Together him and Makayla assisted me in making sure I got to try each flavor and helped me select my first four flavors for my first purchase. You can really taste the quality.... And I loved it so much I returned two more times in the same week. Ironically I was matched with Wyatt both times and he remembered me and made small talk even though the shop was still busy. In a world where customer service is non existent - I am honored to be graced by Wyatt's and Makayla's service, and now plan to visit more often. All I could offer in response was to make it however they usually make a chocolate shake (but with malt). A few minutes later I was presented with ... a vanilla malt. A separate team member had prepared it, and it seemed he likewise was puzzled on how this should be made. A few minutes later and I finally left with a chocolate malt. This just seemed an inordinately difficult ordering process for a simple menu item. Had I not had prior good experiences, this would have been the last time visiting this location.

Rather than taking accountability, they seem more focused on harassing reviewers and silencing complaints. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. Any reputable business would investigate the concerns being raised, not engage in social media drama and personal attacks. At this point, I am documenting everything and exploring my legal options. I will also be filing a complaint with the health department so the sanitation issues I witnessed can be properly investigated.

Their Butter Pecan, contains dozens of fresh, whole pecans. Not crumbs and pieces. Honestly more pecans in a single scoop than I've ever had anywhere! The staff is efficient and friendly. We thought this was a great value to go along with our trip to Bruster's Real Ice Cream! I ended up selecting a waffle bowl and my husband opted for a waffle cone. My bowl was a small size with 2 scoops, chocolate fudge and sea salt caramel. Each flavor was incredible. Chocolate fudge was creamy and rich. The sea salt caramel was excellent as it balanced perfectly sweet and salty flavors. The waffle bowl was freshly prepared and provided a nice crunchy texture to pair with the ice cream. The service was fast! We were able to get the ice cream quickly. The weather that evening was warm enough for us to eat the ice cream outside! I would stop by here again if I am in the area!
