There was actually quite a line when we arrived - probably four people ahead of us, and by the time we ordered six people behind us. We were immediately given the juices we ordered, and sat down to wait for the bowl. They were extremely busy so I didn't want to bother them, but we waited, and waited, until every single person who had ordered behind us had already gotten their stuff. When they had a free moment, I went to the counter and asked about our bowl. The young man working said oh someone else grabbed it and took it. No apology, no plan on telling us? The older man who was working there asked what happened and he said oh someone took their bowl. He didn't say a single word, just turned around and started making it. No apology? It was such a bizarre interaction with such poor customer service. Also, when they handed it to us, they didn't say a word. Literally just handed over the bowl. So bizarre. Less important, but they were also out of the first two choices of juice that we ordered, and just generally seem to be out of sorts. For the price we paid, I would really expect a better experience.
