Whenever we get a chance to go to First Friday we always have to stop here to get their hot mini donuts. We get a dozen cinnamon sugar mini donuts and two hot chocolate's with no whip cream. Made fresh, hot, lightly dusted with cinnamon & sugar, fluffy, not too greasy and so BOMB! The staff are always cool too. They have half dozen, dozen or a bucket. Even a donut sundae. There's a drink menu with a variety of hot drinks, iced drinks, blended drinks and smoothies. Came to their truck at a 4th of July event in Boulder City. The line was super long, which was fine. But we had people in our party eager to get shaved ice, which is advertised on a lot of their signs, only to find out they weren't serving shaved ice tonight. So that was frustrating. We went ahead and ordered some dole whip and then, slowly watched like 5+ groups that were behind us get their ice cream before us. We brought this to our attention. At first they said "sorry we only have one guy doing it. This made no sense as the people behind us got dole whip. Then a few seconds later they admitted no one was doing it. A few mins later and and a few more successful pickups later the manager came out to ask what was going on. I explained yet again (mind you the firework show was well underway). He promptly went to the back and made our dole whip. He then explained there was a mixup with orders and who knows what. The donuts came out hot and fresh and were dusted with cinnamon and sugar. They do offer other toppings that the donuts can be coated in. The donuts were bite sized so delicious while they were hot. Decided to take an evening stroll at Craig Ranch park since our 100plus weather has a slight breeze and overcast sun and we were enjoying our walk avoiding the geese when we stumbled upon Paradice. They have an extensive menu which made it hard for me to choose but since both my kids already made their choices I decided to just go with a Smoothie. My son got a tigers blood snow cone, Daughter got the italian ice which today's flavor was Rainbow which actually looks red white and blue but is delicious and I went with strawberry banana . My biggest take away was how nice the gentleman running the truck was there was issue with the signal for the card reader and not only did he get the orders to us so fast he got it fixed and was super friendly. Our favorite part of water street festivals and watch parties is our stop at Paradice ice cream truck! They have a huge selection of treats so they are sure to please everyone! My big guys got the refillable snowie shaved ice. The cup is great and they were excited to keep it. Unfortunately the wind picked up and blew one of their empty cups away. The owner, Roger, was happy to replace it which meant the world to my child. So not only are the treats great but the service is heartfelt (and fast! They are always properly staffed even for large crowds). On a different occasion, he has also served my kids even after they were closed. We've been lucky to see several food trucks right in our back yard lately and Paradice is one of them. I was in the mold for something sweet, so I gave this truck a try. I ordered one of their "blasts" with vanilla ice cream and m&m's. I also ordered a caramel iced latte. The blast was amazing. Seriously, it was amazing. The ice cream was an absolute perfect consistency and is comparable to ice cream from Sonic Drive-In. Every bite was candy filled and tasted even better than the last. I would only suggest styrofoam cups during the hot months to keep it from melting. The iced coffee was ok, but nothing to write home about. It didn't have much caramel flavor and was a little chalky in consistency. I'm sure I won't get one again. Overall, this was a great experience. Paradice/Snowie and their team were absolutely amazing the other day at our drive-thru graduation parade. They had arrived early and were patient with us as we couldn't decide where to have them set up in the beginning, but they put in the effort to make it work perfectly. Roger kept in touch with us throughout the whole time we had them, making sure we were satisfied and was very sweet to congratulate our grads.
