Customer service was top notch and provided that touch of friendliness to match our excitement to try the food. We got the SOFT SHELL CRAB with FRIED RICE. Get it. Ask them if they have it and if yes, GET IT! In the words of my fiance, "I wish all my fried rice taste like this." It was sooooo good! The crabs were great and with the sauce and seasoning, every bite had so much FLAVOR! We also got the Loaded Raider Fries. It was equally as good. Portion is quite large. Your going to wait along time. I waited 1 hour and 15 mins. I had to keep coming back to their truck to check on my order since I was taking care of patients in between. However, the food was definitely worth the wait. My basket consisted of maybe a half pound of crab legs, a hot link, 6 jumbo shrimps, corn, and potatoes hunny... and all of it was seasoned down to the ground with spicy Cajun buttery seasoning, get into it! Let's talk about the service first. The lovely lady taking orders is very friendly and welcoming. Her smile is infectious and gives you a good feeling about being there. The cook is very confident in his skills even with "hecklers" doubting his skills he stood by his product, which gave me even more confidence in him. I went twice the first time I had the shrimp po boy with fries very flavorful and filling. The second time, I got what was called the raider claw (I think). It is what most of the pictures that I have seen. It was very good. Everything had flavor the potatoes, corn, shrimp crab, and the sausage was a tad bit too charred on one side but still good. This is a cool little truck, and I wish him well. The raider claw has the potential to become more than a truck. If you are a shellfish/seafood lover, I recommend it. read more

I ordered a combo with crab legs, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn in the ranch Cajun butter and it was excellent. The food all tasted super fresh, it was cooked perfectly, and the spices and butter were all balanced nicely.
