall, I like the place but for me there are so many other coffee places around that I like better for menu variety so I most likely won't be back. read more

What a random but awesome discovery! I was grabbing takeout nearby and had 10-15 minutes to kill, so I decided to stroll through the plaza. That's when I stumbled across Broken Coffee. I'm always game for a good craft coffee drink, so I wandered in to give it a try. At first glance, the menu looked pretty standard on the coffee side--but what they actually serve is far from ordinary. I went with the Broken Cream Latte, and wow... it arrived looking like a work of art. A tall, perfect crown of whipped cream dusted lightly with cocoa powder. The whipped cream itself tasted subtly sweet (they must fold in a touch of sugar or maybe even condensed milk), and it made the whole drink incredibly creamy and balanced. Not too sweet, just rich and luxurious. I'm already counting down the days until I can go back! read more

I found Broken Coffee when searching for coffee shops near my office that I could make a quick run to midday. What a great find! It's tucked in and amongst a pretty active strip mall, but all of that falls away when you enter their space, which is clean, uncluttered, bathed in neutrals, and where staff spoke in hushed tones. I got the Broken Cream Latte. I would give it an 8/10. I loved the creaminess of the drink. It was smooth, not too sweet, and utterly delicious. I just would have liked for the menu to share that it's topped with cocoa powder as that was a bit of an assaulting feature I probably would have done without. I look forward to returning to try other menu items and maybe even one of their delicious looking baked goods. read more

Broken is for me without a doubt in top three coffee shops in the city. If you go here I recommend the Broken Cream Latte or the Broken Cream Matcha Latte. Which I cannot believe I am recommending as I am not usually a fan of matcha and this is hand down the best I have ever had. After finding this place I believe I went there 3-4 times in the first week, and each time was as consistent as the first. This is probably due to the fact that they take the product they are putting out seriously as they appear to weigh each of the ingredients on a scale as they craft your drink. The service is great, everyone is always friendly and works quickly to get out all of the drink orders. The space itself is very clean and comfortable, and it's always lively with people studying, doing homework, and just hanging out. Dont let the long lines deter you as it moves fair quickly. Prices are typical of smaller coffee shops, the only thing I wish is that they offered different sizes, the one size they offer I always finish and wish I had just a little more. I hope they continue to put out the same level of quality and care for the long haul, as I will be stopping by whenever I am in the area. read more

Broken Creme Hojicha Latte hands down my favorite! I mean, Matcha Broken Creme is great as well but definitely Hojicha gives roasted taste. Love the vibe here! Lots of seating and great service. I stopped by Broken Coffee after eating at a nearby restaurant because I was feeling tired and needed a quick coffee break. Ordering was easy and fairly quick- there was no real line when I arrived. Inside, the tables were pretty busy. The space feels small and tightly packed, though it's very aesthetic once you look past that. I got my drink relatively fast and didn't wait very long. That said, I'm not sure I fully understand the hype around this place. Personally, I thought the coffee was just okay. I was also a bit disappointed because it felt like I was paying mostly for ice rather than the drink itself. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it didn't really stand out to me enough to go out of my way to return. read more

Always a 10/10 experience at broken coffee!! My favorite double matcha in Vegas - the matcha is always strong but not too bitter, and I love the sweetness the agave adds to the drink. The baristas are always so kind and this location has become one of my favorites to get work done at. The music is always so soothing but it can get loud at times so bring headphones or airpods!! Cute coffee spot for a Sunday morning outing! We had to show our friend visiting from out of town this spot since shes a coffee connoisseur. Right when you walk in, you feel a cute rustic vibe and smell of the fresh brewing coffee. There was a lot of people studying or hanging out inside. I ordered the latte with orange juice and it was unexpectedly really good! It has a sweet orange flavor similar to the orange and chocolate treat you find at the store. I love how refreshing it was! Cute coffee shop in the southwest area. The barista with the lip ring was super personable and the inside is perfectly aesthetic with moody lighting and wood details. I brought my own milk because no one ever carries 1% and that's the way I like it. They were busy with to-go/online orders and it did take about 12 minutes just to get a double shot. Not ideal when you're on a time crunch in the morning but great for a weekend. The coffee was decent. I didn't order any of the fancy cream/cold foam/sweet stuff but I can see why they're popular! I wish I still lived in this area! Broken Coffee is THE ideal coffee shop I'd love to do work in on the daily. I was in the area getting my car fixed so needed a place to post up with a drink and my laptop to pass time in the early morning. I chose a small table along the wall right next to an outlet in case my laptop or phone began running low. I love the booth at Cheongdam Food Hall, so having its own store front is even better. From their delicious drink options, to vibe, clean bathroom, ample parking, and strong WiFi, this place is so ideal. I tried the roasted matcha latte which was nice, creamy and earthy. I'm still thinking about it a few days after my visit. read more

Yes...a million times yes!!! I wish I could gatekeep this coffee shop but I'm not that kind of person. Loveeeeee their coffee drinks here. Perfect amount of caffeine without giving you the crazy jitters. This is their 3rd location here in this city. I'm so glad they are now a bit closer to where I live. I've tried both their iced Broken Coffee and iced Broken Cream Latte. Both drinks are really good, it just depends on your mood. The iced Broken Coffee consist of cream + cold brew. If you're not into sweet drinks and just literally need some coffee in your day, I'd say get this. But if you want some kind of flavor/sweetness to your drink, get the Broken Cream Latte which has cream + your choice of milk + espresso. They have your milk alternatives here like oat or almond milk (for an extra cost, of course). Side Note: for those who've been to the popular Community Goods in LA, the Broken Cream Latte is as close to an einspanner latte as you can get here in this city. But what truly sets this spot apart are the baked goods. The pastries and cookies are made fresh by the owner herself, and you can taste the love in every bite. I got the Broken Cream Matcha Latte and The Broken Cream Orange Latte. The Matcha was great. It didn't have a bitter, fishy taste like some matchas do. However, I would have preferred it to be a tad bit sweeter. The Broken Cream Orange Latte was not good at all. I expected it to taste like creamsicle. It had a strong bitter taste. I couldn't taste the cream. I also got a cookies and cream cookie. It had a cream cheese filling in the middle which was good but the cookie portion was very doughy and lacked flavor. Located inside the Cheongdam Food Hall, I had seen this place during past visits, but hadn't tried it before. I recently had their Strawberry Matcha and Honey Yuzu Refresher drinks. I give the Strawberry Matcha drink a 10/10 - it was super delicious and it's so hard to find a good Strawberry Matcha latte these days and it was totally worth the price. The Honey Yuzu drink, however, I would give it only a 5/10 and would not get it again, especially for $6. read more

Love this coffee spot and have you seen their cookies? The Koei latte is my favorite very unique and I think the only place in town I've seen it. The inside is very nice always busy and people tend to work here (which I don't love) as far as drinks they are the best. Employees are always nice and work very hard. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I had always had my interest peaked to try it so on a girls day we came. It did not disappoint. I only wish the sizes were bigger because I ran out of coffee too fast ): it is located inside of cheong dam hall on the left side as soon as you enter. It's not a big area but they have menus up for you to view and a small window to order from. Although small the place is super busy and with reason since it is so friggin delicious. I 10009% recommend coming here. I seriously think it is some of the best coffee in Las Vegas! read more

Their broken cream latte was pretty good. I've always liked coffee that weren't too strong. When I had their hojicha I got obsessed! Sooo good! Only downside is that it only comes in one size and they will fill the whole cup with ice. If you ask for less ice you'll get less of the drink. It's pretty ridiculous for $7+ tbh. read more

I came in spontaneously with one of my girlfriends to study. Location had good parking and was convenient. Although there is only about 4 small tables and one center big table, I was able to snag a spot for us to sit. It is not crazy busy where you will need to come early to scout a spot but there may be a possibility of not getting a spot also. I only got the strawberry cream croissant and it was creamy and delicious! The food is absolutely delicious overall and I hope to continue to come back and try more items on the menu.
